"And now…we go to match number 10. A little warm up before the last match of the day. This being hails from a world in the Ocean Universe where all of civilization fell. Now she fights with others in fun turf wars! She's part kid, part squid! We welcome…the Inkling!" Chi Ta said as a certain Inkling jumped in.

"Wait a minute… that's not just any inkling…" Hope said, getting a good look at the Inkling girl that just entered, seeing her familiar orange hair. "That's Amber!"

"She was with Kido and AJ's group wasn't she?" Ace asked. "How'd she get here?"

"Questions for later. Right now, she's part of the Smash Bros team, which means for now, she's our opponent." Ichiro said.

"Right. We can always get answers after the fights of the day are over." Jexi said.

"In that case, how bout I go next?" Mari asked.

"A good suggestion Mari, but remember, Amber's species is proficient with all kinds of weaponry and tactics unique to them. We need to match her somehow." Hope said.

"If she wants to fight her way, then let's bring another way." Mermista said. "Cap, maybe you should take her on."

"An excellent idea, Mermista! My Quirk could surely turn the tide of this battle!" Captain Parkour said, jumping up.

"We have her opponent! From the World of Quirks in the hero universe, this aspiring hero springs into action as the leader of Team Go-Go! He may act over-the-top, but his agility let's him reach that high! The Master of the Urban Jungle! Captain...Parkour!" Chi Ta said as the captain jumped into the ring.

"The time has come! Let this battle be a true testament to my resolve!" CP declared.

Amber smiled, giving off an inkling cry before assuming her stance.

"And the location of this battle will be…. Moray Towers!" Chi Ta said as they appeared on a pair of twin towers in the city of Inkopolis. "You may…commence!"

(Cue: Splattack!-Splatoon OST)

Amber quickly doused the ground in ink before turning into a squid and disappearing into it.

"Ah, hiding in the ink! Well, in that case, I'll start with this!" CP said as he slammed his hands on the ground. "Parkour Course!"

With a flash of light, the captain and the ink were gone, replaced with a large cube sitting on the lowest level.

Inside of the course…

CP was perched on top of a ramp as he observed the ink-covered floor, scanning it for any signs of movement.

"Now with less area to work with, Amber will have less places to strike from." CP noted. "I simply wait until…"

Just then, a strange looking object was tossed, filled with ink as it began to blow.

"...the attack!" CP finished as he jumped back from the blast radius as his perch was drenched in ink, landing on a rail. "(Tossed upwards, then she's definitely on the ground. It was in my line of sight, so she was in front of the ramp, using the height as cover. As she's trying to remain unseen, then the next attack will be…)"

CP somersaulted behind himself, being right above the emerging Inkling.

"...right here!" CP said as he threw out a kick aimed at Amber, an attack narrowly blocked by an Inkbrush.

The captain rescinded his leg as he landed, immediately going on the offensive, landing a sweeping leg to knock Amber off balance before kicking her upwards, where she managed to fire several shots of ink, one of which made its mark on Parkour's chest.

A quick moment to recover, and the captain responded with projectiles of his own, flinging a few razors at the Inkling, which she narrowly avoided by turning into her squid form and splashing back into the ink.

"I fear you've lost the element of stealth, young Amber." CP said. "What is your response?"

Amber emerged from the ink with an innocent smile before she brought out a large speaker as it started to gather power before blowing a hole in the course and knocking CP out of it and back to the towers.

"She knocked Cap out of his course!" Glimmer said.

"Not just that, but she set up the Killer Wail special weapon!" Sunset said.

"Ugh…okay…note to self…try and figure out how to withstand large sounds." CP said as Amber was back on the attack with her shooter as she fired on him.

"Wow, I know she's the enemy for now… but Amber really hasn't lost a step since the last time we saw her." Hope said.

"Come on, Cap! Get your head back in the game!" Emo called out.

CP dodged the shots of ink as he leaped up the floors, the Inkling in pursuit.

"Very well… the time has come." CP said as he concentrated. "Behold, the results of my own attempts to go beyond! Parkour...Powerup!"

The captain's body was surrounded by a purple glow before he seemed to vanish before most of the audience's eyes. Those with high speed of their own, however, saw him quickly move down the floors, dodging the shots of ink coming from below.

The captain soon reappeared to the majority of the audience, standing in front of Amber. Before the Inkling could get any more shots off, CP grabbed her Splattershot and pushed it downwards, using the force to raise a knee into his opponent, lifting her off the ground. The street level hero followed up with a series of quick kicks, keeping her suspended in the air before a final axe kick slammed her to the ground.

"The battle… is done." CP said as the purple light around him faded away.

"It…most certainly is. With a miraculous finish, the winner of this battle is…Captain Parkour!" Chi Ta said.

While the crowd cheered, CP helped Amber to her feet and supporting her, brought her over to where the rest of the Ultra Hero Alliance were sitting. "A bit of healing would do good for her… and me afterwards, I believe my ears are still ringing from that Killer Wail." CP said.

"I'm on it." Ramona said.

"Hopefully once she recovers, we can get some answers from her." Jexi said. "Like where her teammates are."

"Yes… It's...quite worrying." Cheetah said.

"Yeah, it's like they just disappeared." David said.

"I know. Heck, even jobs to find them were posted. Reward is up to 5 million last I checked." Ty said.

"Noel…Ragna..." Nu said.

"Don't worry, Nu. Once this tournament is over, we'll go look for them. I promise." Sachiko said.

"Thank you." Nu said.
