"Okay attendee's. I know that match ended rather quickly but this next one is sure to spark some excitement." Mon Ki said as the lights shined down. "From the darkest reaches of space, this being was created using the toxic substance known as Phazon and the DNA of the galaxy's most deadliest bounty hunter. She is Phazon Incarnate. Welcome...Dark Samus!" he said as Dark Samus floated into the arena.

"Dark Samus, huh? Didn't expect to fight her again so soon." Sachiko said.

"But they haven't even announced the team that'll…" Dan started.

"And the team fighting this beast of Phazon will be the Brave Adventurers." Mon Ki said.

"Okay...that is well timed." Dan said.

"I'm a little worried about coming into contact with her, but… Don't you worry, Crusadermon. I can hold my own." Sachiko said.

"Are you sure you don't want me to fight her?" Tsumugi asked.

"Positive, Tsumugi. Besides, I don't think she'll take kindly to the fact that you would be able to imitate her in battle." Sachiko said. "Or… At least I don't think so. It's kind of hard to read what she's really thinking."

"Yeah...I mean...what does she even look like without that helmet on?" Kaminari asked.

"If you're expecting her to look like Samus without her suit on, I doubt that's….well it's...yeah, I have no idea." Hope said.

"Before this turns into a theoretical long conversation, how about we just let Sachiko go out and have her match with Dark Samus?" Titanica asked.

"Good call. I'm kind of curious about a few other things myself anyway." Sachiko said.

"Okay...here is our opponent." Mon Ki said. "She was once an ordinary highschooler but got the powers of a reaper and purged Japan of the Eaters and tamed the Royal Knights. She is the Second Coming of the Terror of Death! Welcome...Sachiko...Yukimura!" he called out.

Sachiko walks over to the stage with a wave as she soon makes her way to the platform. "So, it's been quite a while, hasn't it? I know our first meeting wasn't under the most...favorable circumstances."

Dark Samus simply prepped her phazon cannon as if preparing to fire.

"Not much for conversation, are you? Don't worry. I get it." Sachiko said.

"Now for the location...the Frigate Orpheon!" Mon Ki said as the two fighters were transported. "Let the battle...begin!"

(Cue- Battle Theme- .hack GU)

Dark Samus quickly fired a missile as it chased after Sachiko.

"Let's start this off right. Gale Blade!" Sachiko said as she launched a three-hit combo with her twin blades.

Dark Samus then curled into a ball as it dropped a small bomb as Sachiko jumped back as it exploded.

"Now, Chaotic Strike!" Sachiko said as she dealt an uppercut before dealing a multitude of slashes on Dark Samus, sending her down to the ground before switching to a broadsword. "Tiger Blitz!" she said as she thrusted her blade before swinging it upward.

Dark Samus jumped back as she fired phazon blasts from her cannon as the arena gave an alarm before the platform flipped upside down.

"Wha?! It flipped over!" Sachiko said as she took notice of the Parasite Queen. "I'm guessing she's the one doing that. I need to keep my guard up when she does that again."

"Oh yeah, that's a real pain for anyone fighting on that stage." Mari said.

She was quickly caught off guard as Dark Samus got in a number of shots before it started to charge a massive amount of energy into its cannon.

"Oh, that's not good." Sachiko said as she got into a defensive stance.

"Uh oh, she's a firin her lazer!" Kagura said.

Dark Samus then unleashed a large blast of phazon energy as it hit Sachiko dead on as the beam was spread wide.

"Gh… This beam is strong… But I can't drop my guard. If I do, I'm done for!" Sachiko said.

"You can do it, Sachiko!" Eze cheered.

"Not like this… Not like this…! Come on… I need… I need your strength! Skeith!" Sachiko called out as the projection of Skeith appeared as it sliced the beam in two.

"It seems that Sachiko has escaped using a wild card of her own!" Mon Ki said.

"Alright. You've had your shot. Now it's my turn!" Sachiko said as she switched to a scythe as it started charging energy. It was then that she made her ascent as she spun the scythe in her hands. "Finishing Strike! Plasma Blade!" she said as she slashed with her scythe, a yellow slash mark descending towards Dark Samus.

Dark Samus tried to blast it apart only for the blade to come down and send her flying.

"And that is all she wrote! The winner of this fight is...Sachiko!" Mon Ki called out as the audience cheered.

Sachiko made her descent as her aura faded. Once it dissipated, she slowly made her way to Dark Samus. "Hey. You really kept me on my toes there. Just a little more and you would've had me. Is there any way you can show me some sign of respect? Other than saying it?"

Dark Samus was silent for a moment before removing her helmet. Showing her blue skinned body with dark hair with cyan highlights. She nodded before departing.

"So that's what she looks like under there, huh?" David asked. "Looks to me like you managed to make an impact on her, Sachiko."

"I guess so but...wow. Just...wow." Sachiko said.

"Yeah, she looked exactly like Samus...sort of." Mari said.

"It really is strange. For all the times we fought, not even I knew what she really looked like under that armor." Samus said. "I guess this is a side she doesn't show to just anyone."

"Yeah...hopefully she'll be more friend than foe from now on." Sachiko said. "And maybe...have another match someday."
