Safe In His Arms
Doggie is fighting. I'm happy to see he's using his morpher that I made. It was when I gave it to him that he yelled for me to get out. But now…
I'm scared. For both him and me. I'm going to die if Doggie doesn't defeat Benaag.
He's defeated the Krybots. Ahh! I was just hurt by this cursed belt-thing. The pain. Come on Doggie.
Poor Doggie. He's lost everything to Benaag. His home, his people. His wife. I'm the only one who knows about Aisynia. Though he may have to the rangers by now.
What am I doing? Crying! Well, I'm going to die. I deserve to cry. Only a few seconds left before this belt-thing kills me.
Doggie's taking a beating. Whoa! What were those blasts? What's Doggie doing? Thanks Doggie. He's just deflected the blast to me so I can get out of this belt. It worked.
There are the other rangers. I hear their confusion as to who this Shadow Ranger is. They got it. I hear the cheers for Doggie coming from them.
Judgment Time. Benaag is charged with the obstruction of justice, destruction, and in the disappearance of Aisynia. Wait! Not guilty? "There are many things you do not know"? What is Benaag talking about?
Still, he's guilty on enough charges to be put away for life. Doggie puts away his sword. The other Rangers all run up to Doggie to congratulate him. Then he suddenly disappears. To me.
He picks me up and carries me. I feel safe in his arms. The Rangers run up to us. Exclamation of thank goodness I'm safe.
Doggie says softly to me "Let's go home". And I smile.
