CHAPTER START~!
The girls had been watching Naruto clean his Hidden Blade parts for the past hour, "Hmm...I think it's good enough." He said, then set about quickly reassembling the machine. The girls were shocked at the fact that the process only took about two seconds. Flicking the blade out and back in again, he nodded, "Yep, seems good."
"Naruto… that was…" Melanie got out.
"What?" Naruto looked at them. "I'm just cleaning my blades." He shrugged, while he might not remember his old life as his Remnant self, the muscles remember every step when cleaning and assembling it. "So dad told me that our team is the lead in getting the new room." He said as the girl high fived each other. "Therefore… I wanted to celebrate, let's go the city and get some food."
"Oh? Taking us out on a date?" Melanie smiled wryly. "You shouldn't have."
"H-Hey, I'm just being nice." The blonde blushed.
"So? You're still taking us out." The white dressed girl said.
"S-Sis is r-right." The red dressed twin smiled sweetly.
"Really?" Naminé asked, "Big sis Larxene told me not to go to dates...but she did give advice, all she said was go for the neck and don't stop until the body goes limp."
That moment the three teens were slightly horrified at the info, "You're sis sounds scary."
"Is she?" Naminé tilted her head cutely.
"She basically told you to kill." The twins answer in unison holding each other in fright.
"Huh...that explains why my brothers told me not listen to her…" The blonde girl said aloud.
"You just realized that now?!" Naruto and the twins cried out comically.
"Eep!" The girl coward in fear as she turn small from the loud voices. "S-Sorry~" She cried out.
"No, nonono, don't cry~" The twins said feeling guilty for their actions.
"I'm fine." The blonde girl said as Naruto pat her head.
"C'mon let's go."
LINE BREAK
The team walked down the street as they look around the city, "So what do you girls feel like eating?"
"Maybe some sweets?" Melanie thought.
"Or have some coffee." Miltia suggested.
"I would like a sandwich…" The young blonde female said as she readjust her black jacket.
"Okay, okay, hold on." Naruto said, looking around before noticing a building. "How about we go to that cafe?"
"That one!" The girls pointed to three different buildings. "No that one~!"
"Just pick." Melanie deadpanned.
"Look let's go to…" Naruto looked at the one Naminé pointed, "To that one."
"Boo~" The twins pouted at him. And so the four of them went over to the said cafe and when they did, they were greeted by a couple of maids.
"Hello~!"
"I blame you." Naruto deadpanned a blushing Naminé.
"I-I always wanted to visit one from what Saix and Xigbar always said…" She blushed darkly.
"Dare I ask what?" Naruto's eye twitched.
"N-No…" she squeak as the they were lead to a booth.
"What is your order master?" The girl beamed at Naruto.
"M-Master?" Naminé squealed with a heavy blush.
"I think she's trying to get a big tip." Melanie sighed.
"I'll just have coffee…" Naruto sighed as well.
"Dark chocolate cake for me with a c-caramel latte!" Miltia added.
"T-The…" Naminé blushed at the name before speaking up once more. "Lovey made sandwich with extra eggs!"
"Two orders of steak burgers, three large milkshakes, and some muffins if you have any." Melanie order as the maid eye twitch at the girl's rudeness.
"R-Right away milady." She said walking away.
"My god you three, what is up with you today?" Naruto asked exasperated.
"What?" They asked.
"Well Militia is fine, but Naminé are you some kinda of otaku or something? And why are you angry at the waitress Melanie?" he asked as Militia stuck at her tongue at her sister who glared at her.
"Well...I wanted to come here for the experience." The blonde girl shyly said.
"I just hate places like this, me and sis almost have to work at this degrading places." Melanie growled leaning into her seat.
"Well that I can understand, Melanie." Naruto sighed, before looking to Naminé, "I don't know about you though."
"My… family is very poor…" Naminé sighed sadly. "In fact… this bootcamp is the only way to have my chance to be a Huntress. We can't afford such money so we have to pass the test for any school to get a free scholarship. I don't really have a weapon save for my brothers and sisters hand-me-downs."
"Naminé …" Naruto muttered.
"We know how that feels, my- our parents don't fund us." The twins said as the red dress girl sigh, "So we work at the bar for many years until Naruto gave us this chance."
"Yeah, but hey, Naruto is treating you. So eat as much as you want~!" Melanie smirked as the boy chuckled but nod.
"Just...go easy."
"Here you go! Your order is served!" The maid said, presenting them their food.
"And for you milady." the girl leaned closely as the blonde Huntress blushed. "I made with my love~" She said as the blonde's hair suddenly stood up as lightning started to discharge around her.
"T-T-Thank you!"
"Naminé, calm down." Naruto sweat dropped.
"Lightning?" Militia said touching Naminé only to be shock, "Owwie~" She cried before sucking on the finger.
"Well, I'm digging in!" Melanie said, before starting to wolf down the food.
"Hehhhhhh… this is a weird way to celebrate." Naruto sighed as he sipped his coffee. "PFFFFFFFFFFFFT! What the hell is this?!"
The three girls blinked comically as they were covered in coffee (thankfully their aura's prevented the burning sensation), "...Not good?" they asked together blankly.
"The flavor is sucks… and too much beans then water...ugh…" He pouted, while he wasn't a coffee drinker in his old life he still drank it when he needed it. "Uhh...sorry." He said after looking at the girl's drying their clothes off.
"It's fine." Naminé said.
"I have to admit it would taste better, cafe's in Atlas must always pass a coffee test before they can set up." Melanie said as she sigh. "Amateurs all over here, I can't find one good coffee anywhere."
Naruto smiled looking down as his coffee before… suddenly…
Flashback
"Hey~" A young girl wearing white robes was in front of him. "You should really drink something Naruto. Mom will kill me if you were sleeping on the job."
Naruto shook his head as he nodded, "Sorry, I'll brew some coffee up…"
Flashback end
The blonde eyes realized that the girl's were talking as he saw their plates were clean, "Wha… what just happen?" He whispered to himself wondering why he saw that image.
"Naruto, are you okay?" Naminé asked after noticing Naruto was looking at them.
"You kinda spaced out." Melanie said.
"Did I?" Naruto asked.
"Yeah...yawn...oh dear I think I still have some sleep in me." Milita said with a pout.
Naruto noticed the coffee he had and smiled, "Sir can I use your coffee here?" He asked the owner who was old man with greying hair and wore butler uniform.
"Hmm? What for?"
The blonde took off his top portion of his robe to smile confidently, "To teach you how to brew real coffee!"
In few minutes the group was in the kitchen as Naruto was slowly making coffee…
"This is so boring…" The white dress girl complained.
"Patience is a virtue, Naminé." Naruto said.
"Unfortunately, it's growing thin." Naminé slightly deadpanned.
"Well too bad."
"Don't say that so casually!"
"Your hair is still up." Milita pointed out and up with her finger at Naminé's lightning charged hair.
"I just finished please stop." Naruto sighed, presenting a cup to everyone. "Here try this. This is way better than the coffee I drank."
The twins and Namine all looked at each other before they each took a cup and a sip.
"!"

"!"
"Well?" Naruto asked.
"I never tasted such delicious coffee…" Melanie said sweetly looking down at the cup with fondness.
"The acidity… the richness of the roasted beans…" Miltia moaned almost sensually.
"And there's no bitterness…" Naminé said softly slowly enjoying the moment.
"Thank you." Naruto smiled bashfully. "Heh…" He looked down slight with his smile never leaving. 'I guess the old Naruto loved enjoying coffee…' He thought while grabbing his own cup and…
PFFFFFFFFFT~!
"What the hell?! This still tastes like crap!"
"..."
The blonde noticed that the girls were giving him deadpan looks as they were covered in coffee yet again. "...We noticed…"
"O-Oops…" He laughed sheepishly.
LINE BREAK
The team entered their room (after using Naruto as a battering ram) as the girls smiled, "So what do you think its this week's test?" The blonde haired girl said taking off her jacket to move around freely.
"Dad didn't say." The boy said as he rubbed his head that had a comical bump.
"Always the mysterious one that guy." Melanie sighed.
"You know he's always gonna pull a fast one on anyone." Miltia added.
"Yeah but he's a cool guy." Naruto smiled, "Old man does act sometimes like a kid when he wants too."
"That reminds me," Naminé started, "That video of you fighting Grimm in that castle was so cool, when did you do that?"
"Grimm?" Naruto echoed remembering his battle was against bandits.
"Yeah although it was weird since when they surrounded you the test says you pass." The twins said as they put on make on their sister's face.
"Wait, run that by me again?" Naruto the boy said as the twins took out a scroll and show a video of Naruto doing the same thing he did yesterday...but instead of the bandits it was Grimm!
"But...but that wasn't…" He said as the video turn to black and he was standing on a hill of defeated Grimm. "What the hell…?"
"Naruto? What's wrong?" Naminé asked.
"I only fought against human's, not Grimm and I was almost hanged when they surrounded me." The blonde announced shocking his temporary team.
"Wait humans?" Melanie asked shocked.
"But you were fighting Grimm." Miltia said.
"H-Huh?" Now Naruto was really confused.
"This isn't a joke, we were all there in the stadium watching from the live feed of your memories. There were no other people, maybe you're having a allergic reaction to the coffee?" Namine said placing a hand on his forehead.
"No, I'm not." Naruto shook his head. "Maybe I'm just seeing things."
"It's fine." The twins said before taking a sit on Naruto's recliner.
"Oi, not my chair!"
"Sorry but it's taken~!" They said playfully.
"You have beds!" He roared as he grabbed the chair and shook them off of it. "This is refined Grimm Leather!"
"Awwwww…" They pouted.
"Don't give me that look! It's not gonna work on me!"
"You have an odd liking to that chair." Naminé giggled as she watched Naruto spray it with some kind of polisher.
"It's Grimm quality at its finest!"
"Poor bastards." The twins said taking out teacups. "Why buy that? Aren't they like cheap and attract Grimm?"
"That's what the polisher is for!"
"Oh some kind of resist to the attraction?" The red dress twin said while eating a chocolate covered cookie.
"No...it just makes it shine!" Naruto said showing his chair now sparkling like a gem. The twins and Naminé could only sweat drop at Naruto's rather eccentric attitude.
"Why?"
"To be honest, I like the smell of the chair. I don't know why…" Naruto said as he remember that in a odd store that some lady had this low price for it, knowing it was cheap and nice to sit on was enough for Naruto to get but it was also odd calming feeling to it.
"You… like the smell of it?" Melanie raised an eyebrow.
"What is wrong with you?" Miltia asked, feeling a bit disturbed.
"It smells like bad wet dog." Namine stated, "At least with the spray it has a nice smell."
"It makes it more authentic with the smell!" Naruto said.
"I-"
Whatever the girl's were going to say was stopped as Ozpin enter the room...with Glynda as they fall down. "You're weren't kidding about that stubborn door." The grey haired man said as he picked himself up.
"Huh? Oh, hey dad." Naruto blinked.
"Hello son, the next test is coming and we're trying to reach you but that door was rather thick because we spent ten minutes trying to yell at it." The tea drinking man said with a nod.
"Oh… my bad." Naruto said sheepishly. "I… soundproof the door."
"Why?" The blonde woman said as she saw Naruto and the girl's getting their gear ready.
"Nothing! I'll see you later! C'mon girls!" He said before running off.
"Wait!" Ozpin started and tried to open the door...but… "We really need to replace this door."
LINE BREAK
Naruto and his team were waiting at the training classroom as Glynda and Ozpin appeared, both comically tired, "Ahem, today is your middle task of the boot camp. You'll be facing off the best teams from the first years. Which will be second years if you succeed in passing this camp."
Glynda nodded as she tapped into her tablet, "The top class of this camp is team white, please come up here."
Naruto and his three female teammates step up to the arena as they all nodded to each other, watching as Ozpin smiled, "Since you're the top of your field."
"We'll be going against the top of the first years?" Naruto finished his father's train of thought as the man nodded kindly.
"Yes, Team CFVY please come in!" He raised his voice as four members Naruto never saw came in. One instantly caught his attention, a tall teen and athletic-looking young man with shaved-short black hair and tanned skin, wearing mostly pale-green and brown attire. He has a long short-sleeved robe, which he wears on one shoulder over a black muscle shirt. The robe is fastened at the waist by a leather-armored belt with two pouches on it. He also wears brown pants and black-and-green boots. His left arm bears a 5-layer sode, which extends up past his shoulder. His weapon is affixed to his back with a padded brown strap slung over his shoulder. He also wears a pair of bracers as well as a pair of black gloves with green plates on the backs.
A girl next to him made Naruto smiled as how close to how the boy was off her, protectively but not a smothering way. The girl has long, brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a pair of long, brown rabbit ears, making her easily identifiable as a Faunus. A short, long-sleeved brown jacket with a golden zipper, brown shorts with golden detail and black leggings comprises her combat gear. She wears a black, semi-translucent undershirt beneath her jacket, along with golden spaulders and vambraces on both arms, as well as a similar belt, and her heel and toe are likewise protected.
The next girl was looking at Naruto, almost leering at him, before smirking and nodding to herself. s a teenage girl with fair skin, short dark-brown hair, and dark-brown eyes. She has wavy locks on one side of her face, dyed with a gradient that starts in dark brown and transitions to caramel. Her clothes consist of a long, cocoa-colored shirt with a dark brown waist cincher. She wears long, dark brown trousers with ribbons on the left side and a brown belt with bullets. Above it, she wears another cocoa-colored belt of bullets with a gold crosshairs buckle. What appears to be a drape of black skirt hangs on her right side. She wears a pair of dark brown, high-heeled leather boots with buckles. The girl also dons a number of accessories, such a bracelet with black roses as decoration; black gloves and necklaces accompany these. She wears a beret of a darker brown and a pair of black, wire-rimmed aviator sunglasses. She is seen holding a black shoulder bag with gold studs, which is held by a bandolier strap.
Lastly...Naruto felt his instincts were heightened and alarmed, as he saw a teenage boy with dark skin and dark, messy copper hair that has a long fringe and a cowlick. He wears a sleeveless, muted orange zipper vest with black lining and a high collar, a pair of black jeans, and brown, laced shoes. His eyes appear to be pure white, giving off the appearance that he is blind. His arms are covered in scars, and he has a vertical scar on his lips. He also wears a pair of long black gloves and has several pouches attached to his belt.
"Team CFVY, Leader Coco Adel, Fox Alistair, Velvet Scarlatina, and Yatsuhashi Daichi." Ozpin smiled as Coco pulled her glasses slightly to meet Naruto's gaze.
"Hey...nice robes…" She winked at him earning a glare from the twins.
"Thanks love the bag." He chuckled as Coco smirked at that.
"First team to win by knockout, low aura level, or ring out will be the victor." The headmaster stated as he step away with Glynda who started up the energy wall, "Begin!"
Both teams were suddenly surprised when two members suddenly started to throw punches.
"Whoa Naruto?" The twins said as the blonde leader barely escape a well throw punched.
"Fox?!" The Faunus girl shouted as the blind teen duck to evade Naruto's high kick to sweep his leg, sending in the air. However the blonde spun in mid-air as he brought his heel to slam against Fox's head. Both of the males hit the floor with a loud thud, as they lay there.
"Pfft...eheh...ehhehe...hahha…"
Both teams were watching both Naruto and Fox shake slightly as the blonde laughed, standing up at the same time. They both saw their aura levels in the big screen was now 75 percent, "Wow, I didn't know someone was pretty good at fighting,"
"Ditto…" Fox chuckled as he crack his neck, "Coco, I'll handle him."
"Sure…" The leader said before nodding her team to attack.
Fox and Naruto however stared each other down...as both rushed forward to attack each other. Fox flip back when Naruto tried to punched forward, making the blonde fall forward. The blind teen smirked as he jumped up to send fist crashing down to Naruto's chest, but gasped when the white robed teen clutch his arm and twisted him to the floor to sit on his chest punching his face! One, two, three, four hits were all that Naruto got until Fox recovered enough to push him off.
The two once again took some space, as they circle each other almost like junkyard dogs waiting to bite the other dog's neck. Fox leans in, cursing that fact as he tried to pull himself back only for Naruto to lunge at him as he tackled the teen in. Fox smiled as he kick the Huntsmen in training away. Naruto however threw a knife at him, causing Fox to avoid in time but saw a white fabric in his sights. "You-" Before he can say anything else the knife came back around as it wrapped around his neck.
"Get over here!" The blonde yelled as he tugged on it violently as the dark skin neck flipping over to his direction. "Ora!" He screamed slamming his fist to Fox's face as it caused him to be flung to the wall and crash through it!
Naruto gave chase as Fox got on his hands and knees glaring at Naruto as he slammed his fist together to pump himself up. Naruto sends his foot first as Fox punched it, the blonde jumps off the fist as he tries to send dozens of flying chops as Fox to avoid each one to slam his knee to Naruto's neck. Falling down catch his breath Fox punched the back of the robe teen head. And jumps up to use his elbow on Naruto, to be caught off guard when the blonde turn and jump foot first into the red haired teen's side. "Gah!"
Naruto grabs Fox's arms and slam him into the floor, "You're pin!" He roared as the dark skin teen tried to escape but sighed with a weak smile.
"I give…"
"Naruto!"
The two teens looked up to see Glynda glaring up them, "The two of you are-"
"Fine Glynda, boys will be boys." Ozpin chuckled as he moved aside for Team White and members of CVFY to move in to see their friends.
"Naruto/Fox what happen?!"
The two chuckled as they looked at each other and gave them two large grins, "It...It's an animal thing…" They lamely said as Coco helped Fox up.
"We lost?" He asked as the leader nodded.
"Velvet went after you, then me and Yatsuhashi followed her. So we lost as the blonde girl was the last one to leave." Coco chuckled, as she saw Naruto being helped up by the sisters.
"We thought-" Melanie started as her sister glared at Naruto.
"You were fine, until you crash into the wall." Miltia said not stuttering once as Naruto chuckled.
"I said it was an animal thing, I thought he gave me a challenge and he did."
WHAM~!

Naruto placed a ice pack on his face on a black eye given to him by the sisters when they punched him, "So we win…" he said as the girls nodded as they walked to their room.
"That's right, a lot of the other teams seem to be angry but it was fine in the end." Naminé stated as she pull up her black jacket. "We're ahead with so many points that we can relax a bit."
"I wonder though, I mean will we be still a team after this?" Naruto said as the girls seem a little down, "Oh well, I'll find a way to make stay together if you guys want?"
The twins smiled sweetly before lifting their noses in the air, "Nope~"
"Aww~" Naruto laughed knowing that their up stuck joke was there way of loving him.
"..." Naminé stood behind them with a small smile. "I want you to know...you guys are...I'm glad to meet you…"
The three members looked at Naminé with wide eyes before they looked at each other and nodded. "Hey Naminé, let's have a party." The twins said as the grab her hands leading her to Naruto's chair.
"Ah my chair!" He complained while the girls ignore him.
"So we'll get pizza, snacks, and drinks!" They continue as Naminé eyes light up to the idea more and more.
Naruto shake his head, "Yare, yare...okay let's do it…" He said walking behind the chair. "BUT LET ME SIT ON MY CHAIR!"
"EEK!" The girls squealed as they fell into the floor. "Jerk!" They all yelled with tears in their eyes.
They all were silent...before laughing…and laugh some more. Naruto really hoped that he can stay with them even after this bootcamp.
