Hello everyone, so I've decided to upload two stories, I seriously owe you guys this much!
Sorry for the long wait, so much crap happened, but I promise I will try to upload as frequently as possible!
I don't own it... you know the rest.
Last time on: Black and White
Glowing a bright red, the near silver haired boy sneered at Harry and raised his wand to fire off a spell he should not have been able to know at his age.
"Serpent Sortia!" A large king cobra shot out of his wand and landed on the platform with a heavy thud. The crowd gasped in surprise and fear as the snake slithered around looking for it's prey.
"Don't worry yourself Potter, I'll get rid of that-" Snape was cut off by Harry who had started speaking to the snake.
But what the Potions Professor didn't notice was how the entire hall had gone silent as Harry started speaking to the large man-eating creature. It wasn't the fact that Harry was speaking to it that made everyone freeze, it was the fact that he was speaking to it in Parslemouth; language of the snakes.
Chapter 23: Suspicious students and Recondite Rooms.
'Where am I?! What is this?! A human! Fool, prepare to die!'
"Wait, don't attack him!"
"A speaker! Human, what foolishness is this?!"
Harry hadn't noticed the silence which fell over the hall as he addressed the venomous snake in front of him, which had started eyeing Justin from Hufflepuff hungrily.
Andrew swiftly moved through the crowds and found his way to the platform. He turned to the snake and started speaking.
"Hey now no need for any craziness, okay? Let's just talk about this..."
"Fool! A human has summoned me, this cannot go unpunished!" the snaked hissed at Andrew angrily.
"Well, if you're looking for the one that brought you to the world, then that white haired human behind you is the cause of that!" Andrew said throwing the blond Slytherin under the bus without any regrets.
"Andrew!" Harry admonished.
"What?! It's true!" Andrew responded in english, confusing everyone else around.
Draco Malfoy, was not sure was happening but he was certain that this wasn't supposed to be one of the outcomes. Not only had Harry Potter been a Parslemouth but so was his damned 'brother'. Suddenly both the Potters as well as the snake turned to look at him in sync, he felt a shiver travel down his spine. Before he could act though, the snake he had summond turned and started slithering towards him with an angry his. He felt himself freeze, but before the creature reached him, he saw it burst into flames, it flailed on the ground letting out a small screech of pain before the entire thing disappeared in a puff of ash.
"Jesus! What the hell is the matter with you?! How could you believe burning an animal alive is the best course of action?!"
Looking up, Malfoy saw Andrew Potter staring at their Potions professor with the most hate filled glared he had ever seen from the boy.
"Potter! That wild animal was about to attack a student!" Snape responded yelling back in his usual angry tone.
"The same student that summond it! What the hell?! You couldn't just entrap it and set the thing out deep in the Forbidden Forrest or something?! You couldn't even give it a quick death?! It screamed for a good 10 seconds before it died! You're a sick son of a bitch!" The dark skinned boy yelled again before leaving the Great Hall.
He barely registered all the students regarding him with shocked eyes as he stormed out of the hall, he was quickly followed by his brother who went to attempt to calm him down.
The moment the two left, the hall burst out into murmers, people had already started creating rumours about the two boys.
"Alright everyone! Calm down! I believe we should continue with the duels, yes? Okay, everybody pair off and start practicing the disarming spell amongst yourselves." Lockhart stated pulling attention away from the two boys who had left and their unbelievable ability.
Severus Snape, simply watched the doors of the hall where the two boys had left in complete shock. Not only at what Andrew had said but also by the remarkable discovery that was now presented to him. Dumbledore would need to know about this as soon as possible.

When Hermione and Ron had finally found the two boys on the moving stairs on their way to the pitch to fly for a bit.
"Oi, what the hell was that?!" Ron asked the two boys.
"What? The bat deserved it, I'm sick of his shit." Andrew replied unapologetically.
"No, not that, even though you really should say sorry for that; I think Ron's talking about what were you two doing with the snake?" Hermione said quickly, getting to the point.
"What'd you mean?" Harry asked with furrow brows.
"The hell? You were hissing at it!" Ron stated urgently.
"What? No we were speaking to it, it wanted to attack Justin, but we-" Harry coughed and gave Andrew a look. "-err I mean, I told it that Malfoy was the one that summond it and so if anyone needed to be punished for it. Why are you guys acting so damn surprised. You were there, you heard everything."
"No, we heard, you guys speaking Parslemouth, snake language!" Ron said heatedly.
"What? No... but... No, how could we be speaking a different language and not realize it?" Harry asked, as they climbed off the moving staircase.
"I don't know, but Andrew, Harry; Salazar Slytherin was well known for being a Parslemouth! The last known Parslemouth was some pureblood family, the Gaunts or something like that. The point is; Parslemouth is known as a dark trait." Hermione finished in a soft tone.
"What?! Someone can be known as evil because of a bloody language?!" Andrew asked in a disbelieving tone.
"Well, seeing as how it started with Slytherin, are you really that surprised?!" Ron retorted.
"Yes! So what? Nobody's allowed to learn it, cause people are scared it'll turn you dark?! That's stupid!" Andrew replied.
"Well, that's the thing, Andrew, you can't learn it like other languages, I mean you can mimic it easily, but you can't teach yourself to distinguish the sublte differences in the hissing, that's why it's not possible to learn parslemouth, instead, it's a trait people are born with." Hermione jumped in.
Before Andrew could jump in again, Harry spoke. "So I'm guessing the rumour mill's started?"
"Err, yeah, people are saying that you're dark while most others are just rediculous; they're saying that you're descendents of Salazar Slytherin." Hermione stated nervously.
Andrew looked at his arms then turned back to Hermione with a dry look. "Yeah, I very much doubt that." he said in a bored tone.
At the end of the day, Andrew decided to go out for a walk. Waving off the rest of his friends he decided to go out alone. He tried but for the life of him he couldn't; the scream that snake had let out chilled him to the bone. It sounded so damned painful, he shivered as he walked along the corridor.
Andrew had just walked past a portrait of a group of hunters when he encountered the first batch of students. When he was spotted by the group, whispers began. "How about you take a picture, it'll last longer!" he hissed at the group causing them to gasp softly before running off. "Idiots." He muttered while shaking his head. He turned and headed off in the opposite direction the group had fled in.
As he turned a corner Andrew's mind drifted off to his conversation with Harry after they had left the hall. As always the raven haired teen had managed to calm him down, but Andrew had no doubt that Snape was preparing a pretty severe punishment for him. Shrugging he brushed it off. The bastard deserved it.
It wasn't long before Andrew found himself unremarkably lost. "Fan-bloody-tastic." the boy thought sourly as he tried to figure out where he was.
He turned and came face to face with an unnaturally large painting. The image depicted in the large canvas was that of a mother cradling what seemed to be an outrageously large baby, but the baby looked like a troll, or maybe a massively overgrown potato. The boy leaned closer to the painting, it didn't move like the others, that made he freeze. It was a legitimate muggle painting, not a magical one. He ran his fingers over the image and applied a small amount of pressure on the rough surface. Suddenly the image seemed to jerk, Andrew froze; no not the image, the entire bloody area around the painting shifted as well.
Andrew pulled his hand away quickly, the wall behind the painting shifted and started shifting aside, revealing a small corridor with a door at the end of it.
Once everything was said and done Andrew stood staring down a slightly dim lit hallway and at a mysterious looking door.
"How curious am I?" Andrew asked himself before shrugging slightly. "Pretty damned curious apparently." he answered as he headed into the the corridor. It was slightly claustrophobic, but nothing too bad. When he reached the door, he heard the wall behind him shifting again, when he turned to look he noticed the light from outside slowly fade away as the wall produced nothing but darkness.
Sighing Andrew turned back to the door. "Too late to turn back now." he said as he turned the doorknob he entered the room and was shocked at what he saw in front of him.
A large sitting room with multiple couches, a roaring fireplace what seemed to be tea and snacks sitting on a small table next to one of the sofas. Behind the lavish looking sitting room was what looked to be a library.
"I was NOT expecting this." Andrew stated with a small whistle as he walked further into the room.
He came closer to one of the couch and ran a hand over the the back of it, appreciating the soft texure of the piece of furnicher.
He then turned and headed towards the tea and snacks thinking the room had placed them there for him. Except when he got closer he noticed that some of the snacks had been eaten, and the tea had been drunk. He suddenly became very aware of every single sound in the room. The occasional crackle of the wood in the fire place, the every now and again sound of a bug, but the sound he picked up on instantly came from the the small library in the room. Suddenly he heard a very shocked sounding gasp.
Turning quickly and having his wand in his hand before he could speak he came face to face with the other person. Their dark brown hair glistened in the warm hue of the fire, their dark grey eyes stared at Andrew and his wand in shock, confusion and small amount of fear, the person's green and silver tie lay loosely around their necks and their shirt was unneatly untucked.
"Potter, what are you doing here?!" they demanded.
"Wait a minute, you're-"

The following day Andrew and Harry weren't at all surprised when they were called to the Headmasters office, and they were even less surprised when Snape was standing by Dumbledore's desk looking positively livid.
"Ah, Harry, Andrew, thank you for joining us." the white haired wizard said with a small smile. "Would either of you like a candy?" He asked while motioning to the bowl on his desk that held a large range of sweets from sugar coated jelly beans to lemon drops.
"Err, no thank you, Professor Dumbledore. Sir, may I ask why we are here?" Harry asked steamrolling Andrew who simply shrugged. He wasn't much of a sweets guy anyway.
"Yes, actually it has been brought to my attention that during your dueling lesson yesterday, certain events happened." The aged wizard said.
"Well, yeah... events are what usually happen at events." Andrew responded with a raised eyebrow.
"Insolent fool."
Andrew turned to glare at the Potions Professor before turning back to Dumbledore. "What events are you talking about exactly?"
"Brat, he is referring to the two of you who put a student's life in danger by having a venomous snake attack a student!" Snape said heatedly while glaring at the two boys.
"Hold on one minute," Andrew blinked and turned to face Harry who was currently sporting a defiant look on his face. "That bloody student is the one who summoned the ruddy thing! We simply stopped it from attacking any other students!"
Andrew nodded in agreement, while Harry continued. "I don't see Malfoy here being punished for summoning a dangerous animal while in the presence of other children!" Harry continued.
"His punishment was dealt with internally by Professor Snape." Dumbledore responded calmly.
"Okay, then why isn't ours being dealt with the same level of discretion? Why are we brought before you and the bat here in order to speak about a blunder that's already been handled?" Andrew asked speaking up for the first time.
"Mister Malfoy's punishment has already been determined..."
"And?" Andrew asked cutting the old man off.
"Excuse me?" Dumbledore asked in confusion.
"What was his punishment?"
"That was determined by his head of house."
The two boys noticed the smug look on Snape's face and Andrew had had enough.
"Andrew, I don't believe we have concluded our discussion, may I ask where it is you are going?" Dumbledore asked as the pre-teen approached the office door.
"It's obvious Malfoy got no punishment while we're about to have the shit ripped out of us. So, I refuse, I'm going to ask Professor McGonagall about all of this, and maybe ask her to come back here... hell I could ask her myself to punish Harry and I, seeing as though you aren't needed in those senarios." he said in a cold tone.
"I would advise against that, Mr Potter." Dumbledore said gravely.
"Well then, call Malfoy here, give him a proper punishment and then we'll talk. Until then, assign me detentions, good luck having me there though, until such time Malfoy is provided with a proper punishment, I won't be attending any of mine."
"Andrew, there is still the slur you called Professor Snape, are you not going to apologise for it?" Dumbledore called out just before the teen disappeared.
"Hmm, and I should do that because...?"
"I am your supirior and demand your respect!" Snape yelled, getting angrier and angrier at the boy's antics. "Useless dunderhead, you're just like your father... a waste of human space!"
Andrew regarded the man before turning back to Dumbledore with a look. "So he can say that, but I can't respond. Hell no, I meant what I said; Snape is a son of a bitch, a pathetic man who gets his kicks by terrifying children, a sick, disgusting man who will never earn my respect, just as I will never earn his."
And with that Andrew turned to leave the office, Harry stayed behind and gave both Dumbledore and Snape a look.
"Well then, we'd better head off to class." Harry said as he too turned to leave.
"Harry, before you go, is there something you would like to share with me or Professor Snape?" the Headmaster asked while peering at Harry over his spectacles.
"Hmm... No, nothing I can think of Professor. I'd better head off." Harry responded before he left the office and followed his brother to their next class.
"Those insolent little-"
"Severus!"
The dark haired man froze; he hadn't had the Headmaster yell at him in a very long time.
"You must stop your needless antagonizing of those two boys."
"Oh of course, the Potters once again receive special treatment..." the potions professor said with a small amount of distaste.
"No, this isn't about special treatment; just give the boys' space. I implore you." Dumbledore asked tiredly.
Snape shot him a blank stare before nodding once. "I will do my best to step away from the two boys, Headmaster."
"Thank you."
When Snape had left his office, the aged man sighed and slumped slightly. Things weren't looking too good. Andrew's defiance seemed to grow, but what irked him was the rate it seemed to grow at. It was only the second month into the school year and he had already thrown punishments out of the window and it didn't seem as though his attitude was going to be curved anytime soon.
"No, no... calm down, it's still too early, they are still very young." Dumbledore reasoned with himself. He took a calming breath before turning to look out of the window before his desk.

When the two had left the office they found that they were late for History with Binns.
"Ugh! I really don't want to go there!" Andrew moaned turning to his brother.
"Okay then, let's go visit Hagrid until next period." Harry suggested.
"Oh yeah, we haven't been to see him yet this year." Andrew said as he started moving towards the large front doors.
"Oh yeah, what happened to you last night?" Harry asked his brother.
"Hmm? What are you talking about?"
"You went off on your own at like 4 but we didn't see you again until supper. Where were you?"
"Oh, you know, around."
Harry's eyebrows furrowed. "Around where?"
"The castle." Andrew responded giving Harry a smug look.
Sighing Harry let it go and continued walking towards the Grounds Keeper's hut located 200 or so meters away from the castle.
Once the modest little hut came into view they walked a little faster until they had finally made it. They then proceeded to knock.
"'Ello? Oh, 'Arry, Andrew! Wha' are you lo' doin' here?" Hagrid; the gentle giant greeted the two boys with a warm smile as he stepped aside to let the two in.
"Hey Hagrid, we just came by for a visit."
"Yeah we realised we hadn't seen you yet this year and wanted to fix that."
"Oh, bless your soul, well, I'm alrigh' though there have been a few troubles." the large man said as he poured some tea into three seperate bowl sized cups. He passed off one cup to each of the boys before he turned and sat down in a large arm chair.
"Me roosters 'ave just suddenly died..." Hagrid said sadly.
"Oh, we're sorry Hagrid." Harry said in a comforting tone.
"Aye, but, it's alright. So, what 'ave you two been up to so far."
The boys launched into their story leaving some details such as their ability to converse with snakes and the voices they heard that one night in the castle. They finally caught the large man up to everything when they told him about their meeting with the Headmaster.
"... it just feels like Snape is a wild dog who isn't leashed and we're constantly his prey." Harry said getting it off his chest.
"Come on now, I'm sure tha Professor has his reasons..." Hagrid tried.
"Yeah, a grudge over a couple of dead men. He's a child and until he grows up, I'll treat him how he treats us." Andrew stated with a harsh conviction in his tone.
They heard the bell ring and started packing away their cup/bowls. "Thanks for this Hagrid. We needed it."
"No problem. You know where to find me if you need to talk. And also, give Professor Dumbledore some time, yeah? He may not always be right, but he cares about ye, both of ye and he only want the best for ye."
With a nod, the two brothers went off to their next class. In charms they ran into Ron and Hermione and proceeded to explain the situation to them, of course Hermione gave them an ear-full while Ron wouldn't shut up about how amazing it must have been. The class was with the Ravenclaws and Andrew looked up making eye contact with Su Li. She tilted her head slightly in question and Andrew simply shook his head.
The rest of the lesson went on without any incident.
Finally at the end of the day Andrew and Harry were once again summoned by Dumbledore, with a sigh they trekked to the Headmaster's office. Upon arrival they found something that honestly quite surprised them.
Draco Malfoy along with Snape stood in the office looking as though they had swallowed a bucket load of lemons.
"Good Evening, Andrew, Harry." Dumbledore greeted with a small smile.
"Déjà vu…" Andrew muttered.
"Professor." Harry greeted back with a nod.
"Thank you for coming. When we spoke earlier, you pointed out a slight flaw, which I regrettably overlooked. As such I have decided to review young Mr Malfoy's punishment; he will receive a month's detention and have a total of 30 points taken from his house."
Malfoy opened his mouth to speak but was silenced by the stern look he received from Dumbledore.
"Now Andrew, I believe now that the punishment fits the crime commited by Mr Malfoy that you will now accept your punishments?"
Andrew regarded the blond prick for a moment before turning back to Dumbledore. "Sure, and I would like to remind you of our charges; Harry and I allgedly spoke to a snake and I cursed at Professor Snape... twice." Andrew finished.
"Liar!" Malfoy yelled. "You attacked me with a dangerous hex, and you turned a snake on me!"
"Nah... I've got this." Harry said holding Andrew back. "If you'd like we could ask the many students there who cast the first non-disarming curse and see if the punishment should be raised for both of us, and secondly we may or may not have saved Justin from the venomous king cobra that YOU summond and may or may not have simply shown the creature who was responsible for bringing it to life." Harry stated calmly.
Draco glared at the boy for a moment before turning away.
"Hmm, then I believe that since neither of you are responsible for bringing forth an animal that could seriously injure another student, you shall both receive a week's detention and both have 25 points taken off for either of your offences." Dumbledore stated with a nod. "You shall serve your detentions with Professor Lockhart."
"Wait, what?" Andrew asked wide eyed. "Come on! I'd take Snape or Filch over Lockhart!"
"Professor Snape, Professor Lockhart and Mister Filch, Andrew." Dumbledore admonished with a secretive grin.
Andrew glared at the man, but missed Malfoy's face, fortunately Harry didn't and what he saw sent shivers down his spine. Malfoy wasn't glaring, pouting or looking angry at all, no the little bastard was simply smiling at the two boys... This wouldnt be good.
God I finally got this done! Jesus! That took way too damn long! My mind blanked out so many times.
There might be quite a few mistakes in this as the program I used to type isn't auto correcting right.
