Hello! My second ff. I think I'll leave this as a oneshot, this is set when the bladebreakers were little kids and Loki is my own character. If I have my way you will be hearing alot more about her and her sisters soon!
Bye, Bye!
Loki R
A young Tyson ran through the streets, vainly trying to keep up with his friends. They were training. Loki and Hiro were in the lead and Max, Hilary, even Kenny were not far behind them.
Tyson had lost sight of them however when it started to rain heavily, he had stopped for only a moment to catch his breath. The price he paid for that single moment of relaxation was that he was now hopelessly lost, as well as being tired, wet and very cold.
Where were his friends?
How could they forget about him?
How could they leave him behind, scared and alone?
Tyson trudged along, becoming very frightened now. It was getting dark and the surrounding buildings loomed over the small child, increasing his terror.
He ran faster, heart pounding in his chest as fear welled up inside him.
Suddenly his legs gave way and he fell face first into the muddy water. He felt the tears roll down his face as he lay there desperate and terrified.
"Tyson!" a voice called.
He looked up and squinted through his blue bangs to make out a shadowy figure coming towards him.
"Tyson!" the voice called again.
As they came into view, Tyson looked up and was greeted by the bright blue eyes of Loki.
Her dark hair was plastered to her face and her cheeks were flushed. She was panting and she had a very relived look on her face.
Realisation hit Tyson quite hard.
"Loki," he said quietly. "Did you run all the way back here...just to find me!"
She gave him a small smile. "Of course I did, and now..." she began as she helped him off the ground and wrapped his arm around her shoulder to support him. "We are going to finish this together! I won't leave you behind!"
Tyson felt tears sting at his eyes again, though this time for a different reason. They stared slowly, she kept at Tyson's pace although he knew it annoyed her. She didn't say anything about it, and that made Tyson fill up with even more gratitude.
Finally they reached the dojo. Hiro ran up and helped her carry Tyson into the living room.
"Lil' dude!" cried Grandpa.
"I'm alright Grandpa," said Tyson wearily but with a smile. "If it wasn't for Loki, I don't know what would have happened."
He turned to talk to her but fell silent when he noticed she had fallen asleep on the floor, she was curled up in a ball and was smiling. Tyson gave her his own tender smile before blushing slightly.
