It was a sunny Saturday afternoon at the Chirohiro's residents. Ginger was in her room getting dressed in her red swimsuit. "This is it" Ginger said to herself, "Today is the day where The Boys do their island superhero training, thanks to a little NSA coverage.
As she got down, Hone caught her trying to leave, "Where you going, Cabin Dweeb?" asked Hone, "You haven't completed your homework."
"It's Saturday," replied, "We don't usually get homework on weekends, and shouldn't you be studying for your finals."
"Finals schminals" growled Hone, "School is lame."
"Mom says that if you don't get between an A+ to a C-," warned Ginger, "You can't be in the band anymore."
Worried that she would get in trouble again, Hone started studying for her tests.

Later, Ginger and Howie D arrived to Daytona Beach where they caught up with the others all decked out in their swimsuits. "So why do you think Cristian would want us to come to Daytona Beach on a school evening?" asked Ginger.
"Because you guys will be having some training" answered Cristian from behind, "Even teachers like Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessica, and Dorothy need to renew their teaching certification."

Ten minutes later, The Backstreet Boys, The Griff Gals, Cristian, and Zanell arrived on an island, "Why are we on this deserted island" B-Rok asked.
"Brian" replied Cristian, "This isn't just any island, this is the Monkkasing Island. We use this to train our superheroes here in Orlando."
"Wait a minute" interrupted Faith "Monkkasing Island, as in the superhero, "Monkkasing Monkey"
"That's him," answered Cristian; "He was one of the protectors of Orlando in the early 60s. He was a lifeguard whom got deserted on this island. After friendly island natives nursed him to health with a special herb called, "The Monkkasing Herb" he became a superhero with a siren voice and monkey instincts."
"Cristian was explaining to me about Monkkasing Monkey on the way here" explained Zanell.

As they looked around the island, Faith and Kehlani spotted a monkey carving with a loose frown. Remembering the phrase, "Turn that frown, upside down" they changed it into a smile. After the smile went into the carving, an obstacle course appeared, "Nice job on finding the secret obstacle course" commented Zanell, "That's an A on using your instincts."
"Kehlani and I just wanted to see what would happen" Faith explained.
In the obstacle course, they saw some monkey warrior guards, some bulls, an island-themed surfing simulator, and some tire swings, "This is just like your Millennium Countdown commercials" recalled Ginger.

During the training, A. J and Jessie walked through the guards without getting caught, Howie D and Ginger leaped over bulls, Dorothy and Nick crossed through tire swings, B-Rok and Faith battled the monkey guards with some coconuts used as basketballs and Kevin and Nadine surfed their way through a lake.
After Kevin and Nadine wipeout, a lovely mermaid with shoulder length curly dark red hair, brown eyes, an amber tail, and ambers and orange flowers around her helped them out of the water. After she rubbed her eyes, Nadine recognized the mermaid, "Thanks, Romina" she said, "Three seconds and Kev and I would've drowned."
"It's the wet version of drowning all over again," recalled Kevin.
"No pr pr pr problem, Nadine" replied Romina.
"Kevin" said Nadine, "This is our mermaid friend, "Romina" princess of the Thames River mermaids. Once we saved her kingdom from a hairspray spill and then she lead a kelpnary migration."
'I remember those t, t, t, times" recalled Romina, "You were a bi, bi, bi big hand or fi fi fi fin."
"I see you have a stutter," said Kevin, "Like Porky Pig."
"I know," replied Romina, "Cristian told me that yo, yo, yo guys need some training. So perhaps-"
"-You would help with your kelp nary power?" guessed Nadine.
"That's right" Romina replied, "In fact, they mi, mi, migrate here every year."
From the lake, a flock of water-canaries popped up and performed Anywhere For You. "Their very good singers" Romina explained, "Unlike m, m, m, me."
"But your stutter is so unique" replied Nadine.
Hearing Nadine's words Romina smiled
After the training, The Backstreet Boys sensed danger and The Griff Gals pins glowed. ON the other side of the island, Dr. Zora and one of her lab partners, "Zyff-Dwok" whom is an archaeologist, "Can't believe that those brats from Zambi tress passed onto my site for the Zallestine Empire. Making them dig for Zamber jewels there will teach them not to trespass."
"And the best part" Dr. Zora smiled evilly, "There are no zamber jewels on Zambi."
Dr. Zora got out a Zallegrean hologram pic of her and Zyff-Dwok as kids. In the picture, they wore clothes similar to nerdy 50s girls, "Even as a kid," Illusioner said quietly, "Dr. Zora is nerdy."
"From our days exploring the lost Zalaysian Relics to exploring the Zyraminds of Ziza," Dr. Zyff-Dwok said to Dr. Zora "You were the perfect archaeology partner."
"She's a space archaeologist too" asked Ginger, "It's time for the two scientists to make a new discovery."
Backstreet's Back Alright

After seeing our heroes barge up and attack, Dr. Zora got out her fighter bots, "Watch out on the left," shouted Griffin Girl as Top Speed turned his head.
Unfortunately, one of the robots hit him, "Your other left, B-Rok" shouted Griffin Girl.
Illusioner casted illusions of a giant elephant that made some of the robots bump and crash into each other.
Back in the lake, Romina began to worry that her friends would end up being she told her kelpnary friends to lure Dr. Zora and her friend to the water and give them an octo surprise. With her telekinesis, Zanell lifted Romina up and placed her into the waters of the beach, then she did the same thing to the kelpnaries, "Good thing I did that to her when she wanted to surprise Nadine in the lake."
In the waters, the kelpnaries sang As Long As You Love Me, that annoyed Dr. Zora and Dr. Zyff-Dwok, "I hate the sound of singing birds" Dr. Zora growled, "They remind me of these Cyber Creepsaders with their talented singing voices and beautiful appearances."
Ordnance marched in front of his teammates and did a supersonic scream towards Dr. Zora and Zyff-Dwok, "Nice day for a swim?" he joked as the others laughed.
In the water, a giant octopus came up and grabbed the two aliens, "Hello th, th, th, there" Romina greeted, "I see you met my pet octopus, "Raul" he always captures criminals who don't respect tropical islands."
Not wanting to drown in human water, Dr. Zora and Dr. Zyff-Dwok teleported back to Zator's castle, "Good boy, Raul" Romina commented as she kissed her pet, "Mommy is proud of you."
In one of his tentacles, he had a variety of shell jewelry he and Romina made. On the surface, she and Raul placed shell necklaces onto the normal Griff Gals."
"You know something," said Faith "We can use one of the shell crowns for my Cousin Christine in Miami. Uncle Korbyn is having a hard time finding the right present ad the wrong price."
"Smashing idea" Dorothy replied, "It would be great to give a gift for a cousin-in-law."
"Wow Nick" Princess Romina giggled, "Your girlfriend seems ex, ex, ex, excited about this.
"Dorthy is not my girlfriend" Nick growled, "In fact, she's too young for me."
"Wait a minute" Kevin said as he turned to Cristian and Zanell, "Cristian, Zanell, did you tell Romina about Dorothy's crush on Nick?"
"She got bored" Zanell explained, "So we decided to entertain her on life at Studio 25."
After The Griff Gals looked at each other, they smiled because they remembered that Romina gets bored easily.

Later at the beach house, Faith, Ginger, Nadine, and Jessie were going over some childhood photos with the boys, "And here's us when we had that slumber party" Nadine recalled, "And remember when we had to learn to microwave meals when your father used up the pizza money on butterscotch frosting."
"Mom got us four kid cuisines that suit us." explained Faith, "Chicken nuggets for me, mac and cheese for Ginger, pizza for Nadine, and corn dogs for Jessie."
"Plus we watched The Muppet Movie on VHS." Jessie recalled.
"You had to stay home Friday night" Howie D said
"Mom and I planned to watch our DVD rental of The Dark Crystal last night." Ginger explained, "Hone on the other hand was out with her band again, rehearsing for another gig. The only thing she liked about The Dark Crystal was The Skesies."
"And remember this girls," Nadine recalled, "Our play production of the Arabic version of Beauty and The Beast. We were all dressed as villagers and dancers for the ballroom dance scene."
"And the girl who played Beauty" replied Ginger, "Was nicer than we thought"
"And look at that girls" Faith continued, "Here we are on Halloween, dressed as characters from Princess Dynamite Patrol. The anime superheroines who fight off evil using the powers of Cinderella, Snow White, Goldilocks and Little Red Riding Hood."
"Packing it up with a Happy Ending."
"Plus there's the time we went to that Gemini Gals concert." recalled Jessie.
"Gemini Gals" recalled A. J, "The RNB group? We met them during the Billboard Music Awards."
"That's them," answered Nadine, "They were also huge Gilligan's Island fans."
Just then, Faith realized something, "You know" she said, "We were a bit like them on Monkkasing Island. A. J is the short tempered skipper, Kevin is the professor, Both B-Rok and Nick are Gilligan, Howie D is the millionaire, Dorothy and Ginger the movie star, Jessie and I are Mary Ann, and Nadine is the millionaire's lady."
"You were right about that" Nadine replied.
"Speaking of which" said Ginger, "Gilligan's Island is where my mom got the idea for my name. She loved the character Ginger Grant so much, that she decided to name me after her."
"No way" Howie D exclaimed, "Getting you name from a TV character is awesome
Using her telescope vision, Princess Romina could see that her old and new friends are having a good time "Come on Raul" she said to her pet, "Let's get to my mo, mo, mo, mother, "Queen Lennox" and my fa, fa, fa, father, "King Avi" before the kelpnaries wear out their fins aga, aga, aga, again."
And in a splash, Romina and Raul swam back to the Thames River.
