What if Sarah was pregnant with John again pre and post Born To Run?
Episode: To The Lighthouse- During The hospital scene
Situation: After Sarah shocks herself, she slips into a brief state of unconsciousness. Kyle visits her.
Kyle (touching Sarah's cheek): Hello, my sweet precious Sarah
Sarah (choked up): Reese...
Kyle (feeling up on Sarah): I remember when Winston put the transmitter inside you. I saw you when you shocked yourself. The transmitter is gone. You did it.
Sarah (crying): The transmitter hidden by a cancerous mass. I might-I may join you soon because I have breast cancer. I am so afraid to leave our son John.
Kyle: It is not your time to die yet
Sarah (passionately kissing Kyle): I love you
Kyle (kissing and hugging Sarah): I love you too
(And then Sarah woke up to a world where she lost another great love (Charley). The sight of Charley's dead body floating in the river makes her want to vomit).
Episode: Adam Raised A Cain
Situation: Bedtime in the hideout place
A frightened Savannah (approaching Sarah's cot): Ms. Sarah, I am scared. I miss my mom.
Sarah (nauseous, she hands off Savannah to John): Please look after her
Savannah (alarmed): Ms. Sarah
John (worried): I will but are you okay, mom?
Sarah (running outside to vomit): I can't talk right now
Cameron (to John): She is terribly sick. Her condition is getting worse.
John (in denial): My mom doesn't have cancer
(Feeling better, Sarah rejoins her family or lack there of)
Episode: Born To Run- Zeta Corp
Scenario 1: After the elevator with John and James, Sarah runs off to the nearest bathroom where she vomits
James: Is your mom okay?
John: My mom has claimed she is fine, but I don't know. I hope she doesn't have cancer.
James: Your mom is healed in the name of Jesus
John (laughing): Sure
Sarah (refreshed, she rejoins James and John): I am back. I am sorry for the long delay.
James: No problem. I understand.
Sarah: I am not pregnant
James: Whoever assumed that you were pregnant?
Sarah (to John): What did you tell James?
John: I told him nothing
Scenario 2: After John and Catherine has departed for the future
Sarah (emotional and nauseous all at once): Oh God, I miss John. I am going to be sick.
James (accompanying Sarah to the bathroom): I will take you to the bathroom
Sarah: Thanks
(Sarah relieves herself in the bathroom and then she and James pick up Savannah from gymnastics. Savannah misses her mom, but she feels safe with Sarah and James. They find and reside in a temporary hideout place. Sarah's condition gets so worse that she is actually hospitalized under a new different alias (name). Sarah discovers she doesn't have cancer (breast cancer). She discovers she is pregnant (perhaps with John-an immaculate conception). James and Savannah help Sarah with the pregnancy and John's birth (a home birth).
