Jack had thought of this day for a while now. The day everything started to piece together. Looking back on it he honestly believed it would never come.
The day was a blur. It started with school leading into work which is always a joy. Fast-food workers are treated like crud sometimes. Not all the time but there are a few times that are more noticeable than others. Vince, bully king of Jasper, was one of those.
After the hell was over, he came out to the parking lot. If only the bike hadn't caught his eye. If only he hadn't sat on it. If only it wasn't an alien. Then maybe he wouldn't be standing here the next day, in a secret base full of alien robots, Autobots, in the first place. What's worse is he has Miko, the girl who gave him a paint makeover, and Rafael, the kind genius boy from calculus with him.
If he hadn't gone on that bike the other day he may have saved them from the danger. Though simply saying, he couldn't do anything about that now. He was stuck, with no control or clue what to do. So, he did nothing. He let the others have fun and ask questions while he watched his world change yet again.
Hearing an alarm he is brought back from his thoughts about yesterday. This was when he met Agent Fowler in person. The man in person was just as loud as he was yesterday. As the man walked into the room he realized that he could never let anyone know.
Bulkhead tried to hide them, but hiding didn't work well with Miko's personality.
Trying to stop her, he was too late. She then blew their cover. If it wasn't for Bulkheads quick thinking the government would have known at that second. Thank everything this place has no reception.
That didn't stop Miko from running off to play human Autobot with Bulkhead. 'Nor did it stop me from running off after her and bringing a 12-year-old with me.' He thought when he first saw the alien ship.
Next thing he knows he's on the very ship. It was amazing and crazy at the same time. Being yelled at to stay put by an angry femme bot was a mood killer, but he understood. One good thing about this whole death experience was we found information. When they were locked in the room they came across math. Cybertronian math.
Turns out to be for a space bridge, similar to the ground bridge, but much worse in their cases. Later it only ever got worse.
Zombie cons, Miko aptly named them. A whole planet full and coming for this planet. But they survived and even helped. Mostly Raf, though he only bought time.
Overall his first experience with them bought more questions and fears than he would ever dream of. 'Life is sure not boring anymore' He chuckled in his head, closing the garage door, blocking his sight of the blue alien robot.
