Cody was looking at Patrick, his adorable stuffed pig in his new room while Loona and the gang were still watching the adorable video of him and his parents, brother and friends doing a reenactment of the VeggieTales silly song. "Patrick," he said, "Do you think they'll laugh at me watching the video? Even after they said they wouldn't?" Of course, being a stuffed animal, Patrick couldn't really talk to Cody at all and give him a response about all of this. "Yeah, I shouldn't worry about it so much, Patrick. I mean, Loona really likes me. She, Blitzo, Moxxie, and Millie saved me from Verosika and Stella before. I shouldn't just jump to conclusion. But... this is Hell, so..."

He couldn't help but hide under the covers a little bit so he wouldn't have to feel that embarrassed. Alas, he recalled how much fun he had making the video with the ones he loved before the terrible disaster that led him to being saved by the Hellhound that he quickly became friends with.

Yes, it was fun for him to create a funny, adorable video as a tribute. When it comes to having good times with loved ones who are now dead, those memories are all that's left for the deceased person to remember. Souvenirs, pictures, albums, and even videos, those are what makes good memories.

From the other side of the room, he could hear the laughing of the others, and it made him a little ashamed, but he knew that these demons care about him and wouldn't really laugh at him. "Listen to them." he said. "Laughing. But I hope it's not at me, Patrick. But... I guess it's not my school friends that are watching at it. They would laugh at me for sure. But..." he looked at Patrick and held his stuffed animal from his belly: "If you were alive, I guess you wouldn't laugh at me either." He thought about all the video games and a few consoles he had before they were destroyed in the fire. Unlike the trinkets and other similar things, video games and consoles can be replaceable, but with all those games and consoles gone, it would cost him quite a lot of money to replace. Perhaps... perhaps he can always ask Loona or Blitzo to buy him a new Nintendo Switch or Xbox One, or another copy of Skyrim.

Of course, being a successful assassin company to be hired assassins, mercenaries, and or bounty hunters, Blitzo might not have time to help Cody get a new game or console. That, and the boy wasn't so sure if these games or consoles even work in hell or not. Perhaps when the time is right, or maybe after they are done watching the funny video, then he can ask them about getting some video games.

Suddenly, his cellphone rang and he promptly answered it to see who it was. "Cody? are you there?" it was a little boy's voice on the other line.

"Tyler?" asked Cody. "Is that you?"

"Yeah Cody! I've heard about the fire and... I thought you died. Are you ok?"

"I'm fine."

"Whew. That's good. A couple of our friends said they saw you in the streets with some freaky girl."

"Oh. I didn't notice." Cody said. "I'm trying to recover from what happened with my parents."

"Oh. I'm glad you're ok." said Tyler. "Where have you been?"

Cody paused and realized that his own friend wouldn't understand the kind of place he is right now. That, and he would think that he is only kidding if he told him that he is in Hell right now. "Well... I am with Loona. The name of the nice lady who is helping me."

"OK. We should tell Miss Stacey that you're still alive."

"Miss Stacey!" Cody remembered. "Oh my god, I almost forgot about her. Don't worry. I'll tell her that I'm ok."

"OK. But you should let her know soon."

"I know. Nice to talk to you again, Tyler. Bye."

"See you soon Cody!" Tyler said happily before he hung up.

Cody forgot about school and he didn't know about this and he didn't want his teacher to be worried sick. But of course, he is still grieving over the loss of his parents from the fire. maybe he needs a little more time to grieve for them.

Suddenly, he heard the door open and the guys entered the room. "Cody we gotta admit, it was pretty funny." Loona said

Cody hid himself more under the covers, feeling more embarrassed. "oh boy." said the child.

"Come on, we are not laughing at you." said Tex. "I thought it was nice you and your family did that with you." he sat on the bed next to him, putting a gentle, beefy hand on his back in encouragement. "Really it was really good."

"Absolutely." said Moxxie.

"Look, have we ever laughed at you?" Loona asked him

"Well... no." Cody admitted.

"There you go." Loona said. "We're your friends and you have nothing to worry about."

"Thanks guys." Cody admitted. "So Blitzo, I have a favor to ask. My Nintendo Switch and Xbox One got burnt in the fire and I was wondering... If we can please buy a new one? But if you don't want to, i understand."

Blitzo smiled and said: "If we can make it work down here in hell, kid, then yes." he gently patted his head. Cody smiled, knowing that he might get to play games again.

Later in the night, Cody was asleep and he was having a peculiar dream. Not a nightmare, but something else. He was in what appeared to be a large hallway made of white.

"Hello? is anyone there?" Cody called out. "Oh I hope this isn't another nightmare."

"Cody." said two voices. The child looked behind him and what he saw next, made his heart stop for one long second.

"Mom! Dad!" Cody said before running up to them and giving them a hug. His parents had long white guards and had bird-like wings on their backs along with halos floating on the top of your heads. "I thought you guys are dead?"

"Well... we are in body." said his dad, "But our spirits are well and alive."

"Yes sweetie." said his mom. "Please don't be sad."

"No matter where you are, or where you go, we will always be with you."

"Always. Me and your father will be your guardian angels if you ever need us."

Those words made Cody shed a few tears at seeing them again and said: "How can I see you?"

"Don't worry." said his father. "Just call our names and we will be there to help you."
