The Griff Gals were getting out of the LADUWS us and into the studio when they met, Mr. Guidi's cousin and Floor Three manager, "Mauricio. He explained to them that the third floor is being filmed for the show, "Fangs of Fate"."
"Fangs of Fate" asked Ginger, "My sister watches every episode of it. It's an anthology show about different types of monsters and the drama they go through. It's like Are You Scared Of The Night for older kids. She may think its cool, but I find it really lame."
"And don't mind Cousin Cristiano" Mauricio, "Big G just promoted him to director's assistant, though he's still doing his makeup artist job."
"A makeup artist and a director's assistant in one." Nadine said, "Now that's new."
In the hallway, a gothic woman with a fang in her mouth, rose tattoos on her left arm was going over her lines. The Backstreet Boys were invited to watch the performance of the show, with one look, A. J fell in love with her. After the goth went over her lines, she spotted A. J and felt love-struck, "The world friendly Backstreet Boys" recalled the goth, "I'm, "Harmoni Von Scânteie" I'm a guessed star on the third season of Fangs of Fate."
"A. J McLean" A. J greeted flirtatiously.
"The bad boy of the group" Harmoni guessed, "I've read so much about you in Habitattoo Magazine." Harmoni smiled, "I've been studying up on them from the Chinese marks on one of your arms, to your dragon tattoo on your back."
"Harmoni Von Scânteie" shouted Mr. Guidi, "You're wanted on set."
Before Harmoni could get ready for her scene, she winked at A. J, much to the frustration of Howie D, B-Rok, Kevin, and Nick. Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie, and Dorothy came to watch the filming of Fangs of Fate.
"In this scene," said Alexandria, "Harmoni's character "Milana" is going to confess her feelings for dhampir, "Cullen", but what she doesn't know is that Saylor's werewolf character, "Amani" kisses him and she runs off."
"Saylor is a werewolf," asked Jessie quietly.
After Alexandria yelled, "Action" Milana started going through the hall to look for Cullen, and then she spots Amani grabbing him. Just as Cullen and Amani were about to kiss, a pair of female twins pops with vampire capes and fake fangs. "WE WANT TO SUCK YOUR BLOOD" they shouted as they started scaring everyone.
As they did vampire faces to Harmoni, she slipped and fell down, "Cut" shouted Alexandria.
"Looks like they snuck out of filming for Myla's Music Class, again" suggested Ginger.
"Raquel, Rosalee" shouted Alexandria, "Your too young to watch this, Grandpa said that this is for teenagers."
"We know Zia" replied Rosalee, "But Harmoni is amazing. We saw her coming in while Vincenzo was teaching us how to tie shoes perfectly."
As Jessie, Dorothy and Faith were helping Harmoni, they noticed that she didn't have a single scratch on her. They found it rather stranger.
Later in the kitchen, Big G made his famous garlic casserole. As they were eating the casserole, Officer Alfonso stopped eating because Harmoni was just staring at them blankly. "Sis" Officer Alfonso whispered to his older sister, "I don't think I can finish my casserole with Harmoni staring at me."
"Alfonso" whispered Mrs. Guidi, "You can't judge a person on what they look like, though her staring blankly is creeping us out."
"Hey Harmoni" shouted Big G, "You can come in."
Just like that, Harmoni barged in. Everyone was crept out by her behavior, except for A. J. Big G tried to offer her some of his garlic casserole, but she refused, "No one says, "No" to my to my casseruola all'aglio" shouted Big G as Harmoni tossed it towards him, causing the entire cafeteria to laugh at him.
"Someone get me a drink," shouted Big G as he barged into the kitchen.
After he grabbed a cup of cherry soda, he fell asleep. The Backstreet Boys and Harmoni were "Dad sleeps every time he drinks cherry soda or if he eats too many cherries" explained Pablo, "This is why he hates Sugar Rush."
"Jubileena is really sweet," said Ginger, "Along with Candlehead's sister, "Cinnamon Joy".
As Harmoni offered him to come to with her for dinner to a fancy five star restaurant, he said yes, much to the irritation to the others.
Over the next few days, Fangs of Fate was being filmed and A. J was spending less time with the LADUWS gang and more time with Harmoni.
On the night before the LADUWS broadcast, the matters got worst. Everyone was mad at A. J because he kept blowing them off for a girl and Supers Week is this week. "So what" growled A. J, "Harmoni is a rad chick."
"I kind of like her too" Kamila replied, "I've never met anyone who had such awesome tattoos, I especially like her roses tattoos."
"Us too" Emilio replied, "Because we've never seen anyone with a way of horror makeup since, ever."
"You can say that again" Madilyn replied.
Harmoni was in the bleachers watching them and was feeling annoyed by the non-tough contestants feelings about her. As she was trying to leave, A. J stopped her from leaving and hugged her. Behind them was a mirror and in the mirror, only Harmoni's clothes were shown. This only meant one thing for Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie, and Dorothy.
"Can we talk in the green room" Faith asked The Backstreet Boys.
With concerns, Kevin, Howie D, B-Rok, and Nick decided to talk to her.
In the green room, Faith got out the vampire manga book, "Countess of The Crown". "We know this sort of thing" Faith said, "Strong hatred of garlic, not going into places unless they're invited, not having a scratch on them when their hurt, and no reflection. This means one thing, Harmoni is a vampire."
"What" asked the boys in shock.
"Believe me" Dorothy said, "I once turned into a vampire and I'm not going back to wearing fancy capes and sucking blood."
"We got to stop Harmoni before she turns A. J into a zombie" Kevin suggested.
Backstreet's Back Alright
Meanwhile, A. J and Rochelle were both at The Devil's Cave concert on the outskirts of town. After the band performed, Harmoni and A. J stared at each other passionately; "A. J" said Harmoni, "There's something I want to tell you"
Before Harmoni had a chance to speak, A. J started sensing danger in the woods nearby, "Tell me later" A. J said as he rushed off towards the forest.
With a concern look on her face, Harmoni knew that something was wrong.
In the woods, zampire hunter, "Zuth-Vols" was sent down to hunt down humans and turn Earth, "You look like a rejected Buffy The Vampire Slayer" said A. J.
Backstreet's Back Alright
Just as she was about to use her scythe on him. A bat popped out of nowhere and blocked her vision. "Get off of me you pathetic mammal," shouted Zuth-Vols
As the bat got off of Zuth-Vols, she changed into Harmoni. The Griff Gals were right, Harmoni Von Scânteie is a vampire, "Don't you dare harm him?!" she shouted as she did her scary face, scaring away Zuth-Vols.
"I don't get it" A. J said, "Your a vampire"
"That's right," answered Harmoni, "A friendly neighborhood vampire."
"But I saw you in the daylight" recalled A. J
"Some vampires are immune to sunlight like me" Harmoni explained, "Others include Numerical Vampires whom count nonstop and Love Vampires whom suck romance."
"You not going to suck my blood?" asked A. J, "Because my clothes are delicate and I don't want my fashion to be ruined.
"That's what I like in you." Harmoni replied, "A man who's unique in clothes and is not afraid to stand up against monsters.
As she was about to kiss him, The Cyber Crusaders, The Griff Gals, and Selah came in and tried to attack her.
"A. J" shouted Centauremerald, "Harmoni is a vampire."
"She's coming down fast," shouted Selah, "Yes she is coming down fast"
Before they had a chance to attack Harmoni, she hypnotized them into calming them down. To make sure A. J isn't a vampire zombie, Selah smelled him and said, "He's clean."
"Harmoni is a good vampire" A. J replied, "Plus she's one of those rare ones who come out in the day."
"I'm a Sparkle Vampire" Harmoni answered, "We usually drain ultraviolet rays from the sun, that's how we got our sparkle. I've been trying to land jobs in Hauntlywood. Unfortunately, nobody would cast a vampire who mostly sparkles in the daytime. Cristian offered me a job at Studio 25 as an actress until I land a role in Hauntleywood until further notice."
"So that's why your here" Merazul replied.
"So" Harmoni said nervously, "I'm sorry that I didn't let A. J spend time with you. My ex-boyfriend dumped me for a winter vampire"
"Now that's what I call a cold shoulder," joked B-Rok
Just then, wooden stakes came out of nowhere. Luckily, Harmoni and A. J missed. Zuth-Vols came up with wooden stakes in her hands, "You think I can run in fear" she asked, "I was just leaving to get more wooden stakes."
With one of look at each other, Harmoni and A. J sambaed to miss the wooden stakes. After A. J grabbed one, he tossed it at Zuth-Vols and cried. Then she teleported back to The Zallegro Galaxy.
The next night, LADUWS was going on and it was Superhero's Week. It started off with Kamila's Hip Hop with Faith Ginger and Dorothy, then the it was Lucille's Cha Cha Cha with Nadine and Jessie, and then it was Gabrielle and Jorge's Samba with Blakely and Harmoni. A. J offered her a one-time spot as a backup dancer, hoping to land her a part in Hauntleywood.
"Now let's see what the boys say about you guys answering The Call" Cristian shouted, "Nick."
"The way that you guys picked The Call" Nick said, "I say a 7.0
"Gaby, Jorge" Howie D commented, "I give it a 9.4, because you display the perfect Cyclops and Phoenix love."
"The way you sambaed" B-Rok said, "That would be a 8.0
"Usually it's twelve backup dancers" Kevin said, "But giving an extra backup dancer for this show, that's a 9.0."
"What about you A. J" asked Cristian.
"I must admit" A. J answered, "Making the outfits a goth version, I say 10."
"You should thank Harmoni" Gabrielle replied, "It was her idea."
Harmoni and A. J looked at each other and smiled.
