Rage, hurt, longing and confusion filled Roxas and he angrily fended off the Vampire's oncoming attack, scoffing at the red-head who was toe-to-toe with him. They clashed again and again. "Lea?!" He hissed accusingly. The Vampire pushed back, making Roxas stagger from the force of it, those green eyes swallowing him up. Roxas held his ground, even as the red-head stalked him in a slow circle, never looking away from those beautiful eyes that were alight with mischief. The only thing Roxas could do was watch and maintain his distance, waiting, as his heart pounded wildly and wonder what was going to happen.

"Yes, Roxas," he purred back in a way that made Roxas' knees weak. He was overwhelmed and floundering. He didn't know what to do. Suddenly, before the boy was ready for it, arms were around him. Lea had been holding back and the blond had misjudged his movements. Really, he always had. Roxas cried out in alarm, his back pressing into the red-head's chest before anyone could assist him. Roxas' sister screamed his name but he couldn't move. He was frozen. He was breathing heavily, not quite able to catch his breath as the Vampire laughed gently, nuzzling against him. Roxas' heart thundered dangerously fast, making the red-head's lips quirk upward in response. "Should we show them how I've corrupted you?" he purred into his ear silkily. Roxas gasped in realization but it came too late. Axel… no Lea… had angled his head and pressed their lips together, kissing him deeply, and Roxas wasn't resisting. He wasn't even fighting. He was participating, much to his family's horror. They knew without a doubt that the pair had met before. Roxas would not have succumb so easily if they had not.

The Vampire pulled back, just in time to avoid an attack, pulling Roxas with him. He moved so gracefully, it was like he and Roxas' father were dancing, tsking all the while.

"Let go of my son, monster!" he demanded. Lea smirked wickedly, his hands trailing along Roxas' flesh insinuatingly. The young blond shuddered helplessly at the burning touch.

"What a nice consolation prize he'll be, for all that you've done to us," he purred back tauntingly, scooping Roxas up and leaping back, disappearing in a wisp of smoke, only to reappear behind Cloud. "Well, see you then," he hummed, to taunt him, jumping back when Roxas' father swung furiously and he chuckled in amusement. He snapped his fingers and a wall of fire separated them.

"Let me go, I hate you!" Roxas hissed fighting him. The Vampire smirked, pressing his lips to the boy's. Roxas melted into the caress.

"No you don't, even if you want to, you can't," he told the blond, staring into his blue eyes and making his senses foggy. It was as if he were in a dream. Roxas' vision was hazy as Lea called to his companions, "Well done, enjoy yourselves." His lips turned upward, amusement lighting his eyes, still clearly visible to Roxas, "but leave some of them alive." Roxas couldn't focus again, lost in that haze until Lea had stopped moving. He had no idea of where they were or of how much time had passed. The only evidence of the fire that remained was the scent of smoke that clung to Lea. Slowly, Roxas' head cleared when the monster put him down.

"Why did you say that, why did you do that? Why did you attack us?" He spat angrily. Lea shook his head, laughing amusedly. "Lea!" The man turned toward him.

"Oh no, Roxas, it's Axel now." The blond swallowed, his heart hammering in his chest.

"Axel…" The red-headed Vampire nodded.

"Good," he purred, "now," he said, his eyes flashing, a Cheshire grin on his face, "sit." Roxas did as he was told, unable to resist. "I'm going to tell you, Roxas, so make sure that you pay attention now." The blond scoffed but watched the red-head expectantly. "Humans, the whole lot of you," he began, "have always been afraid of the unknown. We were the minority once. Your kind hunted us, wanted to eradicate us, actually," he said, "and your kind still has this nasty habit of twisting the truth to continue to kill us."

"Well, we couldn't have that. Under my suggestion after my clan was nearly wiped out by humans, we came together, all of us, against our common enemy, we took our power back and the only real threat we've faced since then is your family's pathetic little resistance. You're the ones still hunting us, still trying to destroy us," he continued, approaching Roxas and crouching down. "We just want to exist…" he said, his sharp nails scraping against Roxas' cheek. The blond scoffed when he continued. "I've been plotting how to undermine your family for decades, to destroy it from the inside. You played your part beautifully, in embarrassing and discrediting them, Roxas, thank you." Roxas scowled. "I couldn't have done it without you." The blond gripped his blade and lunged forward, pinning the red-head to the ground. Axel let him do it, simply watching. Roxas' hand trembled and no matter how much he wanted to, he couldn't hurt Axel. Angry tears filled his blue eyes as green searched them.

"I have ruined you then," Axel murmured, more to himself, "that's interesting."

"Shut up, you're controlling me!" Roxas accused and Axel smirked.

"No, not at all," he told the boy. Tears slid down Roxas' face and Axel wiped them away, pulling the boy into a kiss. Roxas kissed back, his weapon slipping out of his grasp and clanging to the floor, gasping when Axel pulled away.

"What have you done to me?" Roxas whispered, his blue eyes were wide.

"Nothing more than you've allowed," the red-head all but purred in delight. The blond shook his head in denial.

"What have you done to me?! Where are we? Why did you bring me here?!" He demanded. The monster's gaze became affectionate.

"Now, they won't have you and… I want you for my own," he admitted. "I hadn't expected to grow fond of you but I have."

"Liar! How could you say that?! How could you have done what you did if that were the truth?!" the blond cried angrily, fighting against the red-head. He was startled when the Vampire hugged him close, holding him tight.

"It was necessary," he told the boy, holding him close and nuzzling into his neck. Roxas' breath caught. "I have to protect my kind, fledgling. I have not lied to you."

"Necessary?!" he accused, "Don't call me that, I'm not one of you!" He gasped when sharp points trailed his neck, teasing the skin but not puncturing.

"You will be," Axel promised. Roxas shuddered in both fear and arousal. "One day, you will beg me to turn you."

"Why would I want that?" the blond hissed. Their eyes met and the red-head smirked.

"You already do, Roxas," he told the blond.
