Bo parked the car in his driveway and he and Roman got out. Opening the door to the backseat, Bo helped Madilyn out as Roman got her luggage. The three walked to the door and went inside
"Surprise!" everyone shouted from inside
Standing there were Shawn Sr, Caroline, Hope, Shawn, and Zack. Madilyn smiled at everyone and continued to hold her uncle Bo's hand
Caroline was the first to approach her, "Hi there. I'm your grandma, and this is your grandpa. We both love you very much. Can we have a hug?"
Madilyn nodded and hugged Caroline, "Hi grandma," she said. She then hugged Shawn, "Hi grandpa"
Zack was the next to come over, "Hi! I'm Zack and I'm your cousin! We're both the same age!" he added, shaking Madilyn's hand
Madilyn giggled, "I'm Madilyn! Do you like to play outside?"
Zack nodded, "Yeah, I have a swingset!"
"I'm sure Zack would love to show it to you," Shawn said, coming over to join his brother, "I'm Shawn. I'm Zack's big brother"
"Are you my cousin too?" Madilyn asked
Shawn nodded and ruffled the young girl's hair, "I sure am"
Hope was the last one to introduce herself. She knelt down to be level with Madilyn, "Hi sweetie. I'm aunt Hope. May I have a hug as well?"
Madilyn went into Hope's arms, giving her a hug
Hope hugged the young girl back, softly kissing her cheek
"Love you," Madilyn whispered to her aunt
Hope smiled, "I love you too honey. Zack, would you show Madilyn her room?"
"Yeah! Come on!" Zack said. He took Madilyn's hand and the two ran upstairs together
