AN: And we are back with another chapter! Sorry it took so long to upload, I got swamped from school and had an essay due. But I now have time with thanksgiving week, so yeah. So without further adieu, let's just jump into it!

Together

Over 2 years ago Momo Yaoyorozu was living the life, her family being one of the richest in all of Japan lived life carefree. She went on expensive vacations, bought the most expensive clothes, and basically had everything she ever wanted.

Well, all except for friends. Due to her family's name having so much weight behind it most people in her private school would avoid her. This left Momo with no one to really talk to.

That is until one day her father called her into his study. Walking in Momo was surprised to find Endeavor, the number two hero. And much to her surprise, a young boy that seemed about her age. He was of above average height, had two different colored eyes, and duo colored hair. "You wanted to see me father?" Asked Momo approaching his desk.

Kinshin Yaoyorozu was a powerful man, many people feared him. Even the so-called leaders knew not to mess with Kinshin and his money. Sitting behind his desk his silver colored eyes gleamed, "Yes, you are aware of Endeavor, the number two hero, yes?"

Momo nodded, "Of course, how can I not."

"Well he came here at my request so I may ask a favor of him." Explained Kinshin. "You see, your mother and I have been worrying about you lately. So we discussed it and found you a bodyguard."

"A bodyguard?" Asked Momo confused.

"Yes, we first asked Endeavor to do it but he has refused. But with good reason, he correctly deduced that if he were to guard you it will only bring further unwanted attention. So he proposed a different way." Kinshin then motioned to Endeavor.

The number two hero nodded, "Yes, I proposed that my son Shoto be your bodyguard. He is truly strong for his age and is well on his way to becoming a top 5 hero. He will serve you well."

Stepping forward Todoroki nodded, "It's nice to meet you Ms Yayoyorozu."

"Young Todoroki is your age and is more than capable of intervening if something were to happen. Your mother and I have approved of this but you have the final say." Explained Kinshin.

Momo looked at Todoroki before stepping up to him. "Is this really necessary? I can take care of myself." Said Momo, voicing her displeasure.

"While that may be true, with you waiting to be a hero we will find some comfort in knowing that you would be safe with him." Explained Kinshin. "You don't have to decide now, Endeavor has cleared Todoroki's schedule for a week. So in that time he will guard you. If you feel that he is in any way bothersome or unable to protect you, we will forget this ever happened. So what do you say Momo?"

Once again looking at Todoroki, Momo hummed, "Fine, if it would make you two feel better I'll give him a shot. He's not that bad looking, so that's a plus."

For the next few days Todoroki and Momo would go everywhere together. If Momo went to the mall, Todoroki would follow. At first the young girl didn't like it that he just stood there with a bored expression on his face, so she came up with ways to get him to open up.

Besides, she was Momo Yaoyorozu, even at her age she already had men throwing themselves at her, why would this one be any different.

But yet, Todoroki remained expressionless. This in turn irritated Momo, sitting on her desk with a mirror in front of her Momo pouted. "What the heck is up with this guy? He doesn't react to anything I do! Does he not find me appealing? Or does he swing the other way? Ugh! What do I have to do to get him talking to me!"

Changing into her nightgown Momo threw herself onto the bed and sighed. "Why am I getting so worked up over this anyway? Whatever, I have a busy day tomorrow, I better get some sleep."

It was now morning and Momo got up and showered. The cold water hit her skin waking her up, getting out she changed into some workout clothes and went into the training room. She may have been rich but she still had dreams, one of them was becoming a hero. Standing in the middle of a matted floor Momo closed her eyes, raising her hand into the air sparks then began to appear from her palm.

Soon, a metal spear appeared from her palm. This was Momo's quirk, Creation, she could create just about anything that wasn't living by using her fat lipids. It was a powerful quirk but the drawback was that in order to create something, Momo had to know the molecular structure of whatever she was making.

In this case she created a tungsten spear. Twirling it around Momo began to practice with it. Flipping in the air she hit several targets with pinpoint accuracy. She then moved on to create throwing stars, and hit targets several meters away while moving.

After an hour Momo had worked up a sweat and only had one more exercise to do, hand to hand combat. Normally she would create a dummy, but just as she was, the door to the exercise room opened up and in walked Todoroki.

Momo smiled, "Perfect, just the person for the job."

Todoroki raised an eyebrow, "What?"

Walking over to him Momo grabbed Todoroki by the arm and dragged him towards the matted floor "You're going to be my sparring partner."

Todoroki blinked a couple of times before finally processing what Momo just said, "I'm sorry but that won't happen."

"Why not?" Asked Momo. "Is it because I'm a girl?"

"No," answered Todoroki. "It's because I've been tasked to safeguard you. This would violate the terms of our agreement…"

"Yeah yeah, rules, well one of those rules is that you have to listen to me, right?" Asked Momo. Todoroki nodded, "Good, now listen up and get ready to spar. I want to see if you're any good."

Relenting Todoroki nodded and loosened his button up shirt. "Fine, but just this once."

Without signaling to start Momo threw a punch, taken by surprise Todoroki was barely able to dodge. "Nice you dodged, see if you keep up."

Throwing right and left hooks, Momo tried to punch Todoroki. Some hits landed causing Todoroki to fall back in retreat. Only able to dodge at the moment, Todoroki waited for his chance.

That came when Momo went in for a spinning kick. Just before her foot hit Todoroki, a hand grabbed her ankle. "You're pretty good, but now it's my turn."

Yanking her back to the ground Momo hit the mat hard. But as she turned around her eyes widened when Todoroki came in with a drop kick. Reacting in time, Momo rolled out of the way and kicked herself to her feet.

But as she did Todoroki came in and got in close. Throwing his fist forward Todoroki managed to hit Momo in the ribs, sending her sliding back a few feet.

Momo steadied herself as she grabbed her ribs, "Now that's what I'm talking about."

Running at each other the two couldn't help but smile as they fought. Soon the two were going blow for blow, and neither seemed to have an edge over the other.

Figuring that she needed to end this fight Momo rushed in. Todoroki did the same, the two then met in the middle but stopped before landing a hit.

With a grin on his face Todoroki noticed his fist was centimeters from hitting Momo. "Looks like I win."

Momo smirked, "Is that what you think?" Todoroki then looked down to see Momo's knee next to his groin. If she would have kept going Momo would have kicked him in the nuts. "How about we call it a draw."

Todoroki backed away, "Sounds good to me."

Relaxing Momo breathed a sigh of relief, "So what's your quirk anyway? I assume you have a fire quirk like your dad."

Todoroki nodded as he grabbed a water bottle for Momo. "That's right, but that's not the only one." With the bottle in his hand Todoroki activated his quirk and partially froze the water, forming ice cubes. "I also have an ice quirk."

Grabbing the water Momo was surprised, "Wow, that's impressive. I can use you like a refrigerator."

Todoroki let out a small chuckle, "Guess you can."

"Hey, can I ask you something?" Asked Momo. Todoroki nodded, "Why haven't you been saying anything to me? We've been going everywhere together and haven't said a word. What gives?"

Todoroki looked away, "Truthfully? I was nervous, you're so beautiful that I lost my words."

A small blush formed on Momo's face as he said that, "I-I see, well, thank you…." The atmosphere around them then turned awkward. "Well, I should go shower again. I'll see you in a bit."

With that Momo quickly left the training area, but as she ran down the halls the blush on her face began to grow. "That was the first time a guy has called me beautiful. Everyone else says cute or elegant, and he said it without wanting anything from me or my father. He said it genuinely."

The next couple of days Momo and Todoroki would spend a lot more time together, they slowly began to talk to each other more. This went on for about 6 months until the fateful day happened. It started off like any other day, Momo woke up, went to do her exercises and waited for Todoroki to help her spar.

But this time he was late, he was never late. Finishing up her training Momo began to worry, "He's never been late, could have something happened?"

However, as she thought about it the doors to the exercise room bursted open. Startled Momo turned to find Todoroki out of breath, "There you are, what took you so long?"

As she approached him her face turned to one of worry when she noticed burn marks on his arm and it dangling. "W-What happened?"

"Momo, are you safe? No one has come in here right?" asked Todoroki, ignoring his pain.

Momo nodded, "Y-Yeah I'm fine, but what's wrong you look like you were in a fight."

Todoroki grabbed his shoulder, "I'm fine." pushing himself against the wall Todoroki popped his shoulder back into place. "But I need to get you out of here."

"What, why? What's going on?" asked Momo concerned.

"I don't know, when I woke up the city had gone crazy. People were attacking each other left and right. I was staying in my father's hero agency when it too got attacked. My father sent me ahead to make sure you were safe and to make sure no one got to you." explained Todoroki. "We need to go, now."

Grabbing Momo's hand Todoroki began to pull her towards the door. The two then ran towards Momo's room, where she was given a chance to change. Standing guard outside the door Todoroki made sure no one got near her. As Momo changed, she turned on the TV in her room.

There on every news channel came reports that people were attacking each other. It then cut to a video of the downtown area, buildings were on fire, cars flipped, and people ran in every direction. "It's like the end of the world. Todoroki! Look."

Walking into the room Todoroki watched the news broadcast. "What the hell is happening…"

As the two watched the room they were in suddenly began to feel a bit warmer. "Todoroki is that you?" Asked Momo as she fanned herself.

Todoroki shook his head, "No it's not. Where is this heat coming from?"

That's when Todoroki put it together, "Get down!" Running towards Momo, he wrapped her in his arms. Once she was close Todoroki slammed his hand onto the ground and created an ice prism around them.

Just then someone came crashing down onto the Yaoyorozu estate. The entire place collapsed as a wall of fire rose up from the epicenter.

In his ice prism Todoroki focused on maintaining the ice around them, if it broke or melted they were in big trouble.

Slowly the pillar of fire dispersed, hitting the ground the ice shattered and out appeared Todoroki and Momo.

Looking around Momo was shocked to find that her home was gone, the only thing that remained was a pile of ash. "No…."

"There's no time, we need to get ready to fight." Said Todoroki, standing up.

"Fight? Who?" Asked Momo.

That's when a tall figure of a man rose up from the ashes. Turning around Momo was surprised to see Endeavor, but something was wrong. His face, for one, seemed like it lacked blood and his eyes looked dead. But it was his flames that stood out, normally they would just flare out but the temperature was low. These were different, with each step the air around the once hero sizzled.

"Father! Please stop! You don't want to do this." Pleaded Todoroki, but his father wouldn't listen. "Guess he really is gone…..Momo, create something and slow him down."

"Are you seriously going to fight him?" Asked Momo.

Todoroki nodded as ice began to form around him, "It's the only way to keep you safe."

Running at his father Todoroki threw his arm forward creating ice spikes. The spikes came out of the ground but just as they were about to hit, Endeavor flared up and melted the ice. "If ice won't do it, then what about some fire!"

Raising his other hand Todoroki launched a fireball at his father. Two the flames met in the middle but soon died off due to them burning the oxygen within them.

Seeing that it would work Todoroki charged in, the two went back and forth. Fire rained down around Momo as she focused on creating something.

With her hand sparkling Momo finished her creation, "Yes! It's done!"

Looking back up Momo noticed that Endeavor grabbed Todoroki and lifted him off the ground. Now several meters into the air the hero pulled back his flaming fist. Punching Todoroki in the face, he sent his own son crashing onto the ground. "Todoroki!"

Todoroki groaned in pain as he laid on the ground, but just as he opened his eyes a burst of fire came crashing down on him. Fortunately, Todoroki managed to create an ice shield but he had to constantly repair it or else the flames would take him.

It was now a battle of endurance, Todoroki may have been younger, but his father had much more experience under his belt. This meant that his quirk was more developed. Feeling his ice quirk slowly slowing down Todoroki knew this was it.

But just as the ice melted a loud bang was heard. That's when a foam like substance splashed over the entire area, including Endeavor. "Now!" Yelled Momo as she threw the last of a container into the air.

"Is this fire retardant? Nice thinking Momo!" Picking himself off the ground, Todoroki looked at his father. His flames were burning less intensely than before thanks to the foam. "You aren't yourself father, I promised Momo I would protect her from anyone. That includes you!"

Throwing his arm up Todoroki created a massive pillar of ice. The spike pierced the sky and before the flame hero could react it pierced his torso. Closing his fist Todoroki then expanded the ice, causing more smaller spikes to appear. These stabbed into Endeavor's body, until one finally pierced his head, killing him.

Blood trailed down the ice as Todoroki looked away. Momo walked over to him, "Todoroki?"

Wiping away what appeared to be tears, Todoroki turned to Momo, "Let's go, it's still not safe here."

Momo nodded, "Right, but what about my parents? Where are they?"

Todoroki's expression turned sad, "Gone…."

"I see…" Momo took a moment to herself. "Come then, there's nothing left for us here. We'll keep on living for the people who couldn't make it."

With that the two moved on, leaving behind the life of comfort she'd known for all of her life Momo now became a survivor. Todoroki on the other hand only knew one thing, and that was to keep Momo safe no matter what.

Present Day

Izuku processed everything Todoroki had just said, "Wow, so she was really rich huh."

"Unbelievably so, but yeah, that's our story." Said Todoroki.

"Looks like we have all been through something." Said Izuku. "For me it was a bit different, same for Uraraka, we met not that long ago."

Izuku then began to talk about how himself and Uraraka came to meet. But as he was talking Uraraka came out of the bus and walked towards the fire place. "We have a problem." Todoroki's eyes widened.

"What's wrong?" Asked Izuku.

"The girl, she's developed quirk fever, probably due to her overusing her powers. I tried giving her some fast acting symptom relief but it didn't work. If we don't lower her temperature fast she might die."

"But you said she was going to be fine!" yelled Todoroki as he stepped towards Uraraka. At that moment Izuku got in front of Uraraka. Seeing what he was doing Todoroki calmed down, "S-Sorry, my ice! We can use my ice."

"That will only give temporary relief. She needs another medicine. Unfortunately, we don't have it." Explained Uraraka.

"Awe crap, and the only place to get it is if we go there." Said Izuku.

Todoroki looked at Izuku, "What place?"

"In the next city over there's a mall. Inside there's a drug store, normally I would have picked it clean but this place is infested with the undead. I don't have the ammo for that." Said Izuku. "And even if I did, I don't know if there are any quirkers. It's dangerous, so it's not worth it."

Todoroki stood up, "It is now. Tell me where it is and I'll go."

Uraraka was surprised, "You can't, you go in there and you'll get turned before you get close."

"I have to try. Nothing is more important to me than Momo." Said Todoroki. "Please…"

Izuku sighed and pointed towards the direction of the mall. "That way, about a 3 hour walk."

"Are you seriously going during the night? The place is already crawling with them and now with no sun. You won't make it out alone." Said Uraraka, trying to convince Todoroki to rethink this.

"He won't be alone." Said Izuku, also standing up. "I'm coming with you."

Uraraka was now doubly surprised, "What!? Like hell you are!"

"I know that place better than anyone. If he wants any hope of getting out alive he'll need my help." said Izuku.

"Midoriya, you just healed from your injury. You're still not at full strength." argued Uraraka.

Izuku nodded, "I agree, but I won't do this for free."

Todoroki raised an eyebrow, "What do you want?"

"The girl's quirk, she has the power to create just about anything right?" Todoroki nodded. "If we get the medicine and once she's better, I want her to make us some stuff. Agree to that, and you'll get yourself a guide."

Todoroki thought about it, "I'll agree to that, but whether or not Momo would agree is another story. But, if she gets better I'll try to convince her."

Izuku smiled, "Good, are you okay with that Uraraka?"

Crossing her arms Uraraka didn't like it but Izuku had a point, if they could use Momo's quirk then it would benefit them. Sighing Uraraka looked at Izuku, "Fine, but be careful."

"I will," with that Izuku got his gear which consisted of his sword and sniper rifle. Uraraka stayed behind and agreed to look after Momo. Leaving behind some of his ice, Todoroki followed Izuku. It would take about three hours to get there, all the while they would be maneuvering through the zombies in almost complete darkness.

Finally arriving they stood atop a building overlooking the mall. "Here we are. That's the mall." Said Izuku looking through his scope. "Zombies are everywhere."

Todoroki narrowed his eyes, "So where is this pharmacy?"

"Right smack in the middle of the mall on the second floor. That means we are sandwiched between the bottom and top floor. If we make a noise we are fucked." Said Izuku. "Still up for it?"

"Without a doubt, I have to do this, for Momo." Said Todoroki with determination.

Flinging his sniper over his shoulder Izuku nodded, "Alright then, let's go. We can't use your ice, it will attract too much attention. There's a door on the west side of the mall, it's used for maintenance. We'll go in from there and work our way up."

Todoroki nodded, "Those zombies will be in the way. Let's take them down silently."

Agreeing, Izuku turned and walked down the building, Todoroki quickly followed. Making it down to the ground level they hid behind an overturned car and waited. One of the zombies walked by, seeing his chance Izuku pulled his sword out and sliced it's head off.

Todoroki then moved up and using two ice spikes he created, he stabbed into the sides of the monster's head.

The two slowly and silently made their way towards the west side of the mall. As they went, a trail of dead zombies laid on the street. After some close calls the two made it to the door.

Using his sword to pry open the door the two went inside. Closing the door behind him Izuku turned to find a long hallway, "Just down this hallway, it will lead us to the first floor."

Following, Todoroki noticed how awkward the atmosphere was between them. "So, are you and the brown haired girl a thing?"

Izuku stumbled, as the question took him by surprise. Turning around Izuku gave Todoroki a puzzled look, "Are you really asking that now?"

"Right, sorry. I've never been good with conversation." Explained Todoroki.

Izuku sighed, "I can tell. But if you must know, technically no we aren't a thing. Now shut up and let's get this done, I want to go back home in one piece."

With that little conversation over Izuku continued to lead. Reaching the end of the hall they found another door, this one lead to the first floor. Looking through the small window on top of the door, Izuku noticed that two zombies were standing right outside. Looking at Todoroki he put up two fingers, then pointed at him and at the door. He then did the decapitation signal. This meant Izuku was going to take one out, Todoroki was meant to get the second one.

Picking up what Izuku wanted Todoroki nodded, putting his hand on the door as he waited for a signal.

Izuku then nodded, Todoroki pushed open the door. Izuku grabbed one of the zombies and pulled it down to the ground, once on the floor Izuku pulled out his hunter's knife and stabbed it in the head.

Todoroki on the other hand simply put a hand on the zombie's back and activated his quirk. Almost instantly the zombie froze. With that out of the way the two went on. Using the darkness as their cover they miraculously made it to the second floor.

After making it past some more zombies Izuku couldn't help but notice there was a lot less than he remembered. Making it to the pharmacy the two went in. Making sure there were no zombies, Izuku jumped over the counter and looked for the medicine they needed. Unfortunately all of the shelves were picked clean, "Damn it, there's no medicine here."

"Check the backroom. Pharmacy's tend to lock up extra in a safe." Said Todoroki guarding the door.

Going into the back Izuku found the safe Todoroki was talking about. How the hell do we get in?"

Going over to Izuku, Todoroki reached out and touched the safe. Activating his quirk he began to freeze over the safe, making it weak and brittle.

The metal safe soon began to crack as ice began to cover it. Now the entire front part was coated in a thin layer of ice. "Okay, try breaking it."

Izuku looked at the ice and then at Todoroki, "I'll break my hand, are you crazy!?"

"Use the end of your rifle…." Said Todoroki.

"Oh...right." Flinging his sniper to the front Izuku grabbed it and using the butt of the gun he smashed the safe's front part.

Reaching in Izuku went through several other medicines before he found the one he needed. "Got it." Said Izuku, holding up a packet of tablets. "And there's some good stuff in here two, I'll take them just in case we need them."

Stashing it into his bag, Izuku turned to Todoroki, "Let's go. I don't like how this was easier than it was going to be. Something tells me things are not what they seem."

"Yeah, it was strange to see so little zombies. I wonder if someone cleared them out before we got here?" Thought Todoroki.

But just as they were about to leave a loud blaring alarm began to ring. Red flashing lights lit up the pharmacy, "Shit! We tripped the alarm!" Yelled Izuku as he pulled out his rifle.

That's when the loud roars and groans of zombies were heard from the first and third floor. "Let's go! We stay here, we're dead."

Just then the doors to the pharmacy exploded open as several zombies came rushing in. Izuku was quick on the trigger and fired a shot right into the brain of a zombie.

Without wasting another second Todoroki created a wave of ice spikes that came out of the floor. The spikes then stabbed into the heads of each of the zombies. "Now's our chance! Head to the third floor, we'll jump from there. Use your ice to take out the ones in the front. I'll make sure none get us from behind." Yelled Izuku.

With that out of the way Todoroki opened up a pathway outside the pharmacy. Once outside Todoroki looked over the railing to find several dozen if not hundreds of zombies running. "We got company."

Izuku fired another shot as he aimed up, "Third floor too! Forget the third floor, we need to reach the window!"

But that was near the food court on the opposite side of the mall. With no other recourse the two fought their way through the horde. Ice piercing rotting flesh as they pushed forward. Sword meeting the feeble flesh of the undead.

After putting up a wall of ice on the stairs leading up the second floor the two had much less zombies to deal with.

Jumping over destroyed shops and debris, the two now had the food court in sight. As they ran Todoroki created an ice shard and launched it at the window, shattering it.

A few steps behind Izuku smiled as they were almost home free. "Jump!"

But just as Todoroki was about to jump something wrapped around Izuku's leg. Suddenly feeling his body being yanked, Izuku hit the floor. This caused him to lose the bag of medicine.

Todoroki looked back as Izuku was being dragged away, "What the hell!?" Rushing over Todoroki froze over the piece on Izuku's leg and shattered it. But before he could even get up something came out from the darkness and smacked Todoroki across the face.

Thrown up against the wall Todoroki groaned in pain. Izuku on the other hand tried grabbing whatever he could in order to stop but nothing was working.

Reaching the end of the end of the hall Izuku's eyes widened when he saw what it was that grabbed him. "I knew there was a reason why there were so little zombies here…."

The one pulling his leg was none other than Kamui Woods, or at least what was left of him. Missing parts of his arms and legs, the once up and coming hero now had hollow eyes and blood dripping down his face. His quirk Arbor, allowed him to control his entire body that was made out of wood. Hence how he was able to reach and trap Izuku, the thing around his leg was part of Kamui Woods.

Izuku quickly raised his sword but as he slashed down Kamui threw his arm forward causing wood to shoot out of his arm, knocking the sword out of Izuku's hands.

With no other option Izuku then pulled out his sniper, "Let me go!" He yelled out as he went to pull the trigger.

But that too proved to be a bad move when out of nowhere the wood around Izuku's leg moved. Kamui had thrown him to the side, causing the gun to fall to the floor.

Crashing through the glass of a store Izuku now had glass shards over his body and blood dripping from the cuts. But his troubles were not over, even before Izuku could get up another wood vine wrapped around his waist and pulled him out of the store.

Picking him high off the floor Kamui looked at Izuku with his dead white eyes. Struggling against the wood vines, Izuku's eyes widened when Kamui began to manifest more vines. These were aimed right at Izuku, he was going to die.

The wood vines launched at Izuku, but before they could hit an ice wall appeared in front, blocking them from hitting. "Sorry, but I can't let you kill him. The girl back at base will kill me if something were to happen to him." Said Todoroki as icey mist cooled the air around him.

Throwing his arm up Todoroki created a wall of ice. The zombified Kamui Woods launched his own attack and countered the ice. This caused the wood vines around Izuku to loosen. Falling to the floor Izuku jumped back and landed beside Todoroki. "The ice isn't working. We need something else."

Todoroki clicked his tongue, "Damn it, I really hate doing this because of the smell but oh well. No choice now. Grab the medicine and get ready to run!"

Seeing that Todoroki had a plan Izuku ran and grabbed the medicine bag and ran towards the window. On the way he picked up his weapons and just as he looked down to jump. The area behind him was illuminated, feeling a blast of heat his back Izuku turned around.

Shielding his eyes, Izuku felt like the sun had just fallen in front of him. But peeking through his fingers Izuku saw a massive pillar of fire engulfing the zombified hero.

Kamui Woods was burning, his wooden body just served to ignite the flames more. He tried to fight back but fire was his weakness. "Woah, this guy's quirk is strong." Said Izuku as he watched the flames die down.

Falling in front of Todoroki was the burnt remains of the hero, but as they hit the floor the wind blew the ash away. Todoroki sighed, "To think I'd have to use it again."

"Nice work Todoroki, and you were right. Burning the bodies stink. How about we get out of here? You still got a girl to take care of." Said Izuku.

Todoroki nodded, "Right, let's go."

Back at Base

Uraraka was doing everything she could to keep Momo's temperature from rising any higher. The ice Todoroki left was helping but it seemed like it was getting worse. "She's getting worse, come on Midoriya, get back here. What's taking you guys so long?"

But before she could ponder that question Uraraka heard something outside. Turning, she grabbed her pistol. Izuku was going to have back but she expected much later. "Hey Uraraka! Are you here?" Called out Izuku.

Hearing his voice Uraraka put the gun away and rushed outside the bus. "You're back!" Stepping out, Uraraka saw Izuku covered in cuts. "What happened?"

Izuku shook his head, "I'll tell you later. How's she holding up?"

"Not good, she needs that medicine. Tell me you got it." Said Uraraka.

Reaching into his bag, Izuku pulled out the medicine and tossed it to Uraraka. "We got it and more. For now, make sure she gets it."

Nodding Uraraka rushed back in to give Momo the medicine. A few moments later Uraraka came back out, "She's taken the medicine, it will take a few hours for it to take effect. But she should be getting better soon."

"Can I stay with her?" Asked Todoroki.

Uraraka smiled, "I'd think she would like that. Just don't wake her up, she needs to rest."

With that Todoroki went inside and sat down beside Momo. Reaching out he grabbed her hand before leaning in and kissing her on the forehead. "You're going to be alright Momo."

Izuku and Uraraka watched from outside, "He loves her, doesn't he?" Asked Uraraka.

Izuku nodded, "Yup."

Uraraka smiled, "So, how did you get those cuts?"

"There was a quirker at the mall. He threw me around a couple of times. Eventually Todoroki took him down using his fire quirk." Explained Izuku.

Uraraka raised an eyebrow, "Fire? I thought he had an ice quirk."

"He does, but he also has a fire quirk. He's a dual quirk user." Said Izuku.

"Wow, that's rare. Not even the pro heroes have more than one quirk." Uraraka then turned to Izuku and gave him a scolding look. "Anyway, I told you to be careful didn't I? Even after I warned you, you still come back injured."

Izuku laughed nervously, "Well, you see. The thing is…"

But before he could finish, Uraraka put her head into his chest. Izuku was taken by surprise, "Idiot...you shouldn't take these risks. What if something major happened to you?"

"Hey…" Izuku reached down and lifted Uraraka's face by the chin. The two locked eyes, "I'm fine, really. I'm not going anywhere."

Uraraka nodded slightly as her eyes softened, "How do I know you won't go back on those words?"

Without saying a word Izuku reached out and wrapped Uraraka in a hug, "If I ever do go back on those words, that will be the day I failed you. You still remember the promise I made, right?"

Uraraka nodded as she felt Izuku's warmth, "Yeah, I remember. I'll keep my end of the promise as long as you keep yours."

"Good, now, can you patch me up, please." asked Izuku.

Uraraka broke the hug, "Feels like all I'm doing is fixing you up. Go sit down, I'll go get the med kit."

Morning

Feeling her head stinging Momo slowly began to open her eyes, with her vision blurry she looked around to find herself in an unfamiliar place. "W-Where am I?"

That's when she felt something shift, looking over to her side she noticed Todoroki sitting down on a chair with his head on the bed. "Todoroki?"

Hearing her voice made Todoroki wake up, snapping his eyes open he was met by Momo's gaze, "Momo! Oh thank goodness, the medicine worked."

"What happened? The last thing I remember is fighting off that giant zombie." said Momo.

"You developed quirk fever." explained Uraraka as herself and Izuku walked into the bus. "Lucky for you, both of these guys managed to get the medicine you needed."

Momo looked at Todoroki who nodded, confirming their story. She then looked back at Uraraka and Izuku, "Then I owe the two of you a great deal of gratitude. Without you…." But as Momo was speaking, a loud growling was heard.

Izuku and Uraraka both blinked a couple of times, "Was that, what I think it was?" Asked Izuku.

Uraraka let out a small giggle, "Yes, looks like someone is hungry."

Looking at Momo, Todoroki found her blushing out of embarrassment. "I-Im sorry about that."

"It's fine, are you feeling well enough to walk? If so, we are just finishing making some breakfast." Said Izuku.

Momo nodded, "Another thing I have to thank you for."

Slowly getting out of the bed Momo, with Todoroki's help made it towards the campfire where there was some grilled fish over the fire.

The four enjoyed their meal, and once finished Izuku got serious. "Alright, let's get down to business."

Momo nodded, "Agreed. I assume that Todoroki here promised you something in return for your help?"

Sitting up straight, Izuku pointed at Momo, "He did. He promised me you."

Momo's eyes widened, as did Todoroki's, but before either of them could say anything Uraraka punched Izuku on the arm. "Hey! Phrase that differently, you sound like a creep."

Izuku rubbed his arm, "Oww, okay okay, fine. I didn't mean it like that. He promised that you would make a few things for us. That is if you are willing."

Slightly relieved Momo cleared her throat, "Well, seeing that you helped us. It stands to reason that I should do the same. Very well, I will make whatever you want. Keep in mind that it can't be living things. And I wouldn't recommend food, I can make it, it just won't taste good."

Izuku looked at Uraraka, who nodded, "Good. We'd like some solar powered generators. From my time living here I managed to salvage up some parts but could never find a viable unit. We also want some building materials, preferably metal sheets. We can use that to build better shelter, oh and some blankets. It gets cold here."

"Those are all basic survival stuff. Is that all you need?" Asked Todoroki.

Uraraka nodded, "Yeah, we know using your quirk takes a toll on your body so we won't abuse it. Of course this would be after you recover some more. In the meantime you can stay here and recover."

"It would be nice not to be on the move every night. What do you say Todoroki, can we trust them?" Asked Momo.

Todoroki stood up and looked at Izuku, "Yes. Anyone who risks their life to save another, is worthy of trust."

Momo clapped her hands together, "Then that settles it! Let's try this again shall we, my name is Momo Yaoyorozu, and this is Shoto Todoroki. Thank you for saving me."

Izuku and Uraraka also stood up, "My name is Izuku Midoriya, and this is Ochaco Uraraka. Glad to have you two with us."
