At Sally Ride Middle School, the girls were giving middle school newcomers a tour of the school. After they got to the music department, Principal Popcock announced, "Would Faith Booth, Ginger Chirohiro, Nadine Lyndon, Jessica Gomez, and Dorothy Hart come to the principal's office immediately?"
Curious about what she said, they decided to go.
Not wanting to let future students wander off, they turned to the Eighth Grade president of 2003 to take over.
In her office, Principal Popcock had some important matters to discuss, "You guys have an emergency meeting at the Backstreet Boys' Beach House" she explained, "They say that the owner of Studio 25 has come down with some sort of illness and wants you girls to come. They say you know about this?"
"What kind of disease does he have" asked Jessie.
"Something that involves leprechauns and pots of gold" Principal Popcock answered, "Also he was acting like a leprechaun."
In their minds, they knew what she meant, "We'll get on it right away" Dorothy told their principal.
After they left, Miss. Chirohiro came into the office and stared at her lovingly, "Hello, Koken" greeted Principal Popcock flirtatiously, "I'm glad you can make it."
"Thanks, Jacqueline" replied Miss. Chirohiro as she took Principal Popcock's hand, "Now we can spend some alone time at last."
Outside, Kevin and Nick were on his hovercycles waiting for the others. "Kev, Nick" shouted Nadine, "Principal Popcock warned us about Big G's sickness."
"He's at our beach house" Kevin answered, "We took him there because we didn't want the other patrons to catch it"
"Just hope we can cure Dorothy's Love Sickness too." joked Jessie.
"I am not love sick" Dorothy bickered, "I'm love struck"
"Let's get back to the beach house before Big G makes the other boys sick." Nick advised as the others hopped onto their hovercycles and took off.
At the beach house, the rest of The Backstreet Boys were wearing facemasks and trying to control a very sick Big G, "Top of the morning to ya." he greeted in a sickly Irish accent, "Let's play some wonderful music."
By the CD player, Big G was going around some jazz CDS and tossed them everywhere. Using his reflexes, A. J quickly grabbed the CDS, "Those are my Velvet Vic CDS" shouted A. J
"This here lad who plays a wee little piano" Big G said loonily.
But before he had a chance to break it, Jessie and Ginger caught him, Dorothy grabbed the Velvet Vic CD and placed it back, "No one messes with a 50s Jazz pianist." growled Dorothy.
"And we better wash our hands" advised Jessie, "Leprechaun Pox is very contagious."
After they washed their hands and placed on their face masks, the boys came up to them to ask about Leprechaun Pox "Leprechaun Pox rare illness that leprechauns get." explained Faith, "The symptoms are green spots, uncontrollable Irish accent, and hallucinations. The same thing happened to Terrance and Noel had to chaperone us for Leprechaun Leaping Acting Troupe."
"Usually" Dorothy continued, "Terrance would chaperone us when we're out. That way no one will find out that we're superheroes. Believe us, Noel was nothing but trouble."
"Wait a minute," said Nadine, "Didn't you guys say, "Leprechaun Leaping Acting Troupe?"
"We did" answered Faith, "Are you thinking about contacting our leprechaun friend?"
Out of her backpack, Faith got out a green prism, which attracted Kehlani and Private, "I hate to burst your bubble" interrupted B-Rok "But how does a tiny green prism help?"
"You'll see." answered Faith as she lifted her prism to the light.
From the green right, a leprechaun doctor popped up, "Dr. Mathew Ó Cuinn at your service" greeted the doctor.
"Good to see you again Dr. O'Cuinn" replied Faith, "Our studio manager, "Big G" has gotten leprechaun pox and we don't know how he got it."
Hearing what they said, Dr. O'Cuinn knew how he got it, "It appears that those leprechaun pox patients at Potgolden Hospital must've snuck into your world and stole Big G's cannolis. Selah told me how much he loved Chef Pablo's cannolis."
"So" replied Howie D, "How do we cure him before everything turns into a Lucky Charms cereal bowl"
"The cure for it is quite simple," Dr. O'Cuinn answered, "Just give them some Irish potatoes mixed with Leprechaun dust. They're Magically Delicious
A few minutes later, they were working on the cure for leprechaun cox when a boy band with white jackets and and an angelic H barged in and posed, "Harmony Heaven In The House" shouted the red-haired member as he looked up, "Hey, this isn't Leoworth Shore: Indoor Water Park!"
"Looks like Simone warned Leoworth Shore about our entrance" suggested the goth, "I was looking forward to the Angler Attack Show."
"Not them again" groaned A. J.
"You know, Harmony Heaven" asked Nadine.
"We met" Kevin answered annoyingly, "And they're a pain in the head. They once made fun of us during our Miami visit in 2000."
"They consisted of Drew, Kayden, Ayden, Javier, and Brantley." groaned B-Rok as he placed leprechaun pox into the bowl.
"As punishment" finished A. J, "We made these wannabes stay at our beach house for the weekend."
"But they did save us from that paparazzi group." recalled Howie D.
"Yo Backstreet Fighters" Drew shouted, "How's it coming?"
"We were going to take her easy," explained Howie D, "But then we got a call about us being judges on LADUWS, rating boost."
"Makes sense" replied Javier, "During our senior prom, everyone was going bonkers about your show."
"Hearts, Stars, Horseshoes, Clovers, Blue Moons, Pots O Gold, Rainbows, Red Balloon." shouted Big G as he went through the opened door.
"Looks like we forgot to close the door again" guessed Javier.
"And are you guys making potato salad" Kayden asked, "Ayden and I just love potato salad, especially the one mother makes."
"Something like that" exaggerated Kevin, "Now you guys stay here and don't break anything. We need to save our delusional boss before we all get the pink slip."
In Zallegro City General Hospital, the entire place was vacant because the king has come down with a cold, "I told him not to play with my freezing chemicals" Dr. Zora growled, "It could give him a cold."
"Nevermind that now, your being tortured " Zenza replied, "Let's get the king cured."
"What are we going to do to cheer him up" asked Zaria, "Before he takes three-hundred medicine cups."
"Can I help you, ladies" asked a hunky medical bounty hunter.
"Dr. Zakai" recalled Dr. Zora, "Maybe you guys can make the good citizens of Orlando sick."
"No problem, little lady" flirted Dr. Zakai, "In return, I like a candelit dinner at a nearby Zistro."
"Sorry" replied Dr. Zora, "But I'm getting married to my fiancé soon and I don't want to make her jealous."
But Dr. Zakai didn't beliver. He winked at Dr. Zora and left.
Back on Earth, a hallucinated Big G was going around town acting like a leprechaun. "No one will take me pot o gold" he shouted.
Everyone laughed at Big G, because they thought he was being silly. On their hover cycles, The Griff Gals and The Backstreet Boys could see the delusional CEO going nuts. They have to keep a safe distance because they didn't want to get sick. Before they had a chance to cure Big G, Dr. Zakai teleported to Earth and gave everyone the flu. Luckily, Selah, Princess Chana, Princess Louisa, Princess Jillian and Princess Alena showed up and protected them with a rainbow-colored shield, "Tangerine Trees and Marmalade Skies" shouted Princess Jillian, "You guys almost got turned into leprechauns."
"Three more seconds" replied Faith, "Then we would've been sick leprechauns too."
"It's all right, assured Princess Alena, "Because here comes the sun."
"There's nothing he can do, but learn how to be him in time" Princess Louisa advised, "He can also learn how to play the game of getting cured in time, it's easy."
"Time to come to fast miles towards him" Selah shouted.
Backstreet's Back Alright
"Looks like sixteen patients refused to take my vaccines" guessed Dr. Zakai, "Time to take them to the emergency room."
Power Lord lifted a truck and tossed it at Dr. Zakai, but he cut it with a really powerful doctor's knife. Illusioner use his illusion skills to trick Dr. Zakai into thinking there were sick patients, but wasn't fooled by them. Top Speed bounced up and tossed energy balls at him, only to miss. Ninja Man tossed his sword at him, but Dr. Zakai tossed it back. Thankfully, Ordnance caught it before it stabbed Ninja Man
To finish it up, Ordnance borrowed some of Centauremerald's arrows and shot out some of the doctor's equipment.
"This is out of control" exclaimed Top Speed, "If we keep this up, we'll be in the emergency room for sure."
Griffin Girl breathed fire at him, Rubyhane used her super speed against him, Diamondnix tossed ice at him, Merazul tossed water at him, and Centauremerald did archery at him. Unfortunately, nothing worked, "Excuse Griffin Girl" Princess Chana shouted, "Do you still need us and do you still feed us?"
Hearing what she said, Griffin Girl knew that Chana is requesting that they should handle Dr. Zakai,
"Picture yourself in the emergency room!" Princess Jillian shouted as she shot out diamonds from her feathers, "Beware of The Griffin of Kaleidoscope Eyes."
"Little darling" shouted Princess Alena, "It's going to be a long, long, lonely cure."
"There's nothing you can see that isn't shown!" shouted Princess Louisa, "Except The Griffin with Kaleidoscope Eyes."
Not understanding what they said, Dr. Zakai decided to use them as a curing feast for the king. Before he got a chance to donate their organs, he got blinded by Chana's beautiful eyes, "I'm the Griffin with Kaleidoscope Eyes!" confessed Chana, "And the princess of The Griffin Dimension".
As Dr. Zakai was rubbing his eyes, Princess Louisa quickly stole the cure and Dr. Zakai teleported it back to cure the king.
Like soda, Princess Louisa shook the cure, opened it and everyone changed. Sensing their emotions, Louisa can tell that no one saw them transform because it was too sick. "How did you know that the pink bottle was the cure?"
"I'm a mind reader" answered Princess Louisa, "Plus my big sister, "Princess Aniyah" studied medicine. Not all the doctors and nurses of my tribe can cure the sick alone."
"But we only have one more thing to cure" reminded Princess Jillian as she pointed out the delusional Big G.
"Don't touch me pot o gold" shouted Big G.
Quickly Rubyhane grabbed him and fed him Dr. O'Cuinn magical potato salad. Ginger ate some of it too, because she feared that she might get leprechaun pox.
"Nice work lads and lasses" Dr. O'Cuinn commented, "Give him two hours and he'll be conscious again. Also, he won't remember acting like a leprechaun."
In his bag, Dr. O'Cuinn got out a rainbow and said, "So long, humans. I need to help cure those sick leprechauns back."
In the light of the sun, Dr. O'Cuinn disappeared.
Thinking about Big G, they decided that they should take Big G back to Studio 25 before he finds out their superheroes.
Two hours later in the Studio 25 greenroom, Big G woke up to see The Backstreet Boys in their regular forms, "Fellas" Big G groaned as he got up and placed on his glasses, "I had the weirdest dream that you were superheroes and you fought off a space doctor. It's like an intergalactic version of General Hospital."
"It was probably an illusion" exaggerated Howie D, "We gave you some potato salad to cheer you up"
By the door, Harmony Heaven was coming in eating potato salad, "Hey Big G" greeted Drew with a mouth full of potato salad, "Good potato salad you got."
"The best potato salad in all of Florida" commented Javier.
"Are you sure giving Harmony Heaven potato salad is a good idea" Nick whispered to Howie D.
"They really want that potato salad" Howie D answered quietly.
"So Big G" said A. J, "We're part of the summer Friday evening lineup right?"
"Of course you are" answered Big G, "5PM is DJ Rise's Soundbooth, 6pm is Let's All Dance Until We're Sick, 7pm is the fifth season of popular teen drama Light Dawn Resort, and 7:30 is the second season of pet show Critter Creatures. Be ready for anything men."
Looking at each other, The Backstreet Boys decided to take on the challenge.
Meanwhile at the Chirohiro house, Ginger was studying for her finals when she heard a knock on the door. Miss. Chirohiro answered it and saw that it was Principal Popcock. As soon as they kissed each other on the lips, Ginger staired and smiled, "Mom!" Ginger exclaimed as she walked up to them, "You and Principal Popcock together?"
"Yeah" answered Miss. Chirohiro, "This is why your father divorced us."
Ginger was happy because she waited a long time for her mother to come out of the closet, "How did you know" gasped Miss. Chirohiro.
"Calling masculine women Biggos, staring at Principal Popcock every time you see her, and you always told me that your dating a person named, "Jackie" answered Ginger, "Everyone knows that "Jackie" is a gender neutral name. It was obvious you were bisexual."
Ten minutes later, they were having Minestrone Soup and green tea for dinner, "So girls" Miss. Chirohiro said, "What did you do today.?"
"Today," Hone replied, "We finished up our finals. But don't worry we didn't cheat. The band and I didn't want to get detention again."
Miss. Chirohiro may have been annoyed by Hone's rudeness, but is happy that she didn't cheat on the finals, "What about you Ginger" asked Miss. Chirohiro, "What did you today?"
"We met Harmony Heaven today" Ginger said, "Their going to guess star on our BACKUPS Week episode. Also, we helped take care of Big G's illness"
"Oh please" Hone moaned, "Those goons, they once insulted The Backstreet Boys in Miami. Believe me, their a bunch of dummies."
"Looks like you won't be having sundaes for dessert, again" Ginger replied.
"Whatever" growled Hone, "I didn't want a big butt anyway."
After Hone left, Ginger looked at her mother and her new girlfriend and smiled.
