Later July 22 (approximately 8:39 PM)
"What just happened?" muttered Sirius to nobody in particular. Griphook had warned him of the effects of this bonding, but Sirius was startled nonetheless. His godson and Ginny were passed out for goodness sake!
Sirius quickly levitated both children without breaking the contact of their hands as Griphook had instructed. Sirius laid them on the couch before expanding it to reduce the risk of falling. Now all he had to do was wait.
-The Truth Behind Major Events-
July 22—Egypt
The Weasley family was having the most lovely holiday. They had explored the tombs, seen the sights, and spent time with family—well, the family that Molly Weasley deemed fit for outings that is. Molly had insisted on leaving Ginevra at home with her great aunt after the monstrosity of her first year. She had ruined the reputation of the Weasley's along with weakening the job officers of her sweet Percival. In fact, Arthur's job was put at risk too!
Arthur had argued against it, but Molly's opinion had won out in the end. After all, Lucius Malfoy threatening one's job can lead to an avoidance of important things that could jeopardize one's career.
The only problem was 3 of her sons. Molly had expressed to them the extent of their sister's wrongdoings, but they still thought Ginevra was a decent human. Molly just couldn't believe they would fall for the tricks of some attention-seeking, prepubescent, weak minded, little girl.
Molly was struck from her thoughts by Muriel's owl scraping at the window. "Oh no," she thought. "What has that girl done now?"
Molly opened and read the letter before calling Arthur in. She handed him the letter, and whilst he was reading it, she called the boys into the main room of their rented cabin.
"Boys, I have just received a letter from your Aunt Muriel regarding that girl. She would not consent to an agreement Muriel had constructed with a very influential man, and, thus, has been disowned via the matriarchal power of the Prewitts. She is no longer Ginevra Wealey." Molly explained to shocked faces. "Furthermore, she is no longer worthy to be called your sister after all of the humiliation she has put this family through." The boys did not know, but that was a direct quote from Aunt Muriel.
Percy was the first to respond, always quick to please his mother. "I regret that this has taken such a turn, but it was inevitable with how much harm Ginevra has caused this family. I agree with Aunt Muriel's decision." Percy paused for a moment before adding. "Mother, may I be excused, I have much work to be done about the bottoms I am studying."
"Of course, dear," was Molly's dismissive response.
It was a testament to the gravity of the situation that Fred and George did not react to Prefect Percy's statement. They just continued to watch Bill to see how they should react. They did not want to upset their plan afterall.
"I cannot believe this is happening," Bill finally said. "She's our sister. She's your daughter! I cannot believe you would do her like that!" And before Molly could refute, Bill raised his hand and stormed out.
Fred and George then stood to follow Bill.
"Boys, where are you going?"
"We're going with Bill mom," George stated.
"Yeah," Fred started before pausing. "I have never been more embarrassed to be a Weasley."
At that, Fred and George walked out despite their mother's huffs in protest.
Molly turned to her only son remaining in the room. "You see the necessity of these actions, right Ronnikins?"
Ron, being too afraid to bite the hand that feeds him, said, "I am sad it reached this point, but I understand her reasons." Molly smiled before waving him out of the kitchen.
She then turned to a shocked Aruthur.
"I can't believe this."
"Oh Arthur, think of how much pressure and scrutiny will be taken off of you at work! Besides, what is done is done, and we cannot revert it." Arthur still looked apprehensive. "Now. get out of my kitchen so that I can make us a roast. This Egyptian food is good, but nothing beats a home cooked meal."
Arthur left Molly to her own devices. All he could register was the humming of a woman who believed a great weight was lifted from her shoulders.
-The Truth Behind Major Events-
Very Early July 23—Egypt
Bill, and the twins a couple of yards behind, walked down the way to Bill's tent on the Cursebreaker's reserve. All three were shocked, confused, and fuming over the recent play of events.
Once they reached the tent, Bill made each of them a cup of tea before joining the twins at the table.
"What are we going to do? She's our sister! We can't just leave her like that," exclaimed Fred.
"She will always be our sister," Bill started, "and we are going to continue with our plan. But to do that, we must play it cool so mom will not suspect anything. And yes, that means no pranks for the next two days."
"That sounds good to me," said George. Fred chimed in with his agreements as well.
"Good," nodded Bill. "You two can chill here and do whatever. I need to write a letter to Charlie and fill him in on the plan."
Bill proceeded to go write his letter while the twins sat drinking their tea, contemplating the repercussions of their Aunt's actions.
-The Truth Behind Major Events-
July 23
"Stupid boy! Why is there an egg shell in my breakfast! You can't even cook a simple meal right!"
"Ginny, darling, it isn't proper to ride a broom and run around with your brothers! Go clean your room and Ron's while you are at it."
The memories continued to flash back and forth between Harry and Ginny. What Harry knew and what Ginny knew became one combined entity. For what one had experienced, the other had the situation ingrained in their mind.
-The Truth Behind Major Events-
Slowly at exactly 8:39 a.m. at Grimmauld Place Harry and Ginny awoke from their coma. Sirius was asleep on the chair next to the couch.
"Harry," started Ginny, "how long were we out?"
"I don't know, but I have this massive headache." And the need to use the loo.
"Same here on all three accounts."
"I only said two things."
"You said you don't know, have a headache, and need to use the loo."
"I didn't say that I had to use the loo aloud!" Harry was slightly flummoxed.
"You 100% did!"
"I specifically remember thinking it, but I never said anything!"
"But then how did I hear you?" He must think I'm crazy.
"You're not crazy, Gin."
"Harry! I never said I was"
"You for sure did!" Harry turned so that he could completely see Ginny.
No, I thought it. Her lips never moved.
"Bloody hell! I heard that!" This is bizarre.
"I know! This was not included in Sirius's description of the bond."
"I wonder what else is…unexpected," Sirius suddenly chimed in. All of the duo's shouting woke him up.
"Did Griphook mention any other uncertainties?" asked Harry.
"Not that I recall. Let me go floo him real quick to see if we can schedule a meeting. You two might want to use this time to go to the bathroom, as I remember that sparking this whole epiphany."
And at that, Sirius left the room.
This is so weird Harry, I thought I would just have a magical amplifier, not a mental connection.
Me too, but there are a lot worse people that I could talk to in my head.
Oh, like who?
Hermione for one. You've seen how fast her mind works! That would give me a bloody headache and stroke from all the stress!
Be nice Harry! She wouldn't even be that bad. Draco Malfoy on the other hand…
Bleh! Just the thought of that makes me gag. "Come on Gin. Let's go to the bathroom."
Harry and Ginny both stood, subconsciously keeping their hold on each other's hands. This did not register for the two until they got to the bathroom.
I don't really want to separate.
Same here.
Goodness, Harry! This telepathy thing is gonna take some getting used to.
Agreed! And I didn't know telepathy was part of wizarding vocabulary.
It isn't…how do I know what it means?
I don't know. Well, I really have to go.
There was a pause.
Harry finally dropped her hand and immediately, the two felt an immense discomfort that was slowly warping into pain.
"Ah!" exclaimed Ginny, "Hurry and pee. Something isn't right."
Harry grimaced and quickly used the loo in record times. He came back out of the bathroom and immediately hugged Ginny, her hands around his neck and his around her waist. The pain dissipated slightly, but both were still uncomfortable. Harry's hands began to inch beneath Ginny's shirt before his hands were on the small of her back. Once the skin-to-skin contact was presumed, both let out a massive sigh in relief.
"We have a slight problem Harry."
"I know! That was not a fun experience. I wonder what caused it?"
"While that is a problem, we have a slightly more urgent one. I still have to use the loo."
"Oh."
"I'll hurry!"
"Please," grimaced Harry. Neither was looking forward to a repeat.
Ginny slowly let go before sprinting into the bathroom. The same reactions occurred, but with more certainty on Harry's part in terms of the skin-to-skin contact.
This might be a problem.

A/N
Finally! Another chapter. And one of my longer one's at that. I purposely did not explicitly state that the italicized words were mental speech. If anyone can guess why, brownie points!
Also, not saying y'all is super challenging. It's just so much shorter and more concise, but I doubt British people use it as much as people from my neck of the woods do. And yes, I do sound like a redneck right now.
Anyways, I am on spring break and have very little to do, so there might be a new chapter soon! I don't know though.
I am also adding the contract to last chapter.
Here's the plan:
Talk with Everyone's Fav Goblin
A Duel
Bill, Charlie, and the Twins Come to Town
Birthdays
Skim of the rest of the summer
And of course, a letter (from who is the question. 10 points for whoever can figure it out)
As always, let me know what y'all think!
