DISCLAIMER: Anything you recognize…I don't own…there that'll do (basically for you dimwits I don't own anything but Adriana)

Life is one of those really weird and cheesy board games that you played on the floor with your friends. Life can also be like a boat, a current taking you where ever it pleases. My name is Adriana and I'm 21, I'm about to learn this very hard lesson that we all must learn. I'm on my way to Flower Bud Village to take over a farm. It won't be easy I know but I'm up for a challenge. After growing up with 5 brothers and being the only girl you learn to be up for anything and everything. I always loved animals you can tell 'em anything and they won't tell, they won't laugh. My best works for me and this will be easy, after all…what's the worst that could happen?

The mixture of salty water and dry wind hit the deck as Adriana's blonde hair started turning green at the tips.

"Perfect," she muttered "REALLY GREAT WATER YA GOT HERE GOD!" she said as she tilted her head back stared at the rising sky. Her father always said that she and sun were a like…always up at the crack of dawn. She pulled her brown leather boot clad foot backwards to dry some salt water on the back of her left leg. Then with a sigh she attempted to sit on the seat, which was rocking from the boat. Nice, real nice I can't even sit down without nearly getting thrown to the sharks…in a quite literal sense. Adriana sighed and looked out across the shimmering sea to where a green slit started getting larger.

"Flower Bud Village: 5 minutes!" blared the intercom

"OH IT NEVER ENDS!" Adriana yelled at the sky. A mother and young boy in matching blue pants and white shirts turned to look at Adriana like she was a mad woman.

Adriana smiled sheepishly and said with a shrug, "PMS?"

This is going to be quite a long day…and it's only 4:30 A.M dammit!

Adriana grabbed her suitcase and looked out at the land. She turned to where she could see a dock and walked over with a Clunk-Clunk-Clunk. The boat pulled to a stop, not surprisingly Adriana was the only one who stepped off and the boat took off almost immediately.

"Well this is awkward" Adriana said to the air.

The beach was deserted except for a monkey playing with some pink coral. Just then some leaves rustled and a average height man with purple hair and a weird multi colored poncho A-N: IS that what he even wears LOL but the first thing Adriana noticed were his piercing blue eyes. He seemed to notice her presence and looked up in her direction. His blue eyes bore into her hazel ones. She suddenly became self-conscious of her ripped-in-the-knees-look-like-their-vintage-but-came-from-hollister jeans and her long white embroidered tank top and brown farm boots. He looked at her and the wind chose to test her and the thin rubber band holding her thick blonder hair, in a high ponytail, snapped and the wind carried her hair with the current of the breeze. But as soon as the boy had appeared he was gone. How strange…what a weirdo doesn't surprise me with this place though. Adriana decided to find the mayor and with a deep breathe she was off…this wasn't so hard. Adriana's big toe collided with a sharp stone and after muttering a string of impressive and colorful curse words she made her first mental note. Strike any comments about easy stuff.

Okay you know the drill…R&R
