Well I'm back with the second chapter starting this one. I'm gonna try and start to keep a semi-regular update schedule and hopefully be able to actually finish this story. Also I'm going to try to answer and respond to any reviews I can from this chapter forward.

volcasiron30: Why thank you I do try my best

arroyokenneth93: Well to answer your questions as of the start of this story Izuku is 6. For your second question I don't think I understand that one if you could please elaborate further. As for your last question, yes I do have a pairing in mind but I'm gonna leave that as a surprise for later.

"What happened?" Izuku said groggily as he began to hold his aching head. It seemed like he was in a hospital bed. He then looked around to see two people standing near him, one was what appeared to be a man nearing old age with a goatee and brown hair with many gray hairs wearing a diamond shaped hat with the kanji for fire on the front. The other person was a woman with blonde hair and a diamond shaped mark on her forehead. Both of them had worried looks on their faces.

He began to get up but the woman pushed him down gently saying "Easy there you need rest." Izuku reluctantly complied.

The man coughed and asked Izuku "Hello there child may I know your name?"

"My name is Izuku Midoriya." Izuku replied.

The old man smiled and said to him "That is a fine name Izuku, my name is Hiruzen Sarutobi…" before gesturing over to the blonde woman and telling him "…and this is my student Tsunade."

Hiruzen's expression turned serious once again as he asked Izuku "Tell me Izuku what is the last thing you remember?"

Izuku was reluctant to tell them but nonetheless replied "I remember getting into a fight with Kacchan and then nothing."

Hiruzen thought to himself grimly "So he knows no more than anyone else who arrived like he did."

Izuku then asked him "Where am I?"

Hiruzen replied "You are in Konoha General Hospital."

Izuku then replied confused "Where in Japan is Konoha?"

Hiruzen sighed and replied with a sad expression "Izuku I'm afraid you are not in Japan anymore."

Upon hearing this Izuku started to worry and asked "Where am I then?"

Hiruzen responded seriously, "You are in Konohagakure located in the Land of Fire."

Izuku, visibly starting to panic, asked "How did I get here then and how do I get back?"

Hiruzen sorrowfully told him "I'm sorry to tell you but even our brightest minds don't have an answer for either of those questions."

"Will I ever be able to see Mom or Kacchan again?" Izuku thought to himself in dismay wondering if he would ever be able to get home again.

The blonde haired woman Tsunade, if Izuku remembered correctly, began to scold Hiruzen, saying worriedly, "Sensei, aren't you unloading all this information too quickly on him."

Hiruzen simply responded "Perhaps but it is an insult to him not to tell him the truth."

Tsunade responded irritably to her teacher "He is a child, one that has been caught up in a terrible situation at an age where this already rare phenomena is extremely unlikely and likely even more frightening." before looking back at Izuku.

Izuku then asked both of them nervously "What's going to happen to me now?"

Hiruzen said calmly "Well Izuku, there is no way that I know of to send you back home to your old life, as you are not the first person to deal with this and something tells me that you will certainly not be the last I can make you an offer that might give you the chance to start a new life here."

"What kind of offer?" Izuku warily asked.

"Seeing as the next class of this year is about to start soon, I can have you enrolled in the Ninja Academy where you will learn how to be a Shinobi." Hiruzen explained to Izuku.

Izuku then asked Hiruzen "I don't know, can I have some time to think about it." as he clenched the hospital bed tightly.

Hiruzen's expression softened as he got up he said to Izuku "Of course take all the time you need." Before he left the room.

Tsunade then did a quick check up on Izuku and began to heal his unhealed wounds. The boy watched with fascination at her hand glowing green as his unhealed wounds began to heal rapidly.

Izuku couldn't contain his curiosity anymore and asked Tsunade "What kind of quirk do you have?"

Tsunade arched an eyebrow at the question before realizing what Izuku was asking about, replying "Oh you mean those special abilities some you guys have, this isn't one of them Izuku."

"Then how are you healing me then?" Izuku asked, confused at how she was healing him without a quirk.

Tsunade replied "I am using Iryo Ninjutsu."

Upon seeing Izuku's confused expression she explained "Most people here are born with something known as chakra, it has many different uses from fighting to healing."

Izuku then asked excitedly, "Is there any way for me to learn how to use chakra?"

Tsunade replied with some trepidation "If you were born in our world I would say it is almost a certainty, but considering your situation for a lack of a better way of explaining it depends."

Izuku, worried but still curious, asked "Depends on what?"

Tsunade then asked him "Izuku do you have a quirk?"

"No…" was all Izuku could quietly say. While it had been 2 years since he was diagnosed as quirkless it was never pleasant to be reminded of that fact.

Tsunade then smiled "Then I believe you should have no problems in being able to wield chakra."

Izuku looked at her in surprise before asking "What does not having a quirk have to do with any of this?"

"From what I have seen and observed from other people caught up in a similar situation to your own, those who are born with quirks cannot wield chakra to any appreciable degree." Tsunade told a visibly confused Izuku.

Tsunade elaborated further saying "Those born with quirks tend not to have a lot of chakra or in some rare cases no chakra at all, a good rule of thumb is the more powerful a person's quirk the less able to use chakra they are."

She then continued "Quirkless people however are the individuals most likely to be able to use chakra and the ones who tend to have the most of it."

Izuku nodded to himself feeling as though he had some understanding now but he then realized something about what Tsunade had said and asked "Wait, are there others like me?"

"Yes there are others, but if you are worried about your identity being leaked all those caught up in this situation only have their identities as such revealed on a need to know basis, I think Sensei is the only one who knows every single person." Tsunade answered as she finished healing the last of Izuku's wounds.

As she left him and contemplating what he just saw Izuku began to think about Hiruzen's offer, thinking about whether or not to accept it.

Back with Inko

Inko Midoriya was beginning to feel her panic set in. She couldn't find Izuku anywhere in the park and night was fast approaching. She had called Mitsuki to ask Katsuki about if they had seen Izuku and both told her that Katsuki had separated from Izuku earlier in the day.

With darkness beginning to set in she took out her phone and called the police.

"Izuku please be okay." She thought to herself in desperation.

Back with Izuku

Izuku had stayed the night at the hospital and had had considerable time to consider Hiruzen's offer. After a lot of thinking he had come to a decision.

The sound of the door opening had broken him from his musings. He saw Hiruzen and Tsunade walking through it.

Tsunade began to check up on him to make sure he was clear to leave the hospital.

"Good morning Izuku." Hiruzen greeted Izuku.

"Good morning to you too." Izuku replied.

He then asked Izuku "Have you considered my offer, Izuku?"

Without missing a beat Izuku responded "I will accept your offer to join the Ninja Academy."

Hiruzen nodded before handing him a couple pieces of paper and a pen and told him "Well then Izuku, I will need you to fill these forms for your enrollment."

Upon hearing this Izuku began to fill out the forms which only really needed basic information like name, age, and date of birth as most everything seemed to have been filled out already.

After he had finished the paperwork Tsunade had cleared him to leave the hospital but not before making a small request of him "If you are going to become a shinobi please just try not to end up back in the hospital anytime soon."

"Sure thing miss Tsunade." Izuku replied thankfully before leaving the hospital.

And cut. Anyways like always please tell me what you think of this chapter and if there is anything I can improve on. As for the next chapter that will cover Izuku's first day at the Ninja Academy.
