Letters to my Dearest

After Usagi finds out she has a terminal illness and doesn't have much time to live, she can't bear to tell her friends up front. So, before she dies she each sends them a letter explaining how she feels. RR!

3. Dear Ami

Dear Ami,

You were my first ever Sailor Senshi, for the first few days it was just you and I. We didn't have the thunder of Jupiter or the Dead Scream of Pluto but we had the brains and my moon power. It was easy then, I was an annoying fourteen year old school girl. Though you have helped me so much, not just with enemies. Without you, I wouldn't have the strength or confidence to pass my tests to get into college.

You took care of us all and I'm so glad of that, your intelligence is both loving and smart and I'm ever so happy you are part of the Inner Senshi. Though you were quiet and reserved you always kept us under control and though we didn't think it, the many study sessions were all worth it. I only wish I knew you much more.

So Ami, thank you for all the love and I shall never forget it,
