Alex was standing by the pavilion in Marilong Park, looking at his phone. His hair was a curly dark chocolate brown with an undercut, and his eyes were deep emerald green. Alex wore a dark olive green turtleneck sweater, ripped blue jeans, a cream scarf, a grey beanie hat on his head, and a brown leather jacket. Then, he texted a number saying what he was wearing and more about where he was. It was the number of Daichi, the Karasuno volleyball captain. Ira had given it to him so they could talk, and so the group could find him. Soon the clock struck eight, yet no word or sound from anyone. This made him worry. His thoughts started to race around. "Hey, are you, Alex, by chance?"
His thoughts were interrupted when someone spoke to him, so he turned to see who it was. To his right stood an extremely dark brown-haired and dark brown-eyed boy. Alex was only an inch or two shorter than him. He was wearing a white sweater, navy blue jeans, black boots, and a maroon coat thick enough to keep him warm in the fall. "Yeah, and you must be Daichi." Daichi nodded and offered to shake his hand, which Alex took, "So, where is everyone else? I was expecting to see and meet more people."
"They're coming. I just went ahead so I could find you. I'll text them saying that I found you and where to meet us." Alex nodded in response. The two decided to talk while they waited, and within minutes they heard a shout coming from a distance.
"HEY! HEY! HEY!" a boy shouted as he came closer to the two. He had spiked-up white hair, with some parts being black. His golden eyes had a slit pupil, which gave an owl look from a distance.
"Bokuto, bro, please stop yelling," another boy said, following the first. He had midnight black hair that was also spiked up, but it had more curls to it than the first's. A piece of it partially covered one of his eyes. His eyes were also golden, but they were smaller and more of an oval shape, giving off more of a cat eye. He was taller than the other. The two boys, with the rest of the group, came up to Alex and Daichi. Once he got in front of them, he bowed down before them. "Sorry about Bokuto. He tends to be very loud when he's excited," the black-haired boy then stood up and held out his hand, "I'm Kuroo, and that was Bokuto. It's a pleasure to meet you." Alex grabbed his hand and shook it.
"The names Alex, and the feeling is mutual." Both boys smiled. The rest of the boys in the group came up one by one and introduced themselves. Altogether, there was a germaphobe, a guy too dense for his own good, a Jesus look-a-like, the more dull version of his twin, a tall Russian idiot, a buzzed cut simp, a dark-haired hedgehog and his taller look-a-like, a blueberry, a salty beanpole, an onion head, an angry tennis ball, Kuroo, Bokuto, and Daichi. They all hung out and the park, but something still bugged Alex.
Since 9:30, Alex would occasionally pull out his phone, sigh, and then put it back in his pocket. Soon this caught the attention of some people. "Everything okay?" the Jesus-look-a-like asked, "You keep looking at your phone."
"Oh, I'm fine, Asahi. I'm just waiting for a text from my girlfriend or her butler, Carlos. I ask them to update me every so often, but I haven't gotten anything," Alex said with worry.
"Stop worrying, Alex," the buzzed cut simp said, "I'm sure they'll text you if something happens, but for now, come have fun with us."
"Whatever you say, Tanaka," Alex said. Then, he put his phone away and went to have fun with the group. They laughed a lot as they had fun. However, all fun must come to an end. At 9:15, Alex's phone vibrated. He dug it out of his pocket and looked at the notification. It was from Carlos. So, he opened the message, and what he saw made his eyes widen. All he saw was one word. 'Help!'
"GUYS! WE GOT TO GO, NOW! OUR LOVERS MAY BE IN DANGER!"
