Duel of Honor
(Author's Note: Alright I seem to have cooled off from the last rant I did, so if you have questions, PM me, or leave a Review. Also, still would like to know if you readers would want me to place translations on what any of them spoke, without anyone slightly repeating it in translation.)
Early the next morning at the Slifer Dorm, two heavily armored trucks pulled in front of the dorm before the back doors of both trucks flung open and an army of heavily armored officers began to march to the building. Heading up the stairs, a door opened on the ground floor, as Prof. Banner wearing his night shirt yawning out loudly, walking out from the loud commotion.
"Aren't you boys a little too old to be playing army?" he asked before he finally saw the army, "What? The disciplinary assault division?! They are only sent out to take care of anyone that broke the most important rules at the Academy."
The loud commotion caused many other students to see what it was all about, the last door to open was the room Mana stayed in, looking at the men surrounding the last door on at the end of the walk way.
"That's Draco's and Syrus' room." She said, "What could they want with—Oh fuck, does this have to do with the Abandon Dorm?"
Inside the room all three of them slept peacefully, before a loud bang on the door, causing Chumley to pulled his covers over his head, Syrus yelping out in fear even screaming out "Don't take my soul!" and Draco shot up in the bed, banging his head against the bottom of Syrus' bed, groaning out.
"Draco Kaitos and Syrus Truesdale!" the CO yelled out, "We have a Warrant for your expulsion!"
"A what for our what?!" Draco called back, groaning rubbing his head.
"Open the door, this instant!"
Draco sat on his bed, groaning out, before a series of loud banging on the door again.
"Alright!" Draco roared out, "Chill out for a damn second!"
He stood up and walked to the door before hearing Syrus groaning out from waking up.
"Oh man." He said, "I just had the worst dream ever. That man you dueled last night, I dreamt he came back and was after me this time, and screaming he wanted my soul."
"Well, it was just a dream." Draco replied, as Syrus jumped to the ground, "So, what's with the noise?" he asked.
"SET THE CHARGES!"
Hearing a series of rapid 'beeps' Draco grabs Syrus and slammed both of them to the floor before a small blast went off, sending the door into the wall, shattering it. Seeing the door nearly hit them, Draco growled out and turned to face the "army" at the opening they made.
"What the fuck?!" he roared out, "I was at the damn door, you dumbasses!"
"Be silent, rule-breaking slacker!" The CO ordered, "We have video evidence of the two of you breaking one of the most important rules of the Academy! A Rule strict enough to have you both expelled!"
"What?! Expelled?!" Syrus shouted in fear.
"So, what?! You're just going to make it a public scene with all of this heavy army shit?!" Draco asked, with a slight snarl.
"No." The CO replied, "You'll be trialed for your crimes, by the teachers and Chancellor himself. But the evidence will seal your fate."
Over at the Obelisk Girl Dorm, Alexis just finished blow drying her hair from her shower, which was the last thing she did, after getting dressed with her new blazer, looking at the Red Blazer neatly folded on her bed, she smiles lightly as she picked the Slifer uniform up, she opened her bedroom door and spotted Ms. Fortaine on her PDA.
"Chancellor Shepard, the punishment is too extreme when I reported to you, an hour ago, why they broke the rule! No, I'm not saying ignore it, what I'm saying is I have proof that will lessen the punishment. Alexis can also be a voice for them, she was victim to the situation."
Alexis listened to her dorm's head conversation, "Alright I'll be there." Ms. Fortaine sighed, before hanging up and saw Alexis standing at her room's doorway.
"Sorry for eavesdropping." She apologized, "But what was that about?"
"Crowler found footage of Draco and Syrus, entering the Abandon Dorm." She replied.
"What about that man that dragged me in there?"
"To Crowler, there is no footage of that. And to make things worse, Crowler just wants both of them expelled, thinking the video will be enough."
Alexis looked at Draco's blazer and got a determine expression, which Ms. Fortaine picked up on.
An hour or so passed, as all the teachers, Draco and Syrus were in a large room. Syrus nervously and visibly panicking as Draco glared at them. Crowler showed the footage of them entering the Abandon Dorm, and going deeper into the dorm before it gets cut off.
"There, everybody saw that!" Crowler announced, "These two Slackers, not only entered the Abandon Dorm, but went further in it!"
"Where's the rest of the damn footage?!" Draco snarled out.
"You will hold what you say Slacker!" Crowler spat back, "This is all that is needed to prove you two are done for in this Academy!"
"Crowler, you are mistaken!"
All of the eyes turned to Ms. Fortaine, as she glared at Dr. Crowler, "I'll have you know Crowler I do have a message from Draco here on the reason he went into the Dorm."
"Oh please." He scoffed, "Just because he happens to be one of your favorites, doesn't mean anything here."
"Oh, but it's justifiable for your hate towards me?!" Draco asked.
"He does have appoint there, Crowler." Mai stated, "Besides there are two sides to every story and all you want is your side to be heard."
"I do have to agree with Mrs. Wheeler, Crowler." Shepard stated, "Tell us Ms. Fortaine, what did the message say?"
"It reads and I quote;" she replied, "I found Alexis unconscious in the Abandon Dorm, her blazer torn to shreds. I'm on my way to the Obelisk Girl Dorm, please meet me at the entrance of the Dorm to help her in."
"How do you know he didn't send that message to you after he did that!?" Crowler asked, trying to twist everything to get Draco kicked out, "Speaking of blazers, Slacker, where is yours?"
"If you actually listen, instead of trying to blame me for fucking everything! You would know that—"
Draco's rant was interrupted by someone knocking on the door, "Who is it?!" Crowler yelled, "We are having an important meeting!"
The door open, getting Crowler to gasp out, Draco, Syrus and most of the teachers, minus Ms. Fortaine, were shocked seeing Alexis walking in.
"Ms. Rhodes?!" Crowler gasped out, "What are you doing here?!"
"I heard this was where I could find Draco.' She replied.
"Why were you looking for this Slacker?"
"And what is in your arms, Hun?" Mai asked the Obelisk.
"It's Draco's blazer." She replied.
Crowler's mouth hits the desk as he gasped out breathlessly, as Alexis walks to Draco, hands him the blazer, and quickly puts it on, thanking her.
"AH-ah-ah WHY DO YOU HAVE THE SLACKER'S BLAZER?!"
"Because dumbass," Draco insulted him, "When I found her in the Abandon Dorm, she was unconscious and topless. I took my blazer off and gave to her to cover herself."
"Just as I said in the message, Crowler." Fortaine added.
"Hmm, Miss Rhodes?" Shepard sked, "Perhaps you can tell us your side?"
"Well, I was at the Dorm, paying my respect to my brother." Alexis stated, "And the next thing I know some large man grabs me and covers my mouth and grabs my arm. After that he dragged me into the Dorm, the next thing I knew I was being carried by Draco."
Crowler began to look around the room, extremely guilty hoping no one was looking at him, unknowing to him, Draco caught the suspicious actions of his.
"Well." Mai said breaking the silence, "I think I speak for most of us, when I say; Based on the new evidence, expelling them is no longer an option."
"Are you insane?!" Crowler snapped, "They broke the biggest rule of all of Duel Academy!"
"Crowler they saved Alexis from some—" Shepard started
"He was more like a dueling assassin or mercenary." Draco stated.
"Pardon?" he asked.
"The man named Titan; he was like a mercenary. He used Alexis as bait and said he'll let Alexis go if I beat him."
"It doesn't matter your intent!" Crowler yelled.
"I think the best way is a duel." Sir Sartyr proposed.
Everyone looked at him then at each other, seeming to like the idea, except Crowler.
"I think that's a brilliant idea, Sartyr." Shepard stated.
"On two conditions!" Crowler barked, getting all eyes on him, "They have to duel together in a Tag Duel, and I get to pick who they duel!"
"Crowler." Shepard said.
"Sounds fair to me." Draco announced, getting Syrus to gasp, "Anyone you set us up against will just prove that Two of the best Slifers can handle any of your Obelisks."
"We'll see, Slacker." Crowler remarked before standing up and leaving the room, Shepard sighed out and looked back at the three students.
"I have to say, I wasn't expecting you to fight against the evidence that Crowler presented."
"He's been trying to get rid of me, since the Entrance Exam." Draco stated, before his eyes snapped at a realization, "That son of a bitch."
"What was that?" Sartyr asked.
"Just something I need to check is all." Draco replied, "I'm going to look through my deck to get ready for the Tag Duel."
"But Draco." Syrus said.
"You need to do that as well, little buddy." Draco replied before leaving the room.
In the hallway, Crowler walked back to his office to make a call, but stopped with the fact that Titan, attacked one of his star students.
"That bastard." He muttered, "I told him to only go after that Slacker. I guess I should be glad he failed."
"Crowler!"
He lets out a yelp and turned around seeing Draco glaring at him.
"Oh, it's just you." He remarked, "What do you want?"
"Just some answers to my questions." Draco replied, "Honest ones. I can tell if you are lying."
"Oh, can you now? Good luck with your questions."
"You were the one who hired Titan aren't you?"
Crowler's eyes widen and a look of dread fell on his face, "That's all I need for an answer." Draco stated, "Next question; There was never an odd number of Slifers or Obelisks during the Promotion Exam was there?"
"Actually, that one was partially true." He replied, "There was one more Obelisk than Slifer. I just pulled strings around, so you would end up dueling Chazz."
"Final question; You're the one behind that love letter prank, Syrus was victim of that was meant for me, weren't you?"
"That was my first attempt." Crowler admitted.
Draco was growling loudly at this point, startling Crowler, before he calmed down and sighed out.
"This is the last time you try to kick me out." Draco said, as he walks pass his teacher.
"Wh-what do you mean?" Crowler asked.
"I mean, get whoever you want me and Syrus to duel." He stated, "But if we happen to win, that's it. No more schemes or tricks to try and get me expelled."
"Hold on, you have all the proof you need to get me fired." Crowler stated, "Why are you not—"
"Because of two things." Draco replied, "The first being if you get fired, no doubt you'll tell all the Obelisk it was my fault and tell them to avenge you."
Crowler bobbed his head around, silently admitting he would do that, "The wanted to be in the Academy to make friends, have fun, and learn how to be a great duelist."
"And?" Crowler asked, expecting more, "And that can't happen, if we are at each other's throats all year or if the school loses one of its best teachers."
Crowler looked shocked at that last reason, "Well, best by Kaiba's standards." Draco finished with a smug.
"Ah, there it is." Crowler remarked, "Your little smart-ass remark."
"You just get whoever you want, in the end, the outcome will be the same." Draco told him.
Back to the meet room, Syrus sat on the bench outside of the room, sighing out. Alexis hearing the sighing sat next to him.
"I can tell something is on your mind, Syrus." She told him.
"I'm going to get us kicked out." He simply said, not evening bothering to look at her.
"You really still doubting yourself?" Alexis asked, "You are one of the top three Slifers, two of which on par with Ra and one with Obelisk."
"It doesn't matter." Syrus replied, "I'm going to mess up under the pressure and we'll get kicked out."
Unknown to both of them, a certain spellcaster apprentice watching them, looking worried before her face lit up with an idea, and vanished.
Meanwhile at the Slifer dorm, using the computer in the room, Draco opened a video chat with his parents, telling them all that has far.
"So, they want you to duel in order to stay?" his father asked.
"With the evidence that Alexis and Ms. Fortaine presented." Draco stated, "At first, go figure, the Doc just wanted us out."
"How is that bastard not fired yet?" his mother asked.
"He already told me he was behind everything." Draco replied, "I just chose not to report him, cause then I'll have a whole dorm after me."
His parents agreed with him, "By the way Mom?" He asked.
"What is it, Sweetie?"
"Gahlot had a slight argument with me, about using Silziigaaf." He said.
Saffira's eyes looked in both dread and anger, "I'm going to get to the shop now." Krono said quickly leaving the house, Draco actually hearing the door shutting.
"You used the Gatekeeper?!" she growled out.
"He appeared in my head when I was in a duel with someone using Archfiends." Draco replied, "And it seemed those things had a grudge against me."
Draco noticed his mother's eyes widen and then sighed out, "Not towards you, more towards me." She replied.
"Why's that?" Draco asked.
"Well a long time ago, the Archfiends were once a human kingdom, but made a deal with the Supreme Fiends and the whole kingdom became a hell on earth as the people became Fiends and the royal court and family became Archfiends." She explained.
"But what does that have to with me?" Draco asked.
"It's more with your blood." His mother replied, "I used a ritual using my blood to seal the kingdom in a part of the Dark World. And that's where the Gatekeeper comes in."
"But why is it you hate him?" Draco asked, "And his card says he's the Dragon Guard of Souls which is?"
"He gave himself the title of Dragon Guard." She replied, "Believing to be above my rule since he guards the gate to the Dark World. But it was more of when the Archfiends became cards, I sealed them away as well, and because they were souls of the Dark World, Silziigaaf demanded that I unseal them and place them under his watch."
"But then how did Titan get them?" Draco asked.
"That I don't know." She replied, "Only my blood or yours can break the seals, unless one archfiend managed to avoid the seal and was just stuck in the card."
Draco then remembered before the duel, "One more thing."
"Hmm?"
"Before my duel with Titan and the Archfiends, he did try to take my soul with that Cursed Pendant of his, but it was stopped by a swirl of white and black flames that came from my body."
"White and black flames?" Saffira asked her son.
"Yeah, and an Archfiend said something about my powers being awaken."
"This… This is more of in person kind of talk for all of us." She replied.
"So, wait until the winter break?" Draco asked.
"Yeah, all I can say for now is, the Dragon you really are has woken up." She told him.
"Hmm." Draco pondered.
"By the way Draco, just be a little careful next week." She told him, "That is after all Duel Spirit Day."
Draco chuckled and shook his head lightly, "Oh, the one day of the year you really look forward to." He replied.
"Well of course, the one day I can leave the house and not have to use that illusion."
"Speaking of, Mom." Draco looked back seeing Chumley slowly waking up, in turn caused her to sigh out.
"Anyways, I'll tell your father what you told me and I know you don't need it but good luck."
"Don't worry, Mom. Plus, I need to ask Dad to get a hold of a certain card."
"I'll tell him that." She replied.
The ended their talk, and the call ended just as Chumley rolled around and looked at Draco.
"Dude, were you talking to yourself?" he asked.
"No, I just got done talking to my parents." Draco replied.
"Why would you want to talk to your parents?"
"They are my parents, Chumley." Draco replied, "They also taught me everything I know about dueling."
Chumley just rolled back in the bed and didn't say anything else. Draco sighed out and left the room once more, walking down the steps to the ground, and then to the cliff, staring at the open sea and breathed deeply.
"There you are!"
A sudden voice, startled him as he quickly spun around, and saw the back side of Sophitia in a battle stance, in front of the Dragon Guard, Dark Magician Girl.
"What the? Dark Magician Girl?" Draco asked, getting a nod from the apprentice, "Wait, from Syrus' deck?"
"Yeah, that's right." She replied.
"Sophitia, stand down."
"Young Lord, with all respect she came from behind you." She replied, "She could be—"
"If she was an assassin, she wouldn't have said anything." He remarked, "Now I'm ordering you to stand down."
The Royal Guard growled softly before letting out a growling sigh and took a standing position with her weapon at her side.
"So, why are you here?" Draco asked, DMG.
"Well, it's Syrus." She replied, "He thinks he's going to be the reason you and he are going to lose and get kicked out of the Academy."
Draco and Sophitia both sighed out, "Syrus." Draco simply said.
"I agree, Young Lord." Sophitia replied, "He has come a long way from when you met him, and he still thinks himself that bad."
"I believe it's because of his brother." Magician Girl stated, "I have heard him talking in his sleep on how his brother, pretty much bullied him by saying he will never be a duelist and shouldn't try."
This made Draco narrow his eyes, more determine to beat just an asshole, before he walked back towards the main building quickly.
"Oh, boy." Sophitia said.
"What?"
"That's the Young Lord's 'person's going to pay' walk."
It didn't take him long to get back to the hallway that lead to the room that the hearing was in, and spotted Alexis and Syrus sitting on the bench, but saw one other, a much older boy with dark blue hair. Recognizing the boy from the Academy website as Zane Truesdale. Draco made it in time and within ear shot to hear what was said.
"You don't need to be here, Syrus." Zane coldly told his brother.
"Well, I'm, here aren't I?" Syrus argue back, clearly not believing what he is saying.
"Clearly, a mistake."
Alexis and Syrus both gasped out at that sudden statement, "Zane. That's going too far." Alexis pointed out.
"The truth is always too far." He replied, "If you have any respect, you'll be gone by morning, Syrus."
Syrus at this point, had tears forming in his eyes and was ready to run off, as Zane turned his back and began to walk off.
"Truesdale!" Draco snarled out, Syrus looking down the hall as Zane "cool guy" turns around. As the Chancellor and teachers opened the door to the hallway, everyone stood in shock as Draco rushed over and slammed his fist into the left cheek of the top student, and falling to the floor as Draco huffed out loudly.
"Syrus has more respect than you'll ever have!" Draco yelled out, "For being his older brother, you're more like the high schooler that bullies middle schoolers!"
Zane simply got up, brushed himself off, before throwing his own punch into Draco's face, causing him to stumble back.
"Big talk from a Slacker." Zane remarked, but slightly gasped as Draco grabbed his arm, and pulled him closer, slamming his elbow into his nose and stumbled back holding it and groaned out.
"So, this is how the 'Top Student' solves those who challenge him?" Draco mocked, "A simple blow to the face and a common insult?"
"Ugh! You fucking bastard!" Zane groaned out.
"It's people like you that give real duelist a bad name!"
Shepard and Sartyr were about to do something to stop them, but Mai simply held her arms out.
"A Slifer like you shouldn't compare to a duelist like me!"
"Please! A duelist like me, wouldn't sink to your pathetic dueling skills!"
That triggered Zane to promptly activate his duel disk and glaring at Draco, "I'll show you, how a real duelist aims to win!"
Draco actives his duel disk, noticed by Alexis, Draco's eyes slightly shined with a flick of fire in them, "I plan on showing you how one duels with honor!"
"DUEL!"

Without even deciding on who went first, Zane imminently drew his first card, looking through his hand, he gave a slight grin.
"I couldn't ask for such a better hand."
Three Cyber Dragons, Draining Shield, De-Fusion, and the card he just drew, Different Dimension Capsule.
"I'll start with this, Different Dimension Capsule!"
A strange sarcophagus appeared and opened up as a single card was placed inside of it, before it disappeared into the ground.
"The card I just placed into it; I get it after my next two draws." Zane stated, "I'll placed this card face down and end my turn."
"No monsters?" Draco theorized, "Seeing how his ace card is a level 5 and needs me to have a monster out, he must have all three in his hand."
"Come on!" Zane ordered, "Make your move alright!"
Draco narrowed his eyes as he drew his card and looked through his hand. Having two Dragon Guards, Monster Reborn, Draining Shield, Negate Attack and Polymerization.
"I'll start by summoning Vonzun, the Dragon Guard Spy!"
Appearing right next to Draco, kneeled a dark grey dragon wearing the following; a light helm that covered the top of his head, being pitch black in color, a matching colored scarf around his neck, a shoulder pardon on his right shoulder only, a leather strap that loops under the pardon, and down to his left hip, which hostel two throwing knives, wrist guards, waist armor with a loincloth, and finally shin guards, all which were a matching black.

"Let's see if this bet plays off." Draco thought, "I'll activate Vonzun's Special Ability!"
Upon hearing this, the Dragon's eyes darted open, gazing at Zane, and unsheathed one of the throwing knives.
"And just what is it's Special Ability?" Zane demanded.
"You'll find out!" Draco called back, "Vonzun, strike the second card on my left and let's see if it's a monster!"
The dragon dashed forward with such speed, it was a blink and one would miss it, reappearing behind Zane, then leaped into the air, threw the knife into the called-out card. On impact, a transparent Cyber Dragon appeared with the knife impaled into its head, letting out a malfunctioning and glitchy roar.
"What the hell did you do?!" Zane, once more demanded.
"Well, for someone claiming to be the number one, you don't know anything about my cards." Draco mocked, "Vonzun let's me target one card in your hand and call out, either Monster, Spell, or Trap card. If I happen to be right, the card goes right to the Graveyard. If I'm wrong, then you shuffle the target back into your deck and draw a new card."
After the Cyber Dragon vanished, Vonzun returned to Draco's side, kneeling once more. Zane growled out discarding the Cyber Dragon.
"I now activate Monster Reborn." Draco announced, Zane shooting a disgust look at him.
This fucking Bastard! He thinks he can control the might of my Cyber Legacy?!"
"Come back, from the Grave, Cyber Dragon!" Draco yelled out as the machine serpent roared out on Draco's field.

Once more the Dragon looks at Zane, and unsheathes a dagger from his back and dashed out, impaling the dagger into Zane's stomach, causing him to grunt out and took a step back.
Zane LP:4000-2200
"Cyber Dragon your turn! Strident Blaze!" Draco ordered, the eyes of the machine flashed, before roaring out and blasting a powerful energy blast towards Zane.
"That was pointless." Zane mocked, "I activate my trap, Draining Shield!"
The attack collides with the barrier as Zane smirks out and even chuckles with a superior mocking tone.
Zane LP:2200-4300
"I'll end my turn with these two cards, face down."
Zane just huffed out drawing his card, looking at the drawn card, "Too bad, I thought you would be more of a challenge for me."
"And what makes you think it's game over already?" Draco asked.
"I know it's game over, because of this!" Zane responded, flipping the card he just drew over, "Polymerization!"
The fusing vortex appeared behind Zane as he smiled, "I'll fusing the two Cyber Dragons I have in my hand." He announced, as both of his machines appeared and swirled into the vortex, "Now cone out Cyber Twin Dragon!"
Emerging from the vortex can a slightly larger machine with a serpent like body and two head, each roaring out.

The two-headed machine raised both of its heads, charging a blast from their mouths.
"I use my own Draining Shield!" Draco yelled out, flipping the same trap Zane used.
"Just I thought you would." Zane openly mocked, "I now active De-Fusion!"
The two-headed machine, suddenly spilt into the two monsters that created it.
"You wasted such a powerful card. Cyber Dragon attack his lizard!" he ordered.
One of his Cyber Dragons began to charge its own attack, "And knowing your other face down, it's going to be Negate Attack."
"No point in having it out now, Negate Attack!" Draco growled, stopping the machine's attack.
"I knew it, now end your turn."
"The hell you mean end my turn?" Draco asked.
"You won't get anything to win, so in other words, draw your card and end your turn."
Draco growled as he drew his card, he gave a slight grin, "What was that about me not getting anything to help me?"
"You don't have anything you fool!" Zane yelled.
"I summon Kroluhaal, the Dragon Guard Mage, in Defense Mode!" Draco yelled out.
A dragon appeared taking a knee in a defensive position, wearing a black two spiked, shoulder pardon on his right should, straps from it leading to under the black robe he wore of his left shoulder with a sleeve covering his left arm, leaving his chest exposed, a belt around his waist, making the rest of his robe cover him and allowing free leg movement. The dragon glared at Zane with yellow piercing eyes.

"With one of his Special Abilities!" Draco said, "I'm using his second Ability!"
The Mage began an incantation, as one of Zane's Cyber Dragons began to glow, getting his attention.
"What the fuck are you doing to my Dragon?!" Zane yelled out.
"That Cyber Dragon is being the target for my Mage's spell, Power Drainage!" Draco mocked Zane, "That Cyber Dragon will lose 200 attack points times its level. To simplify it for you, it'll lose 1000 attack points."
The Mage finished the spell and the target Cyber Dragon's eyes began to flash on and off, like something only having little to no power left in it.

"Cyber Dragon! Attack your weaken brethren!" Draco ordered, the Cyber Dragon instantly launched an energy blast, blasting the head clean off, before it fell to the ground and shattered to pieces.
Zane LP:4300-3300
"You fucker!" Zane roared out, "How dare you use MY Cyber Dragon to damage me!"
Just make your move, and go ahead and retrieve your Power Bond from that Capsule." Draco mocked him.
Zane growled out, drawing his card, followed by the Capsule reappearing and opening up, allowing Zane to get the card he placed in it.
"This Slifer thinks he's so smart!" Zane hissed in his head, seeing in his hand; Power Bond and Cyber Phoenix, "Damn I have nothing, but my Cyber Phoenix could protect my Life Points."
"I'll summon this monster face down." Zane growled as the backside of the card appeared sideways, "Cyber Dragon destroy that annoying Mage!"
"His last offensive machine blasted Kroluhaal to dust, "That takes care of that!"
"Alright, let's see if I get anything good." Draco said, drawing his card, his eyes slightly widen before given a small grin, "Well, haven't seen you in a few years."
"Just make your move!" Zane yelled out.
"Fine. I summon Suraasven, the Wind Dragon Princess." Draco growled, annoyed with Zane's impatience.
The dragon that appeared in a slight gust of wind, twirled around before standing, revealing herself. Wearing Egyptian cotton dancer outfit, with golden trims as well as a necklace. On her arms are a waving stain of the outfit, being held by golden wrist bands. Yellow circles painted on her feathery horns, and along the joints of her wings, yellow lines paint on her hips, splitting into two lines on her thighs, that connect and goes up on her hips and waist, a single line on each side of her neck and the base of her tail down a bit. At her tail's tip, dipped with yellow and a few circles painted there. Her scale colors, Her head and feathery scales down her back and spikes down her tail as well as the mandibles of her wings, a dark green. Her body is mostly a standard green, her neck, chest, stomach and undertail, a lighter green. She stood there and smiled as her golden eyes glimmer.

"All that build up for that?" Zane asked, annoyed.
"Her Special Ability begs to differ with your attitude." Draco growls, "She gets her weapon, Blade of Piecing Winds!"
A small tornado appeared, as the princess smiles and reached her hand into it, and pulled out a sheathed sword. The sheath was a light grey, trimmed with a light mint green and clear sky blue gems the hilt of the sword matching the green and blue, as she then slowly unsheathed the blade, as the katana looking sword was pulled from the sheath the blade began surrounded by a whirlwind, as she placed the sheath on the ground.

"Cyber Dragon! Attack his defending monster!"
The machine blasted the monster, revealing a four-winged bird machine, before it was consumed by an explosion.
"By destroying Cyber Phoenix, I get to draw a card from my deck!" Zane said, drawing his one card, "Now since you have no other monsters to attack with, end your turn!"
"You seem to have forgotten someone." Draco mocked him, looking at his right, and pointed to the Dragon Guard kneeling and awaiting orders, "Vonzun, Dagger Impalement."
The Spy grunted out and dashed out, impaling Zane in the gut once more.
Zane LP:3100-1300
"That's all for my turn."
Zane drew his card, "Time for me to finish you loser." Zane smirked, "I activate Monster Reborn! Come back, Cyber Dragon!"
Once more, the metal serpent roared out, ready for battle, "I also lay this card face down. Now Cyber Dragon! Destroy that other dragon!"
His Dragon blasted at Vonzun, the Spy didn't even flitch as he was hit and blasted away.

Draco drew his card, before grinning, "You said you were going to finish me off?" he asked, "I activate Mystical Space Typhoon!"
"What?!" Zane yelled out, as his face down was destroyed, revealing to be Rare Metalmorph.
"Alright, Suraasven?"
"I'm on it." She replied, casually swinging the sword, creating the typhoon once more and destroying the Cyber Dragon.
Zane LP:1300-1100
"Now for the irony, being beaten with your own monster, Cyber Dragon! End that fool!"
The eyes of the machine flashed brightly before letting loose a powerful Strident Blaze, sending its original owner into the hallway wall.
Zane LP:1100-0
The Chancellor, teachers, Alexis and Syrus witness it all, Zane was finally beaten, by a first-year student.
"Now you listen to me!" Draco snarled at him, "You no longer have any reasons to tell Syrus he doesn't belong here. As his older brother, you should be the one to encourage and help him. Not be the bully that tells him he is a waste of time."
"You have no right to tell me how to be a brother!" Zane hissed out.
"You're right." Draco replied, "I don't since I'm an only child, but then again, You're not a brother to Syrus at all. In front of the Chancellor and the teachers of the Academy, you are no longer the best at this school and it was clear in the duel you have no honor."
"Why you!"
"That's enough Mr. Truesdale." Shepard yelled out, "We don't know what lead to the duel, but it is clear who the victor was."
"If you do have any respect as a duelist." Mai added, "Then just accept this lose and try again later."
Zane just glared at everyone before getting up and walked away, Draco turned back to Syrus, who was looking in complete shock.
"Is he even in there?" Draco asked Alexis.
"I'm not sure." She replied, "I mean we all just watch Zane, the best of Duel Academy, with a no-lose streak, just lost a duel."
Draco looked back at Syrus before snapping his fingers several times, that broke Syrus from his trance.
"You ok, Sy?"
"Y-yeah." He replied, "B-but you just won against—"
"Oh, so you did see the duel." Draco chuckled, "I also told him, he doesn't have the rights to discourage you anymore, so tomorrow, you and I are going to do a special type of duel training."
"A special type?" Syrus asked.
"Yup." Draco simply said.
"That sounds fair." Mai stated, "Give them time to work out their decks as long as we make sure Crowler doesn't schedule the duel on the same day."
"Actually, Mrs. Wheeler."
Everyone turned and looked behind the teachers, seeing Crowler walking up to them, "The people I picked said they won't be here, until Tuesday next week. They seem to be doing Tag Team teaching at a public school in the main lands."
"Oh, well that makes it perfect." Shepard replied with a smile, "That means if the duel goes well, you two will still be here for Duel Spirit Day the following Wednesday."
Syrus gulps loudly, before Draco chuckles buddy patting his shoulder, "Well, that gives us four days for your special training."
Syrus chuckled lightly, before the audience left the hallway leaving Draco alone for a bit as he sighs out heavily, before looking back to where Zane slightly stormed off, and seeing a familiar figure, kneeling before him.
"Should I keep in eye on that Zane character, Young Lord?" Vonzun asked.
"Please do." Draco replied, "I have a feeling he's not done with me, or Syrus."
"Young Lord, you spoke to him of not having honor." Vonzun replied, "But, isn't sending me to watch him dishonorable?"
"Nice try, Vonzun." Draco chuckled, "It's only dishonorable if you watching and told me everything about his deck. This is making sure he doesn't try anything to get Syrus to leave."
The Dragon Guard bowed his head, "Understood, Young Lord. I'm to keep an eye and his movement if any are towards Syrus."
With that, the Spy vanished as Draco sighed out and walked down the hall and out the main entrance of the building, meeting up with Syrus and Alexis.
"So, what's the special training for me?" Syrus asked.
"Just to help with your performance anxiety is all." Draco replied, "You could say my field spells are a special kind."
"What's that mean?" he asked.
"Wait, are you talking about like your duel with Chazz?" Alexis asked, "I did see some of the hologram civilians talking to each other and even making bets."
"Yeah, they are self-aware." Draco replied, "If the field is activated, they remember what happened last time."
Draco looked at Syrus, now sweating and shaking, "Yeah, this is to help with that."
"I-I'm going to go back to the dorm f-for now." Syrus stuttered as he walks away.
Draco sighed, shaking his head with a smile, before looking at Alexis. She noticed, and slightly blushed, before softly gasping, as she felt Draco taking her hand into his.
"Thanks for your arrival." He told her, "If you didn't show up when you did, I think Crowler would have gotten Syrus and myself kicked out."
"Well, I just couldn't let you get kicked out, I think the year would be boring without you." She replied.
"So, when would be the best time to tell Syrus that, well, we're a thing?"
"Mmmm, after your tag duel?"
Draco chuckles before turning their bodies to each other, placing his other hand on her hips, and lean closer, placing a kiss on her lips. Alexis let out a surprised moan, but returned the kiss herself. Breaking the kiss, Draco smiled at her.
"I think after the Tag Duel is a good idea." He told her, "If you want, you can see the training yourself."
"I think I will, and maybe get Jasmine and Mindy to join." Alexis replied, as she waved at him as she walks off.
Draco smiled as he then began to walk back to the Slifer dorm, "Well, someone has found a mate already?"
Draco blushed lightly and looked at a down tree seeing Sahlos, sitting seductively, "Trying to tease me already, Sahlos?"
"Not at all, But I'm sure how the Queen would feel if her little prince has a mate already." She replied.
"Sahlos." Draco sighed, "Alexis isn't my mate, she's a girlfriend. There's a difference. Unlike my parents or you Guards, humans build the relationship up."
"Hmm? You call yourself a human?" Sahlos asked.
"As far as I know I am." He replied, "And do I need to tell your mate about these teasing of yours?"
Sahlos this time, hard to tell with her red scales, blushed as she gasped out, "Wh-what mate of mine?"
"Like I haven't noticed you and the Captain?" Draco asked the Seductress, "The two of you are a pair It wasn't hard to figure it all out."
Sahlos huffed and looked away, "Look, just give me time, and I'll tell my mom about this." Draco told her.
"Fine." She replied before vanishing.
Draco continue walking before seeing the dorm come into sight, and seeing Prof. Banner on his cell calling to get the door replaced and met up with Mana and Chumley telling them what happened. All he knew was that Syrus needed help, and he was going to give it to him and they were going to win the Tag Duel.
