I wonder myself. Who would Erich Hartmann paired up with? What do YOU think which girl is a perfect Match for him? I'm just asking for an opinion, not a suggestion. Anyways, enjoy the chapter

It has been over two weeks since Hartmann had came into this world, and how long he had been stayed in Beacon. During those two weeks, he had some conversations with Ozpin about Earth again and some other stuff Hartmann didn't know. Ozpin once told him about the Creatures that exist in Earth, if they are similar with Remnant.

Hartmann told him again that the world had no other intelligent creatures instead of Humans. There weren't any Faunuses nor Grimm in earth, just Humans. Ozpin begin talking about Aura and Semblances in this world, which was completely foreign to the German. The Headmaster said that almost every person in this world possess this Aura and Semblance. When Hartmann told him that the People on Earth had neither possessed those two, Ozpin was a little surprised, but kept a calm face.

Glynda had been keeping an eye of the German for those two weeks. She even teaches him and trained him to fight the local grimm creatures in the forest and in the acedemy, which a teacher named Port had captured some of the Grimm and bring it to the academy in cages. Most of them were the boars and wolves. It seems dangerous for an inexperienced fighter like him, but Glynda knows that he had to protect himself at some point.

He managed to do well on fighting them as they are somewhat of a threat when facing against one or two. The skilled Huntsmen in the academy said that these types of grimm were little to no threat as they kept practicing of fighting and killing them.

Professor Peach gets to see him, and was so interested about everything from him. Finding out that he was from another world made Peach a bit too attached to him, almost making Glynda a bit jealous and uneasy with her being around him. They did say Peach can be a bit crazy from experimenting Dust, which she teaches in the academy.

So the German did hang with her for about a few minutes, talking about dust and other science-y stuff that the former does not know, but it switches to his history from earth and his experience. Peach liked the boy and was eager to tell him lots of things. Their time always cut when the staff needs some help from the dust teacher. Peach gave him her number so they would meet and talk oftenly. Not anywhere near the students.

Speaking of that, Hartmann was able to see Coco and Velvet being Promoted to the next grade along with their 2 teammates and the other first year students. Hartmann admitted that seeing them happy makes him happy too, especially Velvet. The 2 girls wanted to invite him to one of the Parties, which he tried to refuse but they just dragged him anyways.

He had gotten to know the other two of their teammates, whom were both boys. They were Fox alistar and Yatsuhashi Daichi. Hartmann noticed how tall Yatsuhashi was compared to everyone else. He was either 7 or 8 feet which Surprised him, the tall man didn't mind however.

Needless to say, the German had a really fun time at the party with them. The students whom once giving him weird glances had stopped too and the think that Hartmann being here is now common, but they still observed his uniform which was a little odd.

There was one time when Coco went behind him and gave his butt a little slap. It caught him off-guard and turned to Coco smirking smugly at him. She told him it's a common thing with her team.

Ozpin had told him that the new batch of first year students will arrive tomorrow, that means he will be learning in the academy with the rest. He was a little nervous, but he remembered that Coco and Velvet are still with him in the academy, which calm him down a little. They wished them good luck and hoped he can make more new friends within the first years.

Now here he was currently walking down the streets of Vale again. He was wearing his usual Grey Shirt and another pair of Jeans, but he wasn't wearing his helmet and left it at his Room, which revealed his short brown hair. But this time, he was carrying one of his weapons with him and it was the Kar98k with atleast 2 ammo clips. He brought it just in case something bad is going to happen when he is out in the city alone.

He tried texting Coco and Velvet with his scroll, in which he had already gotten used to the typing and calling. He waited for their response and they said they were exhausted, so Hartmann decide to go to the City and find some cool stuff to look or buy.

The day is almost getting dark, but there were still people walking on the streets. As he was walking, he admired how beautiful the city looked even at nighttime. There were still some shops which were still open, and there were atleast a few that opens for 24 hours. Guess this is how living a peaceful life feels.

He slouched his Kar98k on his left shoulder with the Rope support and kept on walking to find some interesting shops to look at. He eventually find one in the middle of some closed shops, it was called "From Dust till Dawn". He raised his eyebrow for a second until he noticed that 'Dust' was supposed to be 'Dusk', which followed with him letting out a light chuckle. Nevertheless, he headed to the store to see what he might find that interests him.

Hartmann entered the store as the bell rang inside when he opened the door. On the counter, he saw an elderly, balding, gray-haired man with wrinkles under his eyes and over his brow. He wears a green shirt with a red apron and gray pants.

"Good evening, kiddo. Welcome to my shop." The old man shopkeeper greeted him with a smile.

Hartmann waved at him and looked around the entrance first before turning back to the old man. "Vhat do you sell in here?" Hartmann asked with his slight German accent. He was still practicing to speak English very fluently.

"Anything you might think off. I have Dust, Magazines, books, tools, cartridges, and more." He said.

Hartmann think about the 'Dust' part that the old man said. Back at the academy, both Glynda and Ozpin had told him about the whole importance of the 'Dust' in Remnant. It was a main source on how Humanity was able to move on and fight against the Grimm. His weapons does not need these 'Dust' as all weapons in earth needed Gunpowder for it to work.

The Hybrid-weapons that these people made mainly consists of dust, mostly the ones with the gun parts. Hartmann thought 'Hybrid-weapons' because literally each person he ever met with a weapon is always a Hybrid. Most of them were Gun-Melee weapons. It was crazy at first sight, but now had gotten used to seeing them.

Hartmann started looking around the shop that might interested him. He found some few magazines about weapons, he figured he will buy some of them about all those weird Hybrid weapons he see everywhere in the academy.

He then saw a girl at the corner of the store wearing a black and red dress, along with a cape and hoodie on her back. She was reading some sort of weapon magazine, he also noticed she was wearing some things on her ears, he didn't know what it is but it implied him that it made her to not hear anything.

He shrugged and continued looking around the store. While still looking around, six men had entered the store. All of them were armed with swords or guns. The Shopkeep looked at them, confused for a little until one of them came to the counter with the rest behind him. The man upfront, wearing a white coat and a bowler hat, having orange hair and fair skin, is the man himself, Roman Torchwick.

Roman flicked the cigar from his mouth and looked to the old man while crossing his arm. "Do you have any idea how hard it is to find a dust shop open this late?" He questioned, with one of the henchmen immediately pointed his gun at him.

"Please, just take my lien and leave!" He said fearfully with his arms raised in the air.

"Shh shh shh shh shh. Calm down, we're not here for your money." Roman replied, calmly.

As he was going to tell the men, Hartmann came back to the counter, after hearing the shopkeep's distress voice. He goes over to check it out. "Hey, what is going on?" He asked.

Roman and the five henchmen turned their heads to the German, the one pointing the gun at the shopkeep turned his weapon to the boy. Hartmann's eyes went wide as he raises his arm in surrender. He didn't try to unslouch his Kar98k from his shoulder at the risk of him getting shot. He noticed that Roman was the guy that he saw back at the club, 2 weeks ago..

"Guess, we're not alone here..." Roman muttered before turning to his goons. "Three of you. Grab the dusts." The three henchmen nodded, taking out some cylindrical cartridges and inserted them to the dust canisters. Roman turned to the guy with a gun. "And you. Check over that boy if he has anything useful."

The man nodded, still pointing hia gun at Hartmann. The latter stood very still, letting the man walk closer to him. "Alright, Kid. Give everything you have and we all get out smoothly."

"I...do not have anything...b-but i can comply if you...lower your weapon." He stuttered.

The man scoffed at that. "Not a chance."

The last henchmen was still on the front with Roman as he took off a briefcase and put it on the counter. "Crystals. Burn. Uncut." He said referring to the crystals inside the counter, the shopkeep grabbed a few of the crystals and put them on the counter, which the henchmen grabbed them and put them inside the briefcase.

One of the henchmen went to the Canisters and was about to grab the dust inside it, till he see another figure on the corner of the shop, whom was the girl that Hartmann saw. The girl was currently preoccupied with a weapon magazine.

He gritted his teeth and whipped out his red-bladed sword to the girl. "Alright kid. Put your hands where i can see them." He threatened.

Unfortunately, do to the girl wearing her headphones which was covered by the hoodie, she cannot hear what the Henchmen said. The Henchmen became irritated at the girl since she didn't comply, in which he started walking to her. "Hey, i said hands in the air! You got a death wish or something?" The Henchmen roughly put his hand on her shoulder, which made the girl turned around to the man with a surprise looking face as the hood fell off from her head.

Her entire face was visible, with her fair skin, red crimson hair and Silver eyes exposed. She looked at him confused for a second, until the Henchmen gestured at his ear, motioning her to lower down her Headphones. She does so and lowered them to her neck.

"Yes?"

"I said, put your hands in the air, now!"

"Are you robbing me?" She asked while raising her eyebrow a bit.

"Yes!" He exclaimed.

"Oooh..." The girl smirked and nodded a little.

Back at the front, Hartmann was still held hostage by the henchmen with Roman still waiting for his men to finish the robbery. Then they heard a 'Heeyah!' and the Henchmen that was threatening the girl flew past them as he crashed to the wall. Hartmann looked at the Henchmen on the floor, eyebrows raised, however Roman wasn't fazed by it as he calmly motions to another one of his Henchmens to handle with the girl, the Henchmen nodded and ran to her position with his gun raised at her.

"Freeze!" The girl just smirked and rushed to the Henchmen with her speed as it made both her and the Henchmen flew out of the store through the window, breaking it in the process.

Hartmann, Roman, the shopkeep and the other Henchmens looked outside as the Red caped girl got up and activated some sort of Red scythe which was twice the size of her. She looked at Roman and his goons as she starts twirling her Red scythe weapon around and stick the blade to the ground, which the Headphones she was wearing got sliced because of that.

"Ok..." Roman observes her for a second before turning to his goons. "..get her!"

Three of his Henchmen ran outside the store to deal with the Scythe girl as the two of them stayed inside the store. Fortunately, one of them did not had his gun pointed on Hartmann, which the latter has the opportunity to strike. He quickly unholstered his Kar98k and smacked the first Henchmen to the head by the butt of the gun, knocking him out.

Roman and the other henchmen noticed him as the latter withdrew his sword and charged at him. Hartmann saw the charging henchmen and reacted by shooting his rifle at the latter's arm. The bullet went through the flesh as he fell to the ground and cried out in pain. Roman looked at him in a slight shock as he was able to penetrate his aura that fast.

Hartmann didn't mean to hurt him, but there was no other choice. He quickly cocked the bullet and was going to fire another one at Roman, but the latter charged to him and took some hits to the German with his cane. Hartmann tried to fight back, but the Bowler hat man kicked him in the gut and sending him outside to the streets through the second window.

The girl was still fighting the three henchmens, she managed to took down two of them with ease. The last henchmen fired his sub-machine gun to the girl, but she evade all the shots using her scythe weapon which was firing some rounds that knock her back a little.

She then slide down and hit the Henchmen's legs, sending him to the air. She stick the blade area to the ground and twirl herself around the weapon before letting it go and smack the Henchmen from Mid-air.

The girl landed safely to the ground and saw Hartmann slowly getting up. She rushed to him and decided to help him. "You okay?"

He nodded, still recovering from the crash through the window which the sharpnel had hurt his whole body a little. "Danke. Thank you."

The girl didn't know what the first word meant, but she smiled at the second one. Both of them heard some footsteps and they saw Roman walking out of the store, looking at the knocked out henchmens. "You were worth every cent. Truly, you were."

He looked to Hartmann and the red haired girl as he was impressed by the actions they did for a young age. "You know for such a young age, I am very impressed of what you did to them, especially you boyo." He said pointing to Hartmann with his cane. The latter raised his eyebrow, confused.

"Manage to penetrate aura in an instant, it certainly is a sight to be seen. You could make a good Henchmen too." He smirked at the thought of Hartmann joining with him.

Now Hartmann was just as confused as the red caped girl next to him. Not even an hour of meeting a somewhat bad guy, the latter already suggested him of join forces. "Sorry, but i wont accept it." Of course he had to decline because he barely knew the person and the latter was robbing the store. No way he would join on the wrong side. Also, Glynda might be angry about it, really angry.

Hearing his decision, Roman rolled his eyes as he muttered something that the two teenagers can't hear. Roman then dropped his cigar to the ground and smash it with his cane as he continued. "Well, Grey and Red, I think we can all say it's been an eventful evening, and as much as i love to stick around..." He pointed his cane to Hartmann and 'Red', confusing the former a little. He saw the bottom part of the cane open up, revealing a cross grid and an opening.

"I'm afraid this is where we part ways."

After he said that, he fired a red blast towards Hartmann and the 'Red' girl. The latter unexpectedly held on to the latter's hand as she fires her scythe to the ground, launching both of them to the air. as the shot misses them. Hartmann let out a scream and landed to the ground with a thud, while Red landed on her knees, perfectly fine.

"You could have just warn me about it.." Hartmann said, while getting up.

"Sorry." She said while nervously smiled at him. She turned back to the front of the store and saw that the Bowler hat man was nowhere near.

"There he is." Hartmann saw him climbing up a ladder from an apartment building to the roof. The girl noticed too. Then the old man shopkeep went out of the shop as 'Red' turned to him.

""You okay if we go after him?" She asked.

"Uh-huh."

Red sprinted to the ladder as Hartmann tries to catch up with her. When they both reached the ladder, 'Red' shoots her gun-scythe to the ground as it launches her up, giving her a boost. "Hey! Wait for me!" Hartmann shouted and put his Rifle on his back while climbing up the ladder.

Roman reached the edge of the roof with 'Red' tailing behind him. "Hey!" she shouted.

He stopped at the edge as he didn't look back at her. "Persistent..."

'Red' readied her stance and her gun-scythe weapon to fight him, Hartmann catches up beside her and did the same thing with his Kar98k. All the sudden, a bullhead appeared infront of the Man, then the pilot of the bullhead activated the headlight and aimed it to Hartmann and 'Red', which they had to look away since the light is blinding their eyes.

This gives Roman the chance to get on the vehicle. He then turned to the two teenagers with a smirk on his face. "End of the line Grey and Red!" He takes out a red crystal and throw it at Hartmann and 'Red' , which they looked at it in confusion. The man then fired another blast with his cane. Hartmann tried to shield 'Red' and protect her from the blast. Not before he noticed a woman jumped infront of them as the blast hit them, creating a large explosion.

"Whoa-ho-ho-ho!" The man cheered for a second until he look back to the roof as the smoke starts to fade. "Huh?"

Hartmann kept shielding 'Red' until both of them noticed that they were okay from the explosion. They turned to a woman infront of them as she was activating some sort of Purple force field as it fades. 'Red' looks at her in awe, while Hartmann observe the woman and knew who it was.

"Ms. Goodwitch?"

As they look on to her, Glynda push her glasses back and waves her wand to the bullhead, which had summoned several purple streaks to it. The purple streaks hit the bullhead from all sides as it was thrown around. Inside, Roman was also being thrown around in the back until he made his way to the cockpit, where a Black hooded person was piloting the Aircraft, struggling to control it. While beside him was a woman in a red dress sitting on the co-pilot seat, hanging on.

"We got a huntress!" Roman exclaimed. The woman in red from the co-pilot seas gets up and headed towards the back as Roman occupies the co-pilot, with the hooded person still piloting the bullhead.

Back outside, the Bullhead was about to leave the area. Glynda began to glow purple, which amazed Hartmann a little, then she fires another purple blast as it went above the aircraft, resulting in a dark storm-cloud right over it. Roman and the hooded person looked at the storm above them

"The hell?" The former said.

With a flick of her wand, the storm cloud unleashes large ice shards that is pummeling the Bullhead and even broke through the window, two of them narrowly misses the bowler hat man and the Hooded pilot.

The woman in red reached the back and look to Glynda, Hartmann and 'Red' on the roof, which the Blonde woman gave her a narrow glare. The red woman's arms and chest light up like fire and then she aims a burst of fire energy at Glynda, which the latter blocks them with her wand. The fire energy splattered with some of them landing infront of Hartmann's feet.

The woman then summons another energy underneath Glynda, she quickly back-flips and dodged the explosion from the energy. The explosion had destroyed parts of the roof as the debris were getting scattered everywhere. Glynda gathered the debris with her semblance as she created a large purple arrow, which amazed both 'Red' and Hartmann.

Glynda launch the arrow to the bullhead, the fiery woman used her fire energy and launched three fire blasts to the large arrow, shattering most of the arrow. Glynda reforms the arrow, and it gotten closer to the Cockpit. The hooded pilot quickly leaned the bullhead, with the result of the spikes hitting the top of the aircraft, destroying some of the parts. Glynda seperates the arrow and reshaped it into three more arrows, which starts encircling the Bullhead.

The red-dress woman stumbled a bit and saw the arrows encircling the bullhead, she reacted by forming several orange glowing rings around herself, which she then expanded it around the bullhead and destroying the arrows.

The Bullhead was going to leave the area again, this time Ruby reacted by switching her scythe to it's rifle form and started shooting four rounds to the bullhead. Hartmann reloaded his Kar98k and fired two rounds to the bullhead. The woman blocked Ruby's shots with her palm as the bullet shattered with ease, while the bullets from Hartmann's Kar98k misses her by inches. Hartmann focus his sight and then he fired another bullet to the woman.

The bullet traveled from the rifle as it slowly make it's way to the bullhead and to the woman. Without her noticing, the bullet had made contact to the woman's left arm. The bullets pierces the aura of the woman as it kept piercing until it hit the flesh, penetrating her entire arm as it went out to the back of it, letting out some blood.

(A/N: Imagine the X-Ray bulletcam sequence in the sniper elite series)

Then, the woman drops to the ground as she cries out in pain while stopping the rest of the blood from flowing out of her arm. Seeing that the bullet hit her, Hartmann let out a cheer of success. "Yes!" He still felt a little bad about hurting the woman, but whats important is that it made her to stop attacking them. Glynda looked over to him and smiled proudly. before turning back to the bullhead and used her semblance to stop it from escaping.

Roman and the pilot noticed that the Bullhead was frozen, with the latter trying to move it with the controls. The former looked to the back, seeing the red-dress woman on the ground, grunting in pain. He growled and turned to the pilot. "Deal with them. I'll take care of the controls."

The Hooded pilot nodded as he exited the pilot seat and went to the back. The bowler hat man switched his seat to the pilot seat as he took control of the Bullhead. While walking to the back, the hooded person grabbed a gun from the side of the bullhead and some sort of drum magazines.

When the Hooded guy reached the back, he look to the red woman on the ground which was still grunting in pain, before looking at the roof. 'Red', Glynda and Hartmann look back to the bullhead and there was another person on it. The Hooded person then equipped his gun and inserted a drum mag to the weapon as he aimed it to the trio.

Hartmann inspected the gun he was holding and he couldn't believe it. He recognized it before during Germany's last stand. The gun was almost of a mini machinegun that reigns terror against their army.

The gun he was holding...was a PPSH 41.

The hooded man then unleashed a barrage of bullets to the trio, which made Hartmann to get out of his thoughts and scattered, avoiding all the bullets from hitting them.

Glynda still managed to hold the bullhead still as Hartmann and 'Red' begin to return fire with their rifles to the bullhead. The hooded guy took cover before unleashing more bullets to the snipers. Hartmann fired his last bullet from the clip as it looked it was going to hit the hooded guy to the head, but he duck down and made the bullet to hit the wall.

A little frustrated now, the hooded guy reloaded his PPSH41 and inserted another mag. This time he focused on Glynda whom was the one responsible that made the bullhead to not move. Hartmann notice the gunner was aiming towards Glynda. His eyes wide when he was about to shoot her, and he couldn't afford losing of what he thinks is his Mother-figure.

He had to take action. "Ms. Goodwitch, look out!" He shouted, making Glynda to lose focus and turned to him for a second. She look back to the bullhead and saw that the Hooded person was aiming at her with his gun, smiling. She didn't had time to react when the Hooded guy started firing hordes of bullets to her, but Hartmann quickly grabbed her arm and pull her away just as the bullets hit the ground.

The hooded person growled as he takes cover from Red's sniper shots. He then takes out an object from his pocket and throw it to the roof. When the object landed on the ground, Hartmann looked at it and noticed it was one of the stick grenades that he has in his dorm.

Glynda reacted and used her semblance on Hartmann and Red to pull them away from the grenade. She rolls herself away, just as the grenade exploded and quickly got up. The trio saw the Hooded person glaring at them, but not noticing that the Hooded person set his eyes on Hartmann.

The door of the bullhead soon closed as the aircraft can be seen escaping the area. Glynda sighed as she did not able to stop them from getting away, making Hartmann feeling a little guilty when he pulled her away. It was the only option he could go, if the grenade explodes, Glynda would've gotten really hurt.

"Sorry for distracting you." Hartmann apologized. Glynda turned to him, putting a hand on his shoulder and to his surprise, she lightly smiled at him.

"It's fine." Hartmann sighed in relief hearing that.

Both of them turned to the Red-caped girl as the latter looked at them in awe, mostly at Glynda. "You're a huntress..." She said. Hartmann and Glynda shared the same looks to eachother before turning back to the girl in red, with Glynda's smile turning into a glare.

"CAN I HAVE YOUR AUTOGRAPH?" 'Red' asked excitedly with a pleading, awe-stricken face.

After the whole robbery scene and the fight with the Red-dress woman and the Hooded guy, 'Red' was taken to an interrogation room by Glynda. Hartmann had to join with them since Glynda, along with Ozpin, are going to have a small talk after she's done interrogating the little 'Red' girl. The German was currently standing at the side of the table while leaning against the wall. He look to 'Red' whom had an amazed face at first when she met Glynda, then it turned to one of shame with her head down.

He did felt a bit bad for her, she expected an autograph in the first place, but she was taken in instead. Glynda paces around the table that 'Red' is seated at.

"I hope that you realize that your actions tonight will not be taken lightly, young lady. You had put yourself and one another in great danger." Glynda said as she referred to Hartmann on the 'one another'. The German sighed since she was right about that, but Hartmann didn't blame the girl in red.

"They started it!" 'Red' exclaimed, claiming herself that she is not guilty in this.

Hartmann had to step in. "Well, she is actually right about that." He said, defending the red-caped girl which the latter smiled at him. Glynda let out another sigh and turned to him.

"Mr. Hartmann, this is between me and the girl. So will you please not interrupt this conversation?" Glynda asked sternly, but calmly.

Hartmann stepped back and nodded. "Of course, Ms. Goodwitch. I apologize."

Glynda turned back to 'Red', which the latter frown again and went back to her shameful face. The blonde woman paced around the table again while holding her black scroll as she said. "If it were up to me, you'd be sent home, with a pat on the back..." "Red' starts smiling again while leaning infront of the Glynda turned her head to 'Red' with her usual menacing glare. "...and a slap on the wrist!"

Hartmann raised his eyebrow and so did 'Red' as Glynda demonstrated by whipping her riding crop and smack it to the table. This startled both of them as 'Red' let out an 'Eeek!' and leaned back to the chair, while Hartmann just stepped back and moved in to one of the corners of the wall.

Glynda eventually calmed down. "But... there is someone here who would like to meet you."

'Red' thought on who is this person that wanted to meet her, while Hartmann might already know that it was going to be Ozpin. As Glynda moved away from the door behind her, a familiar Grey-Haired man walked to the room with a Plate of cookies on one hand. It was Ozpin, like what Hartmann guessed. When Ozpin entered the room, he immediately set his eyes on 'Red'.

"Ruby Rose." He said of what seems to be her name. Hartmann thought to himself about 'Red's name being revealed to be 'Ruby'.

'So that is her name...' He thinks the name can be cute for a girl like her too.

Meanwhile, the headmaster begin to lean closer to her face. "You..." Ruby kept looking at her with eyes-wide and her mouth opened in amazement, while also waiting what he was going to say next. "...have silver eyes."

And with that, Ruby looked away briefly, feeling a little uncomfortable. "Uh, um..."

Hartmann took a closer look and saw that Ruby's eyes were silver, which is very unique to him and probably to Ozpin aswell. He thought if having those kind of eyes is very important.

"So! Where did you learn to do this?" Ozpin asked while gesturing his head to Glynda's scroll, which it is showing Ruby fighting off the 3 Henchmen at the streets. Hartmann took a look and was impressed and confused, the former about Ruby's fighting skills, and the latter about how did they get that footage.

Ruby looked at the footage from his scroll and answered. "S-Signal academy." which she had stuttered a bit.

"They taught you to use one of the most dangerous weapons ever designed?" Ozpin asked again.

"Well...one teacher in particular." Ruby stated.

"I see..." Ozpin put down the plate of Cookies at the table, infront of Ruby. Hartmann thought on how delicious the cookies were, he always loved those snacks back in earth. Ruby hesitantly picked one and somehow ate the whole thing in one bite, until the point she started shoving the rest without any rebutall. As Ruby kept eating the cookies, Ozpin continued. "It's just that I've only seen one other scythe-wielder of that skill before. A dusty, old crow..."

"Oh, Datt's mah unkul" Ruby said mumbling to her full mouth as she was still eating the cookies.

Ozpin, Glynda and Hartmann stared at her with their eyebrows raised, not understanding what she just said. Seeing this, Ruby quickly swallows and wipes her mouth in embarrassment.

"Sorry. That's my uncle Qrow. He's a teacher at Signal. I was complete garbage before he took me under his wing. And now, I'm all like, Hooowaaah! Witchaaaa!" Ruby does some karate moves at the last part, which made Hartmann chuckled a bit.

'She seems interesting.' He said in his head.

"So i noticed." Ozpin said while putting his mug down on the table. He lean a little closer, putting both of his hands on the table and continued. "And what is an adorable girl such as yourself doing at a school designed to train warriors?"

"Well...i want to be the huntress." Hearing this, Glynda sighs and was somehow chuckling a bit as she turned to Hartmann.

"It's always the same answer, everytime." Hartmann just shrugs.

"I do not blame her for it." He replied. Yes, he might of done the same thing if he was Ruby's age. Unlucky him that he seen what the real world is the hard way. Back with Ozpin, he is still asking some questions to Ruby on why she wanted to be a huntress.

"You want to slay monsters?"

"Yeah!" Ruby replied. Glynda and Hartmann turned back to Ruby, while the red riding hood girl continued. "I only have two more years of training left at signal and then i am going to apply to beacon." At this point, she began to talk faster and faster with her enthusiasm growing.

"You see, my sister's starting there this year, and she's trying to become a Huntress, and I'm trying to become a Huntress 'cause I wanna help people. My parents always taught us to help others, so I thought, Hey, I might as well make a career out of it!" Ruby giggled a little before continuing. " I mean the police or the defense force are alright, though the latter can be a bit hard, but Huntsmen and Huntresses are just SO much more romantic and EXCITING and COOL and really, GGOOSSHH, you know!"

Ruby flips out of the last part while looking at the three people infront of her wide-eyed and a crazy smile. Ozpin, Glynda, and Hartmann stared at her for a few seconds, with the blonde and the German sharing looks to eachother.

The latter let out a chuckle. "An energetic one here." He said referring to ruby, Glynda just rolled her eyes and look back to the girl.

Ozpin breathed for a moment and asked Ruby. "Do you know who i am?"

"You're professor Ozpin, You're the headmaster at Beacon." Ruby answered.

Ozpin smiles for a moment. "Hello."

"Nice to meet you." Ruby quickly replied.

"You want to come to my school?" He asked offering her.

"More than anything."

Ozpin glanced to Glynda and Hartmann. The former showing her disapproval while looking away, and the latter giving him a shrug and let him do it. Ozpin turn back to ruby and spoke. "Well, okay."

Hearing this, Ruby smiles at them wide-eyed and open-mouthed, until she jump from her chair and punching her fist to the air while squealing. "ThankYouThankYouThankYou." Ruby stopped, sitting back down and cleared her throat. "I mean, Thank you Professor." She lightly smiled.

"You're welcome. You may leave now, Ms. Rose." He said gesturing his head to the door behind him. Ruby smiled and got up as she leaves the room, leaving the trio alone. Ozpin sensed that someone is following the girl, and he no need to look.

"And where do you think you're going, Mr. Hartmann?" The latter was sneaking his way out of the room, but since Ozpin know about his presence, without even looking behind, he stopped.

"U-Um...i am going back to my..dorm room. It is late after all.." He said, laughing nervously.

"It is. But, we would want to have a little talk with you." Ozpin said with Glynda tapping her big scroll. Hartmann sighed in defeat and walked to the interrogation table that Ruby sat on. He inhales and looked at them.

"So what is it?"

"This." Glynda tapped her scroll as it went to the surveillance cameras agains that had captured the fight scene. This time the camera was focusing on Hartmann using his Kar98k and shoot it to the Henchmen's hand. It then changes at the rooftop where Hartmann fired another bullet to the woman in the red dress and it hit her arm, which made her to fell down and cry out in pain.

"How did you manage to penetrate their aura so easily?" Ozpin asked wanting to know, while feeling a bit amazed too. "Did you have some sort of aura-piercing bullets?"

"I do not know what that is, and do not really know how i managed so. I just used my rifle and then it just happened." Hartmann said while he put down his Kar98k on the table. Ozpin and Glynda studied the rifle that can penetrate aura quickly. Sure, it looks old, but it was pretty effective.

Ozpin thought of the rest of the weapons on this from this "Doucheland" nation. "Do you think those weapons you have can do the same thing as this one?" He asked.

Hartmann just shrugs. "I think so, they are all from deutschland and other nations. If my Rifle can do the same damage to them, i guess the rest can do to."

Both of them thought if a war broke out with his nation along with the kingdoms. Sure, their militaries are advanced, excluding vacuo, but 3 out of 4 of the kingdoms only have defense forces and not an actualy army, like Atlas. Glynda grew a bit worry thinking about it, where as ozpin shook away that thought and inhaled.

"Look, Try not to cause anymore trouble like this one, if anyone finds this video they might raise some questions. For the VDF and even...Atlas itself." Hartmann didn't know what Ozpin meant of the last part but he quickly nodded and it will never happen again. "It's getting late too. You might as well go back to Beacon. Don't forget that tomorrow you will be enrolling in the academy."

"Sure thing, professor." Hartmann nodded and got up from the chair, grabbing his rifle as he begin to walk out of the room with Glynda following him from behind. Ozpin stayed for a moment and took a sip from his mug while sighing having to thought about something else.

"Gathering the pieces?"The voice spoke out from his head again.

"I am trying. This one's add up to my list." Ozpin replied, mentioning about the KAR98K.

"Well, we'll figure this out soon. And if its done, make sure you know what you're doing." The voice said before Ozpin felt that it had gone to slumber. The headmaster sighed, puzzling this one out would be a pain in the ass for him.

Back to Beacon academy

Hartmann made it to his dorm room, thanks to Glynda for escorting him here safely. The latter waved goodbye to him and walk away. Hartmann then open the door using his scroll, now knowing how to use it, and went in. He let out a sigh before putting his rifle in the table as he slouched to the bed, not even bothering changing his clothes. He thought about tomorrow of him enrolling in the academy with the new first year students.

Either they might be like Coco and Velvet or something else. He is a bit nervous but he will encourage himself to make some new friends. He can also meet Ruby again if he can. Causing him to smile and went to sleep.

He thought if there would be any other person that is maybe like ruby or something unique. Perhaps..maybe another girl with a german name, like him. He let out a chuckle before closing his eyes

At the night sky, a bullhead was slowly landing itself infront of a warehouse that is far from the city. As the bullhead landed, the side door had opened as the hooded person is helping the injured red-dressed woman.

Roman got off from the pilot seat and went to the warehouse where dozens of masked people were carrying some boxes and fixing their weapons.

"Hey! We have a wounded here. If anyone knows medical experience then come help us." He said. Two of the Masked Henchmen quickly ran to the woman and the hooded person as the latter gave her to them. The masked henchmens helped her up to the med bay. along with Roman, keeping an eye on her.

Meanwhile, the hooded person stayed outside of the warehouse, seeing the rest of the people inside either working or helping the woman. He then thought of the boy back at the roof. He seemed familiar and top of that, his weapon looked familiar to him aswell.

He look to his PPSh-41 on his hand as he turned to the shattered moon at the sky, glaring at it. He needed more answers about all of this, and who the kid from beacon is. It may take long, but he'll get the chance. Giving the shattered moon one last look, the hooded person turned back to the warehouse.
