An incredibly sad oneshot I thought of in the shower... An alternate version of the scene after Sors defeats Demyx. Please R&R.
His Name
Sora struck the final blow with his keyblade, and everything went into slow motion. Demyx's eyes opened wide, and he landed with a thud on the blue rock. He looked at Sora as if remembering an old friend.
"I remember... Now... What I couldn't... Before... Sora... Come here please..."
Sora reluctantly ran over and knelt by the body that was already starting to wisp away.
"There's... Something I'd... Like you to do... For me..."
Demyx started to cough up blood. "Hey... Sora... If you ever go to this nice little world called Destiny Islands... Tell a woman named Julia... That her son Edym, only did the awful things he did... So that he could find his way home... And tell her... To tell the baby brother he never knew, the truth... about his brother... I never even knew his name..."
Sora sobbed. "You brother's name was Sora... It was Sora..."
