Eight year old Ella walked in her parent's bedroom and flop on the bed while letting out a big sigh. Joey was reading her book while Pacey was typing on his laptop. Both of the parents still choose to ignore their daughter.

Again, Ella let out another long sigh and Joey looked up at Pacey with her glasses crooked as if to say you ask what's wrong.

"Alright, kiddo. What's up?" Pacey asked as Joey patted the empty spot between them.

"Is it normal to feel jealous over a baby?"

Joey then took off her glasses and looked up at Ella. "You are jealous over Leo?"

Ella turned over and put her face in the mattress. "It's stupid isn't it?"

Pacey looked over at Joey concerned as Joey softly brush her daughter's hair with her fingers.

"No, honey. We don't think it's wrong." Joey whispered softly. "You know when I was a teenager, Alex was born and I felt a little jealousy over him sometimes."

Ella peek her head up a little to look at her mom. "You did?"

"Yeah, I did."

Pacey softly rubbed their daughter's back as Joey kissed her cheek. "And you letting us know really help."

"Yeah, don't be like me." Pacey whispered.

"What you mean?" Ella asked.

"Well when I was a kid, I use to keep stuff to myself all the time."

"Can I sleep with you two tonight?" Ella asked as both parent nodded. Pacey and Joey both knew the pain of feeling lonely in the feeling and they never wanted their children to feel the same way.
