CHAPTER START

"Parry!" A man wearing a red martial wushu uniform, striking with a fist that was glowing that radiated raw energy as Naruto who was in front of him barely had enough to deflect it with his sword's flat side. "Good." He announced with a curt nod and a small smile, "If you can block something in that short of range. There is nothing outside of it that can reach your sphere of control."

The young man sighed as he nodded at that understanding, "Right," The prince of the kingdom looked at his hands. "But…?"

The elderly man nodded knowing his student sensed his next words, "Yes, your left hand is unable to keep up attacks I sent towards you. You shouldn't be favoring your right if you are using two blades." He stated as the young man nodded, "It's not like a shield where you raise it when you sense an attack, then brace it. It's your second means of attack, and if your dominant arm is injured then the enemy will be able to notice the weakness."

It's been like this ever since the family returned from Melromarc, he has been training nonstop since the past two years. Trying to master his new Lost Weapon, Dual Swords, as best as he can with other skills he had learned as well. Thankfully he was able to adjust his kingdom's style of sword fighting with his swords, however the tricky thing is that he can't seem to fix his main mistakes. That being his dominant hand and off hand, he wasn't able to make both of them ambidextrous, not even with his old memories from his life that remember some exercises on how to do it.

"I need a teacher on this." He said to himself as Akuta walked towards him with a towel in hand, "I can't let myself keep this habit if I need to master this weapon."

"Indeed it's not like training with your fist that is a part of your body already, to add new parts and adapt them as if they were a part of you is even harder." The old man said with a nod, "Not impossible but still within the realm of possible."

"Says the old man who spent his life doing things like that." Akuta muttered under her breath at the man's smirk, she never did like anyone outside the Prince she swore to protect.

"Er-hem! I may be old, but I can hear quite clearly." The old man gruffed out with a grunt, making Akuta flinch. "Now then," The old man cleared his throat. "If you still wish to walk this path, there is a teacher I can recommend to you."

"No sir, you should go back to protecting my father." Naruto bowed as did Akuta with great reluctance. "I shall go with my mother to find a teacher, you have given me great knowledge and skill hand to hand but I must seek a sword master."

The man chuckled as he rubbed his chin, "Good you know how to find a proper master than trying to force your style and weaken it." He gave a respectful bow as he left the two as Akuta looked towards Naruto.

"Are you sure no one here would be efficient?" The bespectacled girl asked, pushing her glasses upwards. "We have no shortage of masters whether be weapons or stance training."

"Don't get me wrong. They are masters in their own right. But for my style of fighting, there's no one here that qualifies." Naruto shook his head. "We'll have to look elsewhere."

"But… where exactly?"

Naruto had the nerve to look sheepish, "That's… a work-in-progress." He chuckled nervously, walking out of the training grounds and towards the royal mansion, the young man continued, "It's not just a teacher but not many dedicated to the dual nature of swords. It's one thing to train both arms for single style but I heard there are styles that have unique ways to use both arms when armed… but-"

Akuta sighed knowing the path he was heading, "But our kingdom hasn't such techniques, very well I shall let go of my inquiries."

"Sorry…"

Akuta stopped in her tracks as she lifted her hand as if to brush the topic aside, "No, Master I…" a moment passed as she looked around, "May I speak as… a friend and not as a guardian?"

"Hm? What are you talking about? You've always been my friend." Naruto raised an eyebrow at her in confusion. "But sure, go ahead. What's on your mind?"

"While I shall walk to hell and back for you, I must give my concerns. Why make a promise with the twins? True you must be on good terms with them, but to promise that just seems… too nice of you." She said before looking at the castle walls that protected their home for centuries. "All of this must not be shared to the outside, yet… you would offer them to your allies outside without really knowing them… is simply…" Trying to find the right words Akuta trailed off slightly ashamed for also talking against her prince.

"I understand." Naruto answered, as the girl looked at him in slight surprise. "But it's the humane thing to do, isn't it? To trust?"

Akuta smiled bitterly at that word, before nodding as she whispered softly, "Hu… mane…"

"Hm? What did you say?"

"It's nothing." Akuta shook her head. "I'm sorry for speaking so candidly."

"Akuta~" Naruto whined as this was at least once a week with her. "You're fine, seriously all this for a sandwich!" He jokingly said as he walked ahead, missing Akuta's smile as he left her.

"You're… quite dense aren't you, my lord?" Was all she said before walking ahead, "It's more than that… far more than that."

LINE BREAK

The two arrived to see Kushina and Minato sparring in the living room… with chopsticks as they comically tried to steal the last steam bun in mid air. "That's mine, I made it!" Kushina said, throwing one of them to the air as it struck into the ceiling as it slowly started to fall, "Mine- Oof~!"

"Too slow." Minato winked as he was about to grab it, but Kushina grabbed him by the ankle and-

*WHAM!*

Naruto and Akuta cringed at how Kushina just slammed her husband to the floor, but what surprised them was what she did next as she swung and slammed him back and forth in a 'puny god' fashion.

"..." The two children deadpan as they watched, the two adults continued to play/train with their food. "Mom? We need to go to the kingdom by nightfall."

Kushina and Minato stopped, as both of their chopsticks caught the steam bun and looked at him. "Hm? Why dear?" The matriarch asked her son.

"The teacher thing we discuss?" He said as Akuta leaped and took the bun, and ate it before them. "There now we can go."

"MY BUN~!" Minato and Kushina cried out.

"Gah…" the teen girl coughed, "Too much spice…" She muttered rushing to the kitchen to get something to parch her throat.

Sighing at the draw the red head woman nodded, "Very well, I can at least take us halfway there." She said as Minato nodded, grabbing the baby in the room as the two left. "Naruto, how far are you in Mystic Arts?"

Naruto took a moment to remember what she talked about… Sacred, Mystic and Ancient arts were his kingdom's greatest uses of power, they use a special energy not using mana but chakra.

This energy that uses Yin and Yang, or Physical and Spiritual energies in unison, that the first emperor was able to achieve and shared to the others, even the poor. While everyone in the kingdom can use it, not many can fully utilize the powers. But the royal can even not blood related the emperor trials allows one two fully harness the powers.

Sacred is the physical aspect of the energy using their energy to create a physical form whether be elemental or a physical construct like a sword, perfect for offensive fighting and the main power that most of the citizens have.

Mystics are on the opposite side of the spectrum, using the spiritual side for illusions but also to control emotions, time and other powers that haven't been explored yet. Something that Naruto was hoping to do, as his bodyguard is pretty good in that area.

Lastly is the hardest of the three arts, Ancient where both of arts into powerful and versatile abilities. Although only certain royal members have made progress with this particular one.

Shaking his head from the reminder he shook his head at his mother, "Uh sorry, I only know the basics, I was planning to go back to them once I get better with my swords." He stated as he indeed wanted to as he remembered that all the heroes, save the Shield Hero, were all suited for fighting and if he was going to join one of them he needed to be jack of all trades while leaning towards physical traits.

The red haired queen nodded to the young man, "I understand, here's why you should take it more seriously." With a smirk and wink, the woman made three paper talismans that made a pillar of white light, "Melromarc," soon the color changed as it became a shiny amethyst that made Kushina nodded. Turning to her son she spoke, "One of our emperors before us had made a teleportation Mystic Arts."

"Whoa!" Naruto and his bodyguard to a lesser extent looked at the skill with wide eyes, although Naruto looked at the woman with confusion. "How come you didn't use it to send us to the kingdom the first time?"

Kushina smiled weakly, "It only works for people who have gone to the same location as the caster was in. Otherwise when you pass through the light you only stay here while your father and I have arrived at the kingdom."

The young nodded to the explanation as he understood the flaw in the power. He watched as Kushina walked towards it, vanishing as Hinako moved to it next as his duty to protect Naruto came first. She too vanished and for what seemed like a few moments her hand came from the portal to wave Naruto to enter it. "I hope I don't end up like that Fly movie from my old life…" he whispered softly as he stepped onto the light, as he saw for a few moments where dozens of lights before said light faded away, to reveal that he came out of the other side just fine.

"Okay, I'm still me…" He muttered to himself, and briefly looked over himself too. His sight adjusted to see Kushina and Hinako looked at him as a royal carriage was in front of them. Moving towards it the three of them entered the carriage and once inside, Kushina told the driver they were ready and the driver whipped the reins for the horses to pull.

"Lady Kushina," Hinako spoke finally as the red haired matriarch looked in her direction, "Wouldn't it be wiser to use the spell in the city?"

"It's due to the fact this isn't really precise on the location, it takes a powerful amount of magic just to have us be here at that little area. It takes much more for further and to make sure we stay on the ground then hundreds feet in the air." The red haired woman explained, "There's also the fact that besides these guys and the Queen, no one else knows that our powers can do this. I would cause some problems with the other countries."

"I see…" Hinako pondered on this, with a hand on her chin. "I suppose that makes sense…"

"Is a spell like that really something to fuss over?" Naruto asked as Kushina nodded with a serious look.

Lifting a hand up with a single finger to keep her son focused on her, "One little thing causes a war to happen my son."

"It's just a simple spell of transportation." Naruto frowned at her.

"It's much more complex than you think." Kushina counter argued. "Think about it. What do you think would happen if Melomarc's enemies were to learn of this spell? Just because we are a neutral kingdom doesn't mean that some of the problems from their enemies won't also reach us, just because of association."

Naruto looked down with a somber mood, while he was technically older in his mind and knew that in his old world war and old feuds die hard. He was not naive, just idealistic on his path on making a perpetual peace for the world. "Hmmm…"

"You must remember, my son. Every decision and/or action we do has its consequences. Whether good or bad, one way or another, the choices we make in the here and now will impact the future later. So please, do not take things so lightly." Kushina reminded her son of the grimer side of the world. "You need to remember that they are people who will never see eye to eye with you. Times will make you want to tear your hair out but you

"I… understand, mother."

"As long as you do, that's all that matters." Kushina sighed softly, before sitting back in her seat before looking out the window of her carriage. 'And I truly hope that you do. The sooner you understand the harsh reality of this world, the better off you will be.' The woman did not have a problem with such lofty goals as her son does, but she fears that it might crash down on him if he isn't prepared for the harsh outcomes of the world.

"So you think Naruto-sama will gain a capable teacher?" Hinako asked as the red haired woman gave a weary smile.

The woman crossed her arms as she answered, "To be honest, I don't think we will. There's just no one who could train him with that kind of fighting style. Twin blades aren't really used by our country, and not really by many masters here. To be a proper twin blader, one needs to have a good sense of eyesight to make up for a shield or defense."

"And the lack of proper style or ambidexterity is also another factor." Naruto said as he looked at his off hand, his left side, to remember what happened earlier.

"You have your work cut out for you, Naruto-sama." Hinako commented.

"Yeah I know…" Naruto sighed, with his arms crossed while sitting back in his seat as he thought about his current situation. A lack of a teacher, a lack of proper style and ambidexterity, and a lack of awareness was a recipe for disaster. "I can at least use one handed pretty well at this point."

"At least you can fight well, it's just more high level monsters and experienced enemies would easily figure out your weaknesses. Never forget that training can never end, the second you become stagnant you lose any progress and potential you had."

Naruto hummed in his confirmation of the suggestion as the trio smiled as the kingdom was in sight. The young man however lost it as he really hoped that he would be able to get a teacher for his fighting potential.

IN THE CASTLE

XXXXXXXXXXX

The young man was sitting in a large waiting room with his bodyguard simply balancing a sharp knife on her finger tip, "You should be careful." Naruto mused knowing that his friend was rather adventurous and has a lack of care for her-

"Naruto~!"

Hinako sighed as she flipped the knife to catch it, "Oh great the red princess is here." The young woman wearily said as she saw Malty tackled-hug Naruto as her sister waved to the bodyguard.

"H-Hello everyone," Melty started as she let out a breath of slight annoyance from her sister's actions. "I didn't know you guys were here." The young woman said as the two members of the neutral kingdom looked at the blue clad princess. "Unless it's not a social visit?"

Malty pouted at the suggestion, "So you came to talk to Mama but not us? Boo~!" She huffed as Naruto weakly chuckled. She let go and took a seat across the two, "Soo~? What's up, I'm guessing whatever got you away from home must be pretty big to get mama involved."

Naruto's eyes turn to Hinako who shrugged her shoulders, knowing she had no real say on what she can and can't tell Naruto to do. So he took a chance, "Well it goes like this," For almost an hour Naruto explains to them his reasons for visiting as the girls listen intently. "And my mother says there's a possible teacher that she feels confident to help, but she isn't confident that he will teach me."

Melty took a moment to think, "I haven't heard any master swordsman, much less twin swordsman." The more polite girl took a moment to remember anything that can register to what her friend said.

"Yeah ditto… unless… where's mama and your mother?" The crown princess asked, standing up, looking around before moving ahead. "Follow me!" The other didn't ask why as the three followed her and walked past the guards and towards the door where Malty took out a small letter opener of a knife, and slightly wedged it to unlock the door softly. She moved her hand to make the others come closer.

"Since when can you do that?" Naruto and Melty raised an eyebrow at that sneaky skill.

"Shh…!" Malty hissed at them. "Quiet. I can hear Mama and your mother talking." As the red haired princess hushed them the others went silent to watch what she saw.

The group all looked as Kushina took a cup of tea into her hands, "Are you certain that there's no one that could teach my son?"

Mirellia sighed as her friend placed the cup into the saucer, "No, even if taking in the factor of just single sword masters and not twin swords masters or even twin anything masters...there is none in my kingdom." She regretfully said as she felt like she failed her long time friend in helping her son. "Well… there is still him…"

Now the red haired woman looked embarrassed at that thought, "I really hope...like seriously hoped that we didn't have to bring him in." She said as she leaned back on her seat, crossing her arms at the idea. "We haven't seen him when we were out and about before we returned back to our kingdoms to do our duties as royalty… What happened to that cranky old man?

Mirellia stared at her friend with the most neutral look on her face, "Do you really want to know?"

"...part of me wants to leave him be." Kushina muttered looking at the ceiling as if it held her answers. "He left after that… incident happened, all I remember hearing he got hitched and moved here. That's when I went back and met Minato when he was still a warrior monk…"

"I see." Mirellia sighed as she sipped her tea, "Well… you and I both know that he's not going to train him."

"Well not true, he trained me before we all split up." Kushina said, looking at her left hand as it shook softly, "I may not be able to hold a sword properly anymore, I can still use his style pretty well…"

The queen of the kingdom looked shocked, "So it's true, you fought against-" She stopped as Kushina lifted a hand…watching her eyes become narrow slits as she made her pupil rapidly point to the door.

"Do not… speak… another word…" Kushina frowned at her.

*CRASH!*

The red haired woman looked around to see nothing, "Sorry, felt someone was watching…" She let out a soft chuckle, not realizing above her was Naruto and Hinako above her using the length of their bodies to hold themselves over her, with the princesses on their backs. Returning back to the room with the door slightly ajar, the two slowly walk down to make sure the red headed mother didn't scare them again.

"Holy crap, that was too close…" Naruto gulped, his heart still beating rapidly.

"Good call on… walking up as she started to slow down." His bodyguard also pant from the fear of being caught.

"Still… did you really hear what they just said?" Malty questioned them. "They're not even going to bother finding a teacher for you."

Hinako's eyes rolled, "You idiot, it's because they can't no one around here can teach Naruto to use two weapons."

"But what did they mean about that cranky old man?" Naruto pondered. "Any idea who it might be?"

"It could be anyone. They were pretty vague about him." Hinako sighed softly, shaking her head.

"Wait… listen…" Melty said as the three leaned in close.

There Kushina spoke, "So can we at least try to ask?" The mother of Naruto asked as the fellow Queen sighed. "At the very least it's a chance, even a little chance we got to try."

"Alright, tomorrow." The Queen finally relented, "But it's no use, I can't force him to do it or else we might be on bad terms." She declared, sighing that the man often helps her with choices that only someone like him can offer advice. "Well it's going to be short, it's at least a two hour ride to get there. It's slightly south of the gate and near the forest of Filianore." The Queen said as- "Ohh… the door is open?"

Kushina slammed her palm against her forehead, "My bad, let's close it. We shouldn't talk about it without making sure the doors are closed."

XXXXX

"We're going to die… you all know this right?" Hinako deadpan as the three all walked… with her tied up to prevent Kushina from telling them their plans. "And you can let me go, I promise Naruto-sama I wouldn't tell."

"We're not taking any chances." Malty refuted.

"Trust us, it's better this way." Melty agreed.

Naruto gave a weak apologetic smile, "Sorry, I kinda agree. I mean you do things for my safety… lying can be one of them." He said as Hinako smiled kindly.

"Agreed… and damn you know me too well now." She chuckled before being placed inside the carriage, after learning where the location was the red princess forced them to head there. By stealing one of the royal carriages to 'go see flowers'.

"So are we really going to that place near the Forest of Fillamore?" Melty inquired, "Isn't that filled with poisonous plants and creatures?"

"Well, I did say we're going to see flowers." Malty smiled wryly.

"I didn't think it would be that kind." Melty gave a dry look to her twin.

As the two talk Naruto and Hinako sat up front as they started the carriage, "So… you know any-"

"I practice my anti-venom spells, have no worries." The young girl said as she cracked her neck, "But again I do believe we should go with Kushina, it might be better if we have her to talk to the man to ask for training. It seems that they have a history with each other."

"Yeah, but from the sound of it, I don't think it's a good history." Naruto's face soured at the notion. If it was that bad, imagine how he would react if Naruto reveals himself to be Kushina's son. There's no telling what he could do.

"I thought you believed in people's goodness?" She said as they soon left the kingdom, "That your ideal world calls for believing that people can lend a hand no matter what?"

Naruto nodded and… he still does, "I do. Though I never said it was going to be easy achieving that ideal world. I have to work hard and earn it."

The girl sighed before shifting around her seat, "Alright take a left here." She said as Naruto looked at her confused, as she smiled before speaking. "While I do not agree with this… Uhh course of action, it will be smarter to take you there as fast as possible and return just as fast. I've been here before, give or take a few years…"

"You never told me about that." Naruto looked at his friend, a bodyguard, slightly bewildered.

"That's because you never asked." Hinako quipped back.

"...Touche. But… you're only-"

Thud!

"Oh god I think you hit a dog!" Hinako uncharacteristically shouted as she saw Naruto turn to see what he hit and missed her smirk. However, Naruto's face turned into one of pure befuddlement as he saw nothing.

"That was a log!" Naruto shouted as he glared at the girl, "Not cool, you scared me again!"

Hinako fought the urge to giggle, but then it turned into a laugh, "Hahahahahaha! I'm sorry, I couldn't help myself!"

"Oh yeah, sure, laugh it up." Naruto pouted, crossing his arms. "One of these days, I'm gonna prank you back and we'll see who's laughing then."

The young woman looked to the side as she frowned, she didn't like it…but she was glad to have tricked Naruto to drop his inquiry. She sat as the young leader of the group moved towards their target location.

TWO HOURS LATER

XXXXXXXXXX

"Head back to Kushina…" Hinako gently caresses the horses that got them here, before snapping the reins as they dashed back towards the kingdom they left. Turning she saw the forest that was dense beyond most ones she ever saw or visited before becoming a bodyguard. "Hmm, it seems that someone has been playing around with their growth."

Despite saying this out loud Naruto seemed to not care as he moved towards it, stabbing one of his dual blades against the bark of one of the trees. He frowned as only the very tip of the blade put a tiny hole in its trunk. "They're very strong trees at that." He commented offhandedly, he pulled his blade out before watching the stab mark he gave the tree slowly closed up. "Hmph…"

"Someone used nature magic to make it recover?" Melty asked as she and Malty looked behind Naruto at the sight, "While I adore Nature what's the point?"

The red haired girl looked in a thoughtful manner, "Maybe to sell off wood infinitely?"

Naruto chuckled as he placed his sword on his back, "Well we can ask if the person is in there. But first, I need to make sure if it's okay to even walk in that place…" In his left hand was a small glow as a white ethereal flame appeared, "Mystic Arts: Wayfarer Flame…" Naruto mumbled as the twins looked in awe as they saw Naruto allow the fire to leave his hands and walked towards it when it hovered into the forest.

"What is that?" The red haired princess asked Hinako who smirked.

The young woman urged to walk in front of her as she spoke, "It's a simple yet effective power Naruto made during his teachings before meeting you. The flame is his future, or will take him to his future goal that he needs to find." She started as Melty looked behind to see Hinako's proud smile. "Or to put in layman's terms, the flame is his compass that will lead him to whatever he desires."

"Ahh, but wait, couldn't he have done that instead of peeking into our mothers secret tryst?" Malty asked as both girls looked at her oddly. "What? Something I said?"

"First off, yes, and second, tryst is… uhh something for…" Hinako tried to explain but tried not to, due to her young lord hearing it. "Just uhh, never say it in public…wait where did you hear it-"

"Mom's novels."

"Of course…" Hinako deadpanned on knowing why Malty knew a word like that, sighing as she hoped to forget it in the next few hours. "But it doesn't operate on vague ideas, like this. Say you have the power like this? And you wanted your goal to be immortality… how will it show it? Ingredients, a person, a place or even something that you can't even deduce?"

"That's uh… well…" Malty pondered, but no answer came.

"Not possible, but say that the likeliest goal is a person…but who will be the person? An alchemist, a priest, maybe a villain? Unless you have more information on the goal that can be accurate enough for the spell to find them, you cannot actually use it. We tried many times but the flames would just sputter out or lead us in circles."

"Well, when you put it that way…"

"That's the only way I could explain its power." Hianko responded dryly. "Although, despite it trying to help Naruto's goal it does have a few flaws barring the ones I just explained."

The blue haired princess seemed interested in the idea, "So it's not really perfect?"

Hinako gave a small smirk, "Has anything been proven otherwise? Nature, time, and even humans are not perfect… even magic has its flaws, this one being a new spell will have many. Hopefully we can pass it down to make a better version or learn everything but- oof!" The white robed girl coughed when she bumped into the blue haired girl. "Mind moving ahead?"

She shook her head as Naruto had his right hand up as two fingers were out, the sign for him to have his bodyguard come up. The girl moved quietly in case any animals were the reason for the sudden halt, "What is it?" She looked to see the flame hovering, growing strong as it was first conjured. "Has the flame stopped?"

Naruto shook his head before pointing to a few yards in the direction they were heading, "I thought I saw something red," he said as the girl's eyes narrowed and scanned the area.

Before shaking her head at the suggestion, "All I see is green." Melty pointed out, as she looked around as well. "Wait…" she said before something shifted, for a moment she was about to draw out her weapon…before smiling. "Worry not." She stated walking forward to jump on something…before she moved toward them with a red-

"Eeeeeei! What is that?" Malty clung onto her sister when watching Hinako feet was on top of a alligator!

The young woman merely laughed sweetly, "Relax it's a venomous red gator, these guys are so lazy they use poison on their skin when other predators attack them and die. And just take their time to eat the carcass. So unless you lick them or get their poison on an open cut, they don't do anything. But if you do this…" she said moving to her pocket to pull out a small piece of dried meat, she went low as she gestured the food to the animal. "Hey, see this?"

"?" It looked up before huffing, as if saying yes was too much of a bother for it.

"You want it?"

The creature huffed again.

A small smirk came to her face, "Ok, have you seen other people besides us around here? If so, turn to the direction of where they live."

"What is she saying?" Malty whispered to Naruto as he shrug watching his bodyguard whisper to the creature.

In all his time knowing her, she always seems to hold a special connection to animals, he might say she can possibly chat with one…but even then that's ridiculous. Watching the girl sit up, and the animal turn to the right, she looks back at them, "We're going over here."

The group watched as she flung the food over her shoulder which landed perfectly in the animal's jaw. Before it merely spread its body out and began to nap, "Follow me." She said as the group indeed followed her and the flame that soon also kept with her pace.

"I guess it does come in handy to some extent." Melty commented as they traversed through the forest.

They went on not realizing someone was following them… standing behind with the red gator as the person brandished a red color sword. And twirled it around. A corner of the figure's lips curled into a grin that showed a hint of maliciousness. They had found their next target.

"The Winged One was right, the Dual Hero is here…" He muttered before taking a seat next to the gator who just looked at the man…before quickly moving away from him in fear. "Nightfall…nightfall~" The man sang eerily as the time went by for the plan to commence.

XXXXX

"Well dye my hair blue and call me sis." Malty mumbled as they saw a large mansion, it was made of peerless white and materials that did not belong at all to the forest. "Someone does live here." Walking towards it with the others the group of children walked forward as they reached the door. "Alright let's-"

"Hold on." Naruto said moving towards the girl when her hand was about to knock on the door. "Let me…" He started when he grabbed a large knocker in the shape of a cross, loudly slamming it to the wooden door Naruto shouted loudly. "HELLO!? IS ANYONE THERE!?"

"It seems not." Hinako deadpan as they stood for a bit for nothing to happen. "Perhaps it is best to leave?"

The twins signed at the attempt to only fail, Malty grip her hair as she wanted to tear it out, "Of all the days for him not to be here this was the day?! Where could this… chive be in this goddamn forest?"

"Sister, language!" Melty comically looked around if there was someone that could hear them.

"And why not? It's obvious there's no one here and-"

They stopped when they noticed a large shadow over took their sunlight to peer up to see a scary man before them…

He was a very tall man who looked to be six or possibly seven feet tall. He was very muscular for someone who looked to be in his possible late 50's or early 60's. He had grey hair that fell to his neck, along with a beard that left his chin bare and a mustache that connected to said beard. He wore a tattered red pirate's coat with its texture looking scaly with white large lapels that were folded. He had a gold sash and brown belt wrapped around his waist held together by his gold buckle. And he wore black leather pants and brown boots to finish his look.

"What are children doing here?" He said with an amused smirk on his face, before he noticed the twins more closely and his smirk became a dark look. "Royalty…"

The girls felt a bit worried by that tone until Naruto stood forward with confidence, "Are you a master of twin blades?"

THe man looked at the blonde with a careful eye, before nodding, "I am…" He sternly said before looking at the sky which the clouds started to darken. "Before we speak more let us enter my home, unless walking back to your homes is better?" He asked with a direct tone as the others looked embarrassed and agreed as the man opened the door.

"ISABELLA!" He shouted with the power of an explosive gun. "WE HAVE GUESTS!"

"Oww!" Malty shouted trying to clean her ear from the ringing that was bouncing back and forth "The guy has a set of pipes…"

"Yeah…" Hinako and Melty agreed with some slight whimpering at the after effect as well.

However Naruto did not care as he saw the house, it was just as majestic as it was outside. It was almost like how the castle was, the unique architecture was that of nobility and power. It had two stories. Looking at the main staircase in the middle of the large room was a girl who was a bit older than the group of children that arrived in the mansion.

She wore an extravagant lavender colored dress that exposed her shoulders and neck in a lovely manner. Her neck was adored with a golden necklace that had a large ruby in it. Her hair was also silvery grey much like the man's, but was neatly brushed. It was short which curved to the shape of her face with the left side draping to her the bottom of her neck. Her eyes were sharp yet had a sense of maturity in them and her lips were red to accentuate said maturity.

"Oh? What have we here?"

The man crossed his arms in slight annoyance, "Isabella you will address yourself first before asking them for theirs." He reminded the girl who bowed her head respectfully, walking down the stairs as she spoke.

"I am named Isabella Valentine, I am the heiress to the family." As each word she gave held a sound that made Naruto hang on from every word she said. "It is an honor to meet you all, might I learn your names?" As the twins introduced themselves Naruto watched as the man stood to the side as he watched them carefully. "And yours?" The woman moved to the young man as he looked back at the adult who raised an eyebrow.

"My name is Uzu- I mean Naruto Uzumaki." He said with his hope of asking the man before he learned his name was now gone.

"Uzumaki?" Isabella's eyes widen at the name, her face slightly warm up as Naruto turns to see her father move towards him. "Is he the one that mother told me to…?'

The man moved to Naruto, "Are you related to a woman named Kushina?" He muttered as the young man said 'yes', causing the man to give a gruff noise. Whether it was a laugh or something from annoyance, Naruto could not tell. The only man only stroked his beard, "I shall allow you and the princesses to take lodge here, no doubt that she-beast shall be here on the morrow."

"Hey-" Naruto started but Hinako grabbed his hand making him turn to her shaking her head.

The man noticed their reactions before chuckling, "You are a good son, but paid no mind she is okay with my nickname for her. Still, why are you even here without a proper escort?"

Naruto turned back to the man, staring at him, before he bowed deeply, "I want you to become my teacher!"

"Lord Naruto!" Hinako cried out.

However he continued on, "I heard that mother said you were a master when it comes to using dual-"

"No, I will never teach another student again." The man declared as he walked to the stairs, "I, Cervantes, will never teach a student who will abuse my style for power. Isabella takes them to their rooms and gets them ready for dinner… tomorrow we shall expect more guests so get the dresses and suits out for them as well." With that he went to the second floor before looking at Naruto once more, and shook his head in disappointment. "I apologize but I cannot help you now or ever…"

The blonde teen looked defeated before remembering the conversation his mother said…he knew that is what she meant that they are people who will not help or accept his words.

But he will change the man's mind…he will or die trying!

*CRASH!*

"KYA!" Malty jumped onto Naruto as lightning outside crashed making her jump from fright.

"That wasn't ominous…" Hinako deadpan as she followed the Isabella girl to dress up for the evening. It's not like they were in danger and can afford the meal and free room. As they teens moved to prepare the dinner that awaited them, none the wiser that the next event of their lives will change them forever.
