chapter one:
A shot beginning and a strange middle
It was a still night on Hogwarts' grounds, though a few solemn leaves blew across the terrain. The surface of the Black Lake rippled and made the water look like it had dimples as the wind blew and blew again. Silhouetted figures were seen for the careful eyes gazing out upon the Entrance Gates. It was September 12, 2006, and the figures, by the look of them, were students. Obviously late for the beginning of the school year, the late night arrival caused quite a disturbance in the community. Gryffindors sprung from their beds, Slytherins walked cockily to the outside, not that anyone was sleeping anyway, so they were all dressed. Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff took longer to show, but when they finally did, Dumbledore emerged from the loud and obnoxious crowd. There stood five gorgeous girls, about sixteen, the same age as Harry Potter's trio and the ferret's group. All of them were Greek, as Dumbledore explained in his speech, and they were transferred from the Prestigious Bliss Academy in Athens, Greece. One of the girls, the tallest and most daring, took a step forwards. "This is Aphrodite," Dumbledore explained, "She will be sharing a house with the Gryffindor students." A slightly shorter and pleasantly plump girl stood forwards, "This is Aretmis, she will be staying with the Hufflepuff house." Aphrodite was tall and lean, with big, puppy eyes of blue color with flecks of lighter blue. Her hair was golden blonde, as shiny as Aretmis's brown hair was plane. Aretmis, though shorter and slightly plump, stood out with her dimples and pleasant smile. A girl with silver-green hair stood forward, with large, curious purple eyes. "This is Hera, she will be staying with the Ravenclaw students." People applauded after each person was announced, though the Ravenclaw students looked weary of Hera, who was tall and had wide hips and a cocked head, short shoulder-length hair. Aretmis had long hair, about to her waist, and Aphrodite had mid-back length hair. Dumbledore raised a silver eyebrow at the two girls who stood in the back, they were obviously going to be in Slytherin, however, when they stood up. The two were twins, both about an inch or so above average height. Pryadens, they were, proud and true. They both had large, green left eyes and the same sized red right eye. Their skin was tanned, though pale around the nose and eyes, and piercing on their nose, lip, tongue, eyebrows and ears made their rebel status known. One girl flicked her dark black hair with tawny streaks behind her shoulder, and then it was seen. Large, fox-like ears that folded and flicked, and a swooshing fox-like tail. Her sister who stood up secondly had tawny hair with black stripes and her tail was black and red, while her sister's was pink and purple. They both had black/red jewels embedded in their forearms and forehead. "This is Nemesis and this is Chesire," When Dumbledore said 'Chesire' he pointed to the girl with the swishing pink-purple tail, and Nemesis was the darker one. Chesire's eyes flicked over the class. "They will be staying with the Slytherins." Chesire and Nemesis melted into the crowd as their sisters had done. "I hope you will make them feel welcomed," And at this he glanced towards the snickering Draco Malfoy, "And set aside their different appearances." Yeah.
That's gonna happen.
Chapter Two
The Ferret
It was a week after the strange assorted sisters had arrived and basically everything was back to normal. Malfoy had been horrid to them, as he would to anyone else, and so the sisters travled in a sort of pack. The Twins, Prydaen twins, had gotten alot of respect for leaving Draco speechless as they shot insults at him, harmoniously.
