"Zane?" Eleanor asked, looking at Lloyd, then at the Ice Emperor.

"Ellie, look at the staff." Lloyd told her, the two were standing at the steps of the throne. The Ice Emperor stood at the bottom of the steps as he faced them.

Eleanor looked at the Ice Emperor again, then looked at the staff. "The Scroll Of The Forbidden Spinjitzu!" She gasped. "Zane!" She ran towards the Ice Emperor, but the Blizzard Samurai blocked her.

"What … did you call me?"

"Zane!" Eleanor yelled. "That is your name! Don't you remember?"

"Step back. You are addressing the Ice Emperor." Vex told her.

"Go put your tongue on something metal!" Eleanor growled at him with a hard glare.

"We came here for you, Zane." Lloyd said, ignoring Vex and the Samurai. "We came here to bring you home."

"This … is my home."

"No! Ninjago is your home!" Eleanor exclaimed. "This freaky Realm is not your home!" She cried, moving to push against the spears that block her. "Zane! Remember who you are!"

"Nin … ja-go?"

"Think Zane." Lloyd said. "Try to remember. We were all together. We were fighting Aspheera and … and she blasted you her staff."

"Don't listen to either of them!" Vex told the Emperor. "They lie!"

"Hey! Shut up!" Eleanor snapped.

"It's the truth!" Lloyd yelled. "Zane. You have to remember something! Or … someone. My uncle - Master Wu."

"PIXAL!" Eleanor cried, pushing against the spears. "Zane, you have to remember PIXAL!" She begged.

"And Kai!" Lloyd exclaimed. "Remember Kai?"

The Emperor raises an eyebrow. "Who?"

"Kai!" Lloyd repeated Kai's name. "Remember when I was 9, and I threw his reds in with your whites and all your clothes turned pink? And you had to dress up as a pink Ninja? Remember?"

Eleanor broke into laughter. "You really did that?" She wheezed out.

The blonde looked at her. "Yeah. By orders of Master Wu." He explained. "Uncle said it was the lesson for that day."

Eleanor just laughed more.

"No." The Emperor denied, and Eleanor's laughter stopped.

"They seek to deceive you. To confuse you." Vex told the Emperor. "Let me deal with both of them, my lord."

Lloyd studies the Forbidden Scroll in the Emperor's hand. "Zane, you were holding the Scroll Of Forbidden Spinjitzu when Aspheera sent you to this realm."

"That's right!" Eleanor exclaimed, looking at him, then turned to look towards the Emperor. "Zane, the longer you hold that scroll … it, it corrupted you somehow."

"Zane, how long have you been holding that staff?" Lloyd asked.

"Many … decades."

"Decades?" Lloyd repeated in surprise. "Time must be different here."

"No Lloyd, we're in the past." Eleanor looked at him, and the blonde turns to look at her.

"The past?"

"While we've been searching for Zane. I've been able to try to study this realm." She explained. "Studying Akita's clothes, and everything else." She turns back to the Emperor. "The scroll corrupted you, Zane! It corrupted your power!"

Lloyd nods. "Yeah! Remember what Master Wu had warned us about? It's dangerous the longer you hold it. You need to put it down!"

"They seek the scepter!" Vex yelled.

"Don't listen to him, Zane! This isn't you! You're a good person! You're my friend. You have to trust me. Put it down!" Lloyd exclaimed.

Vex turns to the Emperor triumphantly. "See?! They desire it for themselves!" He turns to Lloyd and Eleanor. "Seize them!"

Two Blizzard Samurai each grab Eleanor's arm, restraining her.

"No!" Lloyd yelled, he leaps through the spears, landing on the floor. He kicks one of the warriors and back flips.

"Zane, stop this!" Eleanor cried, she then looked at one guard, then the other before she elbows both of them in the stomachs, once she was free she ran up the long steps towards the Emperor.

"Stop!" Vex stood in front of her.

Eleanor conjured a crystal and slashes him, cutting the side of his face, then kicks him in the chest, knocking him down the stairs where he tumbs down. "Zane!" She turns to the Emperor and grabs his shoulders. "Snap out of it! Please!" She begged.

"Foolish girl!" He shoves her off him, and she falls at his feet.

"You're the one being foolish!" Eleanor cried, as she got back to her feet, Vex snuck up behind her, but she spun around and kicked him in the chest, sending him back tumbling down the steps. "Zane!" She starts, turning back around to face him.

The Emperor aims his staff at her, she gasped as she stared at it.

"Zane, please." She again begs, holding her hands up to her chest. "You have to remember your friends." Suddenly Vex grabbed her from behind, turns her around and threw her down the steps.

"Eleanor!" Lloyd towards the steps as Eleanor tumbled down and landed hard on the floor, knocking her out cold. "No!" Lloyd yelled as he was grabbed and restrained.

Vex turns to the Emperor. "Behold their treachery! One moment they speak of friendship, and the next, they try to steal your scepter. Allow me to destroy them, my Lord."

"Lock them in the dungeon." Deep down in him, something was shifting as he should remember.

"But."-

"You heard me!" The Emperor slams his staff down.

Two warriors grab Eleanor and lift her up, slowly waking her. "Zane. Zane Think about your father." She said weekly.

"My … my father?" The Emperor hesitates.

"Yes." Eleanor's voice chokes as the Emperor moves down the steps. "You're father is Dr. Julian. He would want you to remember who you are."

"Quiet, Witch!" Vex back handed her in the face, she screams as her left cheek stung. "Take her away!" He turns to Lloyd, who struggled against the warriors who are holding him. "Both of them to the dungeons!"

Grimfax stood to the side, watching everything that had happened. Vex on the other hand had a very dark look on his face.

Still a some hours away, the other Ninja are walking through the snow, searching for the Land Bounty. But Krag stopped as he started to sniff and growls.

"Krag?" Cole asked. "What's wrong?"

"I think he smells something." Nya said.

Jay smells his armpits. "Like what?"

Suddenly, growling is heard behind them, they turn to see a pack of wolves. "Not these guys again!"

Krag growls , preparing to attack the Forest Wolves.

"Krag, don't!" Cole said. "There's too many."

"What do we do?" Nya asked.

"Stay calm." Jay starts, getting an idea. "Do exactly what I do." He gets into a fighting position, his friends follow. "One, two … three!"

When he shouted three, he sounded far away. They turn to see the blue Ninja running away.

The others look at each other, confused before quickly following him, the wolves start to chase after them.

"That was your whole plan!?" Kai asked once they caught up to Jay.

"Where are we even running?" Nya asked, looking around.

"There!" Cole suddenly points ahead of them. "Look!" He cheered.

"The Land Bounty!" Nya gasped when the vehicle came into view.

Krag jumps past the Ninja and pushes the broken door open. His human friends rush inside.

"Ha! Not this time, guys!" Kai laughed as he pressed the bottom for the door, but it didn't work. Panicked, he kept pressing it, but the door would not move.

Krag tries to grab the door and starts to slowly close it, Nya grabs a fire extinguisher and throws it outside.

"Zap it!" She yells at Jay.

Jay shoots a lightning bolt at the tub and it explodes, scaring the pack of wolves away. The Ninja sigh in relief.

"That won't scare them off for long." Kai said.

"Better get this tub of bolts working again!" His sister said. "Fast!"

Eleanor groans and using her arms, she slowly pushes her upper body up. She can hear Lloyd talking to someone, but she felt to weak, and she passes out again.

On a side note from a earlier chapter, I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like Harumi.
