Hey everyone, so yeah I know it's been months, and really some personal shit happened and I couldn't find any time to do this, but I want to get back on track with it now, so here's the next chapter, I hope you all enjoy it.

Last Time on Black and White: Book 3

Everyone slowly stopped laughing as they instantly recognized the board. They all felt a strange sense of fear yet excitement fill their bodies as they heard the very familiar sound of music fill the air and two phoenixes flew through the sky. Gold and Silver lit the room as the two mythical birds played and trilled happily.

They exploded tremendously much like they had two years ago and a message appeared in the sky above the students.

"Hello Everyone

Since we couldn't do this last year we decided that this year the prank war will be worth double points! Every prank pulled successfully will be awarded with double the amount of points! Same rules apply as last time; if you have forgotten them, worry not, we've sent you a copy of the original letter, you should find it in your common rooms later on today!

Well then, not much to say except; LET THE GAMES BEGIN!"

Tonks turned to Andrew and Harry and shot them a million watt smile.

"I love you guys!" she gushed as she wrapped her arms around them and gave them a massive hug.

Su on the other hand simply smiled. Yep Andrew Potter and his friends were definitely interesting, she instantly knew this year would be one of her best ones.

Book 3 Chapter 6: Harry's POV

Harry had just come from the Hospital Wing from visiting his brother, he was on his way to see if he could console his large friend. Hagrid felt incredibly guilty about what had happened during his lesson. As he walked he heard something from one of the classrooms, it sounded suspiciously like crying. Stopping the teen walked towards the door and slowly pushed it open. The slight creaking sound alerting the occupant to his entrance.

"Hello?" Harry called out as he walked into the room. The light from outside illuminated a figure sitting on a table, they had dark black hair which fell limply on their scalp. He got closer until he was right behind them.

"Hey, err, are you okay?" he asked feeling slightly awkward.

The person turned and Harry sucked in a large amount of air. "Tonks?! What happened? Are you okay?" he asked his friend.

The older girl turned to Harry and buried her face into his shirt as she continued to sob away. Harry not knowing what to do just stood and ran his hands over her back trying to soothe the girl. Tonks wasn't the soppy type of girl. No, she usually handled her problems with her wand in her hand.

After a few minutes Tonks had calmed down some and was now just sniffling.

"Oh, God... Sorry about that." she said with a small laugh before hopping off the table and turning towards the door.

"No, hang on a minute, you aren't just going to cry and walk away, what's going on?" Harry asked grabbing her wrist.

Tonks turned back to him, she had to admit, he had grown over the summer he was still shorter than her but he was steadily catching up, she figured that by his fifth year they would be eye to eye and by his seventh year she'd have to look up to make eye contact.

"It's nothing, Harry. Really. I'm just being emotional." she replied with a small smile.

Harry wasn't biting though, he continued to stare her down, his eyes never leaving hers. He sighed a little before speaking.

"Tonks, tell me."

"It's nothing." she replied again before pulling her arm free of Harry's grip and walking briskly out of the empty classroom.

Harry sighed again, she didn't want to tell him and that was fine. He couldn't force her to speak about it, but he had hoped she would share what was bothering her as he thought that he could maybe help.

The next week without Andrew was a trying time for the Boy-Who-Lived. Everyone and their uncles wanted to know what had happened between Andrew, BuckBeak and Malfoy. Harry didn't say much about it basically ignoring all the questions, of course Malfoy hadn't though.

Every chance the little blonde prick had, he would tell everyone how he was completely in control of the situation and how Andrew had only "saved" him for the publicity. No one bought it, except the Slytherins of course and even they seemed to doubt the boy's claims.

Harry had been in Defense against the Dark Arts when he was called forward by Professor Lupin to perform the spell of the week, which happened to be the stunning spell. "Stupify" this spell is used to render your opponent unconscious when it connects.

Harry listened raptly, it definitely sounded like something that could have been useful against Quirrel, then again the man was possessed by Voldemort, so... no probably not, but still you never know. Harry took down notes for both him and his brother when the end of class arrived.

He was called forward by Prof. Lupin before he left.

"Hello Harry, how's Andrew doing?" the teacher asked with a kind smile.

"He keeps complaining about how blindingly white the Hospital Wing is and that he just wishes he could leave."

"Ah... yes, I understand that on a personal level." Lupin said mysteriously while chuckling. "You know when I went to school here, I was quite... sickly, and had to miss class regularly. My best friends would of course do their best to take notes for me, whenever they could, but it only slowed them down. So the "leader" of our little group of misfits went to the library and scoured the shelves looking for a way to make it easier." he said with a small laugh.

Harry would never know why, but he found himself invested in the story.

"So he eventually found the spell, but was unable to get it to work, so he did what he thought would be a great idea and ask the smartest girl in our year; who he fancied beyond belief by the way, to help him. She obviously turned him down. There was no need to add that little bit to the story but I always find it funny."

Harry chuckled a little at that while Lupin continued.

"So after about two or so weeks he finally got the spell to work. And every time I had to go to the Hospital Wing, he would take his notes and just use the spell to copy them onto a spare piece of parchment for me."

Harry nodded, understanding what his teacher was trying to tell him. "Thank you, sir." he said with a smile as he turned to leave. When he got to the door he turned back to the professor and asked him, "Sir, if you don't mind me asking. Whatever happened to your friend?"

Lupin smiled sadly before replying. "He gave his life protecting the people he loved."

"Oh, Sir, I'm sorry-"

"No Harry, I'm sorry. It seems as though I have kept you from your next class. Transfiguration yes? Better get a move on. Minerva was never one to appreciate tardiness." she said with a small smile.

Harry smiled back and jogged off to his next class. Unseen to him Professor Lupin wiped a few tears which had leaked from his eyes.

A couple of days passed and finally Andrew was finally released from the Hospital Wing and Harry was prepared. He had spent countless hours practicing the mimicking spell and he finally got it right. Once Andrew had seen all the work his brother had for him, he looked mildly confused.

"You copied all of this?" he asked in a confused manner.

"Hell no, Professor Lupin told me about the copying spell." Harry responded.

"Teach me?" Andrew asked his eyes sparkiling.

Harry chuckled but agreed to help his brother out. Andrew told Harry how he would meet him in the Great Hall, seeing as how he really wanted to take a shower before eating. With a nod of his head, Harry continued on to the Great Hall for breakfast.

"Morning Harry." Hermione greeted happily as he took his seat opposite his female friend.

"Morning, where's Ron?"

"Oh you know him, he probably hasn't even woken up yet." the girl responded with a roll of her eyes.

Harry nodded as he reached for a piece of toast and started buttering it. Soon the red head burst into the room and smiled at the rest. The three traded greetings before they lulled into a comfortable silence with the rest of the Gryffindors providing background sounds.

When the doors to the Great Hall opened again, Harry saw his brother standing in the doorway.

"God, I've missed this." he said with a breath of relief.

Instantly, Hermione and the others turned to face the door. "Andrew!" She yelled happily as she ran to him and proceeded to crush his ribs with her arms.

Harry smiled at the his friends getting along happily when his mind drifted over to Tonks and their interaction last week. He sighed and wished he had run into her during the week so that he could try asking her about what had happened.

"Hey ready to teach me that spell?" he heard, looking up he saw his brother and smiled, except he saw Tonks walking into the Great Hall behind him.

"Sure a bit later though, I'll be right back." Harry said in a quick manner before walking off to the Hufflepuff table.

"Morning, Tonks." he greeted when he sat down opposite her.

"Oh, hey Harry. What, uh... what are you doing here?" she responded quite confused.

"Oh, I haven't seen much of you since... and well I was just wandering what was wrong."

Tonks sighed. "Harry, trust me it's-"

"Is it Kyle?" he asked cutting her off.

"What?"

Tonks' eyes were wide in shock and looked at the younger boy, only to see him staring down the table at someone who happened to be Kyle. Said boy was gesturing wildly to a group of 'Puffs and occasionally looked over at Tonks and even pointed at Harry at one point.

Harry turned back to Tonks, his face blank. "What did he do?" he asked leaving no room for arguments.

"Harry... it's nothing, okay? He's just angry that you embarrassed him and he's just talking shit." Tonks replied.

"What shit?"

"Harr-"

"Tonks, I'm not going to go over there and pick a fight with the guy. I just need to know what he's saying."

"Fine... he's passing around a rumor about us, that's it." she said in a blasé manner.

"What rumor?"

"It's just... he's telling people that I slept with him, and that now I'm aiming for you. It's honestly nothing, it'll be gone by next week." she said with a wave of her hand.

Harry felt his blood boil as he stared at Kyle, he almost saw red when said boy turned to him and shot him a condescending smirk.

"I'll handle him. Don't worry."

Tonks blinked, startled at Harry's words. "Wha- Wait, what does that mean? Harry? Harry!"

Harry ignored her calls and walked back to the Gryffindor table, when he saw his friends looking worried.

"What's wrong?" he asked really not wanting anymore bad news.

"Sirius Black was spotted." Andrew told him easily. Shit.

"Hmm, well, thanks for telling me, we should get to class." Harry responded with a nod.

He made eye contact with Andrew for a brief moment before his friends started discussing the next period which for Harry meant Divinations... yay.

When the four friends separated outside of the Great Hall, Harry and Ron started headed towards the staircase when he heard laughing coming from down the hall. Looking closely, he saw Tonks' ex-boyfriend laughing with a bunch of other seventh years.

Kyle looked up and the two of them made eye contact, time seemed to move a lot slower than usual as Harry saw the boy's smirk darken slightly, Harry responded with a glare as he mentally swore that he'd get the prat back for what he had done to Tonks.

When the two thirteen year old boys passed the group their laughing seemed to become slightly louder and had an air of superiority about it. He shot the group a final glare before they headed up the stair case and continued their trek to Divinations.

Once they finally reached the classroom Harry and Ron took a seat at one of the weirdly positioned tables decked out with the weirdest table cloth which made Aunt Petunia's loud furniture look tame in comparison. He paused at that thought, "God, when did I become Andrew?" he thought to himself.

"Good morning, my darlings!" Professor Trelawney practically yelled as she seemed to appear from nowhere. "Welcome one and all to the beautiful and wondrous world of Divinations! In this class you will learn to push your minds passed the beyond!" she stated suddenly gesturing to a seemingly random area of the classroom.

"Oh God, what have I sighed myself up for?" Hermione stated softly.

"Wai- What? When...? When did she get here?! She wasn't here before!" Ron whispered pointing at Hermione accusingly.

To be honest; Harry had completely forgotten Ron was in the class but he'd be a horrible friend if he admitted that so he simply nodded along with what Ron had said.

"Honestly Ronald, I've been here the entire time." she said with a small roll of her eyes as she tucked something away under her shirt... something, he thought Andrew might like to know... for a price of course, the raven haired boy thought with a small devious smile.

"But what about Runes?!"

"I asked Andrew to take notes for me." she answered simply.

Harry highly doubted that.

Ron didn't get a chance to ask anymore questions as Trelawney continued.

"Today we will beginning with something simple." suddenly the entire class had a cup of tea in front of them. "Go ahead and drink the tea, but do not drink the tea leaves as we will be reading them this lesson. Once you have finished your tea, swap with the person on your left and try to interpret their immediate future." she said with an unsettling smile.

Harry couldn't help but just find the woman unforgivably off putting; she had large thick glasses which seemed to almost triple the size of her eyes, making her seem as if she could see the surface of the moon with nothing more than a casual glance. Her smile was also unsettling, her mouth seemed to stretch across her entire face, making her seem as if she were a caricature of herself rather than an actual living breathing person. Her hair rivaled that of Hermione's when it came to fuzziness and her brightly coloured robes reminded Harry of Dumbledore's... sense of style.

Shaking his head and getting back on track, Harry grabbed his cup and started drinking it. Luckily his thoughts had allowed the tea to cool slightly allowing him to drink it down rather quickly. Once the leaves were visible underneath he handed his cup over to Ron while simultaneously taking Hermione's.

As he stared at the black smudges of nothingness at the bottom of his friends porcelain cup he briefly wondered why he was even trying.

"So what do you think it says?" Hermione asked mildly amused at the silliness of the lesson.

Pulling his book out of his bag, Harry turned to the page regarding tea leaves and common meanings.

"Okay... let's see here; this looks like a bird of some kind? I don't know, maybe a Swan? And that means... oh... "Good Luck and a Happy Love Life", Hermione, you sly dog you!" Harry said with a cheeky grin.

Hermione swung at his shoulder all the while laughing silently, not seeing Ron watching her.

"Okay, Ron's turn; is this a worm?... Or maybe a snake? Let's see Worm means: Secret Enemies are lurking and the Snake means..."

"Nothing good, obviously." Ron muttered.

"Snakes mean; A bad Omen, Take Caution." Hermione finished.

"Oh that's just brilliant." Ron said in an irritated manner.

Harry didn't know what to say so just shot his friend a sympathetic smile.

"Alright, let's see what you got Harry." Ron said but before he could start, Trelawney suddenly appeared next to him and the class fell silent as the teacher seemed to be paying attention to a specific "prediction".

"Yes, yes, yes! You are connect to the great beyond! My child do you feel their influence?" she asked suddenly getting in Ron's face.

In a state of mild panic the red head simply nodded.

"Go on then." she urged.

"Oh, okay? Err, well it seems like you have a moon over here, and that means... suffering, but here I see... well that looks like a scribble and that could mean happiness? So you're going to suffer, but you'll be happy about it..." Ron finished with a shrug.

Clicking her tongue with slight disappointment, Trelawney grabbed the tea cup from Ron's hands and decided to have a look herself. Once she gave the children one last glance she peeked into the cup immediately dropping it and started exclaiming dramatically.

"Oh dear boy, you've got... the Grim?!"

In that instant, Harry thought the way she had worded that would have caused Andrew to ask whether it were some sort of disease or something. But that thought was short lived.

"The Grim? What's that?" someone randomly called out from somewhere in the back of the class.

"The Grim, known to be one of the most dangerous omens, to receive it is synonymous to death." Dean Thomas answered reading the passage in the book regarding The Grim.

Harry sighed and just couldn't help but not be pleased with this news, glancing over at Ron, he knew he was going to get an earful on their way back to the common room.

HP-AP-HP-AP-HP-AP

As he had expected, Ron kept going on and on about Trelawney had said and it was honestly starting to get on his nerves.

"She said you were going to die Harry!" Ron said urgently. "You saw the grim! That's the worst omen to ever exist!"

"Since when did you start believing in this shite?" Harry asked with a smirk.

"Harry, I'm serious! First Black, then the Dementors and now this?! How can this all be a coincidence?"

"The same way every time you eat most people lose their appetites." Andrew answered snarkily from his place on the couch before grinning at the red head's unimpressed look. "So what is this you're talking about?"

Ah, there he was, Andrew always knew how to instantly annoy Ron, not that Harry was specifically happy about it, but he knew it would distract his red headed buddy for a while.

After they had managed to convince Ron that everything was alright, they headed up to change for their quidditch try-outs. Andrew of course being late, for some or other reason.

When they rushed downstairs to the pitch, they found the rest of the team as well as a few new faces trying out for the team this year, Oliver Wood stood a little ways away about to give one of his long winded Quidditch talks and honestly; no one was in the mood for it.

"Alright you lot, since last year was a bit of a..."

"Heaping collection of dragon dung?" Fred Weasley suggested.

"No... it was..."

"A complete and utter failure of magnanimous proportions?" George asked with a small smirk.

"Shut up! Last year was..."

"A fuck up?" Andrew said simply.

Apparently he was the straw that broke the camel's back.

"That's it! All of you twenty five laps around the pitch!" Oliver demanded, his face burning with rage.

At the Gryffindor's groan he asked if they would prefer to do fifty laps.

They immediately took to the sky.

Once all was said and done, most of the original players were back with a few added players as reserve; Ginny being the favourite as she was another Weasley added to the pack.

As they headed back to the Great Hall for supper Harry heard someone call out to Andrew, turning, he saw Andy's Transfiguration partner and the two seemed to be on friendlier terms.

Soon he felt Hermione grab him and Ron and led them back into the castle to eat.

Their lesson with Flitwick came directly afterwards, and again they were met with a near impossible task. "I want you to cast your spells silently."

After an hour of failures the two boys slowly trudged out of the classroom. Immediately Harry realized the opportune moment of their isolation.

He turned to Andrew, "I need your help." he stated simply.

Andrew looked slightly intrigued, "With?"

Harry couldn't risk Flitwick over hearing so he told his brother silently.

"I don't know if you've noticed, but Tonks hasn't really been herself lately." Harry started.

"Yeah, I meant to ask her what the problem was, but with being in the hospital wing and focusing on classes; I kinda forgot."

"Alright, well, she was dating this guy in her house; Kyle, he is a complete and utter prat. The last day of last term, me and him kind of got into it. I ended up using Argumenti and blasted him against a tree, knocking him out."

"Oh shit." Andrew thought with his brows furrowed.

"Well, that isn't the end of it; now the prick's going around tell people that Tonks is a slut that was more than happy to sleep with him and who was now aiming for me."

Andrew was livid, he didn't say much for a bit before turning to Harry with a dark grin.

"You know... maybe we should bring back our tradition..." the dark skinned boy said with a chuckle.

Harry grinned and agreed.

"Let's teach this bastard why you mess with our friends." Harry said with a grin of his own.

Okay yes, I know not the best I could've done; but honestly I've been stuck on this chapter for longer than I'd like to admit... and at this point I just want to get it out there so that we can get back on track.

Again, I am very sorry about the long wait for this chapter, as I said a lot happened in a surprisingly short amount of time that ended up stretching and consuming most of my available time. So to make it up to you all, I'm posting the following chapter up directly after this just to say how sorry I am.

And that's it! Thank you all so much for reading and until next time.

Peace, Love and Respect
