Tale of Two Witches

So…are you going to admit it yet?

Admit what, exactly?

That you are accepting your true self, that's what! Don't tell me you're trying to deny it!

Of course I am. I'm human and always believed I have.

Then let me ask you this: how is it possible for you to get to the monster realm without any problem at all? Why were you enrolled at Yokai Academy in the first place?

The voice faded away again. I don't know…what to think anymore…

Kasumi wakes up from her dream. That voice in her head. She is telling her all sorts of weird stuff. Is she telling the truth? She doesn't know, but once she gets to the bottom of this, she will understand why.

Later*

"Ahhh…that dream again?" Moka asks as she and Kasumi walk together like usual.

"Yeah. She was trying to tell me something important, but I have no idea what she was talking about," Kasumi replies.

"Well…I don't know what to tell you, but if you find any clues, I'm sure you'll figure it out in no time~" Moka says with a smile.

"Thanks, Moka-san," Kasumi returns the smile.

The two stop and stare at each other. It's been a while since they did that and honestly, they quite missed it since about a week ago. Moka is just so cute and beautiful. It's like there are sparkles all around her. Moka turns away shyly as she blushes while Kasumi's pony-tail wags.

"Kasumi…~"

"Moka-san…"

"Kasumi…"

"Moka-san…"

"Oh, Kasumi~!"

"Moka-san….~"

"Yoo-hoo!" A familiar cheery voice interrupts the two gazing lovingly at each other. "I'm here, Kasumi-chaaaan~!"

"Kurumu-chan, we were just in the moment!" Moka shouts.

"Too bad!" Kurumu hugs the small girl, squishing her face against the succubus's large breasts. "You can't have her ALL to your self, you know~?"

"Yes but…!" Moka starts, but is blushing, unable to finish.

"Mmmmph! Mmmm! Mmmmph!" Kasumi flails her arms wildly, trying to get free.

"Oh, Kasumi-chaaan~" Kurumu says. "You're small, but you are still just as adorable as ever!"

"Stooooop!" Moka cries.

Just then, a wave of a wand makes Kurumu let go and then it controls Moka to have her and Kurumu hug each other.

"Don't fight! Love each other~" The little witch cheers as she comes into the scene.

"Yukari/-chaaan!" Moka and Kurumu shout in unison.

"Hey…" a certain long haired purplenette hugs Kasumi from behind. "Since they are out of the way, mind if I hug you?"

"M-Mizore-chan!?" Kasumi says.

The Snow Woman takes the lollipop out of her mouth while still having an arm wrapped around her. "Poor girl. Being assaulted by that succubus and being all lovey dovey with the vampire."

"Oh shut up!" Kurumu shouts.

"At least Yukari is a Yuri shipper," Mizore continues. "Hey…you ship me and Kasumi, right…?"

"Absolutely~!" The little witch replies happily.

Kasumi blushes and just smiles. Her life at the academy may be hell, but she certainly has made some awesome friends.

Newspaper Club*

"Alright, everyone!" Nekonome says. "Summer Vacation has begun, so let's go camping~!"

"Camping!?" Everyone says in unison.

"Wait, where's Gin-sempai?" Moka asks.

"Supplementary lessons," Nekonome says. "So he has to miss out vacation. Teehee~"

"What an idiot…" Yukari comments to herself.

"So for this vacation," Nekonome continues. "We will set camp to the human world~"

"EEHHHHHH!?" Kasumi is the only one standing up while everyone else looks at her confused.

"No way! I hate humans!" Yukari whines. "They're scary!"

"C-calm down, Yukari-chan," Moka says.

"But, Sensei!" Kurumu raises her hand. "Don't we go to the human world after we graduate?"

"Don't worry~!" Nekonome says with an index finger held up. "As long as your sensei approves~"

Kasumi sweat drops. "Somehow…that doesn't sound so convincing…" she says to herself.

Outside*

The group sees the bus arrive and the door opens. Kasumi gasps at a familiar, mysterious face as he reveals himself. Wearing a blue business suit and a hat on his head. He gives a grin.

"N-no way…!" Kasumi gasps. "The bus driver!?"

He grins, looking at the small girl. "Long time, no see, young lady~"

"Uuuu…!" Kasumi whines as Moka puts a hand on her shoulder.

"Come on, Kasumi~" Moka says. "Summer Vacation awaits!"

"Y-yeah…" Kasumi nods.

The group gets on board and take a ride toward the long dark tunnel. Kasumi feels nostalgia as she goes through it. From the first day she arrived at Yokai Academy. Moka looks over at the brunette.

"Is everything alright?" She asks.

"Well…it's just that…" Kasumi looks over at Kurumu and Yukari who are bickering. Then at Mizore, who is sleeping. "It's been a long time since I was in the human world. I don't know what my Mom would think if she saw you and the others."

Moka smiles and puts a hand on top of the shy girl's. "I'm sure everything will be fine."

"What about you?" Kasumi looks up at the pinkette worriedly. She remembers the fact that Moka used to hate humans until Kasumi came into her life.

"I'll be fine as well," Moka says with a smile. "It will be tough to get used to, but as long as I'm with you, it will be okay."

"Oh, Moka~" Kasumi returns the smile.

The bus gets to the other side of the tunnel and heads farther and farther toward a beach. The girls look over in awe.

"Oh, my god!" Kurumu says. "Is he seriously taking us to the beach!?"

"Wait, we didn't bring any swimsuits!" Yukari says.

"Don't worry! I got it completely covered!" Nekonome holds out a box that contains the said swimsuits. "I got lots of them! So try on as many as you like~!"

The girls stare in awe as the bus goes to a complete stop near the edge. The beach looks empty, which means the girls can have the fun all to themselves. Kurumu rushes over to grab the box.

"Well, what are we waiting for~?" Kurumu says. "Let's have some fuuun!"

The group starts to get off the bus and head out to a nearby building where they can fully change. Kasumi changes into a cute light blue two piece bikini with a miniskirt around her waist. Moka wears a slight one-piece swimsuit with a hole that exposes her stomach. Yukari is wearing a school swimsuit. And Kurumu is wearing a golden sling bikini. And Kurumu, being Kurumu, she shows it off to the other girls, doing sexy poses. Finally, Mizore is wearing basically the same style bikini as Kasumi, except it's white with polka dots on it. The girls come out of the changing room, showing each other their swimsuits.

"Whoo!" Kurumu cheers. "Let's get this show on the road!"

"Goodness!" Moka says as she looks out into the horizon. "So this is a beach!"

Kasumi walks beside her. "Are you going to be okay with this?"

"Yes. Salt water shouldn't harm vampires, so I'll be okay," Moka replies with a smile.

"Goodie~" Kasumi returns the smile.

The girls gather around, helping each other put on sunscreen, getting some perverted giggles here and there until everyone is protected. It is then that the group rushes to the water and start having fun, splashing each other like happy water nymphs. The group then, decide to dry off and play a little with the beach ball. They toss each other the ball back and forth. They jump around, talking and laughing for nearly a couple hours. Nekonome watches the girls with a smile on her face.

After a few more hours, as they ate lunch earlier thanks to Nekonome bringing in some cooked salmon, the group goes back on the bus for the Bus Driver to take them somewhere special. Nekonome doesn't tell them though.

Yukari looks out the window to see a sign that says "No Trespassing". She knows that sign and where it leads to. She sees some sunflowers that lead up to a mountain ahead.

"Where are we going?" Kasumi asks.

"No trespassing?" Kurumu questions. "What is he thinking?"

"I know where we're going!" Yukari says.

"Huh? Where?" Moka asks.

"You'll see. I'll bet he is taking us to have a place to stay for a few days," Yukari says.

Moka and Kasumi exchange looks. The bus arrives at a very large sunflower ranch and the Bus Driver opens the doors.

"Here we are, kids~" he says with a grin.

Yukari is the first to jump out of the bus and looks around. "Goodie! It hasn't changed since the last time I was here!"

"What are you saying?" Moka asks as she helps Kasumi get off the bus.

"My big step-sister lives here~!" Yukari says with a wink.

Everyone's jaws drop at the sudden new information.

"I didn't know you had a sister!" Kurumu says.

"Me neither!" Moka says. "Why didn't you tell us?"

"Teehee! I guess it slipped my mind~" Yukari tips her hat and then turns to lead the way. "Follow the path, girls! I'll take you to her home!"

The girls follow the little witch up the hill while being surrounded by a bunch of sunflowers. It is then that in about 20 minutes, the group arrives at a large cabin with a cauldron beside it and a witch's broom next to the front door. There are also a bunch of crows flying around the top of the cabin. Yukari skips over and knocks on the door.

"Coming!" A beautiful voice calls from the other side. The door opens, revealing a very beautiful young woman with long black hair tied in partial pigtails. She is wearing a long dress that has a pink top that exposes her shoulders, maroon colored sleeves, and a long black skirt that reaches down to her ankles. She is wearing black thigh high stockings underneath the long skirt with black high heels. The woman takes a look at Yukari and brightens as soon as she sees her. "Yukari-chan!"

"Ruby-onee-chan!" Yukari happily greets back and she runs into the taller woman's arms to give her a big hug.

The young woman, Ruby, returns the tight embrace. "Oh, I missed you so much! How was school treating you?"

"It was excellent, Ruby-onee-chan!" Yukari pulls away and then gestures her hand toward her friends. "I have made good friends while I was there~"

Ruby turns to the rest of the group and smiles while bowing. "Thank you for taking care of my little step sister. My name is Ruby Tojo, a powerful witch here."

The rest of the girls introduce themselves.

"My name is Moka Akashiya. A pleasure to meet you," The pinkette bows in respect.

"My name is Kurumu Kurono~" The bluenette strikes a pose. "A pleasure~"

"I'm Mizore Shirayuki…" the long haired purplenette says. "Pleased to meet you…"

"A-and I'm…Kasumi Aoi…" The shy brunette steps forward and bows. "P-pleased…to meet you…"

Ruby gives a nod. "A pleasure to meet you all. Why don't you come on in, everyone? I got some food and drinks for you if you're hungry~"

"Yaaaay!" Yukari cheers. "Ruby-onee-chan's cooking!"

The group let themselves in and take a look around. It's pretty ordinary with some lamps, couches, a simple television in the living room and then the kitchen. There are a couple of large bedrooms, too. Kasumi walks toward the living room when she notices some picture frames on top of the fire place. She walks over and picks one of them up. One picture is of Yukari by herself with her mother, who turns out to be a witch herself. Then another is with Yukari and Ruby together with a loving father. And then, there is a third one where they are by themselves. Where are their parents now?

"Are you looking at our family photos?" Ruby asks as soon as she brought in the tea.

"Ah!" Kasumi squeaks. "S-sorry! I was just curious!"

Ruby shakes her head and steps toward one picture with the hole family together. "It's alright. I feel sad whenever I look into these pictures."

"Huh? What happened to your parents?" Kasumi asks.

"You see…" Ruby says with a sad smiles. "My…our parents were killed by a human drunk driver long ago. We were so devastated…Yukari-chan and I. Some of our people came to our home one day and asked if we could be taken to an orphanage. It was then that I volunteered to raise Yukari-chan myself. I don't need anybody raising us. So both of us lived on our own, training to use magic and raising the ranch all by ourselves."

"Oh my gosh…" Kasumi says. "I'm so sorry to hear about your parents."

"Yeah. I don't trust either one of them now…" Ruby says. "They have made fun of us when we try to fit in. All our lives was about teasing and bullying. Yukari-chan didn't do so well…until you girls were kind to her." Ruby looks up and smiles at the shy girl. "I thank you for helping Yukari-chan smile again."

"I-it's no problem at all…." Kasumi says. "I know exactly what it's like to be picked on and ridiculed. I can feel your pain."

Ruby nods and pets the shy girl, which her pony-tail wags as a reaction. "Hmmm…"

"Wh-what is it, Ruby-san?" Kasumi asks.

"Oh, no. It's nothing," Ruby says. "I thought I was feeling something different about you. I guess it was my imagination."

She turns to walk away and meets up with Yukari.

"Say, Yukari-chan," Ruby says. "Do you mind meeting me outside?"

"Oh sure! I would love to!" Yukari turns to the girls. "I'll be back!"

"See you, Yukari-chan~" Moka waves.

Ruby and Yukari step outside toward the clear night sky. They sit on the grass and look up at the stars.

"It's been a long time since we watched the stars together," Ruby says.

"Yeah," Yukari replies as she scoots closer to her older step sister. "Been a while indeed."

"After our parents remarried, we used to do this every night," Ruby says. "That is until…" She trails off, looking down at the ground.

"Well…we have each other, Ruby-onee-chan!" Yukari says. "That's all that matters!"

Ruby smiles and hugs her little step-sister. "You're right."

The two stay like this until Ruby speaks up again. "Yukari-chan…did you actually bring a human in here…?"

"Wha!?" Yukari jolts up in surprise. "Ruby-onee-chan, what makes you say that? My entire group is non-human!"

"Not quite," Ruby says. "I talked with that Aoi friend of yours. As I touched her, I sensed some aura that is a human's. I know a human's aura, Yukari-chan. I'm not lying."

"W-w-wait!" Yukari waves her arms frantically. "You're saying Kasumi is human all this time!? I've been with the ones we hate most!?"

"Correct," Ruby says. She takes out her wand that is different from Yukari's heart shaped one. "That's why I'm going to get rid of her in one spell."

"Huh!?" Yukari cannot believe what she is saying. She also cannot believe she has been with a human this whole time.

"Yukari-chan…humans are garbage," Ruby says. "They are nothing but bullies who make fun of us witches. What has she done to you throughout the school year?"

"A-all she did was offer her friendship and understanding!" Yukari tries to explain. "Again, I had no idea she was a full on human back then!"

"I'm glad I'm here then," Ruby stands up and walks toward the cabin. "I'm going to take care of it myself."

"Wait! Ruby-onee-chan!" Yukari tries to call out to her, but the older witch isn't listening.

"KASUMI AOI!" Ruby shouts for everyone to hear. She points her wand at the brunette. "You there! I know you are human!"

"WHAAAAAA!?" The rest of the girls cry in surprise.

"Wait what!?" Kurumu says. "A human!? Kasumi-chan!?"

"There's no way…" Mizore says. "She's just like the rest of us."

"Really!? Then prove it!" Ruby says. "Show me your true form right now! In fact, show me outside in case you are something extraordinary!"

Kasumi trembles in fear. Everyone has found out her secret, which means she is done for. But Moka steps in front of Kasumi.

"So what if she's human!?" The pinkette shouts. "You have no right to pick on her like that!"

"You don't understand…what Yukari-chan and I have been through!" Ruby growls, clenching her fists. "Humans killed our parents! They called us freaks! Weirdos! Monsters! That's why we lived far away from them!" Ruby points her wand again. "This human may be kind on the outside and pretends to be, but deep down, she will plan to be an evildoer. Just like the rest!"

"P-please…I don't-" Kasumi says as she takes a step forward.

"Just die, human!" Ruby swings her wand and a light arch shoots out and hits Kasumi across the room, crashing through the wall and to the other side where she is surrounded by sunflowers.

The girls come rushing to her aid.

"Kasumi-chan!" Kurumu says.

"Kasumi!" Mizore says.

"Wha…?" Kasumi slowly recovers as Yukari rushes to her aid as well. "Yukari..chan?"

"I heard from Ruby-onee-chan!" The little witch says. "Is it true that you are human!?"

Kasumi just nods and turns her head away. "Yes. I'm so sorry I deceived all of you…"

Moka rushes to Kasumi's aid and tenderly picks her up. "Kasumi! Kasumi! Are you okay!?"

"I'm fine," Kasumi replies. "I'm so sorry I lied to all of you…".

"Don't be sorry!" Yukari says. "You…you may be human, but you showed kindness! You understood my pain! You are not like all humans as I thought!" Tears fall from the little girl's eyes. "I am grateful…to be your friend…"

"Oh, Yukari-chan…" Kasumi smiles and is about to hug the little witch when a vine grabs her arm and throws her up in the air. It slams her down on the ground.

"Noooo! Kasumi!" Moka cries.

Ruby grows six black wings and flies high in the air. "You pathetic human! Trying to act all goodie two shoes! You're just like the rest! You are plotting something dangerous, I know it!" She points her wand at the plants and one of them changes into a large mouth.

It wraps its vines around Kasumi and tries to eat her. Kasumi screams and shuts her eyes tightly, bracing for the impact. But then, ice shards pierce through the mouth, making it let go of the brunette and just vanishes.

"What the!?" Ruby gasps.

Kurumu grows her own pair of wings and lashes out her talons. She flies at the same height as Ruby.

"You dare do this to Kasumi-chan!?" Kurumu growls as she tries to slash Ruby.

But the older witch waves her wand to summon a lightning ball to shock Kurumu and have her fall to the ground with a thud.

"You guys are siding with the human!?" Ruby says. "What kind of monsters are you!?"

Moka rushes to the brunette's side to untie her effortlessly and hugs her tightly. "Kasumi! Kasumi…!"

"Moka-san…" Kasumi hugs her back.

"Kasumi…let's teach her a lesson…" Moka says.

"Wha?" The brunette pulls away to see Moka looking at her with determined eyes.

"If Ruby cannot listen to us, then she will have to answer to me!" The pinkette says. "Please…Kasumi-chan…."

"Moka-sa-ACK!" Before Kasumi can do anything, she feels something slash her back and blood splatters. The brunette collapses in the pinkette's arms but not before grabbing hold of her rosary and pulling off the seal just in time. She falls unconscious shortly after.

"Kasumi-chan!" Kurumu gasps

"Oh, no! Kasumiiii!" Yukari cries.

"No way…! Kasumi!" Mizore says.

"Haha! This is what humans get!" Ruby says. "They feel the wrath of the powerful witch like me! No human shall stand in my way!"

"N-no…" Tears fall from the pinkette's eyes. "Kasumi…no…" She shuts her eyes tightly and then jerks her head back, screaming at the top of her lungs. "NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!"

A burst of pink light appears around Moka. Ruby is blinded by that light.

"What the!? What is this!?" Ruby cries.

Moka transforms into Vampire Self and bares her fangs at the older witch.

"I'm going to tear those damn wings apart for what you did to Kasumi…!" Vampire Moka growls.

"No way!" Ruby cries. "You're the Legendary S-Class Super Monster! A vampire! No matter! I'm not going to let some vampire beat me!" She waves her wand and summons a bunch of plant monsters that rise up.

"Damn, she's like Poison Ivy," Kurumu comments.

Vampire Moka hops to the roof and jumps in the air to reach Ruby. However, she kicks only a large plant monster that guards her. Vampire Moka bounces back and tries the other side. But her strong leg only hits another plant monster.

"It's no use, vampire~" Ruby chuckles. "As long as these are alive, no one can hit me!"

"Damn you!" Vampire Moka charges at Ruby straight on but vines catch her legs and then her arms to restrain her. She struggles to get free but the vines are much stronger than her. "What the hell!? Why aren't they budging!?"

"It's from my magic~" Ruby says, raising her wand. "I cast a powerful spell that has these babies act as my bodyguards. When a human tries to pass by my ranch, they will get killed on the spot~"

"Why you…!" Vampire Moka growls as she tries struggling more.

"We have to help her!" Kurumu says as she rushes in to cut the vines that restrain the silver haired beauty.

However, there are other plant monsters, so they use the vines to grab Kurumu and chuck her straight at Mizore who is trying to freeze one of them. Yukari, on the other hand, cast a spell to heal Kasumi's wounds.

Kurumu and Mizore stand side by side as they are surrounded by plant monsters left and right.

"Heh, this isn't how I want to spend my vacation," Kurumu chuckles.

"But working together to defeat these creeps~?" Mizore gives a smile.

"It's worth having you around, little Snow Bunny~" Kurumu winks.

The two jump up, dodging a bunch of vines and slice and freeze each one of them. Ruby grins, as distracting them is all part of her plan. She turns to the silver haired beauty.

"For trying to attack me and defending the human," Ruby waves her wand to summon a large slim plant with a small mouth with tiny fangs. "I'm afraid I'll have to do this to you."

The plant rushes in and bites into Vampire Moka'a neck. Her ruby red eyes widen as she can feel something draining from her body.

"Ack! Guh! Haaaah…what the hell did you do to me!?" Vampire Moka shouts.

"It's a parasite plant," Ruby answers. "It drains the blood of any human or creature. Your vampire blood shall make a fine drink for my parasite plant~!"

"N-noooo…!" For the first time in her life, Vampire Moka has never felt this vulnerable.

Yukari cannot believe what she is seeing. Vampire Moka is getting drained and then, Kurumu and Mizore are captured by the other plant monsters. Her big sister has gone mad! She is acting like a total different person. If she doesn't do something fast, then the hatred will consume Ruby and go down a very dark path.

"STOOOOOOP!!!" Yukari waves her wand and shoots out a light laser at Ruby.

"Gah!" Ruby stumbles back and turns to see the little witch pant while holding her wand with both hands. "Yukari-chan!? What are you doing!?"

"No more!" Yukari shouts at the top of her lungs. "Stop all this fighting! You're not acting like yourself!"

"Don't be ridiculous," Ruby says. She looks over at the unconscious Kasumi and then at Vampire Moka, who is twitching while her blood is being drained continuously. "These fools have sided with a human. Including you, Yukari-chan. Why must you betray me?"

"You're my big sister, but I cannot let you kill them!" Yukari steps forward, a fist on her chest and tears sting her eyes. "That's why…that's why I'm here to stop you!"

Ruby gives a cold glare. "Fine. If my own sister won't share my wishes, then I have no choice…" She waves her wand, summoning a bunch of vines, surrounding the little witch.

"EEK!" Yukari gets caught in them and raised in the air. However, she keeps hold of her wand as best she can. "Ruby-onee-chan! Noooo! Don't do it!"

"You were my beloved little sister…" Ruby says. "I loved you…"

Yukari grits her teeth and clutches her wand. The plants are about to consume her. Not on her watch. Summoning her best magic, she manages to break out of her restraints and lands on her feet.

"What!?" Ruby gasps.

"Yah!" Yukari thrusts her wand forward and shoots out flames to melt the parasite plant, or at least cut off its body in order for it to let go of Vampire Moka. She then spins around and summons a fire snake while waving her wand in circles. She then points it toward the monster plants. It consumes every single one of them, burning them to a crisp, careful not to burn the whole ranch and her friends.

Vampire Moka falls to the ground and pants heavily. Thankfully, all of her blood isn't drained, but she is now too weak to move. Kurumu and Mizore are free from the other plant monsters. Kasumi's eyes flutter open and sees that Ruby is still high in the air and Yukari is facing her.

"Yukari…chan…?" Kasumi says.

Ruby grits her teeth. "This has gone far enough!" She thrusts her wand forward and summons a large dark beam.

Yukari does the same, shooting out a white beam and the two beams collide. The little witch grits her teeth, trying to push back her big sister's attack, but the dark beam is coming closer and closer. As expected of a powerful witch. Her magic is far stronger than hers.

The magic colliding with one another is too much an it explodes, causing Yukari to fly backwards.

"Kya!" Yukari screams but feels arms catch her just in time. She turns to see who it is. "Kasumi!?"

"I'm okay…Yukari-chan," Kasumi smiles.

"Wha!? How!? I thought I killed you!" Ruby shouts.

"I healed her wounds!" Yukari says.

"What!?" Ruby shakes her head roughly. "You still side with the human!? Have you already forgotten what humans are like!?"

"I have not forgotten!" Yukari stands up and takes a few steps forward. "But you know what? Kasumi is human, yes, but did she show any harm to either of us? No! She did not! She showed me kindness and understanding! She saw me as a person instead of a freak!"

"Yukari-chan…" Ruby lowers herself until she lands on her feet and her wings disappear.

"I know you are trying to protect me and what we hold dear!" Yukari says, tears stinging her eyes. "But this has gone too far! I don't want to lose my big sister just because she is going down a dark path!"

"What are you…saying…?" Ruby asks, as her heart breaks from seeing her little sister crying.

"What she means is," Kasumi says with a soft smile and hugging Yukari for comfort. "Not all humans are bad. I am actually super shy and timid. And like I said before, I know exactly what it was like to be in your shoes. I'm so sorry about what happened to your parents, what happened to you two afterwards. So please…do this for Yukari-chan. Be the loving big sister she wants to see again. Not some vengeful witch that is out for destruction."

Ruby's eyes shake as tears fall freely from her eyes. "I….I…!" She looks at Yukari, who turns around and walks over to her big sister. "Yukari-chan…?"

The little witch gives a weak smile and lets her own tears fall. "I love you so much…Ruby-onee-chan…" She spreads out her arms as she comes closer

The dam breaks as Ruby rushes over and embraces the little witch. "Oh, Yukari-chan! I'm so sorry..! I'm sorrrryyyy…!"

Kasumi gives a soft smile as Vampire Moka fully recovers and walks beside her. So does Kurumu and Mizore. They stay silent as they watch the two witches cry together.

Next Day*

"You want me to go to Yokai Academy?" Ruby asks.

"Sure!" Yukari says. "It's a way for you to start a new life! You don't have to stay cooped up in our little home anymore! Our ranch will always stay safe as long as that sign is there. If anybody defies that sign, your plants will just scare them away. Not kill them."

"I would vote for it~" Kurumu winks.

"We could use another staff member," Mizore says.

"That would be lovely!" Moka, who has fully recovered and drank a little of Kasumi's blood, says.

Ruby looks back and forth at the group and then smiles. "I will be happy to…start a new life."

"I'm very happy for you." Kasumi says as she gives the older witch a warm smile.

Ruby returns it and Yukari hugs her big sister happily, laughing.

A/N: Whew! That was actually the longest battle scene I have written! I hope everyone likes it though! Yukari's story arc, done!

Now for my climax. I thank you guys for suggesting a couple things for a filler. The one that popped up the most is the one with the male student that dealt with child abuse and bullying from the entire school.

I will take that suggestion…except I cannot find where that chapter is in the manga. I'm kinda too lazy to search for hours anyways. XD But there WILL be someone that will take his place. You'll find out when I write the next chapter. You may be familiar with her.

Anyways, I'm so glad you liked my story so far! It means a lot to me! It keeps me going to write a chapter a day~
