Yay for one shots. Bigger Yay for AsuCaga. This was total random. So gomen ne, if this turns of awfully corny. I was flipping through my last year file, I found this worksheet on colors and what they represent. This is also my first Songfic. Set after Destiny. In Cagalli's POV.

Disclaimer - I don't own Gundam Seed Destiny. If I did, I would be desperately trying to change the plot and make Athrun and Cagalli together. I don't own the song either.

Somehow or rather, Athrun actually managed to get me out of the office, I was glad he did. Staying in the office 24/7 isn't exactly fun. I took in a deep breath of the fresh air as I sat on a grass patch below a tree in the park, Athrun followed suit.

This was followed by an awkward silence. Something had caught Athrun's gaze as I saw him staring at a particular couple in the park. I looked more closely; it was Meyrin and some other guy sharing an ice cream. I looked at both of them. From Athrun to Meyrin, and then from Meyrin to Athrun again.

"Ha! I've finally realized your true colors, Athrun Zala!" I said to him, poking him on his shoulder, an evil grin slowly forming on my face.

"What do you mean by that!"

"You're Jealous! I never thought I would see you jealous! You like Meyrin don't ya?" I ask, jokingly poking him again.

He sighed. "Like real. I'm glad she finally got over me and found someone new. Besides, she deserves someone who would love her just as much as she loved him. All this time, I've only treated her like a younger sister."

There was yet another awkward silence. "Whatever," I mumble; deep down in my heart I was relieved.

Athrun said staring intently at the cloud overhead.

"What do you mean by that?"

I ask curiously, staring at a tuft of grass at my feet. I've always been… Me.

Athrun said calmly, "And also a little bit of white, which denotes innocence, a little bit of blue which means sincerity, a little bit of purple which represents royalty, since after all, you are the Princess of ORB. Last but not least, Gold, which means loyalty. With these 7 colors, you can make a rainbow which only appears after a storm. Put these 7 qualities together, you get… You, Cagalli. After the darkest storm, you are like a rainbow, there to brighten everything up."
