"And now...let us get on with round 4 of this entertainment cavalcade." Cra Ne said. "For our next opponent, he's been the top racer of the F-Zero circuit for a large number of years. Donning his helmet and costume, with not a single person knowing of his true identity. He is the Supersonic Slugger. So...welcome...Captain Falcon!"

Captain Falcon then came dashing in as he slid across the ground. "Show me your moves." he said as the audience got into a frenzy.

"Hmm...so it's this guy huh? Zan?" Jexi asked.

"Yes...I know." Zan said as she headed down to the arena.

"And his opponent! From the Dimensional Heroes! She is the leader of the sister trio! She brings the thunder as well as the lightning. She is the Lightning General! So welcome...Zan Partizanne!"

Zan walked in with spear in hand.

"Go for it, Zan!" Ace said.

"Take 'em down, sis!" Flamberge called.

"A spear wielder versus a hand-to-hand combatant… She'll have to watch that the captain doesn't close the distance, otherwise she'll be wide open." Tanya noted.

"Don't worry. We know our sister. She's got this." Francisca said.

"And for the location...it will be Mute City SNES!" Cra Ne said as the two appeared in a retro looking race track. "The battle shall now commence."

"Falcon...Kick!" Captain Falcon said, doing a kick at Zan, who quickly guarded with her spear.

"He's fast…" Zan muttered as she did her best to protect against the F-Zero racer.

"C'mon!" Captain Falcon gestured before going back on the attack.

"Zan isn't doing so well out there." Mina said.

"Don't worry. She's not licked yet." Ranma said.

Zan saw the Captain preparing his signature punch before she tossed away her spear.

"Falcon…" he began before being dealt a swift kick to the face by Zan.

"Whoa, where'd that come from?!" Glimmer asked.

"It's perfectly fine with me, she was able to stop Falcon from using the Falcon Punch." Hope said.

Zan continued to deal kick after kick to the captain as he was forced onto the road, taking lots of damage from the moving scenery before jumping up and taking a seat in his signature ride as he drove right after her.

"Time to finish this! Let's go, Blue Falcon!" Captain Falcon said as he accelerated his ride to top speed, aming to ram right into Zan.

"It will finish...just not how you envision it." Zan said as her Kantonian and Galarian Zapdos joined her side. "Let's go." she said as they went and merged with her. Zan soon stood tall with her hair having grown longer with orange streaks and longer legs as lightning surged around them.

"There it is! Zan did Double Burst with both Zapdos!" Flamberge cheered.

"Well she does lead us. So this is no surprise." Francisca said.

Zan then raised a leg high into the air before bringing it down, smashing in the Blue Falcon, much to the captain's surprise.

"Her kicks… they're even stronger!" Captain Falcon said before he was dealt a flurry of them before being sent flying far away.

"And that match has reached a rather quick ending. Our winner of this match is Zan." Cra Ne said as Zan headed back into the stands as the audience cheered.

"That was incredible. How did…" Flamberge asked.

"I learned martial arts during our brief period away from each other and used it to better connect with the Galarian Zapdos. That was when Burst occurred." Zan said.

"Wow…" Flamberge said, looking at Zan and Francisca. "You two are so cool. You achieved

Burst with both your legendary birds, but I can't even get Galarian Moltres to listen to me, or connect with me at all. Is it even possible for me to achieve Double Burst?"

"Cause I hate you and don't want anything to do with you!" Galarian Moltres said.

"Yet you're still here." Saki said.

"Only 'cause she has the Pokéball I'm bound to." Galarian Moltres said.

"Look, Berge. It's multiple partners, so the process tends to be a bit slower than most cases." Francisca said. "Sometimes your partners may have to find common ground with each other."

"Common ground, huh…?" Flamberge thought.

"What?! Ugh...you just will not give up, will you?" Galarian Moltres said.

"Hahaha… Afraid not." Galarian Articuno said.

"Hey, you two got a lot in common with Berge! You're both hot-headed, both stubborn, both just a bit prideful…" Eddy trailed off as he saw the glare G. Moltres was giving him. "...and I'm going to stop talking now."

"Bring that up again and I'll burn all of you in my hell fire." Galarian Moltres said.

"Look, what I'm trying to say, Berge… Is that this is something the three of you will have to work out on your own. I mean, he has a better bond with Kantonian Moltres, right?" Francisca asked.

"Yeah, because they're related." Flamberge said.

"Least he doesn't blather on about fire and Double Burst." Galarian Moltres said.

"Hey, I….!" Flamberge started before she stopped. "(Wait a minute…. )"

Flamberge was motionless.

"Uh...she okay?" Galarian Moltres said.

"Oh my god...she's actually lost in thought." Zan said.

"That's a first. I think she's actually figured something out." Francisca said.

"Somehow I doubt that or else she'd be back at it." Zan said.

"Uh...should I just…" Galarian Moltres said.

"Sure. The sisters are done in this tournament anyway." Galarian Zapdos said as the three Galarian Birds took off.

"Huh...first time we met them, they couldn't stand each other." Titanica said.

"Neither did GM show concern for her." Zacian said. "Though that could be because of how she is right now."

"Either way...they aren't the same as when we first met them." Zan said.

"Yeah, they looked like they were gonna tear each other apart." Simon added.

"Hey, guys? Did GM inadvertently give Berge a hint to think about?" Bow asked.

"Most likely." Mari said.

"You know something?" Hope said. "I think this is the start of Flamberge's true journey to bond with her Moltres duo."

At the snack stand…

"Ugh…" Galarian Moltres shivered.

"Why did you just shudder like that?" Galarian Articuno asked.

"I don't know." Galarian Moltres said.
