Kagome walked over to InuYasha, she had come from the well and was greeting all of her friends. InuYasha was the hardest to find because he kept moving from one place to another.
"Hi InuYasha!" Kagome said brightly.
"Hi Kagome." InuYasha said. "You're late!" he added.
"No I'm not!" Kagome said.
"You said you'd be back YESTERDAY!" InuYasha growled. Kagome thought a minute.
"Oh…you're right." Kagome said. "Sorry, I had a test that I had to make up." Kagome added. InuYasha rolled his eyes.
"In your time there's too many tests." InuYasha said. Kagome shrugged.
"InuYasha…you'd fail the test to get into kindergarten, can you ever write?" Kagome asked.
"Uh…" InuYasha looked around. Then a familiar scent caught his nose. "Kikyo!" InuYasha said.
"InuYasha I thought you said that you'd forget about her." Kagome said.
"I can't, I still feel like it's my fault that she died." InuYasha said
"But it's not, it's Naraku's." Kagome said. "Well go tell her that she doesn't belong in the world of living any more and that she needs to go back…together." Kagome added. InuYasha nodded Kagome left her bag and walked to the forest where Kikyo was.
"InuYasha, Kagome." Kikyo said, she was glaring at Kagome.
"Kikyo." They both replied.
"You should go back to hell Kikyo." InuYasha said.
"Please, you're no longer needed in this world." Kagome said in a pleading voice.
"You're coming with me, InuYasha." Kikyo said. InuYasha stepped away and took Kagome with him.
"Please Kikyo." InuYasha said. "There's no reason for you to be here." InuYasha added.
"I will not go, not without you, InuYasha." Kikyo persisted.
"Kagome, I didn't want it to come to this, you're going to have to shoot her." InuYasha said. Kagome nodded and took her bow from her back, after she had aimed she let the arrow fly and Kikyo was purified to hell. Kagome put her bow and arrow down and then hugged InuYasha. She looked up into his eyes and was about to kiss him…
InuYasha suddenly woke up and looked around, it was still dark out and everyone was still sleeping.
Phew! InuYasha thought. No one's up, I wish that dream could have finished before I woke up… InuYasha added, he loved the thought of Kagome kissing him…but he knew that it was a long way to go.
