Cody was still good at Guitar Warrior. Many demons and ongoers were watching the human kid play so well on that popular game. Many of these demons and demonic kids recognized Cody from the video before, but some of them didn't recognize his hellhound form when he got Hellhound Fever and played the first time on this machine.

One perk about being a Hellhound, Cody thought was: fitting in with the other demons down here so many of them wouldn't stare at him as if he was a pariah or an outcast.

After performing at Satan's place last night, it made the boy more popular. On top of that, many demons down here are somewhat praising Cody as a hero for killing the creator of Barney. It didn't surprise the kid that all demons down here hated that purple abomination as much as he does (or more).

He can always rely on Tex, Blitzo, and Moxxie to protect him from any harm from a murderer or a serial killer. Just hearing the roaring cheers from the crowd made Cody somewhat of a superstar.

Cody wished that his big brother was here to see this, for he would he proud of him for doing so well on this game, and the performance from before at Satan's soirée.

At least Loona got that on video just like Tex was getting this on video right now. One of these days, Cody might show these videos to Tommy and hoped he would he proud of him. On the other hand, he wondered what would happen if he found out he kinda planned the killing of the creator of his least favorite character in the universe.

Would Tommy be ashamed of Cody for asking I.M.P to kill Sheryl? Or would he be proud of him for getting rid of that scary and creepy character? Perhaps... Cody was thinking he should take that part to the grave. Who knows? maybe Tommy might find out about it some time. After all, killing the creator of Barney has become quite popular and spread across the earth like a plague.

if Tommy does find out, the least Cody can do is be ready for the consequences that his big brother might bestow upon him.

Cody finished off the song with a solo and he got a small round of applause by many demons around him, praising his skills. Then Moxxie was up and he wasn't doing do well as Cody.

"You suck donkey balls!" said a muscular demon

"Go suck on your mommy's tits!" a demon with a higher-pitched voice added.

"Hey! you leave Moxxie the fuck alone!" said Blitzo, pulling out one of his signature pistols. "Or you will have to deal with me!"

Many of the demons who were heckling poor Moxxie before immediately backed off, not because of Blitzo, but because of big, scary Vortex and his handsome, macho frame. The hellhound knew that taking on these demons would be nothing but child's play, and might even make a bowling ball out of them.

Despite trying his best, Moxxie lost and let Blizto take over, who surprisingly, sucked worst than Moxxie did, which was rather humiliating for him. Than Tex was up, who managed to to better than the two imps. He wasn't as good as Cody, but was still good at it.

At last, after for playing so long, the boys took a break from it and sat at a table to refill their drinks to cool themselves off. "Cody you are awesome." said Tex. "You ever thought about joining a band?"

"Not really."

"I say you should." said Blitzo. "about nailed the singing yesterday and you got the voice."

"Thanks but I don't know about being in a band, Blitzo." Cody said. "My brother told me that being famous can be a blessing and a curse, with paparazzi following you to get your picture, creeps stalking you, being a victim of lies on magazines."

"He is not wrong." said Moxxie. "Being famous can ruin someone's life if he is not careful. But hey, it would be fun to be adored by everybody."

"True." Cody remarked. "I wonder how Verosika deals with that stuff."

"Let me tell you in on something, kid." said Blitzo, "when me and that slut were still dating, she said that being famous is such a hassle, being harassed by fans just to get an autograph or sign their chests, or have se... I mean, have their way with her, whether they are male or female."

"Take it from me." said Tex. "You wouldn't believe how many people I punch, push, kick, or shove away from Verosika just to give her some privacy abd personal space, Cody. That gets annoying really quick."

"Don't many demons down here listen to heavy metal?" asked Cody. "I mean, my dad told me for many years, many people try to count out heavy metal for being too 'demonic" or 'Satanic' for the world." the boy even did abbreviation marks with his fingers on the two specific words he said.

"Of course we listen to heavy metal, Cody." said Moxxie. "It's our national anthem for music."

"Besides, it doesnt have to he evil or satanic. There's a Christian metal band called Stryper."

"Oh yeah. I've heard of them." Cody remembered hearing Stryper's music once.

"And if you heard the band Slayer," said Blitzo

"I love Slayer!" exclaimed Cody in excitement.

"Awesome." said Blitzo, "the lead singer is roman catholic while the rhythm guitarist is an atheist."

"That's cool." said the kid. "I know they just look scary and demonic just for show and to scare people. Ozzy Osbourne does it, Alice Cooper does it, KISS does it."

"Ugh. I hate KISS!" said Blitzo. "Rhey are the worst so-called 'metal' band in history. Sure they have good makeup but their music sounds far from it!"

"I know. KISS is one of rock n' rolls greatest lies in history, sir." Moxxie took another sip of his drink. "I just wanna shoot Gene Simmons and Ace Frehlry and Paul Stanley in the back of the head. Pompous jerks."

"I'm not that big a fan of Kiss either." said Cody flatly. "They're not heavy enough."

"Right?" said Tex. "Facts." he formed his left hand into a fist, waiting for Cody to bump it with his. Immediately, the kid got the message and smiled as he bumped his fist with the hellhound's big beefy fist.
