At Sally Ride Middle School, the school was having the annual Spring Carnival. The Backstreet Boys came, because they were the main attraction for the school fundraiser, "Saturday, April 20th" shouted Principal Popcock, "Spring Carnival for next year."

"This is not just any April 20th," A. J said to Principal Popcock, "This is the anniversary the five of us harmonized for the first time, EVER!"

"Nine Years Ago" Nick explained, "Kevin was introduced to A. J, Howie D, and I through a coworker at Disneyworld-"

"A few months later" Howie D continued, "Lou Pearlman placed an AD in the Orlando Sentinel looking for a new boy band-"

"April 19th" Kevin continued, "I called B-Rok to come and sing for us and he and Aunt Jackie took him there."

"From shopping malls, restaurants, and schools to TV gigs" B-Rok finished, "To performances in Sweden."

"Thanks for participating in another Sally Ride Middle School event" Principal Popcock recalled, "It's a shame that A. J and Nick never graduated high school, meaning no prom, nor homecoming, but that's okay."

After Principal Popcock left to check on the catering for the fundraiser, Howie D spotted a wanted poster written in Zallegrean. Even though they couldn't make out what it said, Nadine could.

"Looks like we're outlaws there" suggested Howie D.

After they crumbled up and tossed away the wanted poster, they spotted Zanell's trailer under another name.

Zarina's Funhouse.

They didn't know why would Zanell's trailer be at a middle school fundraiser, but they decided to get The Griff Gals first.

By a booth called, "Face Painting with Cristiano Guidi" the girls were getting their face painted by Vincenzo, Mr. Guidi and a few of Mr. Guidi's cousins who were in the makeup dept. "You girls look amazing" commented Mr. Guidi, "Just look in the mirror."

In the mirror, the girls were amazed by the face makeup. Faith was a parrot, Ginger was a butterfly, Nadine was dolphin, Jessie was a tiger, and Dorothy was a unicorn, "Girls" shouted B-Rok, "Zarina's trailer is at the fundraiser, you better come quick."

"Before you guys could get squished in a trailer" Mr. Guidi replied, "Test out Faith and Friends face painting skills," said Mr. Guidi, "I've been giving them free lessons since they become part of LADUWS."

"My dad always love to do face painting," explained Vincenzo, "He normally does this at school fundraisers because Grandpa thinks that it's a waste of time."

Since they couldn't take, "No" for an answer, they decided to go for it.

Little did they know, is that Zenza, Zaria, and Dr. Zora was there to cause trouble. "Okay sir" whispered Dr. Zora, "The three of us is going to turn this wild festival into your new personal army."

"Clever move, Dr. Zora" replied Zator, "Because I'm tired of those bounty hunters failing me. Most of them quit because they say they couldn't take me, their dear emperor."

"Try to be a bit flexible" Zenza replied on the other end, "Now let's turn this into a Zallegrean Festival"

Five minutes later, The Backstreet Boys had their faces painted. Nick was a monkey, B-Rok was a tiger, Howie D was a rabbit, Kevin was a bear, and A. J was a vulture. With one look in the mirror, the free face painting amazed them. After a little photo-shoot, they decided to go to Zarina's trailer to find out what's going on.

By the time they got to the trailer, they saw Lewis going in, thinking that it was a fun house. Skipper, Kowalski, Private, Rico, and Kehlani tried to get him out, but he couldn't, "AAAAGH" shouted Private, hiding behind Skipper, "Wild monsters are going to eat us.

"Those aren't monsters," Skipper corrected, "That's just The Backstreet Boys and The Griff Gals with faces painted.

"Sorry guys" Private said while feeling embarrassed, "I didn't recognize you guys."

"It's okay," replied Dorothy, "Now let's get Lewis out before he finds out we're The Griff Gals and The Cyber Crusaders."

Inside, they decided to split up to find Lewis and Zanell. Wherever they went, the place was like an Earth fun house. Howie D and Ginger barged through moving pillars, Kevin and Nadine crawled through a Barrel of Fun, A. J and Jessie made it through rocking floors, Nick and Dorothy walked through shooting air jets, and B-Rok and Faith walked through a hall of mirrors.

Finally, they all met up to Zanell's training room where they spotted Zaid fixing up some alien meals, believing that he was another bounty hunter. As Nick, B-Rok, A. J, Jessie, Faith, Dorothy and The Penguins started attacking. Zanell came in with concerns. She was petrified because they don't know that their beating up her beloved Zaid, "STOP!" she shouted as our heroes stopped beating him up.

"Please!" shouted Zaid, "Don't hurt me even more!"

"Zaid" shouted Zanell as she helped him up, "Are you okay?"

"Princess" asked Skipper, "Do you know him?"

"Yes" answered Zanell angrily, "That's just my husband, "Zaid", royal stable boy/jeweler. He started out as a peasant whose family made jewelry for a living. When we were little Zallegreans, he stowed away in one of my father's craft in order to free some abused zegasuses. As punishment for trespassing, Father made him permanent stable boy. I didn't want him to be alone and sad, so I decided to love him forever."

"The two of us marry without the emperor's blessing" Zaid continued as he took his wife's hand, "But we didn't care. Also, I placed up that wanted poster of you guys, so I can show you how much Zator hates you guys."

"AWWWWW" Ginger, Nadine, and Dorothy said.

"Enough mushy stuff" Jessie shouted, "We need to find Lewis before he finds out."

"Don't worry about it" Zanell replied, "You know how Earth fun houses have a ball pit in the end?"

"That's what we did" Zaid replied, "I came to Earth last night to help Zanell out with a spaceship inspection for Mr. Brand."

"So" Faith said, "That's why your here."

Zanell nodded her head, "NSA rules clearly state that all alien superheroes must have an inspection" she continued, "Unfortunately, he wanted the spacecraft/trailer here so it can entertain the Earth kids."

After they left, they found Lewis in Zanell's dressing room. "Yuck" he growled, "This looks like something from Space Wars"

"Hey Lewis" laughed Faith, "Quite the fun house huh."

"No" Lewis answered rudely, "This place is a dump! Get me out of this maze right now"

After they showed Lewis to a slide, he slid down. With one look at each other, our heroes joined in on the fun.

Outside, he landed in a ball pit. "This is great" he murmured, "I got lost in some strange fun house and The Backstreet Bums and their Puke Posse get in my way!"

"Heads up!" shouted Nick as he and the others barged in.

"Oh great" he murmured, "Just what I needed, more Backstreet Bum Chaos!"

After everyone got out of the ball pit, The Backstreet Boys started sensing danger and The Griff Gals pins glew. By a strange circus tunnel, they spotted a strange ring mistress luring children. With one close look, they realize that she's not a ringmaster, she's Zaria. Luckily, Lewis wasn't interested in the circus and decided to go home.

Backstreet's Back Alright

Illusioner made an illusion of a clown that scared away Zenza, Zaria, and Dr. Zora, "Who's the clown now?" laughed Illusioner.

"Now we have up to the double " Zenza shouted, "When Zator finds out, your in trouble."

All three space aliens were so scared of the illusion; they ran off towards a clown car. Everyone thought that they defeated the three aliens, but they were wrong, as the tiny clown car turned into a giant robot, "Because I'm the ringmaster" Zenza shouted through the intercom, "And it is ain't no major disaster."

"You ruined our chance for the bad guys to win" Zaria shouted over the intercom, "So why not go for a Zallegrean Spin?

"Go for a spin?" asked Power Lord, "That's it, Top Speed, see if you and Griffin Girl could lure the robot to the Round Up."

"You got it Power Lord!" exclaimed Top Speed as he and Griffin Girl started distracting the giant robot.

"Come and get us you cooky clowns!" shouted Griffin Girl as the evil giant robot followed them to the Round Up.

After the robot got onto the empty Round Up, Griffin Girl and Top Speed set the machine on super fast. After spinning around the Round Up so many times, Ordnance shot the robot and it came tumbling down. After Dr. Zora, Zenza, and Zaria came out of the robot, Principal Popcock came up to them and boy was she mad, "Ruining a school fundraiser is unforgettable," growled Principal Popcock, "Kids need to learn. Also, I don't recall hiring a group of Beetlejuice devils running a circus for my fundraiser."

"You think you can run this little school," Zaria laughed, "But we'll be back to make you drool."

"Ta ta for now, Earthlings" Zenza laughed, "And I hope Nick is ready to make my heart sing."

Dr. Zora activated a fog bubble and they disappeared back to The Zallegro Galaxy.

After our heroes changed back to their regular selves, they spotted Selah on an empty helter skelter, which was her favorite amusement park ride. "Selah told us that the Helter Skelter reminds her of her Heskelter Tribe."

Not wanting for her to get lonely, they decided to ride it with her. After they got down, they spotted Cristian and Zarina. Zarina explained to him about what was going on and Cristian was okay with it, because she didn't blew her cover, they didn't cause any damage, and no one got hurt. "Now get that makeup off," suggested Cristian as he gave them some moist towelettes, "You guys are on in ten minutes."

After they cleaned their makeup, they performed We've Got It Goin' On, which was their first hit and their first video. Everyone cheered.

During their performance, Zaid teleported back to The Zallegro, so he can avoid getting in trouble with Zator.

Two days later, at The Lyndon's Residents, Nadine was finishing her homework in her room when she spots Selah by the window, "That was some adventure last Saturday" replied Nadine, "First you guys got face painted and were mistaken for monsters, then Lewis almost found out that your superheroes and finally, you got to perform the first song The Backstreet Boys performed, post-label."

"That was really crazy" replied Nadine, "By the way, remember when we had to stop Dr. Zorr-Zrar, where did that apple kart come from?"

"One of the owners runs an apple stand at the local flea market" Selah answered, "But don't worry, Mr. Brand paid for the damage to keep you guys from being exposed. Zanell took the time to get to know the people at the trailer park she lived at."

"Hey Nadine" said Holden as Selah left, "You promised me that we would watch Captain Smashing's Superpark together."

"Coming Holden" Nadine replied as she placed away her homework and carried her younger brother.
