This is not how I thought this day was going to go, Cisco thought, allowing himself a quote from a Star Wars movie. He was currently lying flat on his stomach, in a wood on an alien world, still wondering when the first large predator was going to come along and eat the four of them. And the day had started so well -.

Caitlin had visibly disapproved, but Cisco had made up his mind. He was going to go on a date with Lisa Snart. It wasn't a very formal date. they had happened to meet when they were both out shopping.

''Yes, I do actually buy things - sometimes'' Lisa had admitted.

They chatted for a while and then arranged to meet for coffee the next day. They had chatted some and had enjoyed it. They arranged to meet again in about a week.

Cisco headed home in something of a daze of happiness, not realising he was being followed for much of the way. It was only when he was about to open his apartment door -

''Hello, Cisco.'' An all-too-familiar voice said.

Cisco jumped. He literally jumped. When he managed to turn around, he was raising his hands, ready for a defensive use of his powers.

''Relax'' 'Leonard Snart said. He was doing that himself, leaning casually against one wall. Cisco wasn't fooled by that, particularly as Mick Rory was leaning against the other wall. ''We just want to talk.''

''About Lisa?'' Cisco managed to squeak ''It was just having coffee.'' He didn't believe this was just a matter of talking, not for a moment. He was going to be kidnapped - again - and forced to take part in some nefarious activity.

A blond woman, whom he'd barely noticed was there in his initial fright, stepped between the two of them, coming face to face with him. Cisco didn't know her but there was something familiar about her.

''I'm Sara Lance.''

The younger sister of Laurel Lance, Assistant District Attorney, AKA Black Canary. Cisco had met her and liked her, but there was a sharper edge to her sibling, in addition to the company she was keeping. Cisco felt less than inclined to trust her.

She was raising an ID Card. ''I work for A.R.G.U.S. now. And it is just a question of talking, although I hope we can persuade you to help us.''

Sara seemed to have taken it for granted that he would let them into his apartment, by means of simply walking past him and using his key - his key - o open the door. Then they were all inside, the three of them sitting on his sofa, studying him. Sara did most of the talking, about the latest news on Vandal Savage and about Greenworld.
