At The Tiki Hut, the girls were enjoying some onion rings with onion dip when they spotted a biracial Latino skateboarder girl coming in, "That must be Rebekah." suggested Faith, "Remember, the pilot of LADUWS showed us her video of her not being there."
"It just like The Backstreet Boys' Thank You Very Much song at Kids Choice 1999."
"Rebekah Cavey" asked Faith.
"Yes" answered Rebekah, "How do you know me?"
"I'm Faith Booth" greeted Faith "And these are Ginger Chirohiro, Nadine Lyndon, Jessie Gomez, and my cousin, "Dorothy Hart""
"Yeah" recalled Rebekah, "The four girls who hang out with the judges all the time."
"I see you recovered from your broken leg," said Nadine.
"I know" Rebekah replied "I mean, I was sick of people picking on me on the bus, so I decided to go to the studio how I always do, by skateboard. Unfortunately, after seeing that giant robot and landing in that tree, I had enough skateboarding to school. So my big brother drives me"
"What about your parents?" asked Nadine
"They both live in a poor neighborhood in Boston" explained Rebekah, "Worried that they won't have enough money to raise me, they decided to let me live with him here in Orlando."
"Financial troubles in the city" recalled Ginger, "That sounds like Kamila"
"She's been my favorite since the pilot" explained Rebekah, "Proving that not all girls love frills, pink, and ribbons."
"All right" Faith and Jessie exclaimed and they high fist her.
"Where are the boys anyway?" asked Faith
"Their cleaning up the cafeteria for a visiting boy band from Australia" answered Dorothy "Their also giving them a lecture on what it takes to be the perfect boy band"
At Studio 25, Nick, Howie D, A. J, B-Rok, and Kevin were tidying up the place, "This is silly" B-Rok whined, "I mean, doesn't Lewis ever clean up after himself?"
"Come on" replied Kevin, "We promised Big G and the janitorial team we would clean this up."
By the windows, Selah was cleaning them in the ways of the griffins, "You use your tail as a broom" asked Private as he cleaned the floors with a toothbrush,
"Doesn't everybody" asked Selah as she landed down.
Just then, she found a firefly and ate it, but didn't swallow the bug, "You just ate a firefly," said Kevin
"Those weren't just any fireflies," explained Selah, "Those were Griffin Fireflies, that's how we know what's going on in your world."
"Are we on another reality show?" A. J asked.
"You are" answered Selah "And ugh, you wouldn't like it."
Using her beak, Selah made a circle around them. With one flame, the portal opened and sent them to The Griffin Dimension.
The boys were amazed, because they never expected griffins to live in such a Beatles-styled dimension.
In a meadow of blue hibiscuses, a white griffin with a pink hibiscus flower wreath, "Chana" smiled Selah as he pounced her.
"Selah" shouted Howie D, "Who's this?"
"This is my best friend in The Griffin Dimension,"Chana", princess of the entire dimension."
As Princess Chana got up, she spotted the four heartthrobs, "I can't believe it," squealed Chana, "I get to meet The Backstreet Boys in person."
She showed a scroll showing their own Truman Show plot reality show.
Backstreet TV, Saturdays a 7pm
"It's the highest rating reality show our dimension has ever had." explained Princess Chana, "For our own television, we use really large mirrors"
Princess Chana also explained that their world has a little trouble when it comes to humans. With one breath of their magical fire, they turned The Backstreet Boys into The Backstreet Griffins. After unintentionally bumping into each other while flying, Selah suggested that they should think happy thoughts, because that's how a griffin flies.
After they did that, the five Backstreet Griffins started to fly. Skipper and Private got on Selah's back and Kowalski and Rico got on Chana's back. "So Selah" Skipper asked, "Are we going to your castle?"
"We are" Selah answered, "Because I know a few griffins who're dying to meet them."
As they arrived to the balcony of Selah's tower, she spotted three other griffins playing with a ball, "Okay everyone" she shouted, "The Backstreet Boys are here"
The three griffins stopped playing with the ball and barged up The Backstreet Griffins, "These are my Griff Gals of The Griffin Dimension."
"Princess Louisa of The Needislove Tribe" greeted the red griffin with pink roses.
"Princess Jillian of The Skydiamond Tribe" greeted the blue griffin with violets.
"Princess Alena of The Comesun Tribe" greeted the green griffin with sunflowers.
With one look at Howie D in griffin form, Princess Jillian hid behind Princess Alena "Jillian can be very shy, sometimes.
"Princess Jillian" asked Skipper, "Reminds us of King Julien The Thirteenth, that crazy lemur who always throws parties."
"Lucky for us" Kowalski replied, "He stayed in the circus with our other Central Park friends"
"Aren't you four adorable" Louisa cooed as she cuddled the four penguins
"You guys are like Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie, and Dorothy as griffins.," recalled A. J, "We can see the comparison now."
"We remember when they came to our dimension" Princess Chana recalled "Of course, we had to keep my father, "King Raylan" from finding out that there were humans here. He was displeased by the fact that the chosen Warriors of Heskelter were human. But after The Heskelter ex-advisor, "Arjun" plan to execute all homosexual griffins in the entire dimension, he changed their mind about this."
Just then, Nick started smelling something, "Do you smell apples and oranges?" he asked.
Two male griffins came in. One was tan and had an apple tree leaf wreath on his head and one was black with an orange tree leaf wreath. "Prince Hardry, Prince Floral" said Princess Alena, "Your not going to believe this, The Backstreet Boys are here and in griffin form."
Prince Hardry was annoyed because his little sister brought humans into their dimension and disguised them at griffins with her fire magic, "This will ruin the festival" Prince Hardry growled, "If Mom and Dad or King Raylan saw them here, we're doomed. Back then we lock humans in the dungeon forever when we catch one."
"Relax, Apple Eyes" Floral said to his husband, "King Kingzom and Queen Jamda won't have to know about them being here. We'll just give The Backstreet Boys a tour of the tribe and they'll be back in the human world to meet the visiting boy band."
"Your right Petal Love" replied Hardry, "Nothing is going to ruin this festival.
Outside, horns were blasting and all the griffins were dancing and having a good time, "I forgot to tell you that tonight is the Festival of The Sundance" Selah explained, "Every year we celebrity our love for dancing and the sun."
"How many tribes are there" asked B-Rok.
"There are at least 12 major tribes, Heskelter, Skydiamond, Comesun, Holdyahand, Togetanow, Northosong, Nowaman, Subayellow, Witahelp, Toomuchyall, Bullheydog, and Sixtafar" Selah explained, "And 23 minor tribes, Kitebene, Needsombohelp, Ticktoride, Fieldostrawberr, Yersterbelieve, Comtagata, Lokenthroya, Batarunfalife, Hardanight, Papabackwrite, Twistnsha, Jojageback, Rigyaleanor, Lanepen, Octogard, Letibe, Sometininway, Heyjude, Datrippa, Deprudance, Eightdayweek, Shaluvyou, and ImdaWalrus."
"Wait a second" Howie D exclaimed, "This sounded just like Beatles songs."
"I know" Hardry answered, "Before the famine, our tribes helped The Beatles become who their meant to be in our would by entering their dreams for inspirations. Unfortunately, we can't reveal ourselves to Paul nor Ringo, they wouldn't understand."
During the festival, they danced, play games, and enjoyed the local entertainment.
After they watched an acrobat act, B-Rok and Nick started smelling some delicious berries, "Hey Frack" said B-Rok, "Last one to the berries gets to pay."
"Your on, Frick" replied Nick as they both rushed to the stand.
Worried that they could get in trouble again, Howie D, A. J, and Kevin decided to follow them.
At a berry stand, B-Rok and Nick started eating all the berries. "Wait" Howie D shouted, "We don't know the currency of this dimension."
In a quick flash, B-Rok and Nick stuffed their faces with the strange berries, "What did you do that for?" A. J asked as he gulped the berries.
"That was very disrespectful," growled Kevin."
"You did say that, "Berries are good for you"." B-Rok answered his cousin.
"But look at your hand" Kevin replied as B-Rok looked at their hands.
The others looked at their hands, and saw that they were changing. By the time, Selah, Hardry, Floral, Chana, Jillian, Alena, and Louisa got to them, it was too late. The Backstreet Boys were back into their human forms and everyone was shocked by the appearances of a bunch of human.
Instead of sending them to the dungeon, they cheered with excitement.
After Selah helped her human friends up, a griffin king and queen appeared before them. The male was tan with an apple tree leaf and a beard and the female was auburn with a rosemary wreath, "Mom! Dad" exclaimed Selah, "It's not what it looks like"
"No need" King Kingzom, "You brought the saviors before us a surprise for the festival."
"Saviors?" asked Kevin
King Kingzom explained that a Voice of Reason, meaning that someone sings about love and hope like them, powers their dimension. First there was Orpheus, then Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, and finally there was John Lennon. On the day of December 8th, 1980, the crops of the dimension were wilting, the water was dried up and griffins were starving. Then on the date of April 20th, 1993, five soulful voices harmonized for the first time and made the crops thrive again."
"Five part harmony on April 20th, 1993?" recalled Nick, "That's the day we sang together for the first time."
Exactly" Queen Jamda replied, "We sent out our Griffin Fireflies to seek out the ones who will save us all. Thanks to you two, our griffins were well fed."
"Is this what you meant by a famine, Selah?" asked Kevin.
Selah nodded her head, "Now that you guys are exposed" she said, "We better get out of here before the griffins before we cause a riot."
Little did they know, is that a bunch of bees followed them into the human world.
After they returned to The Human World, Kevin noticed something strange. "That's weird" he said, "It's still 4pm, how long were we gone?"
"Thirty minutes in our dimension" Selah explained, "But three seconds in our world, time always stands still when humans go into our world."
Suddenly, they started sensing danger downtown, "Oh my" Selah said, "You must've accidentally knocked out the Griffin Bee float and unleashed Griffin Bees into our world."
"Is there a problem with griffin bees" asked Howie D, "They couldn't be that bad, besides their stings"?
"Their stings are really bad" Selah explained, "If a griffin bee stings a human being. They'll become loopy and do things their not suppose to to."
"We can't have any scolding.," said Nick.
Backstreet's Back Alright
In Downtown Orlando, Griffin Bees started looking for their victims. They found Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie, Dorothy and Rebekah. Before the bees had a chance to sting them, Rebekah pushed them out of the way, causing the bees to sting her instead. "Zippity Do Dah, Zippity Day" she said dizzily.
"It's Song Of The South again," exclaimed Jessie, "And those Griffin Bees again, like how they stung Noel for amusement."
Thanks to Rebekah being loopy, Faith, Ginger, Nadine, Jessie, and Dorothy turned into Griffin Girl, Rubyhane, Merazul, Centauremerald, and Diamondnix.
Now The Cyber Crusaders were arriving the same time The Griff Gals transformed, "Good timing" Griffin Girl exclaimed, "We need to do a bee roundup before everyone into Orlando turns into a couple of Br'er Bears."
"Wait a minute" Diamondix interrupted, "Remember how they got attracted to Noel, by his trench coat. So maybe we can attract them by using my diamonds."
Dorothy gave all her friends diamonds and they split up to attract the Griffin Bees.
Top Speed passed the ball towards Griffin Girl and some Griffin Bees left a fruit vendor, Ninja Man tossed a diamond up and split it in two, causing a few Griffin Beesto leave a flower shop, Power Lord tossed Merazul into the air and attracted some Griffin Bees near window sill garden, Illusioner made an illusion of a giant diamond that fooled a bunch of Griffin Bees at a flower bush, and Rubyhane used her speed and invisibility to keep track of the Griffin Bees.
Centauremerald used her enhanced archery skills to attrack the bees. After Ordnance caught the diamond, he tossed it into the air and burst it into a million pieces. "Are you done with the portal yet?"
"Almost" Selah answered as she connected the two ends together.
In the air, Selah used her breath to activate the diamond-studded portal, luring the bees back to the dimension. Thanks to the help of the Griffin Fireflies, Chana, Alena, Louisa, and Jillian trapped them in jars, hoping won't sting anyone else.
On a giant mirror, they could see a bunch of griffin children cheering for The Cyber Crusaders and The Griff Gals for their victory.
Back in the human world, our heroes have one more problem to fix, "How are we going to change that girl back to normal?" asked Power Lord
By an alleyway, a loopy Rebekah placed a small trashcan spinning around, "My oh my, what a wonderful day" Rebekah said loopily as she fell onto the ground.
"There's only one cure for their bee troubles" Selah said, "Private, did you bring the berries?"
"I did" Private answered as he, Rico, Skipper, and Kowalski carried a large bag, "And the vendor said that it's on the house because of The Backstreet Boys' surprise appearance."
"A griffin berry" asked Ordnance, "How does that help?"
"One berry can make a human or griffin snap out of their goofy behavior."
"We had those," recalled Rubyhane, "It's like a mixture of pomegranate and blueberries. Those are Rebekah's favorite flavors."
As they changed back, they grabbed hold of a dizzy Rebekah and fed her some of the berries, causing her to snap out of her cookoo behavior, "Guys" said Rebekah wearily, "I had the strangest dream I was going bananas and you girls turned into superheroes."
"You must've been through a lot since you broke your leg" Howie D exaggerated, "But now your okay"
Rebekah was surprised, because she gets to meet The Backstreet Boys in person.
After they gave her an autograph pic of them, Rebekah decided to go home because she really needed to take a bath.
"Now that Rebekah is back to her normal self" Skipper said, "What do we want to do now?"
On the phone, Kevin got a call from Big G, telling him that Teensicle is filling in for them for the visiting boy band from Australia, because their albums are number one there, meaning that their done for the day. "Since Teensicle is taking over for us" said Kevin, "Let's go to the festival."
Back in The Griffin Dimension, The Backstreet Boys performed their song, "Time" with The Griff Gals backing them up on dancing. Alena, Louisa, Jillian, Chana, and Selah were in the audience watching them perform, "Rock on LADUWS!" they shouted.
