Roxas stared into impossibly bright green eyes that were a perfect reflection of his own unhappiness. Roxas found himself wishing he could disappear. He would have never imagined how much not having a heart could still hurt. He hated that even though he could hide his face from Axel, he would never be able to hide his emotions. Even if it hurt more that way. So, he faced him boldly and spoke what was on his mind. "He'll never forgive me, will he?" he whispered. Gentle fingers trailed his face. Axel's eyes were soft but serious.
"Don't give up hope, Roxas. Cloud is stubborn, but he loves his children dearly," he soothed. Roxas grimaced, his eyes sliding shut.
"You heard him. He doesn't love me anymore." Axel hummed thoughtfully.
"On the contrary. I'm Listening, even now," he answered. At the blond's puzzled expression, the red-head's lips quirked upward, his brows raising. "Oh, that's right… You slayers don't really know anything, do you?" he murmured archly. At Roxas' stern expression, he laughed in amusement. "I know, I know. Ex-slayer," he conceded, kissing him gently, "because of this, there's much to learn," he reminded. His smile widened when Roxas was placated. "All of your senses are going to become sharper, particularly your hearing. We call this Listening. To Listen, focus. Extend your senses beyond this room." Nodding slowly, Roxas obeyed, somehow knowing how. As if by instinct. "That's it. Know what I know," the red-head urged softly, encouraging him. "Do you hear them?" Brows furrowing in concentration, Roxas tried to focus. He could hear voices, and he nodded slowly.
"I can't understand what they're saying," he answered. Axel smiled a bit.
"Cloud is apologizing for being thickheaded and stubborn. That he was wrong and shouldn't have hurt you. He's afraid that I'll never let him see you again," the red-head replied. "So, my love, if he hated you, why would he be worried about this?" Roxas stared at him in amazement, his mood lifting. Axel's expression softened. "I'm happy that this pleases you." As quickly as he said it, Roxas' emotions plummeted.
"Only if you allow it…" Axel watched him for a moment in exasperation. Then he shook his head, sighing.
"Do you not know my heart yet, Roxas?" he asked. The blond's eyes widened.
"You won't keep me from him?" he asked in surprise.
"That is your choice to make, once you become stronger," Axel answered. Fingers hooked under Roxas' chin, raising it. "You won't betray me." Axel returned a soft, sweet kiss, and then another, to match the ones he had received from his mate. Roxas' eyelids fluttered helplessly at the sensation. "I trust you, I trust your judgment. Remember? Will you become stronger first, for my own peace of mind?" Nodding dazedly, Roxas couldn't help but smile at the sweet request. Their lips locked again, this kiss deeper, while emerald green stared deep into ocean blue. Axel gently coaxed him into his arms, to rest against his chest when it was over. A calm settled over Roxas, exhaustion creeping in. Axel was touching him everywhere, soft, gentle, reassuring touches that were lulling him deeper, coaxing him toward sleep.
Roxas sighed softly and nuzzled against the red-head's firm chest. The gentle heat that was radiating from him was comforting. Axel's arms encircled him, relaxing him further. Everything about Axel's movements whispered to him to rest. "For how long?" he murmured dreamily. Lips pressed to the top of his head.
"You will wake when you are ready," he murmured softly. "Close your eyes." Roxas nodded, his eyes falling shut at the gentle command. Axel smiled softly when the blond stilled against him. His fingers trailed Roxas' skin and he watched in contentment as he slept. He could feel his blood rushing in Roxas' veins, feel the blond's transformation. It was thrilling. All the while, their connection deepened. He would know Roxas' mind, as Roxas would know his. Any secrets their enemies had would be compromised. The humans' resistance would be crippled when he chose to act. He just had to convince Roxas, first. If the stubborn little blond would agree once he fully transformed. He hummed softly, wondering how long it would take for his little love's humanity to slip away completely.
Then, Roxas really would be like him. His lips quirked upward. The metamorphosis would be beautiful. His fingers paused on Roxas' paling skin, his eyes confirming what he sensed. The little blond burrowed into him more deeply and he smiled endearingly. He hummed in contentment, stroking blond hair while watching over him protectively.

Stormy blue eyes traveled from Aerith to Cloud. "You know each other?" he questioned. Reno's lips curved upward wryly when she nodded. "Should I worry about this?"
The brunette laughed gently before she smiled softly, shaking her head and putting her hands on her hips. "Oh hush, Reno." She hummed thoughtfully. "Aeris… No one's called me that in a long time." Her smile brightened. "I'm very happy to see you but… What are you doing here, Cloud? Good news, I hope?" Blue eyes lingered on the Vampire beside him. His face reddened.
"Uhm well…" He closed his eyes, taking a breath and reminding himself that he wasn't supposed to hate Reno. He was struggling badly. It was taking an exhausting amount of effort to just breathe and ignore him. He tensed when lanky arms wrapped around him and pulled him close.
"He's making peace," Reno's silky voice murmured beside his ear. Cerulean eyes opened wide. His expression darkened in anger and he shoved the red-head away, making the girl's face fall.
"I came to rescue my son," he growled, "and this beast tricked me." Laughing in sheer amusement Reno wrapped an arm around his shoulders. Then the Vampire ducked close, his lips a just stopping short from brushing Cloud's. The blond's breath caught and his cheeks flamed. Reno listened to his racing heart, and his brows arched as he watched in amusement.
"Tricked. Right," he purred. Cloud scoffed at him hatefully, opening his mouth to argue, when he was interrupted by a soft giggle.
"Oh I was worried for a moment, but you two are adorable, just like Axel and Roxas," Aerith told them, hiding her growing smile behind her hand. Cloud's eyes widened and his jaw worked uselessly while Reno's expression became lascivious as he watched the blond he adored. He practically hear Cloud's next question- wait, Axel?- and acted before Cloud could speak.
"Kinda," he agreed, "except..." he murmured, nipping Cloud's lower lip, making Aerith gasp, "While my brother was being sweet to Roxas, I have no problem proving Cloud's liar." Then, before he could process what was happening, the red-head took his mouth viciously, unrelenting until Cloud had given in to the kiss. Unsatisfied, he didn't stop. A hand firmly grasped the side of Cloud's face, as the burning kisses trailed down his jaw, to his neck and the blond whimpered in pleasure. His face reddened and his head spun as he tried to pull his thoughts together.
"S-stop," he moaned deliriously. Teeth grazed his flesh and Cloud gasped. Instead of biting, Reno purred,
"What did you offer me, Cloud?" Finding a spot on the ceiling to scoff at darkly, the blond set his jaw determinedly. He gasped in surprise when Reno shifted, his eyes meeting burning blue as their noses brushed. Cloud was gasping at their proximity alone, fighting to remain rigid.
"I came to save Roxas," he whispered. When Reno didn't relent, he whimpered, "t-they needed me."
"What," Reno purred, brushing his lips against Clouds' and making his entire body tremble, "did you offer to me?"
"M-my..." the blond muttered hesitantly, so the Vampire took his lips, not stopping until Cloud was whimpering from the heady kiss. The blond shoved him hard, distancing himself enough to speak, "Myself! That's what you wanted! Now stop!" Reno's lips curved up into a satisfied smile.
"You're still so shy?" he hummed kissing the blond briefly, "How adorable." Cloud's expression was caught between anger, arousal and embarrassment while Aerith bit her lip to stifle a laugh. Reno smiled wryly. Knowing the girl well, he wasn't surprised by her response.
"Oh no," she murmured, more to herself, "you two are definitely more adorable than Axel and Roxas." Cloud's face flamed and the wolfish smile on her face almost didn't suit her. "Don't let me hold you back, come find me when you're done!" Cloud's eyes widened and his jaw dropped in disbelief as he watched her retreat.
"My thoughts exactly," Reno purred into his ear, his own lips stretching into a wicked grin. "Thanks Aeris!"
The girl chuckled, nodding her head in acknowledgment, and then they were alone.
"Woah, woah, woah w-wait-" Cloud whimpered, raising his hands defensively in response to Reno's advances.
"Oh c'mon Cloud, you act like your chastity is at stake," he leered. Cloud's hatred for him at the comment was palpable. He could feel the burning glare before he saw it.
"Stop trying to distract me. Who is Axel?" When Reno didn't respond, he dared to look into blue eyes. "Do you have another brother?" Reno frowned pensively. "No.. that was definitely Lea with Roxas.." he murmured more to himself. His eyes lit up in realization. "Wait… our bargain… You can't lie to me. Tell me." The red-head's lips quirked upward.
"What will you give me in return?" the red-head purred back. Cloud flushed adorably, feeling Reno's desire for him intensify as he reddened further. Swallowing, the blond looked up. Reno was still slightly taller, and just as gorgeous as he'd ever been.
"Name your price," he whispered back. He felt, more than saw Reno's surprise. Whatever the cost, he needed to know, for Roxas. The red-head hummed thoughtfully. Then his lips quirked upward and Cloud's heart stammered at the beautiful expression.
"Lower your defenses and lay yourself bare before me for three months," he answered. Cloud paled and didn't answer for a long moment. Reno attempted to read him and failed. "Are you refusing?" he asked, his lips falling to a pouty frown and jolting the man back to his senses.
"One day," he whispered back, trying to ignore how luscious his lips looked. The red-head shook his head.
"In comparison to the knowledge you will have forever? No." Cloud flinched when fingers trailed through his golden hair. "I'm not after your secrets, Cloud," he murmured.
"What are you after?" the blond demanded softly. Their eyes met.
"You."
Cerulean widened before laughter spilled from his mouth. "Not going to happen, no offense," he murmured back, smirking confidently.
"No harm in trying then, right?" Cloud scoffed but Reno spoke first. "Three months. If I fail, I'll let you go," he murmured. "How's that?" The blond stared at him in absolute shock.
"You… you'll what?" he whispered back hoarsely.
"I will give you your freedom," he answered. Cloud's eyes narrowed.
"Swear it to me."
"If I fail, I will give you your freedom," he promised for a third time. Cloud felt the promise, much more intensely than the last. He knew without a doubt that the vampire had to abide. He swallowed thickly, his heart and mind racing. He knew that if he wanted to get away from Reno, denying him now would be extremely foolish.
His eyes slid shut and he took a moment to breathe. The red-head could sense it as the barriers around him fell, he could feel their connection intensifying and purred instinctively in pleasure. Cloud gasped at the rush of emotion, his body overheating. He ignored the red-head as much as he could, dismantling the fortress he'd built against Reno in his mind, to keep him away. Breathing harshly when he was done, he tried not to tremble. He felt naked and it was terrifying. If nothing else, Reno had been his first love, his first kiss, his first time, and the gorgeous creature hadn't changed. He was beautiful, timeless, ageless. His breath caught when a warm, wet, gentle pressure met his lips. He could feel his face reddening, and he tensed to stop himself from kissing Reno back.
"You're right. That was Lea with Roxas," he murmured against the blond's tingling lips. Their eyes met, "I advise you not to call him Axel." Blond brows furrowed.
"Why?"
"You thought Lea was heartless. Axel is who he became after the massacre." Sensing Cloud's growing confusion he tilted his head, smirking impishly and reading him easily. "Oh, you don't know why you've spent your whole life fighting?" He snorted. "How precious." He watched the blond for a moment, pleased when Cloud's pulse spiked as he smiled at him. "Since I'm being honest, indulge me. Did you ever wonder why we dislike humans if they're needed for survival?" Reno hummed. "Particularly your family?" he asked, looking at Cloud pointedly, "Why my brother detests you? Did you never wonder why he forbade my feelings for you?" He scoffed. "Or did you just fall in line like a good little soldier for your cause?"
"I..." Reno snorted at his lack of an answer. "Okay then, tell me," he commanded. Reno watched him for a moment, a perfect red brow arching.
"It seems our families are destined to be intertwined," he mused. "My sister Kairi and your grandfather Sora were good friends," he purred, "More than friends. In fact, Sora fell in love with her and wanted to stay with her forever." Cerulean swallowed him up.
"What happened? Why have I not heard of this?"
Reno rolled his eyes, "For lack of a better reason than fear and ignorance, your family used him to capture my sister and executed her in the worst possible way. Burning to death in the sunlight. They thought Sora was bewitched because they wanted him to marry his cousin, Namine and he refused. Obviously they convinced him otherwise," he replied, his eyes lingering on Cloud before continuing, "but it wasn't enough. They used Kairi to lure most of my clan to their deaths, labeling us, a proud and noble family, as monsters and hoping to eradicate us." At Cloud's pale complexion, Reno snorted, affirming what was on his mind. "Yeah 'Namine' and 'Sora', your grandparents. The ones who are the reason your family kicked off their little rebellion against us when they missed me and Lea in their little massacre. Horrible fake names for your kids by the way." He said bitterly. Reno stared into cerulean eyes for a long moment. "It's interesting that you're in the position you are now. Other than the blond hair, you and Roxas look just like Sora. But I guess he was kinda handsome. For an aloof idiot that brought my clan to ruin. Really, you're generations behind on not knowing who Axel is. Building morale for the offending party is kind of hard unless you lie though, right?" He glanced at Cloud for a long moment. Seeing him stunned into silence was definitely something Reno wasn't used to. "Mostly why he hates you is because you're constantly trying to kill me, you refused to make peace, instead you're blindly fighting for your cause assuming you knew why and now, you've hurt Roxas because he chose to be with him."
"Why have anything to do with us?" Cloud asked numbly, referring to himself and to Roxas. Reno watched him patiently.
"The child shouldn't have to pay for the sins of its father, but if you knowingly continue, you're just as guilty." Reno sighed. "That's why we saved you when you were a kid. Why I took you away. You wanted a different life. Just like Roxas did. Instead, you turned into Squall," he said quietly, frowning deeply. "What happened to you, Cloud?"
~O~
Nightfall broke, and with it, they woke. A grin tugged at the red-head's lips, his eyes glimmering. He pulled the blond to himself, nuzzling against him affectionately. It took a moment for him to realize that they were in the chamber where Axel slept. The red-head had taken the liberty of replacing their clothing, as well. Did that mean it was time for them to leave?
"Yes, you are ready," he purred, in approval.
Roxas gasped softly feeling something strange. "Axel?!" he cried out in alarm. Tendrils of darkness were surrounding them.
"Shh, trust me," was the warm response whispered in his ear. Nodding uncertainly, he relaxed against the red-head, looking into green eyes. Axel was smiling gently and he kissed the blond just as the darkness consumed them.
Roxas blinked when pale moonlight surrounded them, realizing they had emerged outside. He stared up at the full moon and it filled him with feelings of being wild and free. He had never felt so alive in his life. "What just happened?" he asked. Axel smiled.
"We can manipulate the darkness in order to teleport," he explained softly. "It's something I will teach you."
There was a triumphant chorus of cries and Roxas clung to Axel, absolutely startled. He blinked, realizing where they were. He stared into Axel's eyes, and his own widened. The red-head's lips curved into a satisfied grin as the tendrils of darkness dispersed. He watched Roxas' eyes track the horde around them and purred more than spoke as he confirmed Roxas' suspicions.
"That's right. This is our resistance." He turned to address the horde, his presence all encompassing and powerful, just as it had been during the last attack. "And we shall be victorious!" He called, pulling Roxas close to his side. There was another resounding chorus of triumph and unity. The blond gasped, feeling overwhelmed. He could sense Axel's excitement at finally returning triumphant, and staggered. He felt, more than heard Axel voice his concern and held his still spinning head in his hand, sorting out the things he felt now, and the feelings that had been directed toward him while he slept, unable to discern between the two. His eyes opened wide as he realized his knowledge of the humans' resistance would cripple them and that Axel would know his mind, whether he wanted it or not. He felt himself being scooped into the red-head's strong arms, too overwhelmed and weak to dissent. He barely saw the darkness surround them, vaguely aware that Axel had taken him somewhere less overwhelming, settling him into soft bedding.
"I'm so sorry, it was too much, too fast, forgive me," he murmured gently, "we've only just gotten here and there's still so much to explain..." Roxas could sense his fear. The blond bit his lower lip, another wave of nausea rolling over him. "You have been asleep for a day and a half, it makes sense that you are weak now, you will need to feed soon, loveling." Roxas didn't answer, his body trembling and aching. It worsened the further away from Axel he was and he detested it. "Roxas, do you understand? Do you need me to help you, my love?" He raised a hand, brushing golden hair out of Roxas' face, admiring the ethereal beauty the transformation had given him. He froze when Roxas flinched.
"Y-you..." he murmured, feeling absolutely sickened. Cerulean met vivid green and Axel finally sensed his fury. "You used me again?!" he hissed dangerously. "Don't touch me. Get away from me." Axel frowned hissing in displeasure but did as Roxas commanded.
"I don't understand," he answered cautiously. The ice in those cerulean depths intensified.
"I was naive enough to believe that I was enough, but now I understand," he answered. "All you ever wanted was to know my mind." Green eyes widened.
"Roxas… that's not true," The blond closed his eyes, ignoring him. "don't do this, loveling..." he pleaded. He felt weak, hardly aware. Axel called his name fearfully, materializing through the darkness, to appear beside him. He knew, even without opening his eyes. He could smell his mate and the earthy, smoky smell set him ablaze. Roxas bit back a groan.
Hands touched his face in feather soft caresses. "Leave me be," he muttered back.
I can't do that. The words were a whisper in his mind as his lips were taken in a heady kiss. Roxas groaned in relief and gave him a scathing glare in response. "I said no!" he hissed dangerously. A blinding glow engulfed them, and the red-head cried out in surprise, shielding his face.
Axel gasped. "…Light?" Golden brows furrowed and blue eyes met emerald green as it faded away. "How can that be?"
"I don't understand," Roxas whispered back.
"We're creatures of darkness," the red-head answered carefully, his eyes widening, "but you control light," he murmured. Blue eyes narrowed at the thoughts running through his mate's mind, of having control over such an element.
"Don't use me to your advantage, Lea," the blond hissed, clenching his teeth together warningly. Axel's face shifted to something more neutral.
"If I were, you wouldn't have any choice in the matter, dear one," he answered, resenting the bitterness and distrust he felt directed at him. "Whether you believe me or not is irrelevant right now. This must be resolved," he murmured, referring to Roxas' state. "Preferably before you lose control," he added, sensing his mate's instincts to feed and the discomfort he felt being apart from him. His lips quirked upward. "Don't be stubborn. Come here," he purred softly.
"Back off. You can't control me anymore," the blond hissed. Axel smiled archly.
"No… but your instincts can," he warned, his tone deceptively light. "It won't be long, now, love. Will you take from me, or shall I leave you to fend for yourself, as you wish?" He sensed the dread Roxas felt at the warning and Axel pitied him. "Don't do this to yourself, you can't afford to be angry right now. Come here," he commanded softly. Roxas whimpered at the powerful urge he felt to sink his fangs into pale flesh, and to make his mate quiver and moan in ecstasy. Axel moaned, yes, do it. Just like that and his eyes met heated green. Axel tilted his head, exposing his neck, offering. He could feel his mate's desire. More than the unspoken command, it was what brought him to Axel.
"This isn't over," he whispered against pale skin. Soft fingers raised his chin. Axel was so close, that his impulses to bite were hitting him in waves, hammering away at his resistance.
"I chose you because I love you. There is no other reason." The words angered him, but his basic instincts were louder, and Axel didn't sense his emotions. His lips quirked up and he used the urges to hide from Axel, gently brushing his nose against his mate's. When green eyes fluttered shut, he instinctively readied himself to disappear, darkness swirling around him.
"Then why threaten me?" he whispered. The last thing he saw before teleporting was Axel's widened fearful gaze.
"Roxas, no! Roxas!" he called, but it was too late. Axel clenched his teeth. He exhaled heavily, steam rolling from his nostrils as the air buzzed to life around him, heating to a dangerous degree. He knew that some of this was the blond's stubbornness. However, it was also because Roxas had felt threatened and he should have known better. He should have been more sensitive to the new sensations he was feeling as he changed. He took a moment to calm himself. If Roxas continued to feel threatened, he would continue to run from him. He needed to be cautious if Roxas was able to instinctively use his abilities. When he was ready, he extended his senses throughout the castle, knowing that Roxas wasn't strong enough or disciplined enough to go far. Almost immediately, he felt the blond's desperation. His lips curved upward and he followed, his instincts, soon catching Roxas' scent. When he saw the blond, he teleported closer, but far enough away, getting to a proper vantage point.
He watched his stubborn little love fight his instincts. He knew that Roxas' control was fading, because he hadn't immediately sensed his presence. Which meant he was putting himself in danger as well. He sighed softly. Unable to watch him suffer, he let his voice fill the space between them. "You know, anyone else, I would have let this be a lesson." Roxas gasped, his eyes finding Axel's. The beautiful red-head was perched on the balcony above him in the outdoor courtyard they were in. Axel broke the silence first. "Self preservation is our greatest instinct, Roxas. Can you not see that yet?" The blond scoffed at him. Axel watched him for a long moment, "However, instinct or not, I'm not too proud to admit I was wrong to think such a thing. Please forgive me." Roxas looked away. He'd always known that Lea was beautiful and strong. Prideful and powerful. He didn't understand why Axel continued to go against his instincts for him.
"Anyone else, huh?" he muttered back. He smelt his mate even before he saw that he had teleported beside him, and the urge to feed that hit him had him blacking out for a moment.
"..no other reason.." he heard, realizing he was nuzzling against the red-head. He could hear the blood rushing in Axel's veins. His teeth ached, and he groaned.
"What?" he asked deliriously. Axel chuckled and Roxas shuddered at the delectable sound, wanting to devour him.
"Shall I say it thrice?" he purred to the blond. A gentle hand raised Roxas' chin, a warm thumb massaging the pain away. Roxas whimpered, his eyes meeting Axel's. "I chose you because I love you. There is no other reason," he promised, kissing the blond gently. "May I lose my element if my intentions were otherwise," he purred confidently. Roxas gasped. It was as if his entire body were ablaze.
"What?" he whispered.
"You feel the binding promise I made to you," the red-head explained. "Words have power for our kind," the red-head hummed thoughtfully. "When said three times, they are binding. Breaking a binding holds grave consequences, to the one making the promise," he warned. Axel closed his eyes, summoning fire around them. It swirled beautifully and brightly. "Binding promises made between us will be the most powerful," he told the blond. "As you can see, I have not broken mine." He could still feel his stubborn little blond trying to resist and smiled gently. "Please forgive me, I am new to this," he purred softly, "I don't want to be alone anymore. I want you, loveling." Roxas' cheeks warmed. "I want to see you to grow strong, I don't want to see you suffer like this. Bite me, take me, love me," he begged softly. Only me.
Roxas stared into warm green eyes, keenly aware of how rare it was for the red-head to beg or succumb to anyone. Fighting the urge to savagely do all of the above, Roxas surged forward, kissing Axel instead. Darkness swirrled around them, blocking out the amber glow. Roxas was vaguely aware of sinking into a soft bed before he failed.
When his senses returned to him, Axel was falling apart, arching under him, halfway naked. Roxas pressed him down hard, pinning him and breaking their kiss. Darkened emeralds blinked open and the blond felt a thrill to have him under him. Axel watched him knowingly. Blond brows furrowed when he sensed his mate's determination to make him lose control. The red haired beauty gave him a wicked smile and then bit his lower lip, arousingly. Before the blond could wonder, he bit harder. The scent hit Roxas first, his pupils dilating. Scarlet droplets welled up on Axel's swelling lower lip and Roxas attacked immediately. Reveling in his mate's cries of pleasure. He suckled on Axel's lower lip, teasing it with his teeth. When a shudder overtook the body under him, he punctured it, watching the red-head's pale cheeks flush. Roxas' brows arched and he hummed thoughtfully. No one else could overtake his crimson haired beauty like this, and Axel was enjoying it immensely.
Holding him down with one hand and burying his fingers in silky hair with the other, he pulled hard, exposing pale, flawless skin. Emerald eyes opened wide. Roxas watched him in fascination, tugging his head back and pressing down against him until he was writhing in pleasure. When he was completely helpless, Roxas bit. Axel cried out incoherently, whimpering and moaning in ecstasy as the blond drank. His desire to please his mate overtook him. Biting deeper, he thrust against the red-head hard. He felt Axel's pleasure sharply and released his neck with a gasp. He needed more, and without hesitation he ran his tongue along Axel's flesh. The red-head turned to meet him in a sultry kiss. A leg hooked around his waist, pulling him back down as he rolled his hips up. It was all the encouragement Roxas needed to continue. He buried both hands into luscious red hair, tilting Axel's head back to kiss him deeply. Burning hands touched him everywhere and he sensed what Axel desperately wanted. Chuckling, he broke the kiss. "Are you always impatient?" he asked.
"Yes. Now get your clothes off before I burn them off," he hissed impatiently. Roxas froze, the pain of Axel's lonliness before this flashing through him. He had time to widen his eyes before Axel flipped him on his back. "What's wrong, don't believe me?" he purred, making the blond blush and admiring the sight. He smiled archly at his mate, summoning flames. They kissed his skin, swirling down his lithe body, onto Roxas'. The blond flinched, but rather than getting burnt, they caressed him, just like Axel's warm embrace. Their clothes on the other hand burned very well. Axel laughed aloud at Roxas' dumbfounded expression. "Oh my love," he murmured endearingly, "have you forgotten about pleasing me already?" Roxas stared at his tantalizing beauty, his lips quirking up.
"Never," he answered. Axel's smile widened and he allowed Roxas to take his hand, kissing his fingers gently before tugging him down, realizing they were sensing one another's deeper needs. His other hand grasped Axel's hip as he trailed his tongue along his inner wrist. The red-head whimpered impatiently as Roxas teased with his teeth. Blue found green. Let me enjoy you- I'm not going anywhere, the words were desperately whispered to him. Green eyes gentled and he began to understand as well.
"Okay," he answered. Roxas looked startled.
"Wait, you heard me?" smiling gently, Axel nodded. He shivered as Roxas mouthed at his wrist, nipping gently before breaking the skin and suckling harshly, their eyes never leaving one another's. With a slow lick, Roxas broke away, his hand framing Axel's other hip instead. "Does that mean you know what I'm going to do to you, too?" Axel's lips quirked up.
"I sense your intentions," he answered. The hands on his hips tightened and he gasped. Roxas grinned, lifting him and positioning him. Axel squirmed when he held him there.
"Good," he purred back, slowly lowering him and working his way inside. He felt Axel's surprise when he jerked him down the rest of the way while meeting him in a powerful thrust, setting a pace that had him writhing. When Roxas' hands trailed up his ribcage in gentle caresses the red-head sat up, bearing his weight down on the blond's hips. He rolled his hips in slow circles, their eyes never wavering. Then he began to move wildly, unpredictably. Freely and undrestrained. Roxas watched the beautiful red-head, his eyes lidded, both of them reveling in the other's pleasure. His hands slid to Axel's lower back, bringing him close again. Their bare chests rubbed deliciously, their mouths meeting in a heady kiss. Roxas resumed thrusting powerfully in response to Axel's movements, reveling at his moans. Their eyes met, Axel's held fiery desire, fluttering as he shifted. Roxas felt his pleasure, and grasped his hips, holding him there and making him gasp. His face melted into bliss as his mate directed all of his attention to assaulting that one spot. His back arched, and he didn't feel Roxas' lips on his neck for a crucial moment, until he was flooded with ecstasy from the bite. Moaning languidly as Roxas purred in pleasure, they came together.

The question had left Cloud floundering.
"I-I don't know, I..." He flinched when hands grasped either side of his face and Reno looked deep into oceanic depths. The red haired beauty hummed thoughtfully.
"I see… you always thought you had a choice… but just like Roxas, you were groomed for your position." Cloud felt sick in the pit of his stomach.
"I…" Warm lips caressed his. The blond blinked.
"It's not your fault, my love," he hushed.
"S-stop trying to confuse me. I know what's at stake," Cloud hissed.
"I'm not, my love," Reno answered. "Let me comfort you," he pleaded softly.
