Notes before we start: This is a NaruHina oneshot, as asked for by my good friend Matt. I'm doing this because I've run out of ideas for the next chapter of From a Love, so I started doing this. (Matt hasn't read any of the manga or seen a lot of the anime, so no spoilers ahead)

Hinata sat alone on the swings once more, her white eyes looking to the ground. Naruto was on a mission with his team, and she didn't know when they'd get back. She had been keeping her distance from Naruto lately; she didn't want him to thing she was weird by watching him all the time. Even though, she thought about him all the time…
She shook her head, and blushed. Naruto would never admit to liking her since he liked Sakura… Hinata started pushing her two index fingers together nervously, as she always did when she got nervous or thought of Naruto.
"N-Naruto-kun…" She spoke softly.
"Yes?" Naruto's voice came from behind her. He was smiling a little as he sat on the swing next to Hinata.
"Naruto-kun! H-How long were you s-stood there?" She blushed more as she looked at Naruto with a small smile forced onto her face.
"Not long, I just saw you sat on my swing and…" Naruto started, and Hinata immediately stood up.
"I-I'm sorry, I didn't k-know…" She stepped back a little as Naruto stood up, and she closed her white eyes.
"It's okay; I don't mind you sitting there." Naruto's voice became softer as Hinata opened her eyes. His hands were now placed on her shoulders. She felt as if all the blood had rushed to her head, making her blush as much as humanly possible.
"A-are you s-sure Naruto-kun..?" She asked.
"Yeah, I don't let anybody else be me sit on there, so It's okay if someone close to me sits on there too." Naruto sat back down on the other swing as Hinata sat back down on Naruto's swing.
'D-Did he just say I was close to him..?' Hinata thought, her legs swinging a little bit as Naruto sat there happily, watching the sun. 'D-Does that mean…' She took a deep breath in.
"N-Na-Naruto-k-kun… D-do yo-you l-l-love m-me..?" She stammered, closing her eyes and expecting the worst. She didn't know why she asked him… She knew that he was just going to say something like…
"Yeah, I guess so." Naruto spoke, stopping Hinata's trail of thoughts. His voice didn't sound like he was joking, so he mustn't have been…
"Y-You're b-being s-se-serious..?" She stammered nervously again, her eyes still closed. The next thing she felt was pair of warm arms wrap around her from behind.
"I'm always serious Hinata-chan!" Naruto's voice said happily. The black haired girl opened her eyes and found herself in Naruto's arms.
"N-Naruto-kun!" She turned around and hugged Naruto, letting the swings that brought them together move slowly in the wind.
