"And now...our final fight for today." Vi Per said. "Representing the Phantom Thieves, this lone wolf has the power of the wild card at his disposal as well as the spirit of a master thief. Watch out for his gun and knife! He is the Great Phantom Thief! His real name is unknown so...we welcome...Joker!" she said as Joker entered the arena.

"Heh...there's our guy. Meaning it's about time a lot of us got to work too." Jack said as a couple of them left their seats.

"Hey, where are they going?" Michiru asked, having returned.

"Knowing my brother, they're probably off to steal some stuff." Hope said. "Of course he'd be doing that. Every single big name is here in this arena."

"And while they focus on the fighting, he makes like a bandit and robs a number of them blind...that's actually pretty well thought out." Yaoyorozu said.

"Should we do something, then?" G. Aqua asked.

"There's no way we can intervene since we're in this tournament right now. Best we can do is fight Joker now, and if we finish the fight in good time, Jack's thieving spree will end." Hope said.

"And another thing, if you're so concerned that Jack's thieving will lead to bad consequences, why don't YOU do something about it?" David asked.

"Me?" G. Aqua asked in surprise.

"Yeah. You are supposedly a great goddess. Surely one group of thieves can be what you manage." Tanya said.

"Are you saying I can't stop the Phantom Thieves?!" G. Aqua asked in shock, flailing her arms.

"None of us are saying that. But if you want everyone else to believe you're a goddess and not all the things people say about you…" Ethox said. "Why don't you go after them and prove it?"

"Maybe I will!" G. Aqua said, heading down. "I'll show you all what I can really do!"

"She's not going to stop them, is she?" Cheetah asked.

"Nope." David said.

"I think we may know Jack a little too well." Sachiko said.

Nu then got up from her seat and began floating to the entrance stage.

"Hey, Nu, where you goin?" Zephyr asked.

"Nu's going to fight Joker. I can't really explain why, but there's some sort of… familiarity Nu feels with him." Nu said.

"Well then, have at him." Vashyron said as Nu headed down.

(Cue Entrance Music: Awakening the Chaos- Blazblue: Calamity Trigger)

"A powerful weapon of mass destruction is about to be let loose in the Arena! She dances with blades at her side and flies through the air! The Sword of Izanami has finally been Drawn! From the Shining Hope Squad, she is the Sword of Hades! Nu...Thirteen!"

Nu descended onto the arena floor with her Murakumo Unit right behind her, before she fused with it and entered her battle mode.

"You got this, Nu!" Hope said. "I bet your sister Noel is cheering you on wherever she is too!"

"Yes… Ragna too. Nu will fight for their sakes as well!" Nu said.

"And the fighting arena...Mementos!" Vi Per said as they stood within a strange space. "You may...begin!"

Joker smirked as he quickly drew his gun and fired on Nu who went on defense. Nu blocked with her swords as she closed in to attack.

"Commencing attack on target." Nu said, closing the distance and combating Joker knife on blades. "Now, Legacy Edge!" Nu said, teleporting away a short distance and hitting Joker with a barrage of swords which wallbounced upon contact.

"Arsene!" Joker called out as his Persona emerged as it countered the swords.

"Whoa. Something just came out of that guy." Michiru said.

"That's his Persona. The rebellious spirit that rests inside his heart." Theo said.

"A Persona is a manifestation of a person's inner psyche. A lot of users have Personas based on mythological figures." Cheetah said.

"In Scott's case, his is based on a real person." Mari said. "Julius Caesar."

Back with the fight, Nu and Joker continued to clash.

"Sickle Storm!" Nu called, launching a spinning scythe to the ground towards the phantom thief.

"Eiagon!" Joker said countering with a curse.

"For Joker, his Persona is based on a master French Thief and specializes in curses." Ivy said.

Joker then propelled himself upwards to Nu using Arsene's wings and got some good hits in, but Nu was able to parry and pull off a combo herself by slicing him with her blades in quick succession before knocking him down to the floor, following up with her Second Drive Special.

"Calamity Sword!" Nu called, spinning in place and calling down a large sword from above.

"Not good." Joker said as the blade was coming down on him before hearing a clash.

"Hey...were you planning to leave us out of this?" a voice asked as Skull stood there blocking with his bat.

"Skull…" Joker said.

"Come on. We weren't going to leave our fearless leader fending for himself." Panther said.

"Yeah. It's all for one and one for all." Mona said.

"Well then...guess we're doing this." Joker said, getting up.

"Well… this is interesting." Nu said.

"All Out Attack!" the four of them said as they come upon Nu in a barrage of hits.

"Show's over." Joker said reappearing as the attack ended.

"Not yet." Nu's voice called as her silhouette appeared behind Joker, her red eye glowing as she grabbed him and transported them into another realm. "Releasing Murakumo Unit. O' silver blade forged in the depths of the beyond, heed my summons and purge those who stand in my way! Lay waste." she chanted, pulling out a gigantic sword from another dimension as it stabbed Joker, engulfing him in a flash of light.

ASTRAL FINISH!

Nu and Joker returned to the arena from mementos, Joker unharmed, but unconscious, as Nu stood there victorious.

"Well that was a big finish! Nu is the winner!" Vi Per called. "And thus concludes the fighting for today so…" she said as the sounds of something hovering above were heard.

"Hello and welcome!" Jack said with a bow. "While it is sad to see our ally be defeated like this, we are glad to have put on such a performance." he said as the thieves collected Joker. "Fight Universe...your riches are safe with us. Oh...BTW...you can have this useless thing back." he said tossing down something in a large duffel bag.

"Don't have to guess that's Aqua in there." Ethox said to Kazuma.

"Nope." Kazuma replied with a sigh. "I'll get her out."

"Chalk up another Universe for the list, Huh bro?" Hope asked. "You sure you dont wanna stick around and see me fight?"

"Please...I was never in...well, partially in it for the fight. But it was mainly to rip off every big name here." Jack said.

"Typical mindset of Jack as always." Crow said.

"Least we were able to accomplish our goal. Still a shame Joker lost." Violet said.

"Well, he had to meet his match sometime." Crow said. "But it's not a total loss, though."

"Yeah...see ya all." Jack said leaving behind the usual calling card as the helicopter took off.

"You'll never stop being a thief." Hope smiled. "But… I can't say I hate that about you. Everyone's got their own paths in our family now. And no matter what you do, Jack… I'm proud of you."

"Yeah, at this point, that's just who he is." Mayumi said.

"I'm glad to see you all are doing well, Akira, you and your friends take care of yourselves." A figure said to himself before leaving as he drank a juice box. "We'll meet again, someday."

"Alright, that wraps up Day 3. This tournament's been fun so far, and we're not even remotely halfway done." Bow said.

"Yep. This is going to be quite an interesting week." Yoko said.
