Breakin' Da Rules, Part 1

Timmy wishes their were no such things as rules when his fairies can't give him anything he wants but you're not allowed to. The Pixies find the book at Fairy World and scatter the pages all over the earth and blames Timmy, at first life is fun for Timmy but then when his Fairy God parents get taken away from him he starts to get lonely and goes to Fairy World to prove his innocence, Jorgen sends him on a 80 day round the world trip to find the pages of the book a brings along a fairy to accompany him, Binky.
