Chapter 28 -Pink Hat and Purple Headband-
Trixie Tang felt awkward and she couldn't quite understand why. But yesterday had made her self-conscious. Having to live an entire day as Timmy Turner had shattered everything Trixie had held dear. Splinter was in her arms disguised as a book. Her thoughts dawdled over a certain boy in a pink hot. Was that what his life was like everyday? It would explain things about him; Trixie pushed the thought aside as the bell from class rang. Even if she was still in trouble with her parents from her earlier event with her arch nemesis. Trixie was happy to be herself and not have to deal with any of that again.
"Hello Ms. Tang!" Trixie looked up to see Crocker who was staring at her. "Finally going to say anything? I know your secret." Holding Splinter closer to her chest Trixie kept silent. After an awkward moment Trixie finally made it towards the front of the classroom where she was normally located after losing her wealth. Crocker kept a close eye on her, but it was just a normal school day. The late bell rang; Trixie finally found Timmy Turner. He also sat close to the front next to his friends.
"Everyone turn your textbook to page 12 of Crocker taking over the world textbook." He shouted loudly. But his eyes never wandered much past Trixie and Crocker wasn't very far from her. It was like she had done something to catch his attention. Trixie didn't really say much, "Now then Ms. Tang how about you surrender your Fairy Godparents!" Crocker spazzed loudly which got the full class's attention. "Initially I thought it was Turner who had them, but upon closer suspects. You are more likely to have them."
Trixie just looked at him annoyed; on the other side of the row. Timmy looked at Crocker with a sigh of his head. Why did he have to be such a spaz. He looked down at his desk with a look of concern on his face. "Well at least Crocker is picking on someone else for a change." Aj commented on Crocker's sudden change in behavior. "But I mean come on dude it's the mute girl. What's she going to say? It's not like she has the ability to speak."
Kids in the classroom started to laugh at him, but she never responded. Eventually Crocker grew annoyed at her inability to speak, "I know you have Godparents Ms. Tang and I'll find them one way or another."
"I wish Waxelplax would appear," Timmy muttered to his godparents. Crocker was about to say something to Trixie when something blunt hit the top of his head and a familiar voice followed.
"Mr. Crocker we're not harassing the mute girl are we?" The principal who had no clue where she was. "I don't want you making a mockery of the girl like you do to poor Mr. Turner." Timmy waved awkwardly. As he had become the center of attention and Trixie just kept quiet.
"Of course not!" Crocker said, "I was just telling Miss Tang that I would be doing a home visit for her IEP. Sometime in the near future after confirming the date with her mother." He said with an awkward smile.
"Oh is that all Denzel. Well then carry up, but Crocker if I hear one peep from Trixie's mother about fairies. You're fired!" With that she turned towards the door, "Well then students carry on." With that she left and Crocker just took a nice sigh of relief. As the teacher had barely escaped an awkward situation.
"This can't be good," Timmy said.
"Why are you complaining? Crokcer isn't targeting you anymore." Chester asked
his best friend confused.
"It's his girlfriend, remember," Aj said. Which got both of Timmy's friends to snicker. "Remember he has to bring her chocolate all the time."
Timmy Turner was now concerned, "Guys I'm worried." He spoke to his godparents. Poof was at Spellementary school so it was just Cosmo and Wanda. Classes had gone about normal, but the way Crocker was acting made him nervous. "I have a bad feeling about this. Why is he so interested in Trixie all of a sudden? I mean it's Trixie of all people all she ever wants is chocolate. On top of that, why doesn't Trixie say anything? Whenever she shows up afterschool I can't even get a word in."
"Well I mean she is mute," Cosmo said. "So her voice is gone during school hours-ooh chocolate fundoo." With that Cosmo summoned and took a giant bite out of the bowl.
"Well sport Crokcer has been trying to capture us for a while now. And perhaps after failing so many times he thinks Trixie has godparents. On top of that don't forget there's a chance she has an illegal godparent. Personally I have a feeling that she has something to do with our mysterious godparent. Let's keep an eye on her." Wanda said, "I do wonder why she didn't defend herself."
"Hmmm," Timmy said. "I wish I had a thing for caramel chocolate." It appeared in his hand, but Wanda's eyes were deeply focused on it. Timmy moved to find Trixie who was as usual hiding in the bush. Holding the backpack looking around and he just couldn't figure her out. Trixie was an enigma, "Hey crazy! What are you doing?" Timmy asked the girl confused. "Also what's up with you in class? How come you didn't say anything in class?" Trixie looked at Timmy bewildered and jumped deeper into the bush. Leaving Timmy even more confused. "I have caramel chocolate."
Her head popped up, "Give me!" She screamed and snatched the chocolate and disappeared again into the bush. Leaving Timmy even more confused as she devoured the chocolate. It was at the point most of the kids had disappeared from school, "Now leave me alone before she finds me."
"Who?" Timmy asked.
"Well, well, well. It looks like the princess made herself a friend," Timmy looked up to see Jessica. Standing there wearing a black shirt with a skull on it. Black leggings and her entire possy were there as well. Trixie froze upon seeing the gang, "So the pink hated loser. Fitting losers like you deserve to be together. I'd like to introduce you to a new friend of mine." Jessica snapped her finger and from behind him was Francis. "I realized I'm going to need some muscle."
"And I don't like either of you," with that Francis cracked his looked at Trixie who was standing there shaking in fear. Grabbing the girl by his arm, "And I don't believe you've ever been in my book."
"Run!" Timmy screamed.
Snapping Trixie out of her fear induced glance the two of them took off running. "Oh no you don't. After them let's show those freaks a lesson." With that they chased after Trixie and Timmy who made swift moves through the school courtyard. As they were being chased. Both of them jumped into a classroom and Trixie was groaning as she moved to a part of the room away. Making herself harder to find.
"Are you sure your okay?"" Timmy asked.
"I'm fine now, leave me alone!" She snapped at him. Scooting over towards herself. She just stayed hidden for sometime. Timmy made his way towards the other end, whispered something and evenly after the voices disappeared. "I still don't like you, but you better bring me caramel chocolate or else."
Elizabeth Tang walked around the school trying to find her daughter. Both of the twins were following behind. "Where is your sister?" She was frustrated at her daughter's strange behavior. It was unlike her daughter to wander off; she didn't like to be alone unless she was in her room. And that would only last for a short time before Trixie would inevitably leave her room. Attempting to gobble up some attention she had a massive fear of being alone or forgotten. The twins started wandering around and Elizabeth just went with her youngest daughters.
"Trixie!" Following the quietest of her 2 daughters. Elizabeth raised her eyebrow as Trixie was munching on chocolate. As a boy, who was notably shorter than her who was looking at the girl confused.
"Hiya pink hat!" The girl shouted.
"So that's where you keep getting the chocolate from," Elizabeth said. Which caught her daughter's attention who froze. The boy's attention was caught by Trixie's mother. Who looked at Trixie and then her mother. "And you really do have a pink hat, huh neat. You know Trixie talks about you a lot."
"She does?" Timmy asked with a level of excitement, "Oh I'm Timmy Turner by the way."
"Timmy huh?" Elizabeth smirked, "Well then Timmy stop giving my daughter chocolate! Every time she has it makes her go crazy."
"Okay?" Timmy said, confused.
"Well," with that Elizabeth pulled out a letter and wrote Trixie's address and phone number. "If you ever want to come around you can. Anyway Trixie takes your sisters and goes to the car. You have you appoiment and then we have to go and do your community service." Trixie was about to protest, but got a glare from her mother groaning. The girl walked away with her twin sisters.
