She didn't want to do it. She really didn't. To this day, she cannot remember why she did it. What did she do exactly? She agreed to go on a date with James Potter. And the worst part about it is that she enjoyed it.

"Come' on Lily please." He was begging and using those eyes. Those gorgeous hazel eyes.
"No James I'm too busy this weekend." She was walking away but he was following her.
"Just one date Lily please I'll do anything." The boy begged.
"Anything you say." She asked curiously, "Oh I'm going to enjoy this."
He grimaced "Yeah I'll do anything."
"I'll have to contact the girls before I make any final decisions." She walked up to the Fat Lady and muttered the password 'Bunny Feet'.
"Okay I guess I'll see you tomorrow then."
With a curt nod, the girl swept up the stairs her long red hair flowing behind her.

He cannot remember why he did that. All he knows is that that one simple word changed everything for those two seventh years. All it took was one word was what amazed the boy.
FLASHBACK
It was very early in the morning probably 'bout five O'clock. Only two students were up. They were both sitting silently in front of a dying fire.
The boy sick of the silence spoke up "Lily have you, err decided what I'm going to do yet."
The girl Lily looked up at him with her piercing emerald eyes she waited a moment then she nodded eagerly.
The boy instead of answering her he merely sent her an inquiring look.
"Oh I've decided that you will buy me chocolate."
The boy was shocked "That's all?"
"Uh yeah why did you expect something else?"
Now he was surprised "O 'course I expected somthing else your Lily Evans Queen of ruining James Potter's life."
"I guess I figured I had been mean enough already."
"So the dates on for tomorrow then?" He asked.
She nodded and then bid him goodnight.
END FLASHBACK
It was raining outside. However, the Head Students did not care as they strolled through Hogsmeade. Both were silent only the sound of the rain and their light footsteps was heard. The girl was beginning to get very agitated with the silence so she said something to the boy "Knut for your thoughts James."
The boy James was startled "Oh I'm just thinking about yesterday morning when I found out that you would be going to Hogsmeade with me."
The girl gave a slight giggle and murmured "Me too well I was thinking about when you asked me out."
"Do you know how surprised I was when you said all I had to do was buy chocolate."
"I have an idea but you don't have to buy me chocolate anymore."
Again, the boy was surprised "Why don't I have to buy you chocolate."
"'Cause I'm enjoying myself."
The boy got a sly smile "So then you won't mind if I do this." He said before leaning down.
She quickly pushed him away and laughed loudly "Not that much fun. Maybe on our next date though."
The boy gave a whoop in happiness. The girl simply said, "It's amazing what one word can do."
