"Well, well...things are not letting up for a second folks cause we got another great match coming your way!" Chi Ta said as the lights shined down. "From the very beginning, who started it all? Was it Mario? Nay! Sonic the Hedgehog? Nay! Mega Man? Not a chance! No...the original first character was not in red or blue but yellow! Now this dot chaser is hungry for action. He's The Yellow Bane of Ghosts! It's...Pac-Man!" she announced as the circular man himself came marching in as a few ghosts in the audience looked in terror.
"Pac-Man in just the 4th match. This tournament's random selection gives us nonstop turns and surprises." Kazuichi said.
"The first of the third party representatives huh?" Simon said. "He was a pretty interesting guy to know back in the World of Light."
"Yeah, but he's not much of a conversationalist." Hope said.
"As for the group, it's the Dimensional Heroes this time. Oh...and it looks like a fighter's already been selected." Chi Ta said. "Here she comes. This lone little bunny is ready to show her might in the world of Smash! But don't let her innocence fool you. She's got teeth and claws and not afraid to use them. She's the Rabbit of Zou! Carrot!" she called out as Carrot entered the arena.
"Yes! Do this, Carrot!" called out a number of Mink's from the stands.
"So its speed and Electro vs Old School Arcade stuff? Gotta say, this is an interesting fight." Vashyron said.
"And the location is...Pac Land!" Chi Ta said as the fighters soon appeared in a strange 2D landscape with artistic backdrops. "Let the fight...begin!"
Carrot started out with a pounce before Pac-Man jumped up before tossing a hydrant down on her as she was washed into a building. She groaned as she got up as Pac-Man was munching towards her before she jumped. "Electrical Luna!" she called out as she shocked the circled shaped man.
The minks in the audience cheered for Carrot as did a few of the ghosts.
"I'm guessing Pac-Man is not a pleasant figure in the ghost community." Dracozolt said.
"Yeah...how would you feel if you got eaten and had your eyes spit out?" one ghost said.
"Not very good, now that I think about it." Dracozolt said.
"Exactly." the ghost said. "However, while the rabbit has Pac-Man on the edge, that no good dot chaser isn't out yet."
Pac-Man just gave a smirk as he jumped over Carrot and gave her a few punches before jumping into the air and transforming into the classic Pac-Man most people know all too well as he started munching away at the stage.
"Holy crap! Run for it, carrot!" Hiyoko called.
"She can't. You can't run from that thing when it starts, man!" a ghost said.
"Man if there was a way she could transform, she'd be able to outrun him." Kagura said.
"It's too late." the ghost said as Carrot was attacked on all sides before she fell to the ground as Pac-Man changed back.
"Carrot…" some of the minks in the audience said.
"Carrot...don't you dare give up like that." called a large dog mink with a sword leg. "You are a musketeer and a mink. Show them your pride as one!"
Carrot was slowly rising back up as she looked up to the sky where the moon was high above. She stared right at it as energy filled her as she took on her Sulong form as Pac-Man looked in shock.
Carrot then moved rapidly around the stage as she slashed and attacked Pac-Man. She gave a smile to the audience before finishing things. "Moon Rabbit!" she called out as Pac-Man was sent plummeting to the ground, unable to continue the fight.
"And that is game! The winner of the match is...Carrot!" Chi Ta called out as the audience applauded as Carrot shielded her eyes and reverted back to normal.
"Yes! Rabbits rule!" the ghosts cheered as did some of the minks.
"Wow...yeah...I can understand how these ghosts might feel." a few of the competitors thought as they sweatdropped.
