"From faraway Dreamland, this fighter is making his mark as the King of Smash. But that is just a title given to himself as he is the Self-Made King! So welcome...King...Dedede!" Vi Per said as King Dedede came flying in before landing on the platform.

"Applaud for your king!" King Dedede said as the audience cheered.

"Pfft. That guy…" Bowser grumbled. "I'm a king too but I don't go bragging about it."

"Sure you did." Al said, unconvinced.

"So, Dedede is the one fighting, hm? This is quite the conundrum." Sectonia said.

"Hmm…" Francisca was in thought. "Say, Ridley… How much do you really wish to face off with Sectonia?"

Ridley merely roared in response, very loudly.

"I know he can't talk, but I think that means he wants Sectonia against him very much." Zephyr said.

"Well, seeing the history between Sectonia and Dedede, there's only one way that match between you two is going to happen." Francisca said.

"And that's if you go out and fight Dedede, right Franny?" Flamberge said. "Well go for it! Zan and I will cheer for you all the way!"

"Yep. I'll fight Dedede in Sectonia's place. I'm very sure he's got a few bones to pick with me, too." Francisca said.

"From the Brave Adventurers, this protege to David Ishihara brings the coldest winter to any battlefield she comes across! She'll freeze you solid, bash you with her Labrys, or drench you with her water gun! No matter how you try to face her, she'll retaliate with a cold front! She is the Bringer of Icy Doom! So welcome...Francisca!" Vi Per called out as she entered the arena.

"You ready to rumble?" Francisca asked as she slammed a fist to her palm.

"Please. I'll squash you flat." King Dedede said, brandishing his hammer.

"And the location this time is...Green Greens!" Vi Per said as the two of them appeared on said stage. "You may...begin!"

"Get ready, I'm not pulling punches!" Francisca said.

Dedede let out a roar before assuming a fighting stance. "I'm gonna turn ya into a popsicle!" he said as he charged at her before falling and sliding down right into a tree. "Rotten little…" he said before batting a Gordo right at her.

"Still using those, huh?" Francisca asked as she ducked under the Gordo and dealed an icy sliding kick at Dedede.

"If it ain't broke…" Dedede said as he started to inhale, sucking her in before spitting her out into a tree. "Now...for the pounding!" he said, lifting his hammer up.

"Oh no you don't!" Francisca said as she started firing ice crystals at Dedede.

"Hahaha...a little ice ain't gonna…" Dedede said as Francisca did a sweep as Dedede fell over, his hammer landing right on his head. "I see a birdie…" he said in a daze.

"Well, you're about to see two more." Francisca said.

Dedede quickly shook out of his daze before holding up his hammer as a jet engine popped out of the other end. "Ladies first! Batter's up!" he said, swinging it.

Francisca quickly brought her weapon up to block it.

"Oh...we're really moving on to a bashing match now." Dedede said donning a mask as his hammer became supercharged.

"It's not going to be that simple." Francisca said as she called upon her two Articuno.

"No big deal. I'll smash in your two pet birdies too." King Dedede said as he started spinning around and around as he headed right for her.

"Now… Dual Burst!" Francisca said as she performed a Burst with the two Articuno.

"Hahahaha! Time to go bye bye!" Dedede said as he brought the hammer close to her.

"Bad move." Francisca said as Dedede was frozen in place.

"Huh? The heck is this? I can't move!" Dedede said.

"Like it? Galar has been helping with that. And now…" Francisca said as balls of ice and psychic energy emerged from her hands before she melded them together and brought her hands behind her. "And fire! Ice Age Beam!" she shouted as she fired a powerful energy beam at Dedede.

"Ahhh…." Dedede said as the beam hit him dead on, sending the power penguin flying far away from the arena as he disappeared into the sky.

"Well….that's what we call the power of the mind, folks. So our winner here is...Francisca!" Vi Per said as the audience cheered loudly.

Francisca soon reverted after the attack, to which she was held up by the Articuno. "Phew… I had to put a lot of energy into that one. Thanks, you two."

"Think nothing of it." Galarian Articuno said.

"Whoa, hard to believe Francisca has really grown this powerful since we first met her." Sectonia said.

"Yes...she's definitely grown much more powerful." Zan said.

"That's our sister!" Flamberge said.

"Yep. If the time comes where I would have to step down… I think my group and the worlds will be safe in her hands." David said.

"Oh come on, Dave. Don't say that like you were planning on skipping out on us already." Kokichi said.

"Yeah. You aren't even close to done." Hope said. "None of us are."

"It wouldn't be the same without you either." Ace smiled.

"There are still a few upcoming battles in the future that could need you to turn the tides if things get hairy." Jexi said.

"Yes, you are right. My apologies." David said.

"Besides...why leave all of this behind?" Rainbow said, pointing to the cheering crowd.

"Yeah...we haven't even reached the halfway mark of this thing yet." Jexi said. "But...things are definitely heating up."
