Daisuga

Worry was an understatement. Daichi was concerned. Concerned for his underclassmen, concerned for his friends, and concerned for his lover. Throughout the night, his gut was screaming at him to call the silver-haired boy to see if he was alright, but now it was too late for that. What was going on? What was happening? Would Suga be alright? The latter knew Suga could defend himself, but that was when he knew who his opponent was. This opponent had so many unknowns for Daichi; who to say the same for Suga?

"We're almost there," the maid said. Daichi just nodded at this response, but he knew that this wasn't the time for that now. He had learned that sometimes answers to life's questions are given without having to ask the question. One left, a right, another right, and one more left before the two stood at a door. Daichi wanted to open the door. He wanted to see that Suga was okay, but still, he hesitated. The chocolate-haired boy looked at the maid, who nodded as if saying that he could enter the room. So, without a second thought, Daichi practically burst into the pitch-black room to his worst fear. Blood was on the walls and stained the gray carpet. Metal pipes were on the ceiling. The only light was from coming from the hallway through the open door, and Suga was in the middle of the room, unresponsive, blood slowly oozing out of the wound on his neck. The third-year quickly ran in front of his lover before his knees gave out.

"What happened to him?" Daichi asked the maid. She pondered for a second before answering. It was almost as if she was hesitant to tell him. While Daichi was usually a patient man, this time, he wanted answers. He stared her down with anger in his eyes, trying to force the truth out of her. Soon she sighed and gave in.

"All I will say now is vampires. I hope that will suffice for now. All other questions that you may have can wait for Alex to answer," she said. This left the latter shocked. 'Vampires,' Daichi thought to himself. He looked at the maid wide-eyed, who just nodded, confirming everything she said, "Come on, let's rejoin the others."

"Of course," Daichi said. He picked up Suga and carried him bridal style out of the room. All he could do right now was pray that his lover would be alright.
