/I am so very sorry for the late upload. I had a ton of stuff written which kept me updating frequently but now I'm writing the chaoter I need to uploaf so it's going to probably be a once a week thing until I get more written again. Also I'm in the process of buying some land which took a lot of my time. I will hopefully get things done faster now that the purchase is almost complete./

When I woke up the next morning, I was alone in bed. Jake must have carried me home. I was wearing his long baggy shirt as a nightgown and it reminded me of the first time we'd made love. Things weren't perfect but they were much better than they were a few months ago. No more Victoria, Riley or a gang of newborn vamps. My mom was here, Sam and Leah were planning a wedding, Billy had a girlfriend. Everyone seemed happy.

I got out of bed and found Leah and Sam in the kitchen, chatting quietly over some coffee.

"Morning, sleepyhead." Sam said, ruffling my hair like a big brother would as I sat down with a freshly poured cup of coffee, black to wake me up waster.

"Morning, Sam." Having a sort of big brother was nice. Of course I had a lot of brothers and sisters lately. Everyone here was so welcoming and I had no idea if it was because they liked who I was or because Jake imprinted on me, but regardless of the reason they accepted me, it is who I am that allowed me to stay. When Jake stopped phasing, everyone still looked to me, even after I seemed to stop having visions, everyone wanted me around. These people were family, and nothing was going to change that.

"Long night?" Leah asked, gesturing toward my coffee which I normally took with cream and sugar, or not at all and just made tea instead.

"Yeah. And long night the one before as well."

"Well, I hope you feel better. I mean not to sound selfish but I called the dress store I want to go to and they said they take appointments only, but that we were lucky because someone cancelled last minute and they have an opening this afternoon. I was hoping you would be free. Angela already said she's in."

"Oh, yeah definitely. When do we leave?"

"Angela is already on her way, figured the car her parents bought her as an apology is much safer to drive long distance. It's 4 hours away so we'll leave as soon as you're ready."

I glanced at the time which said 10:12 and hopped off the table, taking my coffee with me to go get dressed. By the time I was ready, Angela was just pulling up. She hopped out to stretch her. Legs before the long drive, used the bathroom and hopped back in. I hopped in back. In the middle to give both women more leg room which allowed me to talk to both of them easily.

"So I was hoping while we're there that we can look at dresses for you both as well. I don't want to be one of those brides that sticks you in something horribly ugly. A simple dress is all you need, and the colors we talked about, but you get to pick the style."

"Hey, man!" I said, walking into Sam's living room. He was sitting alone at the kitchen table, with a laptop in front of him.

"Hey, just the man I wanted to see. How'd yesterday go?"

"Good. A lot better than I was hoping for even. I'll tell you about it in a bit. I need to see Bella first."

"No can do, she left with Leah and Angela an hour ago to shop for dresses in Seattle. I wanted to go but Leah insists on me not seeing her dress before the ceremony, because it's bad luck. I say luck is what you make it."

"Shit. Ok, I guess it can wait." I sat down beside Sam and explained everything that happened with Edward yesterday.

"Holy shit! Are you serious? I mean the knowledge alone…"

"I know. I know ceremonies and traditions long forgotten, I can fluently speak Quileute as well as the other surrounding tribal languages. I know about magic that should probably be forgotten but it's there, I'll deal. I know secrets, and the location to caves along the coast that haven't been explored by a physical person, because it's damn near impossible to access. My body is like supercharged too, like having the other half to my spirit made me stronger, faster, more intuitive. I even grew two more inches."

"Well screw off with that or you won't for in your Tux for the wedding."

I held up my hands in defense. "Hey! Not my choice. Thing is, I think it's also causing some things between me and Bella. I can't seem to keep my hands off of her. Sure it could just be the time we were apart, but just since yesterday, it's like my body wants her more than ever."

"So you think it's just that other half of your spirit getting it's fill after centuries away from it's imprint?"

"Yeah, something like that. Maybe? But I never ended up telling her, about the third wife. We just had so much to talk about and I knew she was exhausted, and of course the inability to keep away from her, it just slipped my mind."

"She'll be back, and I'm sure she'll be fine with the info, even if it is a day late. She's Bella, she'll forgive you." Sam said then went back to looking at his laptop.

"I like the second one better." I admitted.

"So do I." Leah agreed, and Angela nodded in agreement.

"I do have another dress that fits your criteria, it's just with another bride right now. I could go see if she's tried it on yet?" Francesca, the bridal shop consultant asked.

"Would you? I'm still so undecided." Leah smiled at her, politely.

"Of course." Francesca walked away, in search of the dress leaving us alone.

"Ok, so you guys really like the second more. Right? Because if I go for it, I need you on my side. It's… risky, ya know?"

"It is sexy as hell, you definitely will have to turn down a few proposals before you make it to the end of the aisle." Angela said. And it was true but I had to laugh anyways.

"I can picture it now." I said, "Quil's standing there just before you reach Sam. Leah, You sure you want someone like Sam when you could have… me?"

Angela and Leah both joined in on my laughter.

"I'm glad you're all having a great time. I'm happy to say that the other bride has decided against this dress, so it is available for trying on."

Leah and Francesca went into the changing room and when they came out, my jaw nearly hit the floor. The dress was gorgeous, and seemed to fit Leah perfectly. The top had a very low V between the breasts and a spaghetti strap over the shoulders. The shoulders were bare but the floral lace that covered the dress also had a partial sleeve attached. It was flowy but light and breezy, perfect for an outdoor wedding in June, even in the Pacific Northwest.

I looked to Angela who had a similar expression on her face then back at Leah who was walking up the small step to stand in front of the large mirror. Even before she saw herself, I could tell that she loved the dress, but when she saw herself in the mirror, it was like she was looking into the future, at her wedding day. She was radiant.

"Leah, what do you think?" Francesca asked, but the look on her face was one of a professional who has done this long enough to know when someone's made their decision. She walked to a shelf behind her and grabbed some jewelry to add to the look.

"You look so beautiful." I couldn't get over how perfectly it fit her.

"Yeah, girl it looks like it was made for you." Angela added.

Leah spun around so she could see us. She had tears in her eyes.

I got up and went to her, and her arms wrapped tightly around me.

"I wouldn't be here right now if it weren't for you, Bella. I can not thank you enough for what you've done for me and Sam."

"That's what sisters are for." I held one of my hands out and gestured to Angela who came over and joined our hug.

"This is definitely the dress. I'll take it." Leah said, and we all did the girly thing, bouncing up and down and squealing. I never felt so normal in my life.

Angela and I found the perfect bridesmaid dresses as well. They matches and had a mini sleeve that cut up to the shoulder at a 45 degree angle, the neck was a simple low scoop and the waist sat just under the breasts. Everything else flowed down from there and hit just below the knee.

It was getting late and there was no way we were making it back to La Push in time for dinner, so we went to a fancy restaurant nearby and by the time we were done eating, it was nine o'clock. We had a long drive ahead of us and I was not looking forward to it.

By the time we arrived home, it was so late that Angela decided to stay the night on the couch. I almost invited her to share my queen bed but luckily didn't because when I got back, Jake was passed out in it already.

He looked so peaceful, and I didn't want to wake him up but he was sprawled out like a star fish, taking up every corner of the bed.

I sat down on the side of the bed and trailed my fingers from his wrist to his shoulder, where he started to stir. I continued trailing them along his back, watching as the muscles shifted from my touch.

"Mmm…"

"Hey, I'm home. Think you could make some room for me?"

Jake rolled onto his side and when I climbed in, one of his legs wrapped over mine and an arm as well, locking me in place as his head nuzzled into my chest making me giggle.

"That's a beautiful sound." He whispered then started snoring.

"Goodnight, Jake." I brought the hand on the side Jake was on up to play with his hair. His hair seemed to grow very fast which I'm sure he was all too happy about since he never wanted to cut it in the first place. He decided it was safe to grow since patrolling was a rarity lately.

As I brushed my fingers through his hair, I started to drift to sleep, but just before I did, I heard Jake's snore pause as he mumbled, "Marry me." Into my chest, followed by more snoring. I couldn't help the smile that appeared as I fell asleep. Someday.

As the sound of Jake snoring faded, the sound of music filled my ears. Jake twirled me away from his body then pulled me back in, my back to his chest as he held me, swaying back and forth. We were inside a large tent surrounded by family and friends. Jake placed his hand over mine and I looked down, admiring the matching wedding bands as they reflected the fairy lights hanging from above.

"Penny for your thoughts, Mrs. Black?" Jake whispered in my ear.

"Just enjoying my night, Mr. Black. How about your thoughts?" I spun around to face Jake, still swaying with him

"I think… you look absolutely edible."

"Oh my, Mr. Wolf, what big…" I bit my bottom lip and glanced down between us, then raised an eyebrow. Jake's breath caught in his throat for a moment.

"Do we have to be here?"

"It's our wedding, pretty sure we make the rules, right?" I smiled at him then led him out of the tent. He picked me up bridal style and took off toward the house, empty at the moment and carried me inside, placing me on the kitchen table.

Jake kneeled down on front of me and was surprised to find I wasn't wearing any panties. He pulled me close to the edge and spread my legs, then disappeared under my wedding dress.

We spent the next hour together, completely overcome with need. When we were finally exhausted, we returned to the party where Leah was holding a beautiful little girl, in a small white dress. She couldn't have been much older than a year. I kissed the girl on the top of her head and hugged Leah.

"You look beautiful, Bella."

"Thank you"

"Bella?" Jake called from beside me but his voice sounded far away. "Bells, wake up."

I blinked and when my eyes opened, I was no longer in the large tent with Leah and Jake and the beautiful little girl. I was home, in bed, the day after trying on dresses.

"Jake?"

"Good morning. I was hoping we could talk. At the waterfall?"

"Talk or have sex, because Leah doesn't mind us having sex here. We don't need to run away every time." I joked, kissing the closest piece of Jake to me which happened to be his large pectorals. It made him flinch and that was the moment I learned that Jake could flex those muscles like Dwayne The Rock Johnson.

"Talk, but uh, bonus sex is always good." He smiled at me and kissed my neck softly.

"Ok, breakfast first?"

"You know me so well."

/Later/

"Didn't you want to talk about something?" I asked, pulling my dress back over my head. "The plan was to wear a dress so I didn't have to get naked." But Jake had other ideas.

"Sorry. I kind of got a little carried away. Uh so this is a sitting kind of conversation. More about what happened with Edward."

I sat down and nodded for him to continue.

"Ok so just to put this out there, I did not intentionally leave this information out, I was just so overwhelmed with information that it was hard to remember it all. I came over yesterday to talk about it, but you were already gone."

"Sorry, spur of the moment wedding stuff."

"It's fine, it gave me time to remember all of the things I meant to say. First of all, it isn't a coincidence that we were drawn to each other. Remember how I told you that Taha Aki had the other half to my soul, so when he joined me, it was like everything kind of fell into place with my alpha perks? Well the reason he kept saying mine is not because he was channelling the feelings from me being imprinted to you but because he was also imprinted to you, and not just the you now.

"I am the reincarnation of Taha Aki, and you are the reincarnation of the third wife, whose name has been lost for so long, but not any longer. Her name was Kele. She was amazing. The things she did for the tribe… If I didn't know any better, I would have thought she was Chief."

"I….wow. Well that explains some things."

"Like your insistence on putting yourself in harm's way to save others? Or your need to make La Push a better place in any way you can? Or how about that you take care of us all like a mother hen?"

"Okay… okay. I get your point. I definitely meant the harm's way part though. You're going to have to tell me all about her.

"Yeah but not right now. I promised Sam I'd be back by 4 which means we need to get moving. Sorry. I know you love it here."

"It's ok. We could come back tomorrow?"

"Anything for you, Bells."
