"How are you feeling?" Ladybug asked Chloé.

"I should ask you the same thing." Chloé said.

"I'm fine." Ladybug said and gave Chloé a gaze that showed that she wanted an answer too.

"It could have been better." Chloé answered and surprised herself with the honesty in the words.

"I'm sorry that I didn't talk to you more yesterday. Everything just happened so quickly." Ladybug said.

"It's fine. I understand that you are busy." Chloé said and forced a smile.

"I should have time for my friends no matter what."

Chloé was sure that her eyes got twice as big as she heard Ladybug calling her a friend, because that's what she just had done. Chloé knew Ladybug trusted her or else she wouldn't have become Queen Bee in the first place. But it felt so unreal that Ladybug also considered her as a friend? Chloé almost couldn't stop herself from crying right there and now.

"I'm sorry about Chat Noir." Chloé said.

She had been Queen Bee for four years and during her first year she had both Ladybug and Chat Noir at her side. She got along with Chat Noir and tried her best to be friendly with him. But they never really clicked. He was funny but Chloé was not. It wasn't the best combination, but she still cared for him and she still felt sad that he wasn't on their side anymore.

"Me too." Ladybug said and made a gesture for them to move.

They both started moving through the forest. Ladybug was swinging between trees with her yo-yo while Chloé were jumping from tree branch to tree branch.

"Do you have anything good going on in your life?" Ladybug asked.

For a moment Chloé felt a little bit taken aback by Ladybug's question and wondered if she might know more about what was going on in Chloé's life, but why should she? She was probably just trying to have a small talk with her.

"I have found a apartment, or at least I think I have." Chloé said.

"That's nice." Ladybug said and smiled at Chloé.

"Yeah. It actually belong to a Childhood friend, but he wanted me to move in with him." Chloé explained.

"Oh, is it your boyfriend?" Ladybug asked in a teasing manner.

"What? No, Adrien is not my boyfriend." Chloé said.

Before Chloé had a chance to react Ladybug fell down toward the ground after missing a tree branch with her yo-yo. She landed facedown on the ground and gave away a pained sound.

Chloé landed on the ground next to Ladybug as she slowly stood up and dusted herself off. When she was done, she turned to Chloé and looked a bit shocked, but if it was because of her fall or something else Chloé didn't know.

"Are you alright?" Chloé asked.

"I'm pe-per-perfect." Ladybug stammered.

Chloé nodded slowly. Even if she knew they didn't get all too damaged when they were transformed, they could still get hurt. Chloé wasn't sure if she should be worried or not.

"Are you sure?" she asked.

Ladybug nodded.

"Adrien as in Adrien Agreste?" Ladybug asked.

"Yes." Chloé answered.

Ladybug was about to say something, but instead she turned around and threw her yo-yo up in a nearby tree. She didn't say anything to Chloé and instead she swung herself up in the tree and kept going. Chloé started following her again.

They didn't speak much with each other on their way back to Paris. When they finally reached the city, they said goodbye and went separate ways.

As Chloé was close to her father's hotel she didn't worry too much about being alone in Paris now when she knew Hawk Moth could strike any moment. But she still hurried back home and entered her room through the balcony before she detransformed.

Before Chloé had a change to do anything her phone started ringing and she quicky walked over to it and picked it up. Ever since yesterday her mother had been calling her and texting her and she had ignored it all as much as she was able too. It had almost gone too far, and Chloé was starting to wonder if she should either block her mother's number or just change her own phone number. She had to admit that she didn't like either of those options, but if her mother didn't stop anytime soon she knew she had to chose something.

It wasn't her mother calling, though, and it wasn't a known number either. She decided not to answer and was about to put away her phone when she received a text.

"I know where you live, and I'm going to finish what I started." Chloé read out loud.

Pollen flew up to her side and took a look at the screen.

"Who is it from?" Pollen asked.

Chloé didn't know, but her gut feeling told her that it was someone that wanted to cause her harm. There was only one person that had tried to hurt her recently, and that was the man from the alley.

"Is it him?" Pollen asked as if she had been able to read Chloé's mind.

"I don't know." Chloé answered.

Chloé was about to put away her phone when a thump was heard from outside. She quickly turned toward her balcony door and wondered for a second if the man was outside, how impossible that might seem.

Pollen was about to fly away to check on it when Chloé stopped her.

"Please, don't leave me." Chloé begged.

"I wont." Pollen said and flew even closer to Chloé.

Chloé wasn't sure what to do. She could either run and hide somewhere or go out there and face whoever or whatever was out there. She didn't want to be a coward, but running didn't make her one, she knew that. But even then she knew what she had to do.

"Pollen, buzz on."

The moment she had transformed and were back as Queen Bee, Chloé didn't feel any sort of fear anymore. She felt braver than she had been moments ago and she was ready to face the thing outside on her balcony.

She ran over her bedroom floor and pushed open the door before she jumped outside.

"Whoever you are show yourself!" she screamed.

A second went by and someone jumped down on the balcony floor in front of Chloé. She stood there for a moment and stared at the person before she dropped her guard.

"What are you doing here?" she asked Viperion.

"I could ask you the same thing." he said and took a step closer.

"After what I heard earlier today I decided to go here and have a chat with Chloé about that man that attacked her. I wanted to be the one who caught him." Chloé quickly explained.

Chloé couldn't hide how surprised she was over how easy it was for her to say it. Even if it wasn't the truth, at least not really, it came out so natural.

"That's very kind of you." Viperion said.

He didn't sound surprised, and Chloé couldn't hide how happy it made her. First she got called a friend by Ladybug and now she even got complimented by another hero. Could things really be on the way to the better for her?

"What are you doing here?" Chloé asked.

"Same thing." Viperion told her without hesitation.

"Ladybug told us not to be alone." Chloé said.

She knew that she was alone, but she lived here. She just hoped Viperion wouldn't ask her the same question. That would be complicated to explain.

"I'm not alone." Viperion said and pointed toward a nearby roof.

Chloé looked at the way he was pointing and noticed two of the heroes of Paris standing there well hidden. If she hadn't known where to look she would never have noticed Pigella or Purple Tigress there.

"Is that Chloé's phone?"

Chloé turned back to Viperion and realised that she was still holding on to her phone. She held it up and clicked on a button to light up the screen. She read the same text she had gotten moments earlier before she decided to reply.

"Yes, it is."

She looked up at Viperion and threw her phone toward him before she knew what she was doing. He cathed it to her surprise and looked at it like he didn't know why he was holding it.

"She got a very threatening text." Chloé said.

Viperion hesitated for a few seconds before he finally clicked on a button and light up the screen. He seemed to read the text which Chloé had told him about and when he was done he looked up at her.

"Where is Chloé?" he asked.

"It's saturday evening, she's probably out on a date or something." Chloé said.

"Without her phone?" Viperion questioned.

Chloé didn't know what she would say. She didn't leave her phone behind that often and if she ever went out on a date she never ever left her phone at home.

Viperion didn't ask her again, and he took a step closer to give the phone back to her.

"Go back inside and leave it where you found it." he told her.

She turned around and went back inside her room to leave her phone. When she was done, she decided to go back out on the balcony to see if Viperion were still there and when she returned she felt a bit grateful that he was still standing there, waiting for her.

"Come on." he told her. "Let's go find that guy."
