Disclaimer: Okay! Hi everybody! This is my first story that I've posted so please don't hate me for it. This is a poem I wrote for my early bird class and it seemed to fit in with Lily. So, I do not own Lily Evans at all, it's all J. K. Rowling's. Please read and review!

Hidden Flower

She is the girl who always stays behind,

Who no one knows because she hides her mind.

Everyone thinks she is the quiet girl,

But what is she like when she let's herself unfurl?

Exquisite as a rose in its power,

But often times seen as a wall flower.

Known as a pushover but not a boast,

Only her real self when is needed most.

One night she lets her interior out,

And has a night of fun without a doubt.

The people didn't know how to respond

When this new person came out to be found.

They liked this fresh personality here,

And wondered why she put an act out there.

That night, it changed her whole view of the world,

And she decided to give it a whirl.

Now she knows that she can speak her own mind

And not leave personality behind.
