Taylor felt cold. Actually, that was a lie. Taylor was freezing cold. Where was she? Taylor slowly looked around her surroundings. Even with the blizzard raging around her, she could make out several objects. Everything was covered in ice, from the beautiful castle, which she only caught a glimpse of, not far from where she was, to the three mast ships that would have been a short walk away if it wasn't for the storm.

Wait-what? Taylor took an unsteady step forward, her boot covered feet walking on the frozen water. She pulled her magenta cloak closer to keep herself warm, when she started losing feeling in the tips of her fingers. Taylor paused briefly, the flying snow battering her skin.

Her hands were slowly turning to ice, being covered in a light frost. Taylor kept walking, almost tripping on herself as she felt her feet start to freeze as well, as if she was freezing from the inside out. It hurt so much, but Taylor kept walking. She had to find him. Who was the guy she was looking for? Taylor didn't remember, only the form of a big, burly, blonde man. His face was too blurry to remember.

Taylor kept walking, the blizzard not allowing her to see more than a few feet in front of her. After a few missteps that almost caused her to fall flat on her face, Taylor felt the ice continue to grow. Her fingers were now blue, her hair white, with frost forming on her cheek. She held her hands together to keep warm, but to no avail, when suddenly, the blizzard disappeared.

Halfway across the frozen waters stood a man with blonde hair, his face blurry. Taylor felt her lips move, mumbling something under her breath, each movement she made only brought pain. The blurry man started running in her direction, as Taylor forced herself to take another step forward. She had lost all of the feeling in her feet.

Suddenly, she heard the sound of a sword leaving its scabbard coming from her left. Turning her frost covered neck, she saw a man with red hair approaching-

Oh no.

"Elsa." Taylor's eyes widened as the name left her mouth. The only form that Taylor could make out was the ice-blond woman wearing a dress made of ice, but Taylor could still see the sword in the man's hand, ready to strike down her, her, her. Who was Elsa? Trolls, ice magic, frozen heart, coronation day, Elsa, older sister.

Taylor turned her head back towards the man running towards her. She felt her lips quiver when she made her decision. Steeling herself, Taylor ran in her sister's direction. Each step felt like she was walking on needles, pain filling Taylor's senses, but she ran anyway. Was she fast enough? Could she make it in time?

Could Taylor save her sister?

"No!" Taylor, no, Anna screamed just as the red haired man's sword started swinging, Anna threw herself in front of her sister, her right arm held high in the air. The sword shattered as Anna lost all feeling, her body completely transformed into ice.

"A-Anna?" Anna heard Elsa screaming, her voice cracking. Anna couldn't breath, she couldn't feel, she couldn't speak, she couldn't move! With that, her beloved sister quickly moved in front of her.

"Oh, Anna!" Elsa's eyes started watering as she moved a hand towards Anna's frozen form, but pulled back quickly. "No, no!" Elsa drew closer, her hands looking like they wanted to cup Anna's face.

"Please no." Elsa's tears were now freely falling as the beautiful young woman's face started breathing heavily. Elsa placed her hands on Anna's frozen cheeks.

'Elsa! I'm here.' Anna wanted to scream, yet nothing came out. Anna's heart broke when Elsa started sobbing, throwing her pale arms over Anna into a tearful embrace.

Anna wanted nothing more than to be able to hug her sister back. To tell her that everything was ok. To say, I love you. Three forms approached them silently, their faces blurry, but Anna didn't care about that.

Elsa was her sister.

Anna didn't know how long Elsa held her, her sense of time disappearing along with her sense of touch and the ability to breathe. Suddenly, she felt something warm forming inside of her. It wasn't an uncomfortable heat like the one on an extremely hot summer day, but a comforting one. Like a sister's love, like drinking a warm cup of hot chocolate by the fire on a cold winter night. The warmth started in Anna's heart, slowly spreading to the other parts of her body.

Anna felt herself slowly unthawing, the feeling of Elsa holding her filling her senses. Anna took a deep breath, filling her lungs with precious air when she felt Elsa tightened her grip on Anna's coat.

"Anna?" Elsa looked up, tears still falling down her beautiful face, a smile forming on her lips. With that, Elsa pulled Anna into the best hug Anna hug she ever had. Feeling her sister's tears wet her shoulder, Anna felt her own start to fall.

"Oh Elsa." Anna said as the hug ended way too soon, but Elsa's hands never left her shoulder.

"You sacrificed yourself for me?" Elsa's hands started holding Anna's own. Anna could only stare into Elsa's blue eyes warmly.

"I love you." That's right. Anna remembered now.

Elsa is Taylor's sister.

Taylor woke up with a loud gasp, memories still flowing through her mind. Most memories remain blurry, as if someone's phone kept breaking up into static, but that didn't matter. Taylor slowly sat up, her hands digging into the cold sand. Did someone use their backpack as a pillow for her head? No, that was snow.

"Be careful, you almost hurt yourself." The voice from Taylor's memories spoke sadly. Taylor's eyes widened as they met blue ones. Sitting on the sand a foot away with her knees up to her chest, Elsa wasn't crying anymore even though her eyes were still puffy.

"Elsa?" Taylor said slowly. Saying the name made her feel warm inside.

"Yes?" Elsa stayed where she sat, her eyes beginning to fill with fear. Taylor jumped on the blonde woman and pulled her into a tight hug.

Elsa hugged back cautiously when Taylor whispered into her ear.

"I remember."

A/N

FYI this is not an Elsanna story. Don't worry, the next chapter won't be Elsa's POV on this chapter. I just needed to show the way they think earlier. I had to go and rewatch the ending to get this scene done.

The animation is still gorgeous even after all these years.

To that one guest who keeps complaining every chapter.

Stop reading if you're going go keep complaining. Plain and simple. You don't offer any valid criticism. Only complaining that you don't like Frozen 2. It's getting on my nerves.

Thank you to all of my other commenters! Especially the regular ones who have been with me in my other stories. I really appreciate you guys.
