"All right. We are now moving right along to Match 3! This little monkey is DK's little buddy and has on more than one occasion helped him in getting back bananas. He is known as the Acrobat. So let's welcome…Diddy Kong!" Chi Ta said as Diddy Kong came jumping in and clapping his hands.

"Yep. Diddy Kong is even Donkey Kong's partner in a lot of sports games." David said.

"So…who wants to volunteer to fight the monkey?" Kazuma asked.

"I'll go." Kendo said.

"Alright, go get em, Kendo!" Hope said as Kendo made her way down.

"This hero in training strikes at her foes with fists of fury! The Big Sister of Class 1-B, she does not back down from a fight, and is always willing to lend a big hand, or two! From the Shining Hope Squadron, she is known as Battle Fist….Itsuka Kendo!" Chi Ta called as Kendo made her way down. "And the location for this fight…Jungle Japes!" she said. "Now…let the fight…begin!"

"Here I go!" Kendo said as she charged into the fray. She attacked Diddy Kong first with a karate chop as the monkey flipped out of the way. However, she anticipated this and struck him with a punch to the chest as he was in the air.

Diddy Kong then strapped on his Barrel Jetpack as he flew back down towards Kendo. His Peanut Popguns at the ready as he fired right at her.

Kendo blocked the peanuts coming at her with one of her enlarged arms, catching all the peanuts shot at her and crushing them in her grip. She then shrunk it down to make sure Diddy didn't capitalize on her opening.

"Kendo's gotten better at using her quirk in combat situations." Bow said.

"She did some training after Otto caught her off guard." Hope said.

"Take…this!" she said doing a large scale palm thrust onto the little monkey.

Diddy was heavily damaged, but he was able to recover and prevent himself from getting ringed out. He then leaped back at Kendo, hoping to grab at her from the face, but she saw it coming and countered with an expertly timed Judo throw that slammed Diddy into the ground.

"Learning Judo in the Fight Universe after trying it out in the Summer Olympics really paid off." Kendo said.

Diddy Kong twitched as he lied on the ground before stopping all movement entirely.

"And…Diddy Kong is out cold from that hit. The winner is…Kendo!" Chi Ta said.

"Hahahaha! Yeah. Take that, you stupid monkey!" King K. Rool laughed from his seat.

"Don't you worry, K. Rool. Your time will come soon enough." Kokoro said.

Kendo returned to the stands as she high fived with Hope.

"Nice work putting that judo training to good use." Hope smiled. "You're really stepping up."

"Thanks, Hope. With the Hero Class Joint training coming up, I have to stay in top form." Kendo said. "Which reminds me, are you getting ready for it too?"

"Yeah, I'm not sleeping on the joint training." Hope said.

"Whoa, whoa. Hold up. There's an odd number of people in Class 1-A with our additions." David said. "Besides, you-know-who is gonna be there too. Probably gonna say something like: 'So Class 1-A is so full of themselves that they prefer numbers over a fair fight!' or something like that. Man, that Monoma really knows how to get under people's skin."

"No worries, David. I got that all covered." Hope said. "I've been proactive in discussing a bit of a deal with Aizawa and Vlad King about adding temporary members to Class 1-B to equalize the playing field. And they agreed."

"Really? Who did the three of you settle on?" Kendo asked.

"That's a secret until the Joint training starts." Hope said.

"Gotcha." Ace said.

"Until then, we've got a tournament to finish. So let's see who's up next." Hope said.
